一种单螺旋立式榨油机
技术领域
本发明涉及到厨房电器技术领域,具体涉及到冷榨油实现工具的结构改进方面。
背景技术
目前, 95 型榨油机构造主要由进料装置,螺旋轴,榨笼,机架,底座,传动机构组成。在传动机构工作中使螺旋轴旋动,料胚在榨膛内容积逐步缩小,受到各种阻力,从而产生压力来进行榨油。此类榨油机体积大,耗电,不适用于当代家庭厨房。参考文献: << 制油工 >>- (新疆生产建设兵团农业局组织编写,北京中国劳动社会保障出版社, 2008 。)
另外,现有榨油机构与榨油机的传动机构间的连接结构复杂,安装操作不便。
目前的家用榨油机的传动机构是与螺旋轴的前端,也即入料端连接,因此传动机构的体积相对较大,榨膛只能采用横向放置,占用的桌面面积较大,若立式放置的话存在重心不稳。
发明内容
综上所述,本发明的目的在于解决现有家用榨油机构是前端动力传递,只能横向放置,占地面积大的技术不足,而提出一种单螺旋立式榨油机。
为解决本发明所提出的技术问题,采用的技术方案为:一种单螺旋立式榨油机,包括有漏斗及由榨膛、螺旋轴及传动机构组成的榨油机构,螺旋轴设于榨膛内;其特征在于:所述的榨膛为立式设置;所述漏斗设于榨膛顶部;所述的螺旋轴的压榨末端与传动机构传动连接。
所述的榨膛通过快拆装结构与所述的传动机构锁紧连接。
所述的快拆装结构是指:在榨膛的侧壁设有钢珠卡槽,在传动机构的连接座中嵌入有与榨膛的钢珠卡槽配合锁死的钢珠,在传动机构的连接座活动套接有阻止钢珠弹出的钢圈,钢圈的内圈上设有供钢珠在拆卸榨膛时后退的凹槽。
所述的漏斗与榨膛顶部的入料口对接。
或者,所述的漏斗与榨膛顶端侧壁的入料口对接。
所述的榨膛的底部或传动机构的连接座上套接有集油盘。
所述的集油盘的底部设有用于炼油的安全电压加热装置。
所述的集油盘的底部增设带重力感应器的离心油渣分离器;或者在所述的集油盘的底部增设悬浮油渣分离器。
所述的传动机构中设有与出渣口对接的出渣腔,在出渣腔中设有与螺旋轴同步的出渣拔料杆。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用螺旋轴的压榨末端与传动机构传动连接,也即榨油机构不仅可以横向设置,还可以采用立式设置,立式设置时减小占地面积,稳定性好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例,对本发明的结构作进一步地说明。
参照图1至图6中所示,本发明的榨油机构是由:榨膛 1 、螺旋轴 2 及传动机构 5 组成;螺旋轴 2 设于榨膛 1 内,原料在螺旋轴 2 的旋转驱动下从榨膛 1 顶端进入,由于螺旋轴 2 螺旋槽的深度从上至下是逐步减浅,原料被挤压出油,油从榨膛 1 壁面上的出油孔 11 中排出,达到挤压榨油目的。所述的螺旋轴 2 的压榨末端,也即图中的底端与传动机构 5 传动连接,传动机构 5 上设有一个与榨膛 1 套接的连接座 52 。
为了方便榨膛 1 与传动机构 5 的连接座 52 快速连接,或快速拆卸,榨膛 1 通过快拆装结构与所述的传动机构的连接座 52 锁紧连接。参照图 6 和图 7 中所示,所述的快拆装结构是指:在榨膛 1 的侧壁设有钢珠卡槽 12 ,在传动机构的连接座 52 中嵌入有与榨膛 1 的钢珠卡槽 12 配合锁死的钢珠 56 ,在传动机构的连接座 52 活动套接有阻止钢珠 56 弹出的钢圈 57 ,钢圈 57 的内圈上设有供钢珠在拆卸榨膛 1 时后退的凹槽 571 。工作原理是:在榨膛 1 插入到位后,钢珠 56 介于钢珠卡槽 12 与连接座 52 二者之间,连接座 52 上套接的钢圈 57 阻挡钢珠 56 后退,因而榨膛 1 与连接座 52 被锁死;当需要拆卸榨膛 1 时,下拔钢圈 57 ,释放钢珠 56 ,钢珠 56 向凹槽 571 中后退,且从钢珠卡槽 12 中不受阻力地退出,此时,可以抽离榨膛 1 ,方便快捷。为了保持钢圈 57 的稳定性,套接在连接座 52 上的弹升弹簧 531 对钢圈 57 施加向上的弹力,抽出和插入榨膛 1 均先下压钢圈 57 。
参照图 1 至图 3 中所示,应用上述榨油机构的榨油机,包含有漏斗 6 ,上述榨油机构竖立放置,也即是所述的榨膛 1 为立式设置,榨膛 1 顶部设有与漏斗 6 配合对接进料的入料口,所述的漏斗 6 与榨膛的入料口对接;或者,所述的漏斗 6 与榨膛 1 顶端侧壁的入料口对接。
为了方便对榨膛 1 中排出的油进行收集,榨膛 1 的底部或传动机构的连接座 52 上套接有集油盘 14 。油在集油盘 14 中沉淀后引导流出到盛油盘中。为了实现对原油进行提炼,集油盘 14 的底部设有用于炼油的安全电压加热装置 53 。为了集油盘 14 的油渣分离效果,可以在集油盘 14 底部增设带重力感应器的小型离心油渣分离器,当重力感应器感应到离心油渣分离器中油量达到预设重量时,启动离心油渣分离器,以离心原理进行油渣分离;或者所述的集油盘的底部增设悬浮油渣分离器,油从上部进去悬浮油渣分离器,渣沉淀在底部,过滤的油从侧面流出。
参照图 2 和图 3 中所示,传动机构 5 内设有电机 51 ,电机 51 经减速箱 59 驱动传动轴 54 ,传动轴 54 再与螺旋轴 2 对接,从螺转轴 2 的末端驱动。在传动机构 5 中设有与榨膛 1 的出渣口对接的出渣腔 543 ,在出渣腔 543 中设有与螺旋轴 2 同步的出渣拔料杆 542 ,将出渣腔 543 中的油渣从油渣出口 55 中拔出。在传动轴 54 为了避免油或油渣进入减速箱 59 的动力输出轴间隙中,所述的传动轴 54 上设有倒扣式的防水外沿 541 。

  1. 一种单螺旋立式榨油机,包括有漏斗及由榨膛、螺旋轴及传动机构组成的榨油机构,螺旋轴设于榨膛内;其特征在于:所述的榨膛为立式设置;所述漏斗设于榨膛顶部;所述的螺旋轴的压榨末端与传动机构传动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的榨膛通过快拆装结构与所述的传动机构锁紧连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的快拆装结构是指:在榨膛的侧壁设有钢珠卡槽,在传动机构的连接座中嵌入有与榨膛的钢珠卡槽配合锁死的钢珠,在传动机构的连接座活动套接有阻止钢珠弹出的钢圈,钢圈的内圈上设有供钢珠在拆卸榨膛时后退的凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的漏斗与榨膛顶部的入料口对接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的漏斗与榨膛顶端侧壁的入料口对接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的榨膛的底部或传动机构的连接座上套接有集油盘。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的集油盘的底部设有用于炼油的安全电压加热装置。
  8. 根据权利要6所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的集油盘的底部增设带重力感应器的离心油渣分离器。
  9. 根据权利要6所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的集油盘的底部增设悬浮油渣分离器。
  10. 所权利要求1所述的一种单螺旋立式榨油机,其特征在于:所述的传动机构中设有与出渣口对接的出渣腔,在出渣腔中设有与螺旋轴同步的出渣拔料杆。
