本发明涉及一种车斗用遮盖设备, 特别是一种适用于车斗的举升装置、 一 包含该举升装置的罩覆机构, 以及一包含该罩覆机构的覆盖施作总成。
背景技术
现有车用的车斗为符合环保法规, 已经强制规定每一车斗必须加装防尘网, 方可上路。
上述加装防尘网的手段是将一框架的二端别设置于一车斗或车斗大梁的二 侧, 使框架的水平段位于车斗上方, 通过将二弹簧的一端各自固定于框架的二 垂直段, 再将二弹簧的另一端各自固定于于车斗二侧, 利用位于车斗前檐后方 的卷放装置的钢索线连接框架, 使防尘网前后二端分别固定于车斗前檐与框架 的水平段之间。 当卷放装置的钢索线被卷收时, 框架朝车斗前檐方向移动, 防 尘网被会拉回形成堆迭状; 当卷放装置的钢索线被松放时, 框架朝车斗尾门方 向移动, 防尘网被会被拉伸铺设于车斗上方。
然而, 上述防尘网及其相关设备, 在安装过程中会耗费较长时间, 且框架 常受强风吹袭损坏而不易更换与维修, 加上弹簧行程过长易晃动导致框架与车 斗之间的缝隙无法密合而造成防尘效果不佳。
又, 上述框架因枢转速度与力道不足, 当前檐下方设置的卷放装置呈现空 转以利于钢索线的出线, 供框架可由前檐枢转至尾门时, 倘若遇有强风出现, 经常会吹袭框架, 造成框架甩回前檐上方, 导致钢索线外露于卷放装置, 甚至 使得外露的钢索线彼缠绕不易理线。 此外, 驾驶者必须探出头, 或者离开驾驶 室, 方能观看防尘网及上述框架的运作状况, 在操作上并不便利。
发明内容
本发明的一目的, 在于提供一种覆盖施作总成, 可快速施工安装固定于车 斗与维修更换。
本发明的还一目的, 在于提供一种覆盖施作总成, 可配合触动开关的断路 与开路, 使遮覆件具有在操作上的便利。
本发明的再一目的, 在于提供一种罩覆机构, 使遮覆件能敏捷的被执行铺 设于车斗及被卷收堆迭于平台。
本发明的另一目的, 在于提供一种具有缓冲单元的举升装置, 可使架体单 元的枢转速度加快且不易晃动, 以确保遭受强风时仍能正常运作。
本发明的又一目的, 在于提供一种具有延伸架体的举升装置, 可使罩覆机 构的遮覆件的覆盖面积扩及于车斗内外而提高防尘。 为实现上述目的, 本发明采取以 技术方案:
一种举升装置, 它包含:
二衔接单元, 每一该衔接单元包括一固定件、 一位于该固定件下方的第一 连接部, 及一设置于该固定件下方且位置较该第一连接部高的第二连接部; 一架体单元, 包括一可与每一该第二连接部枢接的支架; 以及
二缓冲单元, 每一该缓冲单元包括一与该支架枢接且在伴随该架体单元枢 转时可连动地转向与提供停止的摆臂, 及一设置于该摆臂与该第一连接部间的 弹力元件。
所述衔接单元还包括一由所述固定件下方延伸的垂直段, 及一跨设于该垂 直段与所述固定件间的补强件。
所述架体单元还包括一延伸架体, 该延伸架体具有二分别对接于所述支架 的滑动段、 一设置于该等滑动段间且可调整高度的升降段, 及若干个设置于该 升降段上方且与所述支架方向相反的跨设段。
所述衔接单元的第二连接部具有一陪林。
所述架体单元还包括二分别与所述支架对接的尾段, 该尾段具有一设置于 所述陪林中的支撑段, 及一与该支撑段相邻的通孔。
所述弹力元件二端分别枢接于所述第一连接部与所述尾段的通孔间。
所述缓冲单元的摆臂具有一可与所述通孔对应的第一透孔、 一供所述尾段 抵靠的挡止, 及一位于该第一透孔旁可与所述弹力元件一端对应的第二透孔。
所述的举升装置还包含一可穿设所述通孔与所述第一透孔的第一紧固件, 及二分别可穿设所述第二透孔与所述第一连接部的第二紧固件。
一种举升装置, 它包含:
一架体单元, 包括一以其两端分别枢设于一第一基准部的支架; 以及 二缓冲单元, 每一该缓冲单元包括一以其一端与该支架枢接的第一摆臂、 一以其一端与该支架另一端枢接的第二摆臂, 及一设置于该第二摆臂另一端与 一第二基准部间的弹力元件, 且该第二基准部与该第一基准部呈错位且位置较 1¾。
所述的举升装置还包含一以其一端与所述第二基准部枢接的第三摆臂, 且 所述弹力元件设置于所述第二摆臂另一端与该第三摆臂另一端之间。
在所述第二基准部外还设置一壳体, 该壳体可供所述第二基准部定位。 所述缓冲单元的第一摆臂具有若干个第一孔位, 及一可设置于该第一孔位 的第一固紧件; 所述缓冲单元的第二摆臂具有若干个第二孔位, 及一可设置于 该第二孔位的第二固紧件; 当该第一、 二孔位对应时, 该第一固紧件将该第一、 二孔位穿设形成枢转。 一种罩覆机构, 它包含: 3
一遮覆件, 包括分别沿一长方向二端界定出的第一区及第二区, 该第一区 具有一沿一短方向设置的第一长形体, 及一与该第一长形体呈间隔同向设置的 第二长形体, 且该第二长形体的长度大于该第一长形体的长度; 以及
一如上所述的举升装置, 其架体单元与该遮覆件的第二区接触, 可引导该 遮覆件施放至定位与复归回原位。
一种覆盖施作总成, 适用于一车斗, 该车斗具有一前檐、 一与该前檐相对 的尾门, 及一位于该前檐与该尾门间的储放空间, 该覆盖施作总成包含:
一卷放单元, 设置于该前檐外部, 并至少包括一平台、 一设置于该平台内 的动力源, 及若干个可伴随该动力源的转向以形成收线与放线的线材;
一如上所述的罩覆机构, 设置于该车斗, 供该举升装置的每一衔接单元固 定于该车斗二侧, 且该举升装置的架体单元与该等线材连接, 并供该罩覆机构 的第一长形体固定于该平台, 且该罩覆机构的第二长形体往复地抵靠于该前檐 顶端外部与该平台, 该线材形成放线供该遮覆件施放至定位时的覆盖面积可涵 盖该平台、 该储放空间内部与其外部二侧的一部分, 及该尾门外部的一部分, 且该线材形成收线供该遮覆件复归回原位时可集中迭置于该平台; 以及
触动开关, 至少具有第一开关及第二开关, 该第一开关是朝该尾门方向设 置于该车斗一侧下缘, 该第一开关并与该动力源电性连接, 当该架体单元的支 架触及该第一开关时会形成断路, 造成该卷放单元的动力源停止输出动力; 该 第二开关是朝该前檐方向设置于该第一开关旁, 该第二开关并与该动力源电性 连接, 当该架体单元的支架触及该第二开关时会形成开路, 造成该卷放单元的 动力源启动用以输出动力。
所述架体单元的支架具有一可触及所述触动开关的凸块。
所述的覆盖施作总成还包含二分别设置于所述车斗的前檐的滑动件。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明利用可快速施工安装固定于车斗与维修更换 的覆盖施作总成, 使举升装置的缓冲单元的回转力道增强, 可提供架体单元的 枢转速度加快且不易晃动, 纵使遭受强风吹袭时, 弹力元件仍保有足够力道供 架体单元朝尾门方向翻转, 并越过以第一基准部的垂直线为基准的限制后, 再 依靠架体单元自身的重量下垂并抵靠于尾门, 故可以确保遭受强风时仍能正常 运作。
本发明另以举升装置的延伸架体, 使遮覆件的覆盖面积扩及于车斗内外, 故可以提高防尘。
本发明的罩覆机构还配合卷放单元及触动开关的断路与开路, 使遮覆件能 敏捷的被执行铺设于车斗及被卷收堆迭于平台, 故可具有在操作上的便利。 图 1为一立体外观图, 说明本发明的覆盖施作总成适用于一车斗的一实施 例态样。

承上, 兹将配合图式列举具体实施例, 用以详细说明本发明的内容及细节。 首先, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 本发明的举升装置 1 0的 一实施例态样包含二衔接单元 1、 一架体单元 2, 以及二缓冲单元 3 。
前述的二衔接单元 1, 每一衔接单元 1包括一固定件 1 1、 一位于该固定 件 1 1下方的第一连接部 1 2, 及一设置于该固定件 1 1下方且位置较该第一 连接部 1 2高的第二连接部 1 3。 该衔接单元 1的第二连接部 1 3具有一陪林 1 3 2。 该衔接单元 1还包括一由该固定件 1 1下方延伸的垂直段 1 4, 及一 跨设于该垂直段 1 4与该固定件 1 1间的补强件 1 5 。
前述的一架体单元 2, 包括一可与每一第二连接部 1 3枢接的支架 2 1 。 该架体单元 2还包括一延伸架体 2 2, 该延伸架体 2 2具有二分别对接于该支 架 2 1的滑动段 2 2 1、 一设置于该等滑动段 2 2 1间且可调整高度的升降段 2 2 2 , 及若干个设置于该升降段 2 2 2上方且与该支架 2 1方向相反的跨设 段 2 2 3。 该架体单元 2还包括二分别与该支架 2 1对接的尾段 2 3, 该尾段

前述的二缓冲单元 3, 每一缓冲单元 3包括一与该支架 2 1枢接且在伴随 该架体单元 2枢转时可连动地转向与提供停止的摆臂 3 1, 及一设置于该摆臂
3 1与该第一连接部 1 2间的弹力元件 3 2。 该弹力元件 3 2二端分别枢接于 该第一连接部 1 2与该尾段 2 3的通孔 2 3 2间。 该缓冲单元 3的摆臂 3 1具 有一可与该通孔 2 3 2对应的第一透孔 3 1 1、 一供该尾段 2 3抵靠的挡止 3 1 2, 及一位于该第一透孔 3 1 1旁可与该弹力元件 3 2—端对应的第二透孔 3 1 3 。
以上所述的举升装置 1 0, 还包含一可穿设该通孔 2 3 2与该第一透孔 3 1 1的第一紧固件 4, 及二分别可穿设该第二透孔 3 1 3与该第一连接部 1 2 的第二紧固件 5 。
通过上述元件的组合, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 本发明的 举升装置 1 Q的一实施例的固定件 1 1可以悍接或其他固定方式设置于车斗 8 二侧, 当架体单元 2的支架 2 1 以第二连接部 1 3的陪林 1 3 2为中心, 向右 或向左枢转时, 缓冲单元 3的摆臂 3 1与弹力元件 3 2会随着尾段 2 3的影响 而相对地连动, 该支架 2 1与该尾段 2 3同样向右枢转至其最大限度, 接触尾 门 8 2的车斗 8上方, 可引导该遮覆件 6施放至定位, 此时弹力元件 3 2因处 于压缩状态而不易晃动, 故该支架 2 1与车斗 8上方间可以较为紧靠。 该支架 2 1与该尾段 2 3同样可向左枢转至其最大限度时, 可引导该遮覆件 6复归回 原位。 经由前述作动, 在该支架 2 1与该尾段 2 3同样向右枢转至其最大限度 的过程中, 一旦越过以第二连接部 1 3的陪林 1 3 2为中心的枢转角度后, 就 会利用于该支架 2 1与该尾段 2 3二者本身的重量引导持续下坠至其最大限度 才停止。 因此, 举升装置 1 0的缓冲单元 3可提供架体单元 2的枢转速度加快 且不易晃动, 另以举升装置 1 0的延伸架体 2 2可使遮覆件 6的覆盖面积扩及 于车斗 8内外而提高防尘。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 本发明的罩覆机构 2 0的实施例 态样包含一遮覆件 6, 以及一如以上所述的举升装置 1 0。
前述的一遮覆件 6, 包括分别沿一长方向 X二端界定出的第一区 6 1及第 二区 6 2, 该第一区 6 1具有一沿一短方向 Y设置的第一长形体 6 3, 及一与 该第一长形体 6 3呈间隔同向设置的第二长形体 6 4, 且该第二长形体 6 4的 长度大于该第一长形体 6 3的长度; 以及
前述的一如以上所述的举升装置 1 0, 其架体单元 2与该遮覆件 6的第二 区 6 2接触, 可引导该遮覆件 6施放至定位与复归回原位。
通过上述元件的组合, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 本发明的 罩覆机构 2 0的一实施例通过举升装置 1 Q的枢转, 可将遮覆件 6朝外拉伸施 放至定位后, 使该遮覆件 6铺设。 反之, 可将该遮覆件 6再度地后拉以供复归 回原位, 使该遮覆件 6回复为未铺设前的状态。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 配合参看图 1 2、 图 1 3, 本发 明的覆盖施作总成, 适用于一车斗 8, 该车斗 8具有一前檐 8 1、 一与该前檐 8 1相对的尾门 8 2, 及一位于该前檐 8 1与该尾门 8 2间的储放空间 8 3, 该覆盖施作总成包含一卷放单元 7、 一如以上所述的罩覆机构 2 0 , 以及触动 开关 9。
所述卷放单元 7, 设置于该前檐 8 1外部, 并至少包括一平台 7 1、 一设 置于该平台 7 1 内的动力源 7 2, 及若干个可伴随该动力源 7 2的转向以形成 收线与放线的线材 7 3。
所述罩覆机构 2 0, 设置于该车斗 8, 供该举升装置 1 0的每一衔接单元 1固定于该车斗 8二侧, 且该举升装置 1 0的架体单元 2与该等线材 7 3连接, 并供该罩覆机构 2 0的第一长形体 6 3固定于该平台 Ί 1, 且该罩覆机构 2 0 的第二长形体 6 4往复地抵靠于该前檐 8 1顶端外部与该平台 7 1, 该线材 7 3形成放线供该遮覆件 6施放至定位时的覆盖面积可涵盖该平台 7 1、 该储放 空间 8 3内部与其外部二侧的一部分 及该尾门 8 2外部的一部分, 且该线材 7 3形成收线供该遮覆件 6 0复归回原位时可集中迭置于该平台 7 1 。
所述触动开关 9, 至少具有第一开关 9 1及第二开关 9 2, 该第一开关 9 1是朝该尾门 8 2方向设置于该车斗 8—侧下缘, 该第一开关 9 1并与该动力 源 7 2电性连接, 当该架体单元 2的支架 2 4触及该第一开关 9 1时会形成断 路, 造成该卷放单元 7的动力源 7 2停止输出动力; 该第二开关 9 2是朝该前 檐 8 1方向设置于该第一开关 9 1旁, 该第二开关 9 2并与该动力源 7 2电性 连接, 当该架体单元 2的支架 2 4触及该第二开关 9 2时会形成开路, 造成该 卷放单元 7的动力源 7 2启动用以输出动力。
该架体单元 2的支架 2 4具有一可触及该触动开关 9的凸块 2 5 。
所述的覆盖施作总成, 还包含二分别设置于该车斗 8的前檐 8 1的滑动件 7 4 。
通过上述元件的组合, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5、 图 1 2、 图 1 3所示, 本发明的覆盖施作总成的一实施例, 罩覆机构 2 0设置于车斗 8, 供 举升装置 1 0的每一衔接单元 1固定于车斗 8二侧, 举升装置 1 0的架体单元 2可引导遮覆件 6施放至定位, 并使遮覆件 6复归回原位时可集中迭置于平台 7 1。 因此, 本发明能达成上述可快速施工安装固定于车斗 8, 并使架体单元 2的枢转速度加快且不易晃动, 另可使遮覆件 6的覆盖面积扩及于车斗 8内外 而提高防尘等目的。 滑动件 7 4可使罩覆机构 2 0的遮覆件 6顺利滑移通过而 不易破损。
此外, 如图 6所示, 本发明的举升装置 1 0的另一实施例态样包含一架体 单元 2, 以及二缓冲单元 3 。
所述的一架体单元 2, 包括一以其两端分别枢设于一第一基准部 8 4的支 架 2 4 。
所述的二缓冲单元 3, 每一缓冲单元 3包括一以其一端与该支架 2 4枢接 的第一摆臂 3 3、 一以其一端与该支架 2 4另一端枢接的第二摆臂 3 4, 及一 设置于该第二摆臂 3 4另一端与一第二基准部 8 5间的弹力元件 3 5, 且该第 二基准部 8 5与该第一基准部 8 4呈错位且位置较高。
如图 7所示, 本发明的举升装置 1 0的又一实施例态样, 同样包含一架体 单元 2, 以及二缓冲单元 3 。
在该第二基准部 8 5外还设置一可包覆该车斗 8的一部分的壳体 3 6, 该 壳体 3 6可供该第二基准部 8 5定位。
该缓冲单元 3的第一摆臂 3 3具有若干个第一孔位 3 3 1, 及一可设置于 该第一孔位 3 3 1的第一固紧件 3 3 2 ; 该缓冲单元 3的第二摆臂 3 4具有若 干个第二孔位 3 4 1, 及一可设置于 第二孔位 3 4 1的第二固紧件 3 4 2 ; 当该第一、 二孔位 3 3 1 , 3 4 1对应时, 该第一固紧件 3 3 2将该等孔位 3 3 1、 3 4 1穿设形成枢转。
如图 8、 图 9所示, 本发明的举升装置 1 0的再、 尚一实施例态样, 同样 包含一架体单元 2, 以及二缓冲单元 3。 该等实施例还包含一以其一端与该第 二基准部 8 5枢接的第三摆臂 3 6, 且该弹力元件 3 5设置于该第二摆臂 3 4 另一端与该第三摆臂 3 6另一端之间。
通过上述元件的组合, 如图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9所示, 配合参看图 1 0、 图 1 1, 本发明的举升装置 1 0的上述各实施例, 安装于一车斗 8, 该车斗 8 具有一前檐 8 1、 一与该前檐 8 1相对的尾门 8 2、 二分别位于该车斗 8—侧 底缘的第一基准部 8 4, 及二分别于该车斗 8—侧边且与该第一基准部 8 4呈 错位且位置较高的第二基准部 8 5, 当该架体单元 2的支架 2 4由该车斗 8 1 的第一基准部 8 4朝该尾门 8 2方向移动时, 该第一、 二摆臂 3 3、 3 4及该 弹力元件 3 5皆位于该第一、 二基准部 8 4、 8 5之间。 因此, 上述各实施例 的举升装置 1 0可加快架体单元 2的回转力道及枢转速度, 以确保遭受强风时 仍能正常运作。
此外, 如图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9所示, 配合参看图 1、 图 5、 图 1 0、 图 1 1, 本发明的罩覆机构 2 0, 包含一遮覆件 6, 包括分别沿一长方向 X二 端界定出的第一区 6 1及第二区 6 2, 该第一区 6 1具有一沿一短方向 Y设置 的第一长形体 6 3, 及一与该第一长形体 6 3呈间隔同向设置的第二长形体 6 4, 且该第二长形体 6 4的长度大于该第一长形体 6 3的长度; 以及一如前所 述的举升装置 1 0, 其架体单元 2与该遮覆件 6的第二区 6 2接触, 可引导该 遮覆件 6施放至定位与复归回原位。 因此, 罩覆机构 2 0使遮覆件 6能敏捷的 被执行铺设于车斗 8及被卷收堆迭于平台 7 1。
如图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9所示, 配合参看图 1、 图 5、 图 1 0、 图 1 1、 图 1 2、 图 1 3, 本发明的覆盖施作总成, 适用于一车斗 8, 该车斗 8具有一 前檐 8 1、 一与该前檐 8 1相对的尾门 8 2, 及一位于该前檐 8 1与该尾门 8 2间的储放空间 8 3, 该覆盖施作总成包含:
一卷放单元 7, 设置于该前檐 8 1外部, 并至少包括一平台 7 1、 一设置 于该平台 7 1内的动力源 7 2, 及若干个可伴随该动力源 7 2的转向以形成收 线与放线的线材 7 3;
一如前所述的罩覆机构 2 0, 设置于该车斗 8, 供该举升装置 1 0的每一 衔接单元 1固定于该车斗 8二侧, 且该举升装置 1 0的架体单元 2与该等线材 7 3连接, 并供该罩覆机构 2 0的第一长形体 6 3固定于该平台 7 1, 且该罩 覆机构 2 0的第二长形体 6 4往复^抵靠于该前檐 8 1顶端外部与该平台 Ί 1, 该线材 7 3形成放线供该遮覆件 6施放至定位时的覆盖面积可涵盖该平台 7 1 0、 该储放空间 8 3内部与其外部二侧的一部分, 及该尾门 8 2外部的一 部分, 且该线材 7 3形成收线供该遮覆件 6 0复归回原位时可集中迭置于该平 台 7 1; 以及
触动开关 9, 至少具有第一开关 9 1及第二开关 9 2, 该第一开关 9 1是 朝该尾门 8 2方向设置于该车斗 8—侧下缘, 该第一开关 9 1并与该动力源 7 电性连接, 当该架体单元 2的支架 2 4触及该第一开关 9 1时会形成断路, 造成该卷放单元 7的动力源 7 2停止输出动力; 该第二开关 9 2是朝该前檐 8 1方向设置于该第一开关 9 1旁, 该第二开关 9 2并与该动力源 7 2电性连接, 当该架体单元 2的支架 2 4触及该第二开关 9 2时会形成开路, 造成该卷放单 元 7的动力源 7 2启动用以输出动力。

因此, 覆盖施作总成可配合触动开关 9的断路与开路, 使遮覆件 6具有在 操作上的便利。
综上所述, 本发明利用可快速施工安装固定于车斗 8与维修更换的覆盖施 作总成, 使举升装置 1 0的缓冲单元 3的回转力道增强, 可提供架体单元 2的 枢转速度加快且不易晃动, 纵使遭受强风吹袭时, 各弹力元件 3 2、 3 5仍保 有足够力道供架体单元 2朝尾门 8 2方向翻转, 并越过以第一基准部 8 4的重 心为基准线的限制后, 再依靠架体单元 2 自身的重量下垂并抵靠于尾门 8 2, 故可以确保遭受强风时仍能正常运作。
本发明另以举升装置 1 0的延伸架体 2 2, 使遮覆件 6的覆盖面积扩及于 车斗 8内外, 故可以提高防尘。
本发明的罩覆机构 2 0还配合卷放单元 7及触动开关 9的断路与开路, 使 遮覆件 6能敏捷的被执行铺设于车斗 8及被卷收堆迭于平台 Ί 1, 故可具有在 操作上的便利。
本发明虽已藉上述较佳实施例加以详细说明, 惟以上所述者, 仅为使熟悉 本技术人员能更易于了解本发明, 并非限定本发明实施范围, 故凡依本发明申 请专利范围所述的形状构造特征及精神所为的均等变化与修饰, 皆仍属本发明 专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1 . 一种举升装置, 其特征在于, 它包含:
二衔接单元, 每一该衔接单元包括一固定件、 一位于该固定件下方的第一 连接部, 及一设置于该固定件下方且位置较该第一连接部高的第二连接部; 一架体单元, 包括一可与每一该第二连接部枢接的支架; 以及
二缓冲单元, 每一该缓冲单元包括一与该支架枢接且在伴随该架体单元枢 转时可连动地转向与提供停止的摆臂, 及一设置于该摆臂与该第一连接部间的 弹力元件。
2 . 根据权利要求 1所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 所述衔接单元还包括一 由所述固定件下方延伸的垂直段, 及一跨设于该垂直段与所述固定件间的补强 件。
3 . 根据权利要求 1所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 所述架体单元还包括一 延伸架体, 该延伸架体具有二分别对接于所述支架的滑动段、 一设置于该等滑 动段间且可调整高度的升降段, 及若干个设置于该升降段上方且与所述支架方 向相反的跨设段。
4 . 根据权利要求 1所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 所述衔接单元的第二连 接部具有一陪林。
5 . 根据权利要求 4所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 所述架体单元还包括二 分别与所述支架对接的尾段, 该尾段具有一设置于所述陪林中的支撑段, 及一 与该支撑段相邻的通孔。
6 . 根据权利要求 5所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹力元件二端分别 枢接于所述第一连接部与所述尾段的通孔间。
7 . 根据权利要求 5所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 所述缓冲单元的摆臂具 有一可与所述通孔对应的第一透孔、 一供所述尾段抵靠的挡止, 及一位于该第 一透孔旁可与所述弹力元件一端对应的第二透孔。
8 . 根据权利要求 7所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 还包含一可穿设所述通 孔与所述第一透孔的第一紧固件, 及二分别可穿设所述第二透孔与所述第一连 接部的第二紧固件。
9 . 一种举升装置, 其特征在于, 它包含:
一架体单元, 包括一以其两端分别枢设于一第一基准部的支架; 以及 二缓冲单元, 每一该缓冲单元包括一以其一端与该支架枢接的第一摆臂、 一以其一端与该支架另一端枢接的第二摆臂, 及一设置于该第二摆臂另一端与 一第二基准部间的弹力元件, 且该第二基准部与该第一基准部呈错位且位置较 1¾。
1 0 . 根据权利要求 9所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 还包含一以其一端与 所述第二基准部枢接的第三摆臂, 且所述弹力元件设置于所述第二摆臂另一端 与该第三摆臂另一端之间。
1 1 . 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 在所述第二基 准部外还设置一壳体, 该壳体可供所述第二基准部定位。
1 2 . 根据权利要求 1 1所述的举升装置, 其特征在于, 所述缓冲单元的第 一摆臂具有若干个第一孔位, 及一可设置于该第一孔位的第一固紧件; 所述缓 冲单元的第二摆臂具有若干个第二孔位, 及一可设置于该第二孔位的第二固紧 件; 当该第一、 二孔位对应时, 该第一固紧件将该第一、 二孔位穿设形成枢转。
1 3 .—种罩覆机构, 其特征在于, 它包含:
一遮覆件, 包括分别沿一长方向二端界定出的第一区及第二区, 该第一区 具有一沿一短方向设置的第一长形体, 及一与该第一长形体呈间隔同向设置的 第二长形体, 且该第二长形体的长度大于该第一长形体的长度; 以及
一如权利要求 1至 1 2中任一项所述的举升装置, 其架体单元与该遮覆件 的第二区接触, 可引导该遮覆件施放至定位与复归回原位。
1 4 .一种覆盖施作总成, 适用于一车斗, 该车斗具有一前檐、 一与该前檐 相对的尾门, 及一位于该前檐与该尾门间的储放空间, 其特征在于, 该覆盖施 作总成包含:
一卷放单元, 设置于该前檐外部, 并至少包括一平台、 一设置于该平台内 的动力源, 及若干个可伴随该动力源的转向以形成收线与放线的线材;
一如权利要求 1 3所述的罩覆机构, 设置于该车斗, 供该举升装置的每一 衔接单元固定于该车斗二侧, 且该举升装置的架体单元与该等线材连接, 并供 该罩覆机构的第一长形体固定于该平台, 且该罩覆机构的第二长形体往复地抵 靠于该前檐顶端外部与该平台, 该线材形成放线供该遮覆件施放至定位时的覆 盖面积可涵盖该平台、 该储放空间内部与其外部二侧的一部分, 及该尾门外部 的一部分, 且该线材形成收线供该遮覆件复归回原位时可集中迭置于该平台; 以及
触动开关, 至少具有第一开关及第二开关, 该第一开关是朝该尾门方向设 置于该车斗一侧下缘, 该第一开关并与该动力源电性连接, 当该架体单元的支 架触及该第一开关时会形成断路, 造成该卷放单元的动力源停止输出动力; 该 第二开关是朝该前檐方向设置于该第一开关旁, 该第二开关并与该动力源电性 连接, 当该架体单元的支架触及该第二开关时会形成开路, 造成该卷放单元的 动力源启动用以输出动力。
1 5 . 根据权利要求 1 4所述的覆盖施作总成, 其特征在于, 所述架体单元 的支架具有一可触及所述触动开关的凸块。
1 6 . 根据权利要求 1 4所述的覆盖施作总成, 其特征在于, 还包含二分别 设置于所述车斗的前檐的滑动件。
