本实用新型涉及机械设备领域, 尤其涉及一种复合机床, 具体涉 及一种数控多功能复合机床。
背景技术:
复合机床, 又称为复合加工机床, 或多功能复合加工机床, 是能 够在一台主机上完成或尽可能完成从毛坯至成品的多种要素加工的 机床。复合机床一般都是数控机床或加工中心, 即复合数控机床或复 合加工中心。
复合机床是当前世界机床技术发展的潮流。复合加工在保持工序 集中和消除(或减少)工件重新安装定位的总的发展趋势中, 使更多 的不同加工过程复合在一台机床上, 从而达到减少机床和夹具, 免去 工序间的搬运和储存, 提高工件加工精度, 縮短加工周期和节约作业 面积的目的。
目前现有的复合机床在使用时不方便, 延长了工作时间, 且加工 精度达不到使用要求, 给使用者造成不便。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种数控多功能复合机床,它能实现多 种加工工序的一体化, 可保证加工精度, 节约时间。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用如下技术方 案: 它包含机架 1、 驱动装置 2、 夹紧装置 3、 挡网 4、 输送装置 5、 顶针装置 6、 数控装置 7、 收集箱 8、 冷却液喷头 9、 装刀装置 10, 它还包含三轴联动平台 11、 机械手 12、 转盘 13, 机架 1的左端设置 有驱动装置 2, 驱动装置 2的一侧与夹紧装置 3连接, 夹紧装置 3的 右侧设置有顶针装置 6, 挡网 4设置在机架 1内侧的下端, 挡网 4的 下端设置有输送装置 5, 输送装置 5—侧的下端设置有收集箱 8, 数 控装置 7与机身内部连接, 机架 1 内侧的后端设置有三轴联动平台 11, 三轴联动平台 11上安装有转盘 13, 转盘 13上安装有机械手 12, 机械手 12的下端安装有装刀装置 10, 装刀装置 10的一侧设置有冷 却液喷头 9。

本实用新型通过三轴联动平台 11与转盘 13的配合,使其具备五 轴联动、 多系列功能控制, 其用户操作装置的人机界面易人化, 与机 床主机配套后可实现数控切齿、 车削、 铣削、 镗削、 钻削等多种加工 工序的一体化。工件在同一台机床上经一次安装,可实现圆柱直(斜) 齿轮, 齿向异型修形直(斜)齿轮, 以及非圆形齿轮的数控切齿加工; 空间曲面、 回转曲面、 螺纹与锥螺纹等的数控车削与铣削复合加工。 机床零件加工精度不低于同类工序机床零件加工精度。
本实用新型能实现多种加工工序的一体化, 可保证加工精度, 节 约时间。
