技术领域
本发明涉及纺织及印染整理机械领域, 具体地说, 是一种压力辅助防止 中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊。 背景技术
在纺织及印染整理领域, 在进行染色、 湿处理或干处理时, 纺织品需要 经过压辊。 但是, 由于压辊一般都是在压辊的轴的两端用轴承总成支撑的, 这样导致压辊的两端由于有轴承限制, 可以相互紧密挤压, 但压辊中部外侧 由于限制较小, 压辊会产生变形, 致使压辊中部的压力减小。 这就造成了压 辊中部和两端的压力不均匀, 最终导致得到的纺织品中间和边缘部分吸液率 或余液率不一致, 即产生了中边色差。 为了解决该问题, 现有技术中一般是 通过将压辊设计成纺锤形, 即压辊中部的直径略大于两端的直径, 以增加压 辊中部的压力。 但是这种方法在设计计算压辊的形状非常困难, 难以做到精 确计算以保证压力均匀。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、 成本低的压力辅助防止 中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种压力辅助防止中边压力不均 匀的纺织染压辊, 包括至少一对压辊, 所述压辊外侧包覆有橡胶层, 所述压 辊两侧分别设有金属辊, 所述金属辊的外侧设有加压装置, 所述加压装置的 压力方向穿过所述金属辊和压辊的轴心。
进一步地, 每个金属辊外侧的加压装置有 1个以上, 且同一金属辊上的 加压装置以金属辊的中心对称排布。 进一步地, 所述加压装置包括一压块, 压块与金属辊接触的一面呈与金 属辊表面相适应的弧形; 所述压块为中空, 所述压块与金属辊接触的弧形表 面上设有流体出孔, 所述压块上还设有一个以上的流体入口。 进一步地, 所述压块的外侧设有压力缸, 所述压力缸内侧与压块之间设 有弹簧。
进一步地,所述压块的流体入口及压力缸的流体入口与同一压力泵连接。 进一步地, 所述压力泵向所述压块中泵入流体, 所述流体为气体、 水、 化学品溶液和染料溶液其中之一或任意组合。
进一步地, 所述流体出孔有多个, 流体出孔直径大于 0.1mm。 进一步地, 所述压块的内腔中靠近所述金属辊一侧的内壁上贴设有金属 片, 所述金属片上对应压块上流体出孔的位置也设有流体出孔, 所述金属片 上流体出孔的直径小于所述压块上流体出孔的直径, 使所述压块上的流体出 孔形成压力腔。 进一步地, 所述压辊的轴两端分别设有加压装置。
进一步地, 所述一对压辊的其中一个压辊可拆式安装到机架上。 本发明的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊通过压块紧紧压在 金属辊上, 对金属辊施加压力, 金属辊将压力传递给压辊, 以克服压辊的变 形, 使压辊的压力均匀, 从而解决中边色差的问题。 本发明通过金属辊传递 压块的压力,压块不直接与压辊的橡胶层接触, 因此不会磨损压辊的橡胶层, 不影响压辊的使用寿命。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明, 以使本领域的技术 人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施, 但所举实施例不作为对本发明的 限定。 如图 1所示, 本发明的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊一实 施例, 包括一对压辊 1, 压辊外侧包覆有橡胶层, 压辊 1两侧分别设有金属 辊 2, 金属辊 2的轴线与压辊 1的轴线在同一平面上; 金属辊 2的外侧设有 加压装置, 加压装置的压力方向穿过金属辊 2和压辊 1的轴心。 每个金属辊 2外侧的加压装置优选有 1个以上, 当有多个压块时, 其可呈规则或不规则 的排列, 但同一金属辊上的加压装置以金属辊的中心对称排布。 其中, 加压装置可以由多种实施方式, 其中一种优选的方式如图 2和图 3所示, 加压装置包括一压块 9, 压块 9与金属辊 2接触的一面呈与金属辊 2 表面相适应的弧形, 另一面连接到支架 8上, 支架 8又连接到压力缸 10上, 压力缸可以统一安装到机架 5上, 压力缸 10内侧与压块 3之间设有弹簧 4; 压块 9为中空状, 压块 9与金属辊 2接触的弧形表面上设有流体出孔 7, 压 块 9上还设有流体入口 6。 流体入口 6优选有两个, 分别设置在压块 9的上 方和下方。 流体出孔 7有多个, 其直径在 0.1mm以上。 压块 3的流体入口 6 及压力缸 10的流体入口与同一压力泵连接。如图 3所示,压块 3的内腔中靠 近金属辊 2—侧的内壁上贴设有金属片 13, 金属片 13上对应压块 3上流体 出孔的位置也设有流体出孔,金属片 13上流体出孔的直径小于压块 3上流体 出孔的直径, 使压块 3上的流体出孔形成压力腔 11。 压力泵向压块 3中泵入流体, 流体可以是气体或液体, 液体可以为水、 化学品溶液和染料溶液其中之一或任意组合。 在本实施例中, 压力泵向压力 缸 10中泵入水, 在水的压力下, 推动压块 3压到金属辊 2上, 金属辊 2将压 力传递给压辊 1, 从而克服压辊的压力不均匀的问题。通过向压块 9中注水, 水又从流体出孔 7排出, 孔径较大的地方形成压力腔 11, 而在压块 3与金属 辊 2之间形成一层液压膜 12, 使压块 3所施加的压力更为均匀, 并可减少摩 擦力, 节省能量, 且可降低金属辊 2及压块 9的摩擦损耗。 在使用完比后, 通过弹簧 4使压块 3复位, 脱离开金属辊 2。 另外, 还可以在压辊的轴两端分别设有加压装置 14, 以加大压力。 加压 装置使用现有的加压装置即可。 一对压辊的其中一个压辊以可拆方式安装到 机架上, 在需要更大的压力时, 拆掉该压辊, 而将纺织品 15夹于一压辊与一 金属辊之间, 从而可以得到更大的压力。 以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本发明而所举的较佳的实施例, 本发明 的保护范围不限于此。 本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所作的等同替 代或变换, 均在本发明的保护范围之内。 本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为 准。

1、 一种压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 包括一对压辊, 其 特征在于, 所述压辊外侧包覆有橡胶层, 所述压辊两侧分别设有金属辊, 所 述金属辊的外侧设有加压装置, 所述加压装置的压力方向穿过所述金属辊和 压辊的轴心。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 每个金属辊外侧的加压装置有 1个以上, 且同一金属辊上的加 压装置以金属辊的中心对称排布。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 所述加压装置包括一压块, 压块与金属辊接触的一面呈与金属 辊表面相适应的弧形; 所述压块为中空, 所述压块与金属辊接触的弧形表面 上设有流体出孔, 所述压块上还设有一个以上的流体入口。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 所述压块的外侧设有压力缸, 所述压力缸内侧与压块之间设有 弹簧。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 所述压块的流体入口及压力缸的流体入口与同一压力泵连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 所述压力泵向所述压块中泵入流体, 所述流体为气体、 水、 化 学品溶液和染料溶液其中之一或任意组合。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 所述流体出孔有多个, 流体出孔直径大于 0.1mm。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于,所述压块的内腔中靠近所述金属辊一侧的内壁上贴设有金属片, 所述金属片上对应压块上流体出孔的位置也设有流体出孔, 所述金属片上流 体出孔的直径小于所述压块上流体出孔的直径, 使所述压块上的流体出孔形 成压力腔。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 所述压辊的轴两端分别设有加压装置。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的压力辅助防止中边压力不均匀的纺织染压辊, 其特征在于, 所述一对压辊的其中一个压辊可拆式安装到机架上。
