Description
図1は、放送通信連携システム1を示している。この放送通信連携システム1は、送信装置10、受信装置20、TPT/AMTサーバ30、及びアプリケーションサーバ40から構成される。

図9は、トリガ情報に含まれるversionに応じたTPTとAMTの更新の例を示す図である。なお、図9において、TPT,AMT,Appとともに記述された、「A-1」、「A-2」、「A-3」、・・・は、TPT,AMT,Appのバージョン情報を示している。
次に、図10乃至図15のフローチャートを参照して、放送通信連携システム1を構成する各装置で行われる具体的な処理の内容について説明する。
まず、図10のフローチャートを参照して、送信装置10によって実行される送信処理について説明する。
次に、図11のフローチャートを参照して、受信装置20によって実行される受信処理について説明する。
次に、図12のフローチャートを参照して、図11のステップS216に対応するトリガ情報対応処理の詳細について説明する。
次に、図13のフローチャートを参照して、図12のステップS234に対応するTPT/AMT/App取得処理の詳細について説明する。
受信装置20では、トリガ情報が抽出されるタイミングで実行される前述のトリガ情報対応処理と並行して、メディアクロックの時系列で連動アプリケーション制御処理が実行される。そこで、次に、図14のフローチャートを参照して、連動アプリケーション制御処理について説明する。
次に、図15のフローチャートを参照して、図14のステップS275に対応するアクション実行処理について説明する。
図16は、第2の実施の形態である放送通信連携システム2を示している。この放送通信連携システム2は、送信装置10、TPT/AMTサーバ30、アプリケーションサーバ40、ACRサーバ70、トリガサーバ80、及び受信装置21から構成される。
図17は、図16の受信装置21の構成例を示している。
前述した一連の処理は、ハードウェアにより実行することもできるし、ソフトウェアにより実行することもできる。一連の処理をソフトウェアにより実行する場合には、そのソフトウェアを構成するプログラムが、コンピュータにインストールされる。ここで、コンピュータには、専用のハードウェアに組み込まれているコンピュータや、各種のプログラムをインストールすることで、各種の機能を実行することが可能な、例えば汎用のパーソナルコンピュータなどが含まれる。
AVコンテンツを受信する受信部と、
前記AVコンテンツに連動して実行されるアプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御するための制御情報を特定するためのトリガ情報を取得するトリガ情報取得部と、
前記トリガ情報により特定される前記制御情報を格納したテーブルを、前記トリガ情報に含まれる、前記テーブルのバージョンを示す第1のバージョン情報に応じて取得するテーブル取得部と、
前記トリガ情報によって特定される、前記テーブルに格納された前記制御情報に応じて、前記アプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御する制御部と
を備える受信装置。

前記テーブル取得部は、前記トリガ情報に含まれる前記第1のバージョン情報と、前記テーブルに格納された前記第2のバージョン情報が異なる場合に、前記テーブルを取得する

前記テーブル取得部は、前記ネットワークを介して配信される前記テーブルを取得する

前記トリガ情報により特定される前記制御情報を格納したテーブルを、前記トリガ情報に含まれる、前記テーブルのバージョンを示す第1のバージョン情報に応じて取得し、
前記トリガ情報によって特定される、前記テーブルに格納された前記制御情報に応じて、前記アプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御する
ステップを含む受信方法。

AVコンテンツに連動して実行されるアプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御するための制御情報を特定するためのトリガ情報であって、当該トリガ情報により特定される前記制御情報を格納したテーブルのバージョンを示すバージョン情報を含むものを生成するトリガ情報生成部と、
前記トリガ情報を、前記AVコンテンツとともに送信する送信部と
を備える送信装置。

送信装置の送信方法において、
前記送信装置が、
AVコンテンツに連動して実行されるアプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御するための制御情報を特定するためのトリガ情報であって、当該トリガ情報により特定される前記制御情報を格納したテーブルのバージョンを示すバージョン情報を含むものを生成し、
前記トリガ情報を、前記AVコンテンツとともに送信する
ステップを含む送信方法。

- AVコンテンツを受信する受信部と、
前記AVコンテンツに連動して実行されるアプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御するための制御情報を特定するためのトリガ情報を取得するトリガ情報取得部と、
前記トリガ情報により特定される前記制御情報を格納したテーブルを、前記トリガ情報に含まれる、前記テーブルのバージョンを示す第1のバージョン情報に応じて取得するテーブル取得部と、
前記トリガ情報によって特定される、前記テーブルに格納された前記制御情報に応じて、前記アプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御する制御部と
を備える受信装置。 - 前記テーブルには、前記テーブルのバージョンを示す第2のバージョン情報が格納されており、
前記テーブル取得部は、前記トリガ情報に含まれる前記第1のバージョン情報と、前記テーブルに格納された前記第2のバージョン情報が異なる場合に、前記テーブルを取得する

ステップを含む受信方法。 - AVコンテンツに連動して実行されるアプリケーションプログラムの動作を制御するための制御情報を特定するためのトリガ情報であって、当該トリガ情報により特定される前記制御情報を格納したテーブルのバージョンを示すバージョン情報を含むものを生成するトリガ情報生成部と、
前記トリガ情報を、前記AVコンテンツとともに送信する送信部と
を備える送信装置。 - 送信装置の送信方法において、
前記送信装置が、
