Abstract

L'invention concerne une armature hydraulique pour réaliser un rinçage hygiénique dans une installation hydraulique, comportant un raccordement pour raccorder l'armature hydraulique à une alimentation en eau fraîche, un dispositif de coupure (107, 128, 276, 326, 354) pour interrompre l'arrivée d'eau fraîche depuis l'alimentation en eau fraîche et un dispositif d'écoulement par lequel de l'eau peut s'écouler de l'installation hydraulique. L'armature comporte également un dispositif de commande (10, 210, 310) pour commander le dispositif de coupure, interagissant avec un dispositif de traitement de signal recevant les signaux d'éléments (110, 280, 358) de mesure de débit, pour déterminer des conditions d'écoulement parasites dans l'installation hydraulique. Le dispositif de commande commande le dispositif de coupure de telle manière que celui-ci s'ouvre pendant une durée de rinçage limitée lorsque le débit volumétrique est inférieur à un seuil prédéfini pendant une durée de stagnation choisie.
