Abstract
本发明公开一种可自动排气的酿酒桶,包括桶体、桶盖和水嘴,在桶体内置有多个液位传感器;在桶体外设置有输入设备、显示设备及单片机;在桶盖上设置有排气阀;单片机的输入端与输入设备相连,单片机的输出端与输入设备、显示设备相接。本发明具有成本低廉、结构简单、精确度高、智能化、可自动排气等优点。
Description
本发明涉及酿酒器具,尤其是一种 可自动排气的酿酒桶。
目前,不论是酒厂还是居民家所使用的
酿酒桶虽然使用方便,密封性好,但在酿酒过程中的排气工作都是靠人工完成,这样不仅会使工作效率有所降低,而且成本也会相应提高,而且由于人工工作会存在误差,这样也会影响整个酿酒的过程,以至于影响酒的味道与品质。
本发明的目的就是提供一种成本低廉、结构简单、精确度高、智能化不需人工排气的 可自动排气的酿酒桶。
本发明的技术解决方案是: 一种可自动排气的酿酒桶,包括桶体 1 、桶盖 2 和水嘴 3
,其特征在于:在桶体 1 内置有液位传感器 4 ;在桶体 1 外设置有输入设备、显示设备及单片机;在桶盖 2 上设置有排气阀 5 ; 输入设备、液位传感器 4
与单片机的输入端相连,单片机的输出端与显示设备及排气阀 5 相接。
在所述的桶体1内设置有多个液位传感器4。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有单片机就是提供一种智能化不需人工排气的成本低廉、结构简单、精确度高的可自动排气的酿酒桶。

在所述的桶体( 1 )内设置有多个液位传感器( 4 )。
工作工程:
在使用之前,酿酒者可根据酿酒的种类通过输入设备将需要排气的具体时间及液位的位置输入到系统内,设置好后即可进行酿酒。在酿酒的过程中,如液位或时间达到需要排气的条件时,单片机就会向排气阀发出信号,以起到排气的作用。排气后,液面就会下降,当下降至低于指定液位时,排气阀就会关闭。

- 一种可自动排气的酿酒桶,包括桶体( 1 )、桶盖( 2 )和水嘴( 3 ),其特征在于:在桶体( 1 )内置有液位传感器( 4 );在桶体( 1 )外设置有输入设备、显示设备及单片机;在桶盖( 2 )上设置有排气阀( 5 ); 输入设备、液位传感器( 4 )与单片机的输入端相连,单片机的输出端与显示设备及排气阀( 5 )相接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可自动排气的酿酒桶,其特征在于:在所述的桶体(1)内设置有多个液位传感器(4)。
