Abstract

Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur Tieftemperaturzerlegung von Luft in einem Destillationssäulen-System, das eine Hochdrucksäule (11) und eine Niederdrucksäule (12) aufweist. Einsatzluft wird in einem Hauptluftverdichter verdichtet. Die verdichtete Einsatzluft wird in einer Reinigungsvorrichtung gereinigt. Die gereinigte Einsatzluft wird in einem Hauptwärmetauscher abgekühlt. Ein erster Teilstrom (1) der abgekühlten Einsatzluft wird gasförmig in das Destillationssäulen- System eingeleitet. Ein zweiter Teilstrom (2a; 2b) der abgekühlten Einsatzluft wird in den Verflüssigungsraum eines Nebenkondensators (46) eingeleitet, der als Kondensator-Verdampfer mit Kondensationsraum und Verdampfungsraum ausgebildet ist. Eine flüssige Sauerstofffraktion aus der Niederdrucksäule wird in den Verdampfungsraum des Nebenkondenstors eingeleitet. Eine Sauerstoffproduktfraktion wird gasförmig aus dem Verdampfungsraum des Nebenkondensators abgezogen, im Hauptwärmetauscher angewärmt und schließlich als gasförmiges Sauerstoffprodukt gewonnen. Eine erste gasförmige Stickstoffproduktfraktion wird aus dem Destillationssäulen-System abgezogen, im Hauptwärmetauscher angewärmt und als erstes gasförmiges Stickstoffprodukt gewonnen. Das Destillationssäulen-System weist außerdem eine Vorsäule (10) auf. Der erste Teilstrom (1) der abgekühlten Einsatzluft wird in die Vorsäule (10) eingeleitet. Die erste gasförmige Stickstoffproduktfraktion wird aus der Vorsäule abgezogen. Die Vorsäule (10) weist einen Kopfkondensator (14) auf, der als Kondensator-Verdampfer mit Kondensationsraum und Verdampfungsraum ausgebildet ist. Ein verflüssigter Anteil des zweiten Teilstroms wird aus dem Verflüssigungsraum des Nebenkondensators abgezogen und in den Verdampfungsraum des Kopfkondensators (14) eingeleitet. Eine gasförmige Fraktion (31) aus dem oberen Bereich der Vorsäule (10) wird in den Kondensationsraum des Kopfkondensators (14) eingeleitet.
