- 전지셀;상기 전지셀에 인접하여 위치한 열교환기;관상 벽을 포함하고 있는 냉각 매니폴드, 제 1 유체 포트, 및 스플릿-링 형상 부재(split-ring shaped member)를 포함하고;상기 관상 벽은 내부 영역을 설정하고 제 1 및 제 2 단부들을 포함하고 있으며;상기 제 1 유체 포트는 관상 벽의 외면으로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장되어 있고, 상기 내부 영역과 유체적으로 연통하며, 관상 벽을 통해 연장되어 있고, 관상 벽에 일체적으로 부착되어 있으며;상기 스플릿-링 형상 부재는 관상 벽의 외면으로부터 소정 거리로 제 1 유체 포트의 외면 상에 위치하며, 열교환기로부터의 관이 제 1 유체 포트 내로 삽입될 때 제 1 유체 포트가 반경상으로 바깥쪽으로 팽창하는 것을 방지하는 경질 소재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 스플릿-링 형상 부재의 내경은 제 1 유체 포트의 관상 포트 본체의 미압축 외경 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유체 포트는 탄성 소재로 구성되어 있고, 상기 스플릿-링 형상 부재는 경질 소재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 소재는 열가소성 탄성체(thermoplastic elastomer)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 경질 소재는 강철(steel)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 스플릿-링 형상 부재의 외경은 제 1 유체 포트의 관상 포트 본체의 외경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈은, 관상 벽의 외면으로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장되어 있고 내부 영역과 유체적으로 연통하는 복수의 추가 유체 포트들을 더 포함하고, 상기 복수의 추가 유체 포트들은 외면을 따라 선형적으로 배치되어 있고, 상호 이격되어 있으며, 제 1 유체 포트의 구조와 동일한 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
