L'objectif de la présente invention est de réduire des coûts de construction pour le montage des matériaux de construction internes et externes et de réduire simultanément un espace entre les matériaux de construction internes et externes et l'élément mural extérieur ou intérieur d'un bâtiment lors du montage des matériaux de construction internes et externes en utilisant une pièce de commande de position de sorte que des premières parties horizontales concave et convexe ou des premières parties verticales concaves et convexes soient formées sur la surface inférieure ou la surface latérale d'une partie protubérance de retenue de la pièce de commande de position et des secondes parties horizontales concave et convexe ou des secondes parties verticales concaves et convexes soient formées sur la protubérance de retenue du trou de commande de position au niveau d'une patte de fixation, et ainsi la pièce de commande de position est sélectivement commandée sans coulisser dans les directions de va-et-vient sur la partie horizontale de la patte de fixation afin d'être fixée de façons stable et simple de sorte que le montage des matériaux de construction internes et externes puisse être réalisé simplement.
