- the correction value addition unit 54B adds the command correction value yh output from the correction value calculation unit 53 to the machine position command yr0 output from the command function unit 51, and the acceleration correction value yha output from the acceleration correction value calculation unit 63.
- the result of adding the attenuation correction value yhz is output to the tracking control unit 2 as a motor position command yr.
- the machine position can be obtained by combining the equations (6) and (20).
- the transfer function from the command yr0 to the load position yL can be expressed by Expression (14) as in the first embodiment.
- control object 1 is controlled so that the load position yL follows the machine position command yr0 with high speed and high accuracy by making the response of the tracking control unit 2 high speed and high accuracy and bringing the transfer function G (s) close to 1. It becomes possible to do.
- the motor position command yr is calculated by adding all of the command correction value yh, the acceleration correction value yha, and the attenuation correction value yhz to the machine position command yr0.
- the method for calculating the motor position command yr is not limited to this method.
- the command generator 5B may calculate the motor position command yr by adding at least one of the acceleration correction value yha and the attenuation correction value yhz to the addition value of the machine position command yr0 and the command correction value yh.
- the acceleration correction value calculator 63 is not required. Further, when the attenuation correction value yhz is not added when calculating the motor position command yr, the attenuation correction value calculation unit 64 becomes unnecessary.
- the control object 1 that performs periodic operation can be reduced.
- High-precision control can be realized without causing a problem of noise due to command signal quantization while suppressing vibrations and control errors due to rigidity and also responding to cycle changes.
- the servo control device is suitable for controlling a controlled object that drives a mechanical system with a motor.
