Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 차체에 접착방식으로 부착되는 메인기판;상기 메인기판상에 형성되며, 차체의 충돌에 따른 차체의 변형에 따라 같이 변형되어 그 변형량을 측정하는 스트레인 센서를 포함하여 이루어져, 차체의 충돌여부를 감지하는 충돌감지 센서부;를 포함하는 접착방식으로 장착되는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메인기판은 가요성을 가진 플렉시블 프린티드 서킷 보오드(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)로 이루어지는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 충돌감지 센서부는,차체에 밀착되어 차체의 변형에 따라 변형되며, 그 변형량을 측정하는 스트레인 센서;상기 스트레인 센서에서 측정되는 수치로서 차체의 변형량을 계산하며, 측정된 변형량으로서 에어백의 전개여부를 판단하는 제어부;를 포함하는 포함하는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 충돌감지 센서부에서 측정된 데이터를 차체의 에어백 전개여부를 제어하는 제어부에 송신하는 통신부를 더 포함하는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 통신부는 무선통신으로서 상기 제어부에 송신하도록 이루어지는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 충돌감지 세넛부 및 통신부에 전력을 공급하는 전원부가 더 구비되는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전원부는,전력을 저장하는 배터리를 포함하는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전원부는,차량의 주행에 따라 발생하는 진동에 의해 전력을 생성하는 진동발전장치를 포함하는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 충돌감지 센서부는 차체에 가해지는 충격을 감지하는 충격감지센서를 더 포함하는 에어백 센서모듈.
- 차체의 천정을 차체의 바닥부로부터 지지하거나 차체의 윈드실드 글래스를 지지하는 필러부가 구비된 차체;상기 필러부에 구비되는 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 에어백 센서모듈;을 포함하는 에어백 센서모듈이 통합된 차체.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 필러부는 복수장의 부재가 서로 겹쳐져 형성되며, 상기 에어백 센서모듈의 메인기판은 필러부를 이루는 복수장의 부재 중 내측에 위치되는 부재에 부착된 에어백 센서모듈이 통합된 차체.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 필러부의 상기 에어백 샌서모듈의 메인기판이 부착되는 부분에는 상기 메인기판을 수용하는 홈이 형성된 에어백 센서모듈이 통합된 차체.
