[발명의 명.칭]
광학필름, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이 【기술분야】
본 발명은 광학필름, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 필름 표면은 경사 배향이 발생하지 않고, 필름 내부는 경사 배향이 발생하도록 하여 좁은 시야각의 취약점을 개선하고 액정 보상에서 발생하는 빛샘을 개선할 수 있는 광학필름, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이에 관한 것이다.
【배경기술】
액정 디스플레이 (liquid crystal display, LCD)는 현재 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 평판 디스플레이 (flat panel display) 중 하나이다. 일반적으로 액정 디스플레이는 TFT(Thin Film Transistor) 어레이 기판과 칼라필터 기판 사이에 액정층이 봉입된 구조를 취한다. 상기 어레이 기판과 칼라필터 기판에 존재하는 전극에 전기장을 인가하면 그 사이에 봉입된 액정층의 액정 분자의 배열이 변하게 되고, 이를 이용해 영상을 표시하게 된다. 한편, 어레이 기판과 칼라필터 기판의 외측에는 편광필름 (편광판)이 구비되어 있다. 편광필름은 백라이트로부터 입사되는 빛 및 액정층을 통과한 빛 중 특정 방향의 빛을 선택적으로 투과함으로써 편광을 제어할 수 있다. 편광판은 빛을 특정 방향으로 편광시킬 수 있는 편광자 (polarizer), 보호층 및 보상필름을 포함하는 것이 일반적이다.
액정의 굴절율 이방성에 기인하여 액정 디스플레이는 시야각이라는 근본적인 문제를 안고 있다. 기존의 TN(Twisted Nematic) 모드의 시야각을 개선한 수직배향 (VA) 모드 또는 수평배향 모드 (IPS, FFS) 등의 광시야각 기술이 많이 채용되고 있다.
수평배향 모드 액정은 웅답속도가 느린 단점이 있으나 경사각에의 명암비 및 시야각이 우수한 장점이 있다. 이에 비해 수직배향 액정은 응답속도는 빠르나 정면 명암비는 우수하나 경사각에서의 편광상태의 변화가 심해 시야각 특성이 좋지 않다. 따라서, 수직배향 모드 액정을 채용한 액정 디스플레이에서 시야각 특성 개선을 매우 중요한 문제이며 시야각 개선을 위한 보상필름이 필수적이다.
종래에는 두께방향으로 배향된 시야각 보상필름이 개발되었으나, 표면에서 내부까지 경사배향이 있는 구조이며, 이러한 구조는 콘트라스트비 (CR)가 저하되는 문제가 있다. 【발명의 상세한 설명】
【기술적 과제】
본 발명의 하나의 목적은 별도의 코팅공정 없이 단일 필름에서 표면은 경사 배향이 발생하지 않고, 내부는 경사 배향이 있는 광학필름 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 액정 디스플레이의 시야각을 크게 개선할 수 있는 광학필름, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 액정 보상에서 발생하는 빛샘 무라를 개선할 수 있는 광학필름, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이를 제공하는 것이다.
【기술적 해결방법】
본 발명의 하나의 관점은 광학필름에 관한 것이다. 상기 광학필름은 비액정 열가소성 수지 단일 필름이며, 상기 필름의 두께방향으로 표면에 위치하는 제 1 및 제 2 표면부; 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부 사이에 위치하는 필름 내부로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부는 필름의 두께 방향으로 경사 배향되지 않으며, 상기 필름 내부는 필름의 두께 방향으로 경사 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부는 표면으로부터 두께가 1 내지 20 ; 일 수 있다. 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부는 필름 전체 두께중 1 내지 30 % 일 수 있다. 상기 필름 내부는 직교 니콜 투과도가 최소가 되는 각도로 정의되는 필름 β각이 5~35 ° 일 수 있다.
상기 필름 내부 두께는 5 내지 100 일 수 있다.
상기 필름 내부에서 최대 β각 (βΐ)과 최소 β각 (β2)의 비 (β1/β2)가 1.0-7.0 일 수 있다. 상기 열가소성 수지는 사이클로 올레핀계 수지, 폴리 카보네이트계 수지 폴리올레핀계 수지, 방향족 비닐계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지 및 아크릴계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 수지를 하나 이상 포함할 수 있다.
상기 광학필름은 550nm에서 하기 식으로 정의되는 면내 위상 지연값 (Ro)이 20 내지 110 nm일 수 있다.

본 발명의 또 다른 관점은 상기 광학필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 비액정 열가소성 수지를 용융압출하고; 그리고 상기 용융압출된 열가소성 수지를 제 1 성형를과 제 2 성형를 사이로 통과시켜 필름 형태로 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형롤의 표면온도는 상기 열가소성 수지의 유리전이온도 이하이며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형롤의 주행에 따라 필름 표면과 내부에 상이한 전단력을 발생시켜 필름 내부에 경사각도를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제 1 및 제 2성형를의 표면온도 (Tr)는 하기 식 3을 만족할 수 있다:

【발명의 실시를 위한 최선의 형태】
광학필름
도 1 은 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 광학필름을 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이다. 도 1 에 도시된 것과 같이, 본 발명의 광학필름 (10)은 두께방향으로 표면에 위치하는 제 1 및 제 2 표면부 (10a, 10b); 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부 사이에 위치하는 필름 내부 (10c);로 이루어지며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부 (10a, 10b)은 필름의 두께 방향으로 경사 배향되지 않으며, 상기 필름 내부 (10c)는 필름의 두께 방향으로 경사 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 광학필름 (10)은 비액정 열가소성 수지 단일 필름이다.
구체예에서 본 발명의 광학필름 (10)으로 사용될 수 있는 재료는 투명하며,
-압출 가능한 열가소성 수지면 적용될 수 있다. 구체예에서 상기 열가소성 수지는 사이클로 올레핀계 수지, 폴리카보네이트계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 방향족 비닐계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지 및 아크릴계 수지 등이 사용될 수 있으며, 이들은 단독 또는 2종 이상 흔합하여 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명에서 단일 필름은 별도의 코팅층이나 접착층 등의 형성없이 표면부와 내부가 압출에 의해 형성된 것을 의미한다. 즉, 상기 제 1 및 게 2 표면부 (10a, 10b)과 상기 내부 (10c) 간에는 어떠한 접착층이나 코팅층이 형성되지 않으며, 동일한 성분이며, 단지 배향여부에 따라 편의상 구분한 것이다.
이처럼 본 발명의 광학필름은 표면과 내부에 따라 배향이 다르게 형성되어 시야각과 빛샘 등을 개선할 수 있는 것이다. 또한 이와 같이 표면 및 내부에 따라 경사배향을 달리한 광학필름의 제조를 단일 압출공정에서 수행할 수 있으므로 공정이 단축되고 제조원가를 절감할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부 (10a, 10b)은 표면으로부터 두께 (tl, t2)가 1 내지 20 , 바람직하게는 3 내지 10 일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 우수한 시야각을 확보할 수 있다.
또한 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부는 필름 전체 두께중 1 내지 30 % 일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 우수한 시야각을 확보할 수 있다.
상기 필름 내부 (10c) 두께 (t3)는 5 내지 100 , 바람직하게는 10 내지 65 일 수 있다.
도 2 는 필름 β각을 설명하기 위한 개념도이다. 상기 필름 내부 (10c)는 직교 니콜 투과도가 최소가 되는 각도로 정의되는 필름 β각이 5~35 ° 일 수 있다. 상기 필름 β각은 절편배향각과 동일하며, 도 2 에 도시된 바와 같이, 두께 방향인 ζ 축과 배향면에 수직인 ζ' 축간 이루는 각이다. 이러한 필름 β각은 편광판 사이에 놓고 직교 니콜을 관찰하여 직교 니콜 투과도가 최소가 되는 각도로 구할 수 있다.
상기 필름 내부 (10c)는 두께 방향인 z 축에 따라 필름 β각이 서로 다른 값을 가질 수 있다. 예를 들면 필름 표면에서부터 10-20 인 위치에서는 필름 β각이 21-27 ° 인 반면, 필름 표면에서부터 70 80 인 위치에서는 필름 β각이 15-20 ° 일 수 있다. 이처럼 필름 두께에 따라 경사 배향이 달라 필름 β각이 다른 분포를 갖게 된다. 바람직하게는 필름 내부에서 최대 β각 (βΐ)과 최소 β각 032)의 비 (β1/β2)가 1~7.0, 보다 바람직하게는 1 1.8 일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 시야각 보상이 우수하다.
상기 광학필름은 550nm에서 하기 식으로 정의되는 면내 위상 지연값 (Ro)이 20 내지 110 nm 일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 시야각 보상의 장점이 있다. 바람직하게는 면내 위상 지연값 (Ro)이 50 내지 100 nm일 수 있다.

(상기 식에서, nx, ny'는 각각 χ 축 및 y'축 방향의 굴절율 (refractive index)이고, d는 필름의 두께이다). 상기 광학필름은 550nm 에서 하기 식 2 로 정의되는 두께 방향 위상 지연값 (Rth)이 80 내지 190 nm 일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 시야각 보상의 장점이 있다. 바람직하게는 두께 방향 위상 지연값 (Rth)이 120 내지 180 nm일 수 있다.

(상기에서, nx, ny', nz'는 각각 x 축ᅳ y'축 및 z'축 방향의 굴절율이고, d 는 필름의 두께이다).
구체예에서 상기 필름의 두께 (d)는 30 내지 110 urn, 바람직하게는 50 내지 100 일 수 있다.
도 3 은 본 발명의 광학필름을 직교 니콜 편광판 사이에 놓고 0~90 도 회전시 회전 각도에 따라 편광 현미경 화상의 이미지를 개략적으로 도시한 것이다. 도면에서 검은색 부분은 직교 니콜하에서 가장 어둡게 나타나는 것 (소광위)을 의미한다. 도시된 바와 같이, 필름의 표면부에는 어느 각도이든 소광위가 형성되어 있는 반면, 필름의 내부는 소광위가 존재하지 않으며, 두께에 따라 배향되어 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 광학필름 제조방법
본 발명의 또 다른 관점은 상기 광학필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 비액정 열가소성 수지를 용융압출하고; 그리고 상기 용융압출된 열가소성 수지를 제 1 성형롤과 제 2 성형를 사이로 통과시켜 필름 형태로 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형롤의 표면온도는 상기 열가소성 수지의 유리전이온도 (Tg) 이하이며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형를의 주행에 따라 필름 표면과 내부에 상이한 전단력을 발생시켜 필름 내부에 경사각도를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 4 는 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따라 광학필름을 제조하는 과정을 나타낸 모식도이다. 도시된 바와 같이ᅳ 다이 (43)에서 용융압출된 열가소성 수지 (44)는 제 1성형롤 (41)과 제 2성형롤 (42) 사이로 통과되어 필름 형태로 제조된다.
이처럼 용융 압출된 열가소성 수지가 성형롤 접촉하여 필름 성형시 필름 내부는 Tg 온도 이상인 반면, 필름 표면은 Tg 온도 이하로 다르게 된다. 필름 표면과 내부의 성형 온도 차이를 발생시킨 상태에서 양단부의 성형롤이 주행하게 되면 필름의 표면과 내부에 상이한 전단력을 발생하게 되어 두께 방향으로 경사 각도를 갖게 되는 것이다.
구체예에서 상기 제 1 및 제 2성형를 (41, 42)의 표면온도 (Tr)는 하기 식 3을 만족할 수 있다: [식 3]
Te x 0.4 < Tr < Te x 0.5
(Te는 용융압출 직후 열가소성 수지 온도, Tr은 탄성를의 표면온도).
만일 상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형를 (41, 42)의 표면온도가 상기 범위를 벗어날 경우, 표면부는 배향되지 않고 내부만 경사배향된 구조를 가지기 어렵다.
구체예에서 상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형롤 (41, 42)은 서로 탄성도를 다르게 하여 다양한 필름 β각을 형성시킬 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 제 1성형를 (41)은 상기 제 2 성형를 (42)보다 탄성이 더 클 수 있다. 구체예에서는 고무롤 +FSR 를, FSR를+ FSR롤, SFR롤+ FSR롤, 금속롤+ FSR롤, SFR를+ SFR를, 금속 를+고무 Roll 등의 조합이 사용될 수 있다. 상기 FSR 를은 금속롤 표면에 물층과 스틸층이 순차적으로 형성된 롤이며, 상기 SFR 를은 금속를 표면에 고무층과 스틸층이 순차적으로 형성된 를이다.
또한, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형를 (41, 42)의 속도를 달리할 수도 있다. 예를 들면 상기 제 1성형롤 (41)의 속도는 상기 제 2 성형롤 (42)보다 빠르게 할 수 있다. 구체예에서는 상기 제 1 성형를의 속도는 상기 제 2 성형롤 대비 0.9 내지 1.2 배 속도로 주행하게 할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 및 제 2 성형를 (41, 42) 사이로 통과된 열가소성 수지 필름은 연신하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 구체예에서는 상기 연신은 2 축연신으로 하며, 주행 반대 방향 (TD)으로 주행 방향 대비 5-20%로 연신할 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 정면 위상차 (Ro') 및 측면 위상차 (Rth') 특성을 확보할 수 있다. 바람직하게는 상기 연신은 주행 반대 방향 (TD)으로 주행 방향 대비 8 15 % 로 연신할 수 있다.
바람직하게는 상기 연신은 상기 열가소성 수지의 유리전이온도 (Tg) 보다 낮은 온도에서 연신할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 연신은 열가소성 수지의 유리전이온도 (Tg) 보다 1~20 °C, 예를 들면 5~15 °C 낮은 온도에서 수행할 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 명암비를 증가시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이와 같이 연신과정을 거친 후 필름 β각은 압출 직후 필름 β각에 비해 감소할 수 있다. 구체예에서는 연신 후 필름 β각은 압출 직후 필름 β각 보다 1~20 도 정도 낮을 수 있다. 액정 디스플레이
본 발명의 다른 관잠은 상거 광학필름을 포함하는 액정 디스플레이에 관한 것이다. 상기 광학필름은 표면에는 경사배향되지 않고 내부에만 경사배향되어 있으므로 수직배향 모드 액정에서도 우수한 시야각을 확보할 수 있으며, 광탄성 계수가 낮은 고분자 필름을 적용하므로 액정 보상에서 발생하는 빛샘 무라를 개선할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서는 상기 액정 디스플레이는 편광필름; 및 상기 편광필름에 적층된 상기 광학필름을 포함한다.
상기 편광필름의 타면에는 액정층을 더 포함할 수 있다. 도 5 는 본 발명의 하나의 구체예에 따른 액정 디스플레이를 개략적으로 도시한 단면도이다. 도시된 바와 같이, 제 1 기판 (30a)과 제 2기판 (30b) 사이에 봉입된 액정층 (40)을 포함하는 액정패널을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 기판 (30a)의 일면 (상부면)에 본 발명의 광학필름 (10)이 적층될 수 있다. 본 발명에서 상부 (면) , 하부 (면)은 도면 상의 상, 하를 기준으로 편의상 붙여진 명칭이며 반드시 상부와 하부를 의미하는 명칭으로 사용하는 것은 아니다. 한 구체예에서는 상기 제 1 기판 (30a)은 칼라필터 (CF) 기판 (상부 기판), 제 2 기판 (30b)은 TFTCThin Film Transistor) 기판 (하부 기판)일 수 있다.
상기 제 1 기판 (30a)과 제 2기판 (30b)은 유리 기판 또는 플라스틱 기판일 수 있다. 상기 플라스틱 기판은 플렉서블 (flexible) 디스플레이에 사용될 수 있는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate), PC(poly carbonate), Pl(polyimide), PEN(polyethylene naphthalate), PES(polyether sulfone), PAR(polyarylate) 및 COCCcycloolefin copolymer) 등의 플라스틱 기관일 수 있으나 본 발명이 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
상기 제 1 기판 (30a) 상에는 본 발명의 광학필름 (10)이 적층될 수 있다. 또한 도면에는 도시하지 않았으나, 제 2 기판 (30b) 하부에도 본 발명의 광학필름 (10)이 적층될 수 있다.
상기 광학필름 (10) 상에는 편광자와 보호필름을 포함하는 편광필름 (20)이 형성될 수 있다.
그 밖에 도면에는 도시하지 않았으나, 통상의 점착제층, 반사반지충, 하드 코팅층 등이 더 형성될 수 있다.
상기 액정층 (40)은 수직배향 (VA)모드 액정을 포함하는 액정층일 수 있다. 수직배향 모드로는 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판에 전극쌍을 포함하는 릿지 (ridge)가 액정층에 인접한 표면 위에 형성되어 멀티 도메인을 이루는 MVA(Multi-domain Vertial Alignment) 모드, 전극에 패턴을 형성하여 전압 인가시에 멀티도메인 구조를 형성하는 PVMPatterned Vertical Alignment) 모드, 또는 카이랄 첨가제를 사용하는 수직배향 모드 등을 사용할 있으며, 액정셀의 셀갭은 2 ~ 8 일 수 있다. 【발명의 실시를 위한 형태】
실시예
실시예 1~8
JSR 업체에서 제조된 RX4500 열가소성 수지를 230~280°C에서 T 다이로 용융압출하고 FSR 롤과 금속 롤 사이로 통과시켜 필름형태로 제조하였다. 이 때 FSR 를 속도 / 금속 롤 속도의 비율을 1.01 1.03 으로 주행하도록 하였다. 압출된 필름을 주행 반대 방향 (TD)으로 주행 방향 대비 12% 연신하여 두께 80-90 rn 인 광학필름을 제조하였다. FSR 롤과 금속 롤의 표면온도는 동일하게 하여 표 1 과 같이 변화시켰다. 비교예 1~12
FSR 롤과 금속 롤의 표면온도를 표 1 과 같이 변화시킨 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 1~8과 동일하게 수행하였다.

물성평가방법
(1) 제조된 필름에 대해 Axo scan 을 이용하여

구하고, Ro'와 Rth' 값을 하기 식 1 및 2에 의해 구하였다. [식 1]

(상기 식에서, nx, ny1는 각각 x 축 및 y'축 방향의 굴절율 (refractive index)이고, d는 필름의 두께이다).

(상기에서, nx, ny', nz'는 각각 x 축, y'축 및 z'축 방향의 굴절율이고, d 는 필름의 두께이다).
(2) 평균 β각 : Axo scan 을 이용하여 측정하였다. 이는 전체 필름의 두께 방향 내에 분포한 β각의 평균 값으로 계산된다.
두께 방향 내의 상세한 두께 프로파일을 보기 위해 이미지 분석 프로그램을 사용하여 각도별로 편광현미경 이미지의 휘도 분포를 분석하고, 필름의 두께 방향으로 약 10 //m 간격으로 9 등분한 후 평균 휘도를 계산하였다. 다음에 각도와 평균 휘도를 플롯팅 (PLOT) 한 후 필름 β각을 구하였다. 각 두께 별로 β각 분포를 플롯팅한 다음 평균 값을 구하였다.
(3) 시야각: CR=10 이상이 되는 측면 각도로서 EZ contrast 를 통해 측정하였다.
(4) 명암비 (CR: Contrast Ratio) : 편광필름을 액정패널에 부착한 상태에서 화면의 백과 흑에 대한 휘도 비율로서, EZ contrast를 통해 측정하였다.
상기 표 1 에 나타낸 것과 같이, 실시예 1~8 의 광학필름은 비교예 1-11 에서 제조된 광학필름에 비해 시야각이 우수한 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 비교예 12 의 경우 실시예와 유사한 시야각을 확보할 수 있었으나, 실시예에 비해 CR 값이 좋지 않은 것을 알 수 있다. 실시예 4 에서 제조된 광학필름에 대해 에폭시 몰딩 후 필름두께 100 卿, 절편두께 40 이 되도록 GLASS KNIFE를 사용하여 microtome 하였다. 글라스에 상기 필름절편을 놓고 이를 직교 니콜 편광판 사이에 끼워 편광현미경으로 관찰하여 각도에 따라 배향을 확인하였다. 편광현미경 사진은 도 6 에 나타내었다. 현미경 측정결과, +18도와 —71도에서 최소휘도를 가졌으며, 이는 MD방향 베타각 약 20도에서 Axo scan 측정결과와 거의 일치함을확인할 수 있었다. - 또한 실시예 4 에서 제조된 광학필름에 대해 베타 프로파일을 분석하였다. 제조된 광학필름 단면을 신텍 (Sintech)사의 Opti-pro 측정기로 광학축을 분석하여 도 7 및 8 에 각각 나타내었다. 도 7 은 실시예 4 에서 제조된 광학필름에 대한 두께방향의 광축 director 이며, 도 8 은 실시예 4 에서 제조된 광학필름에 대한 두께 방향의 광축 (optical axis) 데이터이다. 도 7 및 8 의 Y direction 은 필름의 두께 방향을 나타내며, X direction은 필름의 MD(machine direction)이다. 도 7 에 나타난 바와 같이 X direction 방향으로 0 10 ^m, 20 Ά 위치에서 두께에 따른 광축을 분석한 결과, 필름 표면은 경사배향되지 않았으나, 내부는 경사배향된 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 도 8 에 나타난 바와 같이, Y direction 의 45 지점에서 최대 β각 (20 도)을 갖는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

비액정 열가소성 수지 단일 필름이며,
상기 필름의 두께방향으로 표면에 위치하는 제 1 및 제 2 표면부; 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부 사이에 위치하는 필름 내부;로 이루어지고,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부는 필름의 두께 방향으로 경사 배향되지 않으며, 상기 필름 내부는 필름의 두께 방향으로 경사 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름.
【청구항 2】
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부는 표면으로부터 두께가 1 내지 20 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름.
【청구항 3]
제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 표면부는 필름 전체 두께중 1 내지 30 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름.
【청구항 4】
제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름 내부는 직교 니콜 투과도가 최소가 되는 각도로 정의되는 필름 β각이 5~35 。인 광학필름.

제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 내부 두께는 5 내지 100 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름.
【청구항 6】
제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 내부에서 최대 β각 (βΐ)과 최소 각 (β2)의 비 (β1/β2)가 1-7.0 인 광학필름.

제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 사이클로 올레핀계 수지, 폴리 카보네이트계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 방향족 비닐계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지 및 아크릴계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 수지를 하나 이상 포함하는 광학필름.
