Abstract

Die Erfindung schlägt ein Verfahren zur Zerlegung von Luft (AIR), bei dem abgekühlte Luft (AIR) bei einem ersten Trenndruck in einer ersten Trennsäule (S1) zumindest in eine stickstoffangereicherte Kopffraktion und eine sauerstoffangereicherte Sumpffraktion getrennt wird, und bei dem weitere abgekühlte Luft (AIR) in einer Mischsäule (M) bei einem Mischsäulendruck durch direkten Wärmetausch gegen einen flüssigen sauerstoffreichen Strom, der zumindest teilweise aus der sauerstoffangereicherten Sumpffraktion aus der ersten Trennsäule (S1) gewonnen wird, zu einer Mischsäulensumpffraktion verflüssigt wird. Es ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass weitere abgekühlte Luft (AIR) in einer zweiten Trennsäule (S2) bei einem zweiten Trenndruck ebenfalls zumindest in eine stickstoffangereicherte Kopffraktion und eine sauerstoffangereicherte Sumpffraktion getrennt wird, wobei die stickstoffangereicherte Kopffraktion der zweiten Trennsäule (S2) zumindest teilweise mit der Mischsäulensumpffraktion aus der Mischsäule (M) gekühlt wird. Hierzu wird die stickstoffangereicherte Kopffraktion der zweiten Trennsäule (S2) zumindest teilweise durch den Verflüssigungsraum eines als Kondensatorverdampfer ausgebildeten Kopfkondensators (E2) der zweiten Trennsäule (S2) geführt, dessen Verdampfungsraum bei einem Verdampfungsraumdruck betrieben wird, der zwischen dem Mischsäulendruck und einem dritten Trenndruck liegt, bei welchem der flüssige sauerstoffreiche Strom in einer dritten Trennsäule (S3) gewonnen wird, und in welchen zumindest ein Teil der Mischsäulensumpffraktion aus der Mischsäule (M) bei dem Verdampfungsraumdruck flüssig eingespeist wird. Eine entsprechende Luftzerlegungsanlage (10) ist ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung.
