본 발명은 음식재료로 사용되는 재료들의 종류에 관계없이 하나의 주방용 칼을 이용하여 자르거나 다질 수 있도록 한 다용도 주방용 칼을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 크라운마개 또는 페트(PET)병마개에 관계없이 병마개를 오픈할 수 있도록 한 다용도 주방용 칼을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 음식재료 또는 음식물 특히, 진공포장된 생선 또는 해물류, 육류를 포장하고 있는 진공포장 또는 일반 비닐이나 비닐랩, 알루미늄호일을 쉽게 잘라 제거할 수 있도록 한 다용도 주방용 칼을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 마늘이나 생강 등을 다지는 다짐구를 견고하게 고정하여 다짐구가 주방용 칼로부터 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 다용도 주방용 칼을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로 본 발명인 다용도 주방용 칼은, 내측에 길이방향을 따라 손가락이 인입되는 인입부가 통공되고 상단에는 냉동된 재료나 육류의 뼈 등과 같이 딱딱한 음식재료나 김밥, 빵을 썰거나 육류를 다지도록 파형으로 형성된 제1절단날이 길이방향을 따라 형성되며 하단에는 채소와 같이 연질의 재료를 자르도록 제2절단날이 길이방향을 따라 형성되며 후방측에 칼자루가 연장된 몸체와; 상기 제1절단날과 연장되는 제1사선절단날과 상기 제1절단날로부터 연장되는 제2사선절단날로 구비되고 상기 몸체의 전방측에서 몸체의 내측방향으로 점차적으로 협곡지게 형성되는 랩절단날부와; 상기 몸체의 후방측에 연장된 칼자루가 끼워지는 끼움부가 내측에 형성된 고정구와; 상기 고정구의 외부가 인입되어 결합되는 결합구멍이 내측에 길이방향을 따라 구비되는 손잡이로 구비되어 이루어진다.
나아가, 상기 몸체에 통공된 인입부의 일측에는 크라운마개를 오픈하는 크라운마개오프너가 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
더 나아가, 상기 크라운마개오프너는, 상기 인입부로부터 연장되어 크라운마개의 하단에 밀착되는 연결편과; 상기 연결편으로부터 연장되어 크라운마개의 상단에 밀착되는 호형편으로 이루어진다.
더 나아가, 상기 인입부에는 이 인입부로부터 연장되고 페트병마개의 외면을 파지하도록 파형으로 형성되는 페트병마개오프너가 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
더 나아가, 상기 손잡이에는 손잡이의 결합구멍에 끼워지고 손잡이의 후방측으로 다짐부가 노출되어 마늘이나 생강과 같은 농산물을 다지는 다짐구가 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
더 나아가, 상기 고정구의 끼움부에 끼워지는 칼자루는 상기 고정구의 끼움부를 관통하여 칼자루의 단부가 상기 끼움부로부터 노출되도록 구비되고, 상기 칼자루의 단부에는 고정돌기가 더 구비되며, 상기 다짐구는, 상기 손잡이의 결합구멍에 끼워지고 상기 칼자루의 단부에 구비되는 고정돌기가 끼움고정되는 고정홈이 형성된 고정부와; 상기 고정부로부터 연장되고 상기 손잡이의 후방측으로 노출되는 다짐부로 이루어진다.
더 나아가, 상기 제1절단날과 상기 몸체 사이에는, 제1절단날에 의해 잘린 재료가 상기 몸체에 달라붙는 것을 방지하도록, 상기 제1절단날의 양측으로부터 상기 몸체측으로 갈수록 넓어지는 제1확장면들과; 상기 제1확장면들의 끝단에서 상기 몸체측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 제1협곡면들이 더 연장형성되어 이루어진다.
더 나아가, 상기 제2절단날과 상기 몸체 사이에는, 제2절단날에 의해 잘린 재료가 상기 몸체에 달라붙는 것을 방지하도록, 상기 제2절단날의 양측으로부터 상기 몸체측으로 갈수록 넓어지는 제2확장면들과; 상기 제2확장면들의 끝단에서 상기 몸체측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 제2협곡면들이 더 연장형성되어 이루어진다.
본 발명은 하나의 주방용 칼을 이용하여 여러 종류의 음식재료를 자르거나 다듬을 수 있기 때문에, 여러 개의 주방용 도구들을 주방의 좁은 공간에 구비하지 않아도 되어 주방공간에 대한 공간활용성이 향상된다.
또한, 본 발명은 주방용 칼을 이용하여 음식재료를 자르거나 다듬는 수단은 물론 크라운병마개 또는 페트(PET)병마개를 오픈할 수 있음에 따라 다양한 사용성이 기대된다.
또한, 본 발명은 몸체에 손가락이 인입되는 인입부가 통공되어 있음에 따라 주방용 칼 전체의 중량을 가볍게 할 수 있으며, 사용자의 손가락을 인입하여 몸체를 눌러 사용할 수 있어 파, 마늘, 고기 등을 고르게 다지는 작업효율성이 크게 향상된다.
또한, 본 발명은 제1절단날과 제2절단날을 이용하여 음식재료를 썰거나 자르는 과정에서 썰어진 음식재료가 몸체에 달라붙는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 몸체의 전방측에 구비되는 랩절단날부를 이용하여 음식재료 또는 음식재료나 음식물이 담겨진 포장용기를 덮어 씌운 비닐랩의 제거작업이 용이하게 이루어지고 나아가 알루미늄호일을 자를 때 용이하게 자를 수 있다.

다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함해서 여기서 사용되는 모든 용어들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의되어 있는 것과 같은 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상 가지는 의미와 일치하는 의미를 가진 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 출원에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이하에서는, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 다용도 주방용 칼을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명인 다용도 주방용 칼은, 몸체(10)와, 랩절단날부(20), 고정구(30), 손잡이(40)로 구비되어 이루어진다.
상기 몸체(10)는, 내측에 길이방향을 따라 손가락이 인입되는 인입부(11)가 통공되고 상단에는 냉동된 재료나 육류의 뼈 등과 같이 딱딱한 음식재료를 자르거나 육류를 다지거나 김밥이나 빵을 자르도록 파형으로 형성된 제1절단날(12)이 길이방향을 따라 형성되며 하단에는 채소와 같이 연질의 재료를 자르도록 제2절단날(13)이 길이방향을 따라 형성되며 후방측에 칼자루(14)가 연장되어 이루어진다.
상기 제1절단날(12)은 파형(波形)으로 형성되어 있다고 설명하였으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며 톱니형으로 형성되어도 무방하다.
상기 인입부(11)는, 예컨대 사용자가 마늘 등의 채소류나 또는 육류를 잘게 다질 때 사용자의 손가락을 상기 인입부(11)에 인입한 후 사용자의 손바닥로 인입부(11)를 눌러줌으로써 다지는 재료를 가압할 수 있다.
또한, 육류 등을 다질 때 상기 인입부(11)에 사용자의 손을 넣어 상기 몸체(10)를 고정하는 축으로 사용함으로써 용이하게 재료를 다질 수 있다.
더욱이, 몸체(10)의 내측에 인입부(11)가 몸체(10)의 길이방향을 따라 통공되어 있기 때문에 몸체(10)에 대한 중량을 크게 절감시킬 수 있으며, 인입부(11)를 형성하는 공간에 의해 본 발명인 다용도 칼의 몸체(10)를 제조하는데 따른 원재료를 최소화할 수 있어 경제적인 효과를 더불어 얻을 수 있다.
상기 제1절단날(12)은 파형(波形)(또는 톱니형)으로 형성되는 것으로, 대개 냉동식품 또는 냉동재료와 같이 표면이 딱딱한 경질의 재료를 썰거나 자를 때 사용한다.
상기 제2절단날(13)은 일반적으로 사용되는 주방용 칼의 칼날로 형성되며 대개 냉동식품 또는 냉동재료와 같이 표면이 딱딱한 경질의 재료를 제외한 나머지 음식재료를 썰거나 자를 때 사용한다.
이와 같이 하나의 몸체(10)에 각각 파형의 제1절단날(12)과 일반형인 제2절단날(13)이 각각 구비되어 있음에 따라 하나의 주방용 칼을 이용하여 여러 종류의 음식재료를 썰거나 자를 수 있다.
상기 랩절단날부(20)는, 상기 제1절단날(12)과 연장되는 제1사선절단날(21)과 상기 제1절단날(21)로부터 연장되는 제2사선절단날(22)로 구비되고 상기 몸체(10)의 전방측에서 몸체(10)의 내측방향으로 점차적으로 협곡지게 형성되어 이루어진다.
이 때, 상기 제1사선절단날(21)과 제2사선절단날(22)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 몸체(10)측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 협곡형으로 형성됨으로써 사용자가 상기 손잡이(40)를 파지한 상태에서 절단하고자 하는 랩 또는 알루미늄호일을 상기 제1사선절단날(21)과 제2사선절단날(22) 사이에 위치한 다음 그대로 손잡이(40)를 밀어주면 제1사선절단날(21)과 제2사선절단날(22)의 사이에 위치한 랩 또는 알루미늄호일이 잘라진다.
따라서, 음식재료 또는 음식물 등이 담겨진 포장용기를 덮어 씌운 랩 등을 절단할 때 사용자가 손잡이(40)를 잡고 제1사선절단날(21) 또는 제2사선절단날(22) 중 어느 하나의 사선절단날의 앞부분을 이용하여 랩에 구멍을 뚫은 다음 그대로 밀어주면 쉽고 용이하게 랩이 잘라지게 된다.
상기 고정구(30)는, 상기 몸체(10)의 후방측에 연장된 칼자루(14)가 끼워지는 끼움부(31)가 내측에 형성되어 이루어진다.
이 때, 상기 고정구(30)의 앞부분은 상기 몸체(10)의 후방의 일부를 덮어 포설하도록 이루어지며 몸체(10)의 후방측단이 상기 고정구(30)에 밀착됨으로써 몸체(10)와 고정구(30)와의 견고한 밀착 및 고정이 이루어진다.
상기 손잡이(40)는, 상기 고정구(30)의 외부가 인입되어 결합되는 결합구멍(41)이 내측에 길이방향을 따라 구비되어 이루어진다.
상기 고정구(30)의 외부와 상기 손잡이(40)의 결합구멍(41)은 억지 끼움방식으로 끼워짐으로써 손잡이(40)와 고정구(30)가 고정되는 것으로 필요에 따라 피스나 볼트 등을 이용하여 상기 고정구(30)와 손잡이(40)를 체결하여도 무방하다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명인 다용도 주방용 칼은, 하나의 주방용 칼을 이용하여 여러 종류의 음식재료를 자르거나 다듬을 수 있기 때문에, 여러 종류의 음식재료들을 썰거나 자르거나 또는 다듬기 위해 사용되는 여러 개의 주방용 도구들을 주방의 좁은 공간에 구비하지 않아도 되어 주방공간에 대한 공간활용성이 향상된다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 몸체(10)에 통공된 인입부(11)의 일측에는 크라운마개를 오픈하는 크라운마개오프너(50)가 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
크라운마개라함은, 주지된 바와 같이 병의 입구를 막고 있으며 둘레부를 따라 파형의 돌기들이 돌설된 병마개를 말하는 것으로, 상기 크라운마개오프너(50)를 이용하여 쉽고 용이하게 크라운마개를 오픈할 수 있어 별도의 오프너가 필요치 않는다.
이 때, 상기 크라운마개오프너(50)는, 상기 인입부(11)로부터 연장되어 크라운마개의 하단에 밀착되는 연결편(51)과, 상기 연결편(51)으로부터 연장되어 크라운마개의 상단에 밀착되는 호형편(52)으로 이루어진다.
따라서, 크라운마개오프너(50)를 이용하여 크라운마개를 오픈하고자 할 때 상기 연결편(51)을 병의 입구를 막고 있는 크라운마개의 하단에 밀착시킨 상태에서 상기 호형편(52)을 크라운마개의 상단에 밀착한 후 상기 몸체(10)를 크라운마개가 구비된 병으로부터 들어올리는 동작을 취함으로써 상기 크라운마개오프너(50)를 이용하여 쉽고 용이하게 크라운마개를 오픈할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 인입부(11)에는 이 인입부(11)로부터 연장되고 페트병마개의 외면을 파지하도록 파형으로 형성되는 페트병마개오프너(60)가 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
페트병마개라 함은, 주지된 바와 같이 여러 종류의 음료 또는 액상의 식음료가 들어 있는 페트(PET) 재질로 이루어진 페트병의 입구를 막고 있는 마개를 말하는 것으로, 이는 크라운마개와는 달리 돌려서 오픈하도록 구비되어 있다.
따라서, 상기 페트병마개오프너(60)의 내측으로 페트병마개를 인입한 다음 상기 손잡이(40)를 이용하여 몸체(10)을 회전시켜 줌으로써 쉽고 용이하게 페트병마개를 오픈할 수 있다.
이 경우, 페트병마개오프너(60)가 도시된 바와 같이 경사진 파형으로 형성된 2개의 파형면으로 형성되어 있기 때문에 2개의 파형편 사이에 페트병마개를 인입하여 돌려주면 되는 것으로, 페트병마개의 크기에 관계없이 모든 페트병마개를 오픈할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명인 다용도 주방용 칼은, 크라운마개 또는 페트병마개는 물론 나선부위를 갖는 모든 플라스틱 또는 금속류로 이루어진 병마개나 프레스로 성형된 금속류의 병마개 등 모든 병마개의 오픈이 가능하다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 손잡이(40)에 손잡이(40)의 결합구멍(41)에 끼워지고 손잡이(40)의 후방측으로 다짐부가 노출되어 마늘이나 생강과 같은 농산물 및 육류를 다지는 다짐구(70)가 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
이 때, 상기 고정구(30)의 끼움부(31)에 끼워지는 상기 칼자루(14)는, 상기 고정구(30)의 끼움부(31)를 관통하여 칼자루(14)의 단부(14a)가 상기 끼움부(31)로부터 노출되도록 구비되고, 상기 칼자루(14)의 단부(14a)에는 고정돌기(15)가 더 구비되며, 상기 다짐구(70)는, 상기 손잡이(40)의 결합구멍(41)에 끼워지고 상기 칼자루(14)의 단부(14a)에 구비되는 고정돌기(15)가 끼움고정되는 고정홈(71)이 형성된 고정부(72)와, 상기 고정부(72)로부터 연장되고 상기 손잡이(40)의 후방측으로 노출되는 다짐부(73)로 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 상기 손잡이(40)에 상기 다짐구(40)가 견고하게 고정될 수 있기 때문에 마늘이나 생강 또는 육류를 다지는 과정에서 다짐구(40)가 분리되거나 헐거워짐에 따라 야기되는 문제점이 해결된다.
본 발명인 다용도 주방용 칼은, 상기 제1절단날(12)과 상기 몸체(10) 사이에 제1절단날(12)에 의해 잘린 재료가 상기 몸체(10)에 달라붙는 것을 방지하도록, 상기 제1절단날(12)의 양측으로부터 상기 몸체(10)측으로 갈수록 넓어지는 제1확장면(12a)들과, 상기 제1확장면(12a)들의 끝단에서 상기 몸체측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 제1협곡면(12b)들이 더 연장형성되어 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 제2절단날(13)과 상기 몸체(10) 사이에는 제2절단날(13)에 의해 잘린 재료가 상기 몸체(10)에 달라붙는 것을 방지하도록, 상기 제2절단날(13)의 양측으로부터 상기 몸체(10)측으로 갈수록 넓어지는 제2확장면(13a)들과, 상기 제2확장면(13a)들의 끝단에서 상기 몸체(10)측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 제2협곡면(13b)들이 더 연장형성되어 이루어진다.
이와 같이 제1확장면(12a) 또는 제2확장면(13a)에 의해 상기 제1절단날(12) 또는 제2절단날(13)을 이용하여 음식재료를 자르거나 써는 과정에서 몸체(10)의 표면에 자르거나 썰어진 음식재료가 달라붙는 것을 방지한다.
특히, 큰 구근류나 크기가 큰 무, 수박, 호박, 단호박 등과 같이 상기 몸체(10)의 전체 높이보다 큰 재료를 자를 때, 칼의 높이가 잘라지는 재료에 절반 이상 들어갔을 때는 종래의 주방용 칼의 경우 잘라지는 재료와 칼의 몸체가 서로 면접촉되는 면적이 넓기 때문에 잘라지는 재료에 칼의 몸체가 끼어 잘 움직이지 않는 현상이 발생되었기 때문에 연세가 많거나 연약한 주부들에게는 칼의 몸체보다 큰 음식재료를 자르는 과정에 많은 어려움이 있었으나, 본 발명은 제1확장면(12a)과 제2확장면(13a)에 의해 잘라지는 음식재료와의 선접촉을 통해 종래의 주방용 칼이 지닌 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
더욱이, 무 또는 당근을 썰거나 할 경우에 썰어진 재료가 칼의 표면에 달라붙게 됨으로써 달라붙은 재료를 일일이 떨어뜨리기 위한 동작을 취하게 되는 불편함을 해결할 수 있는 것으로, 제1확장면(12a) 또는 제2확장면(13a)에 의해 상기 제1절단날(12) 또는 제2절단날(13)에 의해 썰어진 음식재료는 상기 제1확장면(12a) 또는 제2확장면(13a)에 의해 썰어짐과 동시에 몸체(10)에 대해 외측방향으로 쓰러짐에 따라 몸체(10)에 달라붙는 것이 방지된다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에서는 구체적인 구성 요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등하거나 등가적 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다

  1. 내측에 길이방향을 따라 손가락이 인입되는 인입부(11)가 통공되고 상단에는 냉동된 재료나 육류의 뼈 등과 같이 딱딱한 음식재료를 자르거나 육류를 잘게 다지거나 김밥이나 빵을 자르도록 파형(波形)으로 형성된 제1절단날(12)이 길이방향을 따라 형성되며 하단에는 채소와 같이 연질의 재료를 자르도록 제2절단날(13)이 길이방향을 따라 형성되며 후방측에 칼자루(14)가 연장된 몸체(10)와;
    상기 제1절단날(12)과 연장되는 제1사선절단날(21)과 상기 제1절단날(21)로부터 연장되는 제2사선절단날(22)로 구비되고 상기 몸체(10)의 전방측에서 몸체(10)의 내측방향으로 점차적으로 협곡지게 형성되는 랩절단날부(20)와;
    상기 몸체(10)의 후방측에 연장된 칼자루(14)가 끼워지는 끼움부(31)가 내측에 형성된 고정구(30)와;

  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2절단날(13)과 상기 몸체(10) 사이에는,
    제2절단날(13)에 의해 잘린 재료가 상기 몸체(10)에 달라붙는 것을 방지하도록,
    상기 제2절단날(13)의 양측으로부터 상기 몸체(10)측으로 갈수록 넓어지는 제2확장면(13a)들과;
    상기 제2확장면(13a)들의 끝단에서 상기 몸체(10)측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 제2협곡면(13b)들이 더 연장형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 주방용 칼.
