- the wire harness 9 includes a high-voltage conductive path 15 (that is, a conductive path), an exterior member 16 that houses and protects the high-voltage conductive path 15, and a shield connector 17 provided at the end of the high-voltage conductive path 15. (That is, a connecting member, see FIG. 8), a plurality of clamps 18 (that is, a fixing member, see FIG. 8) attached to the outer surface of the exterior member 16, and a grommet that is also water-tightly attached to the outer surface of the exterior member 16. 19 (that is, a water stop member, see FIGS. 1 and 8).
- the wire harness 9 may be configured to be housed and protected by the exterior member 16 together with the low voltage conductive path 15 together with the high voltage conductive path 15.
- the low-voltage conductive path is arranged, for example, at a position indicated by a reference sign W in FIG.
- the high-voltage conductive path 15 includes two high-voltage circuits 20, a shield member 21 that covers the two high-voltage circuits 20, and a sheath 22 that is provided outside the shield member 21.
- Such a configuration of the high-voltage conductive path 15 is an example.
- the high-voltage circuit 20 is a known high-voltage electric wire, and includes a conductor 23 and an insulator 24 that covers the conductor 23.
- the high voltage circuit 20 has a length necessary for electrical connection.
- the high-voltage circuit 20 is formed to be long because the wire harness 9 electrically connects the inverter unit 4 and the battery 5 (in other words, the junction block 12) (see FIG. 1).
- the conductor 23 is made of copper, copper alloy, aluminum, or aluminum alloy.
- the conductor 23 has a conductor structure formed by twisting strands or a rod-shaped conductor structure having a rectangular or round cross section (for example, a conductor structure having a flat single core or a single round core, in which case the wire itself May also be rod-shaped).
- the conductor 23 as described above is formed by extruding an insulator 24 made of an insulating resin material on the outer surface thereof.

- the shield member 21 is a member for electromagnetic shielding that covers the two high-voltage circuits 20 in a lump (that is, a shield member for preventing electromagnetic waves), and is a known braid formed by knitting a large number of strands into a cylindrical shape. Is adopted.
- the shield member 21 is formed to have substantially the same length as the entire length of the two high-voltage circuits 20.
- the end of the shield member 21 is electrically connected to a shield case or the like (not shown) of the inverter unit 4 (see FIG. 1) via the shield connector 17 (see FIGS. 8 and 9).
- the shield member 21 may employ, for example, a conductive metal foil or a member including this metal foil as long as it can take countermeasures against electromagnetic waves.
- the sheath 22 is formed by extruding an insulating resin material with a predetermined thickness to the outside of the shield member 21, and is disposed at a position to be the outermost layer of the high-voltage conductive path 15.
- the sheath 22 is subjected to terminal processing so that the shield member 21 is exposed at a predetermined length in the manufacture of the wire harness 9.
- it is set as a slightly longer state than the exterior member 16, for example.
- the exterior member 16 is a resin tube covering the high-voltage conductive path 15 and has a shape necessary for housing the high-voltage conductive path 15 and having a thickness necessary for protection. It is formed. Further, the exterior member 16 is formed in a shape without a seam or a slit leading from the outer surface 25 to the inner surface 26. The exterior member 16 is formed into a shape that can keep the high-voltage conductive path 15 away from moisture (that is, waterproof), and a long shape.
- the exterior member 16 is formed in a circular cross section in the first embodiment.
- the cross-sectional shape of the exterior member 16 is an example. As in the second embodiment described later, the cross-sectional shape of the exterior member 16 may be an elliptical shape, an oval shape, or a rectangular shape.
- the exterior member 16 has a plurality of flexible tube portions 27 having flexibility, and does not have the flexibility as the flexible tube portions 27 (in other words, the exterior member 16 is more flexible than the flexible tube portions 27. (Small)) having a plurality of non-flexible tube portions 28, for example, formed in the shape shown in FIG.
- the flexible tube portion 27 and the non-flexible tube portion 28 are integrally molded with a resin so that the entire flexible tube portion 27 is straight when the flexible tube portion 27 is not bent.
- the flexible tube portion 27 and the non-flexible tube portion 28 are arranged so as to be alternately continued in the tube axis direction.
- the flexible tube portion 27 is disposed at a position that matches the vehicle mounting shape (that is, the shape of the wire harness wiring destination and the shape to be fixed). Moreover, the flexible tube part 27 is also formed in the length matched with the vehicle attachment shape. Note that, by making the lengths of the plurality of flexible tube portions 27 different from each other in the tube axis direction, the flexible tube portions 27 can be bent to a required length according to the vehicle mounting shape. Such a flexible tube portion 27 can be bent at a desired angle when the wire harness 9 is packed as described later, during transportation, and when routed to the vehicle (see FIGS. 8 to 13).
- the flexible tube portion 27 can be bent to have a bent shape and can be naturally returned to its original straight shape.
- the flexible tube portion 27 is formed in a bellows tube shape in the first embodiment.
- the shape of the flexible tube portion 27 is not particularly limited as long as it has flexibility.
- the concave portions 29 and the convex portions 30 extending in the circumferential direction are provided, and the concave portions 29 and the convex portions 30 are formed alternately and continuously in the tube axis direction.
- the flexible tube portion 27 includes a route routing flexible tube portion 31 bent at the time of route routing, and a packaging transportation flexible tube portion 32 bent at the time of packing and transportation of the wire harness 9. .
- the exterior member 16 is formed in a shape in which the flexible tube portion 27 is disposed on the terminal side. Moreover, the exterior member 16 is formed in such a length that the end portion of the flexible tube portion 27 disposed on the terminal side extends to the vicinity of the shield connector 17 (see FIG. 8). Note that the vicinity of the shield connector 17 means that the shield connector 17 is close enough not to hinder the electrical connection work to the inverter unit 4 (see FIG. 1) or the like, or the terminal processing of the high-voltage conductive path 15. It is close enough not to cause trouble. Since the flexible tube portion 27 has flexibility as described above, the flexible tube portion 27 can be extended to a fairly close position with respect to the shield connector 17.
- the above electrical connection work involves bending. Therefore, considering the case where the non-flexible tube portion 28 is arranged without the flexible tube portion 27 being arranged, the end portion of the non-flexible tube portion 28 may be separated from the shield connector 17. When the end portion is separated from the shield connector 17, the degree of exposure of the terminal portion 34 of the high-voltage conductive path 15 described later increases. From these facts, it is effective to dispose the flexible tube portion 27 instead of the non-flexible tube portion 28 at a place where bending is required.
- a flexible waterproof member extending to the shield connector 17 is attached to the end of the flexible tube portion 27 arranged on the terminal side.
- the waterproof member include rubber boots 33 (see FIG. 8).
- the boot 33 is attached to cover the end portion 34 (see FIG. 8) of the high-voltage conductive path 15 drawn from the end portion of the flexible tube portion 27 and the end opening portion of the flexible tube portion 27.
- attachment of a waterproof member is arbitrary and does not need to be.
- Examples of alternatives to the boot 33 include a tape winding portion formed by winding a waterproof tape.
- the flexible tube portion 27 arranged in accordance with the position of the through hole 11 a (see FIG. 1) in the vehicle underfloor 11 is watertight on the outer surface thereof.
- a water-stopping member that is watertight is also attached to the through hole 11a.
- the water stop member include rubber grommets 19 (see FIGS. 1 and 8). The grommet 19 is attached as a member that prevents moisture from entering through the through hole 11a.
- the exterior member 16 is formed in a shape in which the arrangement portion of the flexible tube portion 27 is a corrugated tube. In other words, the corrugated tube is partially formed into a shape. Since the exterior member 16 has a corrugated tube portion as described above, it can also be regarded as a “cortube” or “partially formed corrugated tube”.
- the exterior member 16 is formed in a shape in which no slit is provided along the tube axis direction (that is, there is no stomach split). The reason why the slit is not provided is that water is prevented from entering the exterior member 16 to improve waterproofness. In addition, for example, the high-voltage conductive path 15 is not caused to protrude in the bent portion. Furthermore, the point which aims at the rigidity improvement of exterior member 16 itself is also mentioned. In addition, the exterior member 16 is also formed in a shape having no circumferential seam. The reason is the same as that of the slit.
- the exterior member 16 may be formed in a shape that is divided at a predetermined position as long as the above-described points can be satisfied.
- the exterior member 16 is integrated by adhesion, welding, or a retrofitting member for connection.
- the non-flexible tube portion 28 includes a non-flexible tube portion main body 36 and an attachment portion 37.
- the non-flexible tube main body 36 is formed as a portion that does not bend during packing, transportation, and route routing, which will be described later.
- the part which does not bend means the part which does not give flexibility positively.
- the non-flexible tube body 36 is formed in a straight tube shape with a circular cross section.
- the cross-sectional shape of the non-flexible tube main body 36 is not limited to the circular cross-section, and may be an elliptical shape, an oval shape, or a rectangular shape.
- the non-flexible tube portion 28 is formed in a straight tube shape as shown in the figure. Therefore, it can be regarded as a “straight pipe portion” or a “straight portion”.
- the non-flexible tube portion 28 is formed in a rigid portion as compared with the flexible tube portion 27.
- the non-flexible tube portion 28 is also formed at a position and length according to the vehicle mounting shape.
- the exterior member 16 has a non-flexible tube portion 38 for underfloor that is routed under the vehicle underfloor 11 (see FIG. 1) as the non-flexible tube portion 28.
- the underfloor inflexible pipe portion 38 is formed in a long shape because it is routed in the vehicle underfloor 11 (for example, routed along the lean hose).
- the underfloor inflexible tube portion 38 is a kind of the inflexible tube portion 28, and a plurality of attachment portions 37 are also formed in the underfloor inflexible tube portion 38.
- the attachment portion 37 is formed as an attachment portion of the clamp 18 (see FIG. 8). Further, the attachment portion 37 is integrally formed with the non-flexible tube portion main body 36 (that is, integrally formed). The mounting portion 37 is easily integrated because the exterior member 16 is made of resin. The attachment portion 37 is provided at a portion where the clamp 18 needs to be attached, and there is also a non-flexible tube portion 28 in which the attachment portion 37 does not exist. Moreover, although the attachment part 37 of 1st Embodiment is formed in the multiple places of the exterior member 16, it is not this limitation.
- the attachment portion 37 includes a pair of movement restriction portions 39 and an attachment / detachment portion 40.
- a pair of movement control part 39 is arrange
- the pair of movement restricting portions 39 is formed as a portion for restricting movement of the clamp 18 in the tube axis direction. Further, the pair of movement restricting portions 39 is also formed as a portion for recognizing the attachment position of the clamp 18.
- the pair of movement restricting portions 39 are formed in an annular flange shape in the first embodiment. Specifically, it is formed in a shape that protrudes from the outer surface 41 of the non-flexible tube main body 36 and is convex in the circumferential direction. In addition, the shape of this movement control part 39 is an example.
- the pair of movement restricting portions 39 are formed such that the protruding height and width match the protruding height and width of the convex portion 30 in the flexible tube portion 27, for example.
- the shape of such a movement control part 39 is an example.
- the detachable part 40 is formed as a part to which the clamp 18 (see FIG. 8) is directly attached.
- the detachable portion 40 has an outer surface 41 existing between the pair of movement restricting portions 39, and is formed into a curved surface. If it is desired to reliably prevent rotation after the clamp 18 is attached, it is effective to provide a portion that bites into the curved attachment / detachment portion 40 on the clamp 18 side. In addition, it is also effective to add a detent structure such as irregularities to the attachment portion 37 and the clamp 18.
- the non-flexible tube portion 28 is formed in a shape having only the non-flexible tube portion main body 36. That is, the non-flexible tube portion 28 is formed in a shape without the attachment portion 37 (see FIG. 3). Such an exterior member 16 may be used.
- the exterior member 16 shown in FIG. 4B is formed in a shape in which the flexible tube portion 31 for route routing is arranged in the middle of the non-floor non-flexible tube portion 38. Such an exterior member 16 is effective when bending in the middle of a long underfloor inflexible pipe portion 38.
- the exterior member 16 shown in FIG. 5 instead of the attachment portion 37 being formed, it is formed in a shape in which a plurality of ribs 42 are present in at least one of the tube axis direction (ie, the longitudinal direction) and the circumferential direction. .
- the plurality of ribs 42 are formed as portions for increasing rigidity.
- the rib 42 is also formed as a part for attaching the clamp 18 (see FIG. 8), a part for recognizing the attachment position of the clamp 18, and a part for preventing the clamp 18 from rotating. .
- the exterior member 16 as described above is manufactured by the following manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method. This will be described below with reference to FIGS.
- reference numeral 51 indicates a manufacturing apparatus for resin molding the exterior member 16 (see, for example, FIGS. 3 to 5).
- the manufacturing apparatus 51 includes a resin extrusion unit 52, a molding unit 53, a cooling unit 54, and a cutting unit 55.
- the molding part 53 continues downstream of the resin extrusion part 52.
- a cooling unit 54 continues downstream of the molding unit 53.
- the cutting unit 55 is disposed at the terminal of the cooling unit 54 (that is, disposed at the device terminal) and operates when cutting the exterior member 16 into a predetermined length.
- the resin extruding unit 52 includes a hopper 56 as a portion into which a resin material is charged, an extruding unit main body 57 extending in a horizontal direction continuously to the hopper 56, and a die 58 projecting from an end of the extruding unit main body 57. .
- the die 58 has a resin material extrusion port 59, and the resin material extrusion port 59 is disposed in the inlet 60 (see FIG. 7) of the molding part 53.
- the molding part 53 is a part that performs resin molding linearly from the inlet 60 to the outlet 61, and has a pair of molding structure parts 62.
- the pair of molded structure portions 62 are arranged on the left and right sides of the flexible and cylindrical resin material 63 led out from the resin material extrusion port 59 of the die 58 (see FIG. 6) to form a pair.
- the pair of molding structures 62 is configured so that the resin material 63 can be molded into a predetermined shape.
- the molding structure 62 is attached to the endless belt 65, a pair of timing pulleys 64 along the traveling direction of the resin material 63, an endless belt 65 that moves in the direction of the arrow in FIG. And a die block assembly 66 that moves.
- the mold block assembly 66 has a plurality of mold blocks 67.
- the mold blocks 67 are arranged in a state where there is no gap in the straight portion of the endless belt 65.
- Each mold block 67 is fixed to the endless belt 65 so as to be replaceable.
