Definitions
- the present invention relates to a slide guide frame portion disposed in a versatile screen device that can be used as a curtain, a blind, a screen door, and a partition.
- the present applicant provides a screen device as a device that eliminates the restrictions of installation when used as light shielding and light control means such as curtains and blinds, screen doors, partitions, etc., and realizes a smooth and stable opening and closing operation.
- Patent Document 1 Patent Document 1
- a screen is mounted so as to be unfoldable between a pair of screen mounting frame portions that are arranged to face each other and at least one of which can slide.
- a pair of slide guide frame portions are disposed in the vicinity of both ends of the screen that are not attached to the screen mounting frame portion.
- These two slide guide frame portions have flexibility, and at least one end is a free end and can be housed and pulled out inside a screen mounting frame portion that can slide.
- the portion of the slide guide frame portion pulled out from the screen mounting frame portion with the sliding movement of the slidable screen mounting frame portion maintains linearity.
- the slide guide frame part is formed by connecting a plurality of rigid units at two adjacent ones.
- the rigid unit has a pair of side wall portions arranged to face each other and a bridging portion that connects both side wall portions to each other.
- the side wall is provided with a protrusion protruding outward at one end in the length direction, and a through hole into which the protrusion can be inserted is formed at the other end.
- the side wall is adjacent to the projection and is located on the opposite side of the through hole, and is provided with a small projection protruding outward, and a substantially crescent-shaped long hole is formed on the projection side adjacent to the through hole. Has been.
- Such two rigid units are connected by inserting the projections into the through-holes from the inside of the side wall portion, and inserting the small projections into the long holes, thereby forming a slide guide frame portion.
- the slide guide frame portion is flexible because the two rigid units can be rotated adjacent to each other.
- the slide guide frame portion has flexibility, and the small protrusion comes into contact with one end in the length direction of the long hole, so that the rotation of the rigid unit is performed. Linearity is maintained by restricting movement.
- the screen device provided with the slide guide frame portion as described above has been widely used because it eliminates the restriction of installation and realizes a smooth and stable opening / closing operation.
- an increase in the opening area when the screen device is fully opened and, when the screen is formed from a net, a race, or the like there are demands for improved air permeability when fully closed. These demands can be met by finding the screen mounting frame, that is, by reducing the dimension in the width direction.
- the slide-movable screen mounting frame portion has two slide guide frame portions housed therein, in order to reduce the finding of the slide-movable screen mounting frame portion, It is necessary to reduce the size of the finding.
- the finding of the slide guide frame portion is reduced, the connection strength of the rigid unit is reduced in the slide guide frame portion formed from the current rigid unit. This is because, in order to realize a reduction in the appearance of the slide guide frame part, it is necessary to reduce the dimension in the height direction of the rigid unit. This is because the strength of the side wall portion is insufficient. In order to maintain the strength of the side wall, it is necessary to shorten the length of the long hole. However, as the length of the long hole is shortened, the size of the small protrusion is reduced, and the strength of the small protrusion is sufficiently increased. This is because it cannot be secured.
