Definitions
- the present invention relates to a controller mounted on a construction machine, and more particularly to an improvement of a case with a heat radiating fin constituting a controller.
- controllers in which electronic circuit boards and the like are housed in cases are known in various fields.
- a case used for such a controller it is proposed to provide a plurality of heat radiation fins on the upper surface of the case in order to dissipate heat from heat-generating components such as a power transistor mounted on an internal electronic circuit board.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Document 1
- a connector housing portion for attaching a case-side connector (receptacle connector), a relay housing portion for attaching a relay, and a fuse are attached to the upper surface of the case described in Patent Document 1.
- a fuse housing portion is provided.
- the controller with such a case is placed in a narrow space, and maintenance with removal of the controller is performed in a cluttered place at the work site, so it has acquired skill. Even service personnel have to pay close attention to handling the controller, which is laborious.
- Patent Document 1 a pair of connector housing portions are provided along one edge of the case. However, when more connector housing portions are provided, the connector housing portions are more closely packed around the radiating fins. I have to put it. However, when many connector housing parts are densely packed, they become closer to the heat radiating fins. Therefore, the heat radiating fins are covered with a cable harness or the like wired using such connector housing parts, and the heat radiating fins. There is a problem that the action is inhibited.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a controller mounted on a construction machine having a case capable of maintaining good heat dissipation performance and reliably preventing connector damage.
- a controller is a controller provided with a case that is mounted on a construction machine, has a plurality of heat dissipating fins on the surface, and a connector placement hole for placing a connector on the surface.
- the radiating fin is provided with a first radiating fin and a second radiating fin which are arranged in a crossing direction with an intersecting portion, and the surface has a corner surrounded by the intersecting portion.
- positioning surface which faces the edge of the said surface is formed, The height of the said connector arrange
- the “surface” refers to a heat radiating surface suitable for heat radiating, and refers to a surface having a particularly large area in the case. Therefore, for example, in the case of a flat rectangular parallelepiped case, the surface corresponding to the upper surface and the lower surface when placed flat can be the surface of the present invention, but the peripheral side surface has a small area and the surface of the present invention. That's not true.
- the first radiating fin and the second radiating fin are continuous.
- the first radiating fin and the second radiating fin are arranged in a T shape.
- a controller is a controller including a case that is mounted on a construction machine, has a plurality of heat dissipating fins on the surface, and a connector placement hole for placing a connector on the surface.
- the surface has a rectangular shape in a plan view, and the heat dissipating fins are provided with first heat dissipating fins and second heat dissipating fins that have intersecting portions and are arranged in a crossing direction.
- the fins and the second heat dissipating fins are continuous, are arranged in a T-shape, and the three front ends of the T-shape are both the long side edge and one short side of the surface.
- a plurality of the connector arrangement holes are provided on each of the second connector arrangement surfaces, and the height of the connector arranged on the first and second connector arrangement surfaces is determined by the first heat radiation fin and the second heat radiation. It is characterized by being lower than the height of the fin.
- the connector arranged on the connector arrangement surface is surrounded by the first and second radiating fins defining the connector arrangement surface, and the height of the connector is the first and second radiating fins. Lower than the height of. Therefore, when the controller is handled in a cluttered work space, even if the controller is dropped from the surface side to the floor, the first and second radiating fins will hit the floor. Does not hit the floor and can protect the connector well.
- the connector placement surface is formed facing the edge of the surface, by routing the cable harness connected to the connector through the edge, the cable harness does not cover the radiation fins, It can suppress that heat dissipation performance is inhibited.
- the radiating fins can be reinforced and the impact resistance can be improved.
- the second radiating fin is constituted by one piece as in the embodiment described later, since it is reinforced by being continuous with the first radiating fin, only the second radiating fin is dropped when the controller is dropped. Even if it hits the floor first, it can hardly be deformed or damaged.
- the first and second radiating fins are arranged in a T shape, so that a pair of connector arrangement surfaces separated from each other is formed. For this reason, for a plurality of connectors arranged on each connector formation surface, it is only necessary to route the connectors so that they pass over the edges facing the respective connector arrangement surfaces, and more cables can be maintained while maintaining heat dissipation performance. Harness etc. can be wired.
- the effects of the first to third inventions can be obtained in the same manner, and the second connector arrangement surface can be formed so that a large number of connectors can be arranged and more cable harnesses can be wired. .

Abstract
