Description

架空線用テンションバランサ
 本発明は、鉄道用や自動車用(トローリバス等)の架空線にテンションを与える架空線用テンションバランサにおいて、架空線に接続された内筒の回転を防止する技術に関する。
 特許文献1には、長尺プレートが摺動可能で、且つ、回転できない状態で回り止め板のガイド孔に挿入された構造の架空線用テンションバランサが示されている。特許文献2には、ガイドプレート(パイプ)の先端に、内筒の端面の孔部の周囲に引っ掛かる剛体部分(ストッパー)を設け、一定のストローク以上にならないようにロックする構造が記載されている。

 特許文献1に記載の技術では、架空線により架空線用テンションバランサが引っ張られ、そのストロークが長くなった際に、長尺プレートが止め板から外れる可能性がある。長尺プレートが止め板から外れると、架空線に接続された内筒の回転を防止する機能が損なわれ、また架空線用テンションバランサが縮んだ際に、元の状態に戻らなくなる。
 ここで、特許文献2に記載されているようなストッパーを設ける構造とすることで、長尺プレートが止め板から外れない構造とできる。しかしながら、ストッパーを組み付ける作業は、製造工数の増加、および製造コストの増加を招く。
 このような背景において、本発明は、架空線にテンションを与える架空線用テンションバランサにおいて、架空線に接続された内筒の回転を防止することができ、且つ、ストロークが長くなっても回転防止機能が損なわれず、更に、製造工数の増加、および製造コストの増加を招かない構造を提供することを目的とする。
 請求項1に記載の発明は、同軸配置された複数の筒部材を有し、前記複数の筒部材の最も内側の筒部材の内側に延在した長手形状の部材と、前記最も内側の筒部材の内側に設けられ、前記長手形状の部材がその長手方向に移動可能で、前記長手形状の部材の前記長手方向を軸とする回転を規制し、且つ、前記長手形状の部材を前記最も内側の筒部材から完全に引き抜くことができない状態で前記長手形状の部材と係合する規制部材とを備え、前記長手形状の部材は、複数の部材から構成されており、前記複数の部材のそれぞれは前記規制部材に係合する係合部を備え、前記複数の部材を、前記規制部材に個別に係合させることで、前記長手形状の部材の前記規制部材への係合が行われていることを特徴とする架空線用テンションバランサである。
 請求項1に記載の発明によれば、長手形状の部材が規制部材に対して回転できないので、最も内側の筒状部材の回転が防止される。また、長手形状の部材がその長手方向に移動可能な状態で規制部材に係合しているので、上記の回転が防止される機能はストロークが長くなった状態でも維持される。また、長手形状の部材を規制部材から完全に引き抜くことができないので、内側の筒状の部材が長手形状の部材から外れることはなく、更にストロークが最大となっても、上記の回転が防止される機能が損なわれない。また、長手形状の部材が複数の部材で構成され、この複数の部材が個別に規制部材に係合するので、例えば、規制部材の開口部に分割された長手形状の部材を順次係合させることで、規制部材への長手形状の部材の係合を行うことができる。このため、長手形状の部材が分割されていない場合に比較して、作業を簡素化することができる。
 請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の発明において、前記複数の部材は、先端が折り曲げられたL字形状の板状の第1の部材および第2の部材であることを特徴とする。請求項2に記載の発明によれば、例えば、第1の部材のL字型に曲げられた部分をまず規制部材に係合させ、次いで、第2の部材のL字型に曲げられた部分を規制部材に係合させることで、長手形状の部材の規制部材への係合が行われる。この際、従来の技術におけるように、例えば、長手形状の部材を規制部材に設けられた開口部に通し、次いでストッパーとなる別部材を規制部材から突出した長手形状の部材の先端に取り付ける等の煩雑な作業が必要とされない。
 請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2に記載の発明において、前記長手形状の部材が前記規制部材に係合している状態において、前記長手形状の部材を前記複数の部材に分解し、前記複数の部材のぞれぞれの前記規制部材への係合を個別に解除できることを特徴とする。この態様によれば、分解が容易に行え、部品の交換やメンテナンスが容易となる。
 請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の発明において、前記複数の部材が弾性変形することで前記係合が行われることを特徴とする。請求項4に記載の発明によれば、長手形状の部材を構成する部材の弾性変形により、係合が行われるので、例えば、長手形状の部材を構成する複数の部材のそれぞれに爪部を設け、当該部材を弾性変形させることで、規制部に設けられた開口部に爪部を挿入し、その後に弾性変形した状態を元に戻すことで、この開口部の縁に爪部を引っ掛け、長手形状の部材を規制部材に係合させる作業を行うことができる。この作業は、ストッパーとなる別部材を取り付ける場合に比較して作業が容易となる。
 請求項5に記載の発明は、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記長手形状の部材は、伸縮が可能であることを特徴とする。請求項5に記載の発明によれば、長手形状の部材が伸びるので、内側の筒状部材の回転を防止する機能を維持しつつ、外側の筒状部材に対する内側の筒状部材の変位のストロークを長く確保できる。
 本発明によれば、架空線にテンションを与える架空線用テンションバランサにおいて、架空線に接続された内筒の回転を防止することができ、且つ、ストロークが長くなっても回転防止機能が損なわれず、更に、製造工数の増加、および製造コストの増加を招かない構造が提供される。

1. 第1の実施形態
(構成)
 図1には、架空線用テンションバランサ100が示されている。架空線用テンションバランサ100は、同軸配置された3つの円筒部材を備えている。まず、架空線用テンションバランサ100は、一番外側の円筒状の部材である外筒101を備えている。外筒101の外側には、図示しない柱からの支持用の吊り下げ部材が接続される吊り下げ部材取り付け部102が設けられている。外筒101の軸方向における一方(図の右側)の端部内側には、円環形状のばね接触部103が設けられている。ばね接触部103は、軸中心の方向に突出した凸条が円環状に配置された構造を有している。これは、他のばね接触部についても同じである。外筒101の内側には、中間の円筒状の部材である中筒104が同軸状に収められている。中筒104は、略円筒形状を有している。
 中筒104と外筒101の間には、外側コイルばね105が配置されている。外側コイルばね105は、軸方向において複数に分割されている。勿論、外側コイルばね105は分割されていない構造であってもよい。これは、他のコイルばねについても同じである。外側コイルばね105の一端(図の右端)は、外筒101内側のばね接触部103に接触し、外側コイルばね105の他端(図の左端)は、中筒104の他端の外側に設けられた円環形状のばね接触部106に接触している。図示しない架空線からのテンションが加わっていない状態、すなわち後述する内筒108が図の右の方向に引かれていない状態において、外側コイルばね105は、更なる圧縮の余地を残した状態で圧縮されている。これは、他のコイルばねについても同じである。中筒104の一方の端部内側には、円環形状のばね接触部107が設けられている。
 中筒104の内側には、最も内側の円筒状の部材である内筒108が同軸状に収められている。中筒104と内筒108の間には、内側コイルばね109が配置されている。内側コイルばね109の一端は、中筒104内側のばね接触部107に接触し、内側コイルばね109の他端は、内筒108に一方の端部外側に設けられた円環形状のばね接触部110に接触している。
 内筒108の一方の端部には、蓋部材111が取り付けられ、蓋部材111には、架空線取り付け部112が固定されている。架空線取り付け部112に図の右方向に延在する架空線(図示せず)が接続される。架空線には、電力給電の架空線、各種信号線を伝送する架空線、それらの線のガイドや牽引を行うガイド線が含まれる。内筒108の他方の端部内側には、規制部材の一例である止め板113が取り付けられている。図2には、止め板113が示されている。止め板113は、中央に矩形形状の開口部114が設けられている。
 図1に戻り、内筒108の内側には、長手形状の部材の一例である長尺プレート115が納められている。図3には、長尺プレート115が示されている。長尺プレート115は、長尺プレート片116と117により構成されている。長尺プレート片116と117は、同じ部材であり、細長い平板状の金属板の一端の部分を直角に折り曲げて折り曲げ部116a,117aを形成した略L字形状の構造を有している。長尺プレート115は、長尺プレート片116と117を背中合わせに接触させることで構成されている。
 長尺プレート115は、止め板113の開口部114に摺動可能な状態で挿入されている。長尺プレート115の一端は、上の方向から見て左右に開いた鍵状の引っ掛かり部115aとなっている。引っ掛かり部115aは、折り曲げ部116aおよび117aにより構成されている。長尺プレート115の他端には、ボルト孔118が設けられ、このボルト孔118を用いて、ボルト119(図1参照)により柱取り付け部120に長尺プレート115の他端が固定される。柱取り付け部120は、外筒101の内側に取り付けられた塞ぎ板122に固定されている。柱取り付け部120は、図示しない柱(コンクリート柱や金属柱)への架空線用テンションバランサ100の端部を固定するための部材である。勿論、架空線用テンションバランサ100は、柱に固定される場合に限定されず、適当な構造体に固定することが可能である。図1における符号121は、外筒101の内側に各部材を納めた状態で、それらが軸方向外側(図1の左側)に飛び出ないようにすると共に、架空線からの張力が加わった際にその力を塞ぎ板122に伝えるUボルト(軸方向から見るとU字形状をしている)である。
(組み立て作業)
 図5には、外筒101、外側コイルばね105、中筒104、内側コイルばね109、内筒108を軸方向で分離し、並べた状態が示されている。図1に示す架空線用テンションバランサ100の組み立ては、以下のようにして行う。まず、外筒101の内側に外側コイルばね105を収納する。この際、ばね接触部103に外側コイルばね105の一端(図の右端)を接触させる。次に、外側コイルばね105の内側に中筒104を挿入し、外側コイルばね105の他端(図の左側)をばね接触部106に接触させる。次に、内側コイルばね109を中筒104の内側に挿入し、内側コイルばね109の一端(図の右端)をばね接触部107に接触させる。最後に内筒108を内側コイルばね109の内側に差し込み、ばね接触部110に内側コイルばね109の他端(図の左端)を接触させる。
 この状態において、内筒108の他端(図の左端)から長尺プレート片116と117を内筒108の内部に差し込み、図5に図示されていない長尺プレート115を内筒108に係合させる。以下、この作業について図4を参照して説明する。ここでは、長尺プレート片116を内筒108の止め板113に係合させる作業について説明する。まず、長尺プレート片116を図4(A)に示す状態で、止め板113に近づけ、折り曲げ部116aを開口部114に差し込む。こうして、図4(B)に示す状態を得る。次に、折り曲げ部116aの部分を支点として、長尺プレート片116を図の時計回り方向に回転させ、図4(C)に示す状態を得る。そして、同様な方法で、もう一方の長尺プレート片117を開口部114に係合させる。こうして、図4(D)の状態を得、止め板113に長尺プレート115が係合した状態を得る。
 この状態において、長尺プレート115は、止め板113に対して、図の右の方向に移動できる。ここで、図2の開口部114は矩形で、長尺プレート115の断面形状も矩形であるので、長尺プレート115は、開口部114の内側を摺動可能であり、且つ、止め板113(内筒108)に対する長尺プレート115の相対的な回転が抑止された状態となる。つまり、長尺プレート115に対する止め板113(内筒108)の回転ができない状態で、長尺プレート115に対して、止め板113(内筒108)が図4の左の方向に移動可能となる。また、図4(D)の状態において、止め板113の右側の面に引っ掛かり部115aが引っ掛かるので、長尺プレート115が図の左方向に移動できない。言い換えると、図4(D)の状態において、止め板113の右側の面に引っ掛かり部115aが引っ掛かるので、長尺プレート115に対して、止め板113が図4の右に方向に移動できない。
 なお、図4(D)の状態から、上記と逆の手順の作業を行うことで、長尺プレート片116と117を個別に順次取り外すことができる。すなわち、図4(D)の状態から、上記と逆の手順の作業を行うことで、長尺プレート片116と117の止め板113への係合状態の解除を行うことができる。
 長尺プレート115を内筒108に係合させた後、架空線取り付け部112に牽引用ワイヤを取り付け、外筒101の一方の端部(図の右端)の開口部からそのワイヤを引き出して、ウインチにより、内筒108を図5の右の方向に引っ張る。この際、外側コイルばね105と内側コイルばね109とが圧縮され、軸方向で縮む。この状態において、外筒101の内側に長尺プレート115が貫通する開口を有した円形状の塞ぎ板122(図1、図6参照)を取り付け、外筒101に設けられたボルト孔(図示せず)に固定用Uボルト121を差し込み、塞ぎ板122の外側(図の左側)をUボルト121で押さえる状態とする(図6参照)。更に、長尺プレート115に柱取り付け部120をボルト119により取り付けることで、図6に示す状態を得る。なお、図6には、図1と90°異なる角度から見た状態が示されている。
(動作形態)
 図1の状態において、柱取り付け部120が図示しないコンクリート柱等に固定され、架空線取り付け部112に図示しない架空線が取り付けられた状態を考える。この状態において、図示しない架空線により架空線取り付け部112が図1の右の方向に引かれ、内筒108が図の右の方向に引かれると、外側コイルばね105,内側コイルばね109が縮み、中筒104と内筒108とが、図の右の方向に移動する。この状態が図6に示されている。
 この際、矩形形状の開口部114に長尺プレート115が摺動可能な状態で挿入され(抜き差し可能な状態とされ)、また長尺プレート115の矩形形状の断面構造が、開口部114の形状に合う形状であり、更に長尺プレート115の他方の端部(図1、図6の左端の部分)は、柱取り付け部120を介して、図示しない柱に固定されているので、上記の架空線取り付け部112の軸方向における移動時に、内筒108(架空線取り付け部112)が回転することが防止される。また、架空線取り付け部112がある程度、図の右の方向に移動した段階で、引っ掛かり部115aが止め板113の図の右側の面に接触し、内筒108の図の右方向への移動がそれ以上できない状態となる。
 また、図6の状態において、柱取付け部120は、コンクリート等の柱に固定されている。ここで、架空線取付け部112が図の右の方向に引かれると、内側コイルばね109および外側コイルばね105を介して、その力が外筒101に作用する。この力は、Uボルト121から塞ぎ板122に加わり、塞ぎ板122を図の右方向に押す力となる。塞ぎ板122には、柱取付け部120が固定されているので、結果として、架空線取付け部112を図の右方向に引く力は、柱取付け部120を介して、図示しない柱で支えられる。また、長尺プレート115は、柱取付け部120に固定されているので、長尺プレート115に対して回転できない内筒108は、固定対象(この場合は、図示しない柱)に対して回転しない。
(優位性)
 以上述べたように、内筒108の内側には、止め板113が設けられ、止め板113には、止め板113に対して回転できない状態で、且つ、長尺プレート115が貫通した状態で相対的に移動可能な開口部114が設けられている。長尺プレート115は、先端が折り曲げられたL字形状の2つの長尺プレート片116,117により構成され、この折り曲げられた部分が引っ掛かり部115aとなり、長尺プレート115からの止め板113の脱落が抑止されている。ここで、2つの長尺プレート片116,117を個別に止め板113に係合可能であるので、製造が簡素化される。
 すなわち、開口部114(図2参照)に軸方向に移動可能な状態で通された長尺プレート115(図3参照)の回転が、開口部114によって規制されるので、外筒101(図1参照)に対する内筒108の回転が防止される。また、図6から明らかなように、内筒108が、図の右方向にある程度引き出されると、止め板113がストッパーである引っ掛かり部115aに接触し、それ以上内筒108を引き出すことができなくなる。このため、ストロークが長くなっても回転防止機能が損なわれず、また、内筒108を引き出す限界が物理的に制限される抜け止め構造が実現される。また、長尺プレート115の止め板113への係合が、図4に示すように簡単な作業により行えるので、製造工数の増加、および製造コストの増加が抑えられる。
2. 第2の実施形態
(構成)
 本実施形態は、第1の実施形態における長尺プレート115を伸縮する構造とした例である。長尺プレート以外の部分は、第1の実施形態と同じであるので、以下、長尺プレートを伸縮する構造とした点について主に説明する。図7には、架空線用テンションバランサ200を上方向から見た断面図が示されている。図7には、(A)~(C)にゆくに従って、内筒108が図の右の方向に引っ張られストロークが長くなってゆく過程が段階的に示されている。
 図7に示す架空線用テンションバランサ200は、伸縮プレート130を備えている。伸縮プレート130は、図1の引っ掛かり部115aと同様な構造の引っ掛かり部130aを備えている。図7に示すように、内筒108が図の右方向に移動し、ある段階となると、引っ掛かり部130aが止め板113に接触し、伸縮プレート130が伸長する。
 図8には、伸縮プレート130の分解斜視図が示されている。伸縮プレート130は、長尺プレート140,長尺プレート片150,160を備えている。長尺プレート140は、長尺プレート片150,160よりも長く、また、長手方向に延在する長孔141が設けられている。長尺プレート140の他端には、ボルト孔142が設けられ、ボルト孔142を用いて長尺プレート140(伸縮プレート130)が柱取り付け部120(図7参照)に固定される。
 長尺プレート片150,160は、図3に示す長尺プレート片116,117と基本的に同じ構造であり、一端に折り曲げ部150a,160aが設けられている。これら折り曲げ部150a,160aにより、引っ掛かり部130aが形成されている。長尺プレート片150には、ボルト孔151が設けられ、長尺プレート160片には、ボルト孔161が設けられている。図示する状態で長尺プレート片150と160により、長尺プレート140を挟んだ状態で、ボルト孔151、長孔141およびボルト孔161にボルト170を通し、ボルト170にナット171を締結することで、伸縮プレート130が組み立てられている。ここで、ボルト170は、長孔141内をその延在方向に移動可能であり、またボルト170とナット171の締結状態は、伸縮プレート130として組み立てられた状態において、長尺プレート片150と160が長尺プレート140に対して、長孔141の延在方向に沿って移動可能となるように設定されている。
 この例においても、内筒108の他端の内側には、図2に示す止め板113が配置され、この止め板113の開口部114に伸縮プレート130が通されている。ここで、止め板113は、伸縮プレート130に対して、図7の左右の方向に相対的に移動が可能で、且つ、この移動方向を軸として伸縮プレート130に対して、止め板113が回転できない状態とされている。
(組み立て作業)
 伸縮プレート130の組み立てについて説明する。まず、図4に示すのと同様な方法により、長尺プレート片150と160を開口部114に通す。次いで、長尺プレート片150と160の間に長尺プレート140を挟んだ状態で、ボルト孔151、長孔141およびボルト孔161にボルト170を通し、ボルト170にナット171を締結する。こうして、伸縮プレート130が組み立てられ、また架空線用テンションバランサ200に伸縮プレート130の組み付けが行われる。架空線用テンションバランサ200に係るその他の組み立て作業は、図1の架空線用テンションバランサ100の場合と同じである。
(動作形態)
 図7(A)の状態において、柱取り付け部120が図示しないコンクリート柱等に固定され、架空線取り付け部112に図示しない架空線が取り付けられた状態を考える。この状態において、図示しない架空線により架空線取り付け部112が図7の右の方向に引かれ、内筒108が図の右の方向に引かれると、外側コイルばね105,内側コイルばね109が縮み、中筒104と内筒108とが、図の右の方向に移動する。
 この際、矩形形状の開口部114(図2参照)に伸縮プレート130が摺動可能な状態で挿入され(抜き差し可能な状態とされ)、また伸縮プレート130の矩形形状の断面構造が、開口部114の形状に合う形状であり、更に伸縮プレート130の他方の端部(左端の部分)は、柱取り付け部120を介して、図示しない柱に固定されているので、上記の架空線取り付け部112の図の右方向への移動時に、内筒108(架空線取り付け部112)が回転することが防止される。また、架空線取り付け部112がある程度、図の右の方向に移動した段階、すなわち図7(B)の状態の後に引っ掛かり部130aが止め板113の図の右側の面に接触する。この際、図8に示す長孔141内をボルト170が摺動可能であり、引っ掛かり部130aが図7の右方向に更にスライド可能であるので、長尺プレート140に対して、長尺プレート片150と160が図の右の方向にスライドする。つまり、引っ掛かり部130aが止め板113と共に図の右方向に移動し、伸縮プレート130が伸長する。この状態が図7(C)に示されている。そして、この伸張が行えなく成った段階で、引っ掛かり部130aに止め板113が接触し、それ以上内筒108が図6の右方向に動けなくなる限界点(ストローク最大の状態)となる。
 また、図7(C)の状態において、架空線からの張力が小さくなり、外側コイルばね105および内側コイルばね109の引張力が優勢になると、上記の場合とは逆の動きが生じ、中筒104および内筒108が図の左の方向に移動する。この場合、まず止め板113が伸縮プレート130に対して滑り、引っ掛かり部130aから離れて図の左方向に移動する。そして、更に止め板113が左に移動すると、止め板113がボルト170およびナット171に接触する。この接触により、ボルト170およびナット171が図の左の方向に止め板113によって押され、長尺プレート片150と160が図の左の方向に移動し、伸縮プレート130が縮む。更に止め板113が左に移動すると、それと共に長尺プレート150と160が図の左の方向に移動し、最終的に中筒104および内筒108がそれ以上図の左の方向に移動できない状態、すなわち架空線テンションバランサ200が最も縮んだ状態となる。なお、実際の使用時には、上述のストローク最大と最少の間の状態において、架空線からの張力と架空線用テンションバランサ200が架空線を引っ張る張力とがバランスする。
(優位性)
 架空線用テンションバランサ200は、伸縮プレート130が伸びるので、内筒108の回り止め、および抜け止めの機能を維持しつつ、内筒108を引き出す距離を稼ぐことができる。つまり、ロングストロークに対応した架空用線テンションバランサが得られる。
3. 第3の実施形態
(構成)
 本実施形態は、係合部を有した長手形状の部材が弾性変形可能で、弾性変形およびその後の変形が元に戻る作用により、係合部の規制部への係合を行う構成に関する。図9には、長手形状の部材の一例である伸縮プレート200が示されている。伸縮プレート200は、長尺プレート210、長尺プレート片220,230を有している。長尺プレート210は、図8の長尺プレート140と基本的に同じ部材である。図示されていないが、長尺プレート210にも図8の長孔141と同様の長孔が形成されている。長尺プレート片220,230は、図8の長尺プレート片150,160において、折り曲げ部150a,160aの代わりに、爪部220a,230aを備えている。爪部220aは、先端が斜めに成形された斜面部220bと、段差部220cを備えた突起構造を有し、段差部分220cが、折り曲げ部150a,160aの場合と同様に、止め板113の開口部114の縁に引っ掛かり係合構造が得られる構造とされている。これは、爪部230aについても同様である。
 長尺プレート片220,230によって長尺プレート210を挟んだ状態で、ボルト251およびナット252によって、長尺プレート210、長尺プレート片220,230が結合されている。ここで、ボルト251は、長尺プレート210に形成された上述した長孔に、その長手方向にスライド可能な状態で貫通しており、図8の場合と同様に、長尺プレート210に対して、長尺プレート片220,230がスライド可能な構造とされている。
 長尺プレート片220,230は、弾性変形し撓むことが可能な金属板を加工して構成されている。この例において、長尺プレート片220,230を長尺プレート210に対して、図の左側に目いっぱいスライドさせた状態で図9(A)の状態となるように各部の寸法が調整されている。この状態において、爪部220a,230aは、長尺プレート210の厚み分の寸法で離間している。また、正面(図の右の方向)から見て、爪部220a,230aの外縁間の距離L1が開口部114の対応する部分の寸法L2よりも大きく、且つ、長尺プレート210と長尺プレート片220,230の合計厚み寸法L3がL2より小さくなるように寸法が調整されている。また、爪部220a,230aの先端が開口部114に接触し、図9(B)に示すように長尺プレート片220,230が撓んだ際に、爪部220a,230aにおける差し渡しの寸法L4が、開口部114の対応する寸法L2より小さく、図9(B)の状態において、爪部220a,230aが開口部114の内側を通過できるように各部の寸法が調整されている。
(組み立て作業)
 図9(A)の状態から、止め板113の開口部114に向かって、長尺プレート片220,230の先端部分を押し込む。ここで、長尺プレート片220,230の右端が、長尺プレート210の右端よりも突出し、爪部220a,230aは、長尺プレート210の厚み分の寸法で離間しており、また、爪部220a,230aは、進む方向の両側が傾斜しているので、爪部220a,230aの先端が開口部114に接触すると、図9(B)に示すように長尺プレート片220,230が弾性変形して内側に撓む。ここで、図9(B)の状態において、爪部220a,230aが開口部114を通過できるように各部の寸法が調整されているので、更に長尺プレート片220,230の先端部分を開口部114に押し込むと、図9(B)の状態から、図9(C)の状態に移ることができる。そして、図9(C)の状態において、撓んだ長尺プレート片220,230が自身の弾性で元の形状に戻り、その撓みが解消される。ここで、L1>L2と設定されているので、図9(C)の状態において、爪部220a,230aの段差部分が開口部114の縁に引っ掛かり、長尺プレート片220,230に対して、止め板113が図の右の方向に動けなくなる。この状態において、長尺プレート210に対して、長尺プレート片220,230がスライドするので、第2の実施形態の場合と同様の機能を得ることができる。なお、回り止めの機能が得られる点は、第1の実施形態および第2の実施形態の場合と同じである。
 なお、図9(C)の状態から、長尺プレート片220と230を止め板113から個別に取り外すことができる。すなわち、図9(C)の状態から、上記と逆の手順の作業を行うことで、長尺プレート片220と230の止め板113への係合状態の解除を個別に行うことができる。この場合、ボルト251とナット252の締結状態を解除し、図4(B)→図4(A)に示すのと同様の段階を経て、長尺プレート片220と230の止め板113からの取り外しが行われる。また、図9(C)の状態において、長尺プレート片220と230の先端を近づけるように撓ませ、図9(B)に示す状態を経て、伸縮プレート200を止め板113の開口部114から引き抜くこともできる。
(優位性)
 止め板113の開口部114に伸縮プレート200を係合させるための作業が、止め板113の開口部114に伸縮プレート200を押し込むだけでよいので、作業の負担が軽減される。このため、製造コストを抑えることができる。
 以上述べたように、図9に示す構造は、長手形状の部材が、規制部材に引っ掛かることで、規制部材に係合する係合部を備えている。係合部は、爪部を有し、規制部材に形成された開口部の縁に爪部が引っ掛かることで、係合部の規制部材への係合が生じる。長手形状の部材を構成する複数の部材は、隙間を有して位置し、この隙間の方向への複数の部材の弾性変形が可能である。そのため、長手形状の部材を規制部材の開口部に押し込んだ際に、係合部が互いに近接する方向に変位し、それにより、規制部材の開口部への係合部の進入が可能となる。開口部を通過した係合部は、長手形状の部材を構成する複数の部材が自身の弾性で元の形状に復帰した段階で、爪部が開口部の縁の部分に引っ掛かる状態となり、規制部材の開口部から相対的に引き出せなくなる。こうして、長手形状の部材を規制部材に係合させる工程をより簡素な作業で行うことができる。
(その他)
 開口部114の形状は矩形に限定されず、図4に示す方法で長尺プレート115の引っ掛かり部115aを開口部115に通すことができ、且つ、引っ掛かり部115aが引っ掛かる形状であればよい。開口部114の形状の他の例としては、楕円形や六角形等が挙げられる。折り曲げ部116a,117aの折り曲げ角度は、90°に限定されず、折り曲げ部116a,117aが開口部114の縁に引っ掛かる角度であればよい。また、引っ掛かり部115aを例示した折り曲げ構造によって構成するのでなく、突起部や爪を設けることで開口部114の縁に引っ掛かるような構造とすることもできる。
 長尺プレート115の分割数は、2分割に限定されず、4分割等の他の分割数であってもよい。また、長尺プレート115や伸縮プレート130を円柱や角柱のロッドで構成してもよい。伸縮プレート130の伸縮機構は、2段構造であるが、3段以上の伸縮機構を採用することも可能である。例示した構造では、同軸配置された筒部材が外筒、中筒、内筒の3重構造であるが、同軸配置された筒部材が2つあるいは4つ以上の構造も可能である。図9に示す構造において、長尺プレート210に対して、長尺プレート片220,230を固定してもよい。この場合、例示した構造に比較してストロークは確保できないが、図1の場合と同様の機能を得ることができる。
 本発明は、架空線用テンションバランサに利用することができる。

Claims (5)

  1.  同軸配置された複数の筒部材を有し、
     前記複数の筒部材の最も内側の筒部材の内側に延在した長手形状の部材と、
     前記最も内側の筒部材の内側に設けられ、前記長手形状の部材がその長手方向に移動可能で、前記長手形状の部材の前記長手方向を軸とする回転を規制し、且つ、前記長手形状の部材を前記最も内側の筒部材から完全に引き抜くことができない状態で前記長手形状の部材と係合する規制部材と
     を備え、
     前記長手形状の部材は、複数の部材から構成されており、
     前記複数の部材のそれぞれは前記規制部材に係合する係合部を備え、
     前記複数の部材を、前記規制部材に個別に係合させることで、前記長手形状の部材の前記規制部材への係合が行われていることを特徴とする架空線用テンションバランサ。
  2.  前記複数の部材は、先端が折り曲げられたL字型の板状の第1の部材および第2の部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架空線用テンションバランサ。
  3.  前記長手形状の部材が前記規制部材に係合している状態において、前記長手形状の部材を前記複数の部材に分解し、前記複数の部材のぞれぞれの前記規制部材への係合を個別に解除できることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の架空線用テンションバランサ。
  4.  前記複数の部材が弾性変形することで前記係合が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架空線用テンションバランサ。
  5.  前記長手形状の部材は、伸縮が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の架空線用テンションバランサ。
