发明人在实施本发明的过程中发现, 现有的终端的功能键的显示方 案主要存在以下缺陷。
首先, 功能键的显示模式单一。 如图 1和图 2所示, 现有的功能键 只能单独采用图标显示模式或文字显示模式, 显示模式太过单一, 且形 式单调;
另外, 现有的功能键的显示模式无法满足用户的个性化需求。 由于 用户个人习惯的不同, 某些用户喜欢使用图标显示模式, 而某些用户喜 欢文字显示模式, 甚至有些用户喜欢图标加文字的显示模式, 而现有的 功能键的显示模式固定不变, 用户无法选择个性化的功能键的显示模 式。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种功能键的显示模式切换方法及终端, 可方 便快捷的使功能键在多种显示模式之间切换, 满足用户的需求, 提升用 户体验。
本发明实施例提供了一种功能键的显示模式切换方法, 包括: 接收用户的输入操作;
当所述输入操作与预设的模式转换操作相匹配时, 生成模式转换命 令;
根据所述模式转换命令, 切换功能键的显示模式。

需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 终端均为触摸屏终端, 即终端 的显示功能和操作功能通过触摸屏完成, 并且该终端包括但不限于以下 终端中的任一种: 移动终端如手机、 PDA ( Personal Digital Assistant, 个 人数码助理)、 PC ( Personal Computer个人电脑)机; 车载终端和游戏 终端。
本发明实施例以触摸屏移动终端为例进行说明。
参见图 3 , 为本发明实施例中终端的第一实施例的结构示意图。 如 图 3所示, 该终端包括接收模块 10, 命令模块 20和切换模块 30。
其中, 接收模块 10用于接收用户的输入操作。
具体地, 当用户用手或触控笔在触摸屏上进行输入操作时, 接收模 块 10接收用户的输入操作。 其中, 用户的输入操作包括但不限于以下 操作中的任一种或多种: 点击某功能键, 向左滑动, 向右滑动, 向上滑 动, 向下滑动, 双击和画圏。
可以理解的是, 当用户用手或触控笔在触摸屏上进行输入操作时, 触摸屏的每个触控点均会产生触控信号, 终端根据各个触控点的坐标, 触控点所产生的信号及触控点在屏幕上持续的时间, 可以判断用户的各 个输入操作的类型。 具体的判断方式为现有技术, 在此不赘述。
另外, 上面所描述的用户的输入操作仅为举例, 当终端包含遥感设 置时, 用户的输入操作还可包括左右甩动终端或上下甩动终端的操作。 此时判断输入操作的类型的方式为现有技术, 在此不赘述。
命令模块 20用于当接收模块 10接收到的输入操作与预设的模式转 换操作相匹配时, 生成模式转换命令。
在本发明实施例中, 预先设定的模式转换操作包括以下操作中的任 一种或多种: 特定区域内的左右滑动, 特定区域内的上下滑动, 特定区 域内的双击, 点击转换按钮和点击快捷转换键。
其中, 本发明实施例的 "特定区域" 为预先划定的功能键的操作区 域, 例如, 出厂时预设的按键(Button )操作区域, 由于该操作区域区 别于屏幕内容显示区域, 因此称为 "特定区域"。 转换按钮预先设置在 终端上, 用户通过点击该转换按钮, 向终端发送切换请求。 另外, 快捷 转换键也是预先设置在终端上, 并且快捷转换键与当前的显示模式之外 的其他显示模式对应。比如, 当功能键当前的显示模式为图标显示模式, 则终端可以屏幕上为用户提供文字显示模式的快捷转换键、 图标加文字 显示模式的快捷转换键、 浮标显示模式的快捷转换键和可编辑显示模式 的快捷转换键。 用户通过点击某快捷转换键, 向终端发送将当前显示模 式转换为该快捷转换键对应的显示模式的转换请求。
命令模块 20将接收模块 10接收到的输入操作与预设的模式转换操 作进行比对,如果存在与该输入操作匹配的预设的模式转换操作,例如, 该输入操作与某个预设的模式转化操作相同或相似, 则命令模块 20生 成模式转换命令, 该模式转换命令用于控制终端进行功能键显示模式的 切换。
例如, 当接收模块 10接收到的用户的输入操作为向右滑动时,如用 户使用触控笔在屏幕上从左至右画了一条线, 命令模块 20 首先判断用 户的输入操作是否在特定区域内, 如果是, 则继续判断该输入操作是否 与预设的模式转换操作相匹配。 当命令模块 20判断该输入操作与预设 的 "特定区域内的左右滑动操作" 相匹配, 即认为用户请求进行功能键 的显示模式转换, 命令模块 20生成模式转换命令, 并将模式转换命令 发送给切换模块 30进行功能键显示模式的切换处理。
再如: 当接收模块 10接收到的用户的输入操作为点击转换按钮时, 命令模块 20 直接判断该输入操作与预设的模式转换操作相匹配, 生成 模式转换命令, 并将模式转换命令发送给切换模块 30进行功能键显示 模式的切换处理。
在上面的两个例子中, 模式转换命令可以只是触发信号, 用来触发 切换模块 30进行切换处理。
再如:当所收模块 10接收到用户的输入操作为点击某个快捷转换键 时, 命令模块 20生成与该快捷转换键对应的模式转换命令, 并将模式 转换命令发送给切换模块 30进行功能键显示模式的切换处理。
在这个例子中,模式转换命令中可以携带指示该快捷转换键的信息, 从而使转换模块 30 能够将功能键的显示方式切换为与该快捷转换键对 应的显示方式。
再如:当接收模块 10接收到用户的输入操作为使用触控笔点击屏幕 上的某个功能键, 如点击 "下载" 功能键, 命令模块 20判断该输入操 作与所有的预设的模式转换操作均不匹配, 则命令模块 20 忽略该输入 操作, 不进行任何处理, 该输入操作由终端其他的处理模块, 如 CPU进 行与该功能按键对应的响应处理, 在此不赘述。
切换模块 30, 用于根据命令模块 20的模式转换命令, 切换当前功 能键的显示模式。
具体实现中, 终端预先存储了多个功能键的显示模式, 包括以下显 示模式中的任一种或多种: 图标显示模式, 文字显示模式, 图标加文字 显示模式, 浮标显示模式和可编辑显示模式。 其中, 文字显示模式还可 以包括不同语种的文字显示模式, 供用户进行选择, 如中文文字显示模 式, 英文文字显示模式等。
当接收到命令模块 20的模式转换命令时, 切换模块 30调用预先存 储的显示模式进行功能键的显示切换。
当收到的模式转换命令是触发信号时,切换模块 30根据预先设置的 显示模式的切换顺序, 将当前功能键的显示模式切换为下一个显示模 式。 例如, 预先设置的显示模式的切换顺序依次是图标显示模式, 文字 显示模式和浮标显示模式。 比如, 假设当前功能键的显示模式为图标显示模式, 当接收到命令 模块 20的模式转换命令时, 切换模块 30将图标显示模式切换为文字显 示模式, 则屏幕上的功能键采用文字显示形式。
再如: 假设当前功能键的显示模式为图标显示模式, 当接收到命令 模块 20的模式转换命令时, 切换模块 30将图标显示模式切换为浮标显 示模式, 则屏幕上的功能键采用文字或图标显示形式, 或无显示, 当用 户用手或触控笔靠近或置于功能键位置时, 屏幕浮现该功能键的图标或 文字。 其他切换情况类似分析, 在此不赘述。
可以理解的是, 本实施例的终端能够智能识别功能键的当前显示模 式, 当生成模式转换命令后, 可直接进行显示模式的切换。

参见图 4, 为本发明实施例中终端的第二实施例的结构示意图。 与 图 3所示实施例相比, 该终端除了包括接收模块 10, 命令模块 20和切 换模块 30之外, 进一步包括识别模块 40, 存储模块 50和默认设置模块 60。
其中, 识别模块 40用于根据命令模块 20的模式转换命令, 识别当 前功能键的显示模式。 在图 3所示的实施例中, 终端可智能识别功能键的当前显示模式, 可在屏幕上显示与除当前显示模式以外的其他显示模式对应的快捷转 换键, 并且, 当生成模式转换命令后, 可直接进行显示模式的切换。 当 终端不具备智能识别功能时, 需要增设具有识别功能的模块进行当前功 能键的显示模式的识别。
具体地, 当命令模块 20生成模式转换命令后, 该模式转换命令触发 识别模块 40识别当前功能键的显示模式。
比如:当识别模块 40识别出当前功能键的显示模式为图标显示模式 时, 通知切换模块 30将该图标显示模式切换为文字显示模式, 则屏幕 上的功能键采用文字显示形式。
再如:当识别模块 40识别出当前功能键的显示模式为图标显示模式 时, 通知切换模块 30将该图标显示模式切换为浮标显示模式, 则屏幕 上的功能键采用文字或图标显示形式, 或无显示, 当用户用手或触控笔 靠近或置于功能键位置时, 屏幕浮现该功能键的图标或文字。 其他切换 情况类似分析, 在此不赘述。
存储模块 50 用于存储预先设置的多个模式转换操作和多个功能键 的显示模式。 其中, 模式转换操作包括以下操作中的任一种或多种: 特 定区域内的左右滑动, 特定区域内的上下滑动, 特定区域内的双击, 点 击转换按钮的点击和点击快捷转换键。 功能键的显示模式包括以下模式 中的任一种或多种: 图标显示模式, 文字显示模式, 图标加文字显示模 式, 浮标显示模式和可编辑显示模式。
其中, 可编辑显示模式指用户可根据实际需要, 对功能键的显示形 式进行编辑, 比如: 可更换功能键的图标, 修改功能键的文字或将功能 键上的文字替换为图片等。
存储模块 50用于分别为命令模块 20和切换模块 30提供预先存储的 多个模式转换操作和多个功能键的显示模式。 可以理解的是, 存储模块 50还可以用于实现终端的基本存储功能, 如存储短消息、 彩信、 通讯录 等基本信息, 以及存储接收模块 10接收的用户输入操作等, 在此不赘 述。
默认设置模块 60用于将切换模块 30切换后的功能键的显示模式设 置为默认显示模式。
一般地, 用户会根据自身的习惯或需求将功能键的显示模式切换为 自己需要的显示模式。 当切换模块 30将当前功能键的显示模式切换为 用户需要的显示模式后, 默认设置模块 60将切换后的功能键的显示模 式设置为默认显示模式。 这样一来, 用户在后续使用终端时, 终端上的 功能键的显示模式就是符合用户的需求的。 例如, 当终端重启后, 默认 显示模式作为当前功能键的显示模式, 从而使终端上功能键的显示模式 满足用户的习惯, 减少用户对显示模式的切换次数。
识别模块 40还用于在终端重启或开机时,识别终端上功能键的默认 显示模式, 并在屏幕上显示与除该默认显示模式以外的其他显示模式对 应的快捷转换键, 以使用户可直接点击与想要切换的显示模式对应的快 捷转换键, 从而快速切换功能键的显示模式。

参见图 7, 为本发明实施例中功能键的显示模式切换的第一效果图。 假设当前功能键的显示模式为图标显示模式, 用户的输入操作是上 下滑动, 如用户使用触控笔在特定区域内, 即图 7中的虚线框区域内, 从上至下画了一条线, 如图 7中的箭头方向所示。 终端接收用户的 "上 下滑动" 的输入操作, 并判断该操作为预设的模式转换操作, 之后终端 将当前功能键的图标显示模式切换为文字显示模式。 具体地, 在切换过 程中, 终端上的显示界面如图 7所示。
参见图 8, 为本发明实施例中功能键的显示模式切换的第二效果图。 假设当前功能键的显示模式为文字显示模式, 用户的输入操作是左 右滑动, 如用户使用触控笔在特定区域内, 即图 8中的虚线框区域内, 从左至右画了一条线, 如图 8中的箭头方向所示。 终端接收用户的 "左 右滑动" 的输入操作, 并判断该操作为预设的模式转换操作, 之后终端 即将当前功能键的文字显示模式切换为图标显示模式。 具体地, 在切换 过程中, 终端上的显示界面如图 8所示, 其中四个功能键的显示模式已 经切换完毕。
通过上述各实施例的描述可知, 在本发明实施例中, 根据用户的模 式转换操作进行功能键的当前显示模式的切换, 从而使功能键能够根据 用户的习惯或者需求进行显示, 满足了用户的个性化需求。 并且用户仅 需要进行的滑动或点击等筒单操作, 就可以完成模式转换操作, 从而使 用户可以方便快捷的根据自身习惯或需求实现功能键的显示模式的切 换, 提升了用户体验。 进一步的, 本发明实施例为用户提供多种功能键 的显示模式, 可满足不同用户多方面的显示需求, 另外, 本发明实施例 将切换后的功能键的显示模式设为默认显示模式, 这样一来, 用户在后 续使用终端时, 终端上的功能键的显示模式就是符合用户的需求的, 从 而进一步提升了用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分 流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可 存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各 方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存 储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本 发明之权利范围, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部 或部分流程, 并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属于发明所涵盖 的范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种功能键的显示模式切换方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收用户的输入操作;
当所述输入操作与预设的模式转换操作相匹配时, 生成模式转换命 令;
根据所述模式转换命令, 切换功能键的显示模式。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述模式转换操作包括 特定区域内的左右滑动、 特定区域内的上下滑动, 特定区域内的双击, 点击转换按钮和点击快捷转换键中的至少一种。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换功能键的显示 模式包括:
按照预先设置的显示模式的切换顺序, 将当前功能键的显示模式切 换为下一个显示模式。
4、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述模式转换 命令, 切换功能键的显示模式之前, 还包括:
根据所述模式转换命令, 识别当前功能键的显示模式。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
将切换后的所述功能键的显示模式设为默认显示模式。
6、 如权利要求 1-5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述功能键的 显示模式包括图标显示模式, 文字显示模式, 图标加文字显示模式, 浮 标显示模式和可编辑显示模式中的至少一种。
7、如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述文字显示模式包括 中文文字显示模式, 英文文字显示模式中的至少一种。
8、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收用户的输入操作;
命令模块, 用于当所述输入操作与预设的模式转换操作相匹配时, 生成模式转换命令;
切换模块, 用于根据所述模式转换命令, 切换功能键的显示模式。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
识别模块, 用于根据所述模式转换命令, 识别功能键的当前显示模 式。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
默认设置模块, 用于将切换后的所述功能键的显示模式设置为默认 显示模式。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
存储模块, 用于存储所述预设的模式转换操作, 其中, 所述模式转 换操作包括特定区域内的左右滑动, 特定区域内的上下滑动, 特定区域 内的双击, 点击转换按钮和点击快捷转换键中的至少一种; 以及,
存储所述功能键的显示模式, 其中, 所述显示模式包括图标显示模 式, 文字显示模式, 图标加文字显示模式, 浮标显示模式和可编辑显示 模式中的至少一种, 所述文字显示模式包括中文文字显示模式, 英文文 字显示模式中的至少一种。
12、 如权利要求 8-11任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于: 所述终端为 触摸屏终端;
所述终端包括以下终端中的任一种:
手机、 个人数码助理 PDA、 个人电脑 PC机、 车载终端和游戏终端。
