背景技术
现有浮碾磨粉机、 行星立磨、 风扫环磨机、 摆辊磨、 离心环磨机等环碾 型磨粉机都是通过锤轮利用离心惯性力对从碾环上部下落的物料进行碾压 而破碎物料的, 当锤轮的重量一定时, 锤轮碾压力随着机器的运转速度的提 高而增大, 很难实现在机器的临界转速状态, 对物料在破碎强度极限下粉碎 所需作用力, 当碾压力过大时, 易造成 "过磨", 影响产品品质, 当碾压力 达不到破碎物料所需强度时, 生产效率大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环碾型立式磨机锤轮碾压力调节机构, 该机构可 以有效地调节锤轮碾压力, 实现对不同硬度物料所需破碎力的调节, 也可实现 同一种物料在不同碾压层所需碾压力的调节。
本发明的技术方案是, 一种环碾型立式磨机碾压力可调式锤轮机构, 在星 形支架上通过摆臂轴装有摆臂, 在摆臂的一端通过锤轮轴装有锤轮, 在摆臂通 过调节螺栓装有重锤。
