Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système de chaudière ayant un rendement thermique amélioré lorsqu'un appareil de récupération de condensat du type fermé et une chaudière sont combinés. Un système de chaudière (1) comprend : une chaudière à écoulement traversant (10) destinée à produire de la vapeur en chauffant l'eau d'alimentation à l'aide d'un gaz de combustion ; un appareil de récupération de condensat du type fermé (20) destiné à récupérer, à haute température et à haute pression, le condensat produit, en condensant la vapeur produite par la chaudière à écoulement traversant (10), et à fournir le condensat à la chaudière à écoulement traversant (10) ; et un réchauffeur d'eau d'alimentation (30) destiné à exécuter un échange de chaleur entre les gaz de combustion déchargés par la chaudière à écoulement traversant (10) et le condensat fourni à la chaudière à écoulement traversant (10), le système de chaudière comportant en outre un réchauffeur d'air (40) qui amène les gaz de combustion, qui ont échangé de la chaleur par le réchauffeur d'eau d'alimentation (30), et l'air de combustion fourni à la chaudière à écoulement traversant (10) à circuler chacun dans des directions opposées pour exécuter l'échange de chaleur.
