凸起部,6.4为缺口,6.5为铰链通孔,7为固定螺杆,8为底板铰链,9为阻尼器,9.1为凸楞,9.2为方形柱,10为面板铰链,10.1为方形孔,11为垫片,12为螺母内套,12.1为外齿,13为螺母外套,13.1为内齿,14为陶瓷。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图1-图7,本 座便器盖板的安装结构,包括面板1、底板2和快装机构 ,
快装机构包括至少一分别固定于面板1与底板2后部的面板铰链10和底板铰链8以及一个与面板1、底板2转动铰接的转接件;该转接件包括一铰链座6和一阻尼器9,并且于铰链座6的上端依次安装有装饰盖3、定位开关4以及螺纹卡环5,螺纹卡环5内设有用于与固定螺杆7螺纹连接的弹性螺纹臂5.2,并且通过转动定位开关4传动螺纹卡环5,使螺纹在拧紧的同时将铰链往下压得更紧,实现所述快装机构与固定螺杆7的固定与松脱。铰链座6上设有若干的凸起部6.3,螺纹卡环5对应该凸起部6.3设置有与之数量相当的槽位5.3;螺纹卡环5放置于铰链座6内并通过铰链座6内壁设置的凸舌6.1进行限位固定;螺纹卡环5可在该铰链座6内转动活动并通过凸起部6.3与螺纹卡环5内设有的弹性螺纹臂5.2相抵靠,实现螺纹卡环5与固定螺杆7的固定与松脱
。
固定螺杆7下部的螺纹穿过陶瓷14配合装配有螺母组件,螺母组件包括垫片11、螺母内套12以及螺母外套13,
螺母内套12以及螺母外套13为塑料制成;
螺母外套13截面呈凹形且两端相通,螺母内套12放置于螺母外套13内,由垫片11于螺母外套13自由端配合限位;螺母内套12外壁设置有外齿12.1,螺母外套13外壁呈类矩形,且内壁设置有内齿13.1,外齿12.1与内齿13.1相对方向相互转动啮合;螺母内套12呈内空圆筒形,且内壁设置有与固定螺杆7下部的螺纹配合的螺纹
。
定位开关4底部设置有若干的凸块4.2,螺纹卡环5对应该凸块4.2设置有与之数量相当的通孔5.1;通过凸块4.2卡装于通孔5.1内,实现转动定位开关4传动螺纹卡环5,使其两者同步转动;定位开关4外围一侧延伸设置有开关凸舌4.1,铰链座6对应开关凸舌4.1于相应位置设置有用于限定定位开关4转动位置的缺口6.4;
装饰盖3的底部设置有若干的卡扣3.1, 铰链座6对应该 卡扣3.1于相应位置设置有与之数量相当的卡扣孔6.2;定位开关4以及螺纹卡环5依次放置于
铰链座6内部,其上端由 装饰盖3 通过 卡扣3.1与卡扣孔6.2的配合限位固定。
铰链座6于设有缺口6.4的相对位置设置有一横向铰链通孔6.5,铰链通孔6.5内设有若干的凹坑,阻尼器9转动套设于铰链通孔6.5内,并且对应铰链通孔6.5内设有的凹坑设置有与之数量相当的凸楞9.1;阻尼器9的一端呈圆柱形,与底板铰链8转动套接,另一端设置有一方形柱9.
2 , 面板铰链10对应该方形柱9.2设有一方形孔10.1与之相互转动套接。
面板1的后部固定有面板铰链10,底板2的后部固定底板铰链8,面板1与底板2通过面板铰链10以及底板铰链8互相套接于
阻尼器9,实现两者的相对转动;并且通过阻尼器9上设置的凸楞9.1与铰链通孔6.5内设置的凹坑凹凸配合,实现 面板1与底板2的转动定位。
参见图8-图9,
螺纹卡环5通过凸舌6.1固定于铰链座6的内部,固定螺杆7固定于陶瓷14上,把安装有螺纹卡环5的铰链座6从上往下压合于固定螺杆7上部,同时整个铰链会发出哒哒哒的声音,然后于其上部安装定位开关4,定位开关4利用开关凸舌4.1进行转动,并且通过凸块4.2与螺纹卡环5上设置的通孔5.1互相配合,借此一并传动螺纹卡环5,使铰链座6上设置的凸起部6.3与螺纹卡环5上设置的弹性螺纹臂5.2处于不接触状态,固定螺杆7的上部螺纹与弹性螺纹臂5.2处于非卡紧状态,固定螺杆7可随意从快装机构内取出。
参见图10 -图11,
螺纹卡环5通过凸舌6.1固定于铰链座6的内部,固定螺杆7固定于陶瓷14上,把安装有螺纹卡环5的铰链座6从上往下压合于固定螺杆7上部,同时整个铰链会发出哒哒哒的声音,然后于其上部安装定位开关4,并转动开关凸舌4.1带动定位开关4转动,并且通过凸块4.2与螺纹卡环5上设置的通孔5.1互相配合,借此一并传动螺纹卡环5,使铰链座6上设置的凸起部6.3与螺纹卡环5上设置的弹性螺纹臂5.2处于互相抵靠的状态,同时,弹性螺纹臂5.2与固定螺杆7的上部螺纹螺纹配合,并且互相卡紧,使得
座便器盖板与固定螺杆7相互固定。
通过上述技术方案,
先把固定螺杆7通过螺母组件锁紧在陶瓷14上面,然后再将整个铰链合上固定螺杆7,用手往下压整个铰链,这时整个铰链会发出哒哒哒的声音,
螺纹卡环5的弹性螺纹臂5.2与固定螺杆7螺纹配合,用户只需转动定位开关4传动螺纹卡环5,使弹性螺纹臂5.2与
铰链座6上设置的凸起部6.3处于互相抵靠或非接触状态,就能轻松地实现座便器盖板与固定螺杆7的快速安装以及快速拆卸。
参见图12-图14,当固定螺杆7与螺母组件在陶瓷14上的锁紧过程中,拧紧螺母外套13时,因为外齿13.1与内齿12.1的作用,会带动螺母内套12一起转动,直到螺母组件与固定螺杆7扭紧。图14中箭头为螺母内套12与螺母外套13各自转动方向。
参见图15-图16,当用户需要扭松螺母组件与固定螺杆7时,此时只需向内齿12.1与外齿13.1咬合状态的相反方向旋转,就能轻松的拧松螺母组件与固定螺杆7。图16中箭头为螺母内套12与螺母外套13各自转动方向。
参见图17-图19,当螺母组件到达陶瓷14底面时,其垫片11会和陶瓷14底面贴合,垫片11和陶瓷14此时无相对运动;垫片11和螺母内套12相互运动摩擦;因为垫片11和螺母内套12的接触面在拧紧过程中的摩擦远小于垫片11与陶瓷14之间的摩擦,所以起到降低螺母在拧紧过程的阻力作用。当锁紧螺母的扭力达到设定的3.4N/m时,螺母内套12与螺母外套13的齿之间的过盈尺寸,会因扭力的增大,螺母内套12和螺母外套13均会产生弹性变形,此时齿之间不再是咬合状态,螺母内套12不会再运动,而螺母外套13会因为扭力的增大,会继续运动,当外齿13.1运动到与内齿12.1再次咬合状态时,弹性变形消失,会听到清脆的响声。如此循环,便会听到连续的嗒嗒声音,告诉用户已扭到位。图19中箭头为螺母外套13转动方向。
上述为本实用新型的优选方案,本领域普通技术人员对其简单的变型或改造,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种座便器盖板的安装结构,包括面板(1)、底板(2)和快装机构 ,其特征在于 快装机构包括至少一分别固定于面板与底板后部的面板铰链(10)和底板铰链(8),以及一个与面板、底板转动铰接的转接件;该转接件包括一铰链座(6)和一阻尼器(9),并且于铰链座的上端依次安装有装饰盖(3)、定位开关(4)以及螺纹卡环(5),所述的螺纹卡环内设有用于与固定螺杆(7)上部的螺纹连接的弹性螺纹臂(5.2),并且通过转动定位开关传动螺纹卡环实现所述快装机构与固定螺杆的固定与松脱;所述固定螺杆下部的螺纹穿过陶瓷(14)装配有由垫片(11)、螺母内套(12)以及螺母外套(13)组成的螺母组件,其中螺母外套截面呈凹形且两端相通,螺母内套放置于螺母外套内,由垫片于螺母外套自由端配合限位。
- 根据权利要求1所述座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述 铰链座(6)上设有若干的凸起部(6.3),螺纹卡环对应该凸起部设置有与之数量相当的槽位(5.3);螺纹卡环(5)放置于铰链座内并通过铰链座内壁设置的凸舌(6.1)进行限位固定;所述螺纹卡环可在该铰链座内转动活动并通过所述凸起部与螺纹卡环内设有的弹性螺纹臂(5.2)相抵靠,实现螺纹卡环与固定螺杆(7)的固定与松脱。
- 根据权利要求1所述座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述 定位开关(4)底部设置有若干的凸块(4.2),螺纹卡环(5)对应该凸块设置有与之数量相当的通孔(5.1);通过所述凸块卡装于通孔内,实现转动定位开关传动螺纹卡环,使其两者同步转动。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述 定位开关(4)外围一侧延伸设置有开关凸舌(4.1),铰链座(6)对应开关凸舌于相应位置设置有用于限定定位开关转动位置的缺口(6.4)。
- 根据权利要求4所述座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述装饰盖(3)的底部设置有若干的卡扣(3.1), 铰链座(6)对应该 卡扣于相应位置设置有与之数量相当的卡扣孔(6.2);定位开关(4)以及螺纹卡环(5)依次放置于 铰链座内部,其上端由 装饰盖 通过所述 卡扣与卡扣孔的配合限位固定 。
- 根据权利要求5所述座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述 铰链座(6)于设有缺口(6.4)的相对位置设置有一横向铰链通孔(6.5),铰链通孔内设有若干的凹坑,所述阻尼器(9)转动套设于铰链通孔内,并且对应铰链通孔内设有的凹坑设置有与之数量相当的凸楞(9.1);所述阻尼器的一端呈圆柱形,与底板铰链(8)转动套接,另一端设置有一方形柱(9. 2 ), 面板铰链(10)对应该方形柱设有一方形孔(10.1)与之相互转动套接。
- 根据权利要求6所述 座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述面板(1)的后部至少固定有一面板铰链(10),底板(2)的后部至少固定有一底板铰链(8),面板与底板通过面板铰链以及底板铰链互相套接于 阻尼器(9),实现两者的相对转动;并且通过阻尼器上设置的凸楞(9.1)与铰链通孔(6.5)内设置的凹坑凹凸配合,实现 面板与底板的转动定位。
- 根据权利要求1所述座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述 螺母内套(12)外壁设置有外齿(12.1),螺母外套(13)内壁设置有内齿(13.1),外齿与内齿相对方向相互转动啮合; 所述螺母内套以及螺母外套为塑料制成。
- 根据权利要求1或8所述 座便器盖板的安装结构 ,其特征在于所述 螺母内套(12)呈内空圆筒形,且内壁设置有与固定螺杆(7)下部螺纹配合的螺纹。
- 根据权利要求9所述座便器盖板的安装结构,其特征在于所述 螺母外套(13)外壁呈圆形、三边形、矩形或多边形。
