すなわち高滑り性と撥水撥油性に優れ、かつ、一般的に使用されている窒素雰囲気下又は空気雰囲気下での紫外線照射により硬化可能なハードコート層形成用組成物が求められていた。
第2観点として、分子内に2個以上のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーAと、分子内にポリシロキサン鎖及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーBと、分子内に炭素原子数6~30のアルキル基若しくは炭素原子数3~30の脂環基及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーCとを、該モノマーAのモル数に対して5~200モル%量の重合開始剤Dの存在下で重合させることにより得られる、含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーに関する。

さらに、本発明の硬化性組成物は、重合開始剤として活性エネルギー線によりラジカルを発生する重合開始剤、特に特定の重合開始剤を選択することによって、窒素雰囲気下での電子線照射といった特定の硬化条件を必要とせず、通常の硬化条件、すなわち、窒素雰囲気下又は空気雰囲気下での紫外線照射においても、高滑り性と撥水撥油性を付与した硬化膜を形成することができる。
本発明の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーは、分子内に2個以上のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーAと、分子内にポリシロキサン鎖及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーBとを、該モノマーAのモル数に対して5~200モル%量の重合開始剤Dの存在下で重合させることにより得られる。
また、本発明の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーは、所望により、モノマーCとして分子内に炭素原子数6~30のアルキル基若しくは炭素原子数3~30の脂環基及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーを共重合させてもよい。さらに本発明の効果を損なわない限り、前記モノマーA、前記モノマーB及び前記モノマーCに属さないその他のモノマーを共重合させてもよい。
なお、本発明の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーは、いわゆる開始剤断片組込み(IFIRP)型高分岐ポリマーであり、その末端に重合に使用した重合開始剤Dの断片を有している。
本発明において、分子内に2個以上のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーAは、ビニル基又は(メタ)アクリル基の何れか一方又は双方を有することが好ましく、特にジビニル化合物又はジ(メタ)アクリレート化合物であることが好ましい。
なお、本発明では(メタ)アクリレート化合物とは、アクリレート化合物とメタクリレート化合物の両方をいう。例えば(メタ)アクリル酸は、アクリル酸とメタクリル酸をいう。

本発明において、分子内にポリシロキサン鎖及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーBは、ビニル基又は(メタ)アクリル基の何れか一方を少なくとも1つ有することが好ましく、特に下記式[1]で表される化合物が好ましく、より好ましくは下記式[2]で表されることが望ましい。
その中でも、トリメチレン基が好ましい。
その中でも、メチル基、エチル基、n-ブチル基が好ましい。
本発明において、分子内に炭素原子数6~30のアルキル基若しくは炭素原子数3~30の脂環基及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーCは、ビニル基又は(メタ)アクリル基の何れか一方を少なくとも1つ有することが好ましく、特に下記式[3]で表される化合物が好ましい。
その中でも、アルキル基の炭素原子数は、表面改質効果の観点から、好ましくは10~30であり、より好ましくは12~24である。
その中でも、表面改質効果の観点から、好ましくは炭素原子数3~14の脂環基であり、より好ましくは炭素原子数6~12の脂環基である。
前記重合開始剤Dとしては、好ましくはアゾ系重合開始剤が用いられる。アゾ系重合開始剤としては、例えば以下の(1)~(5)に示す化合物を挙げることができる。
(1)アゾニトリル化合物:
2,2’-アゾビスイソブチロニトリル、2,2’-アゾビス(2-メチルブチロニトリル)、2,2’-アゾビス(2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル)、1,1’-アゾビス(1-シクロヘキサンカルボニトリル)、2,2’-アゾビス(4-メトキシ-2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル)、2-(カルバモイルアゾ)イソブチロニトリル等;
(2)アゾアミド化合物:

本発明の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーは、前述のモノマーA、モノマーB及び所望によりモノマーCを、該モノマーAに対して所定量の重合開始剤Dの存在下で重合させて得られる。該重合方法としては公知の方法、例えば、溶液重合、分散重合、沈殿重合、塊状重合等が挙げられ、中でも溶液重合又は沈殿重合が好ましい。特に分子量制御の点から、有機溶媒中での溶液重合によって反応を実施することが好ましい。
重合反応は常圧、加圧密閉下、又は減圧下で行われ、装置及び操作の簡便さから常圧下で行うのが好ましい。また、窒素等の不活性ガス雰囲気下で行うのが好ましい。
重合温度は、反応混合物の沸点以下であれば任意であるが、重合効率と分子量調節の観点から、好ましくは50~200℃であり、さらに好ましくは80~150℃であり、80~130℃がより好ましい。
反応時間は、反応温度や、モノマーA、モノマーB、モノマーC及び重合開始剤Dの種類及び割合、重合溶媒種等によって変動するものであるため一概には規定できないが、好ましくは30~720分、より好ましくは40~540分である。
重合反応の終了後、得られた含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーを任意の方法で回収し、必要に応じて洗浄等の後処理を行なう。反応溶液から高分子を回収する方法としては、再沈殿等の方法が挙げられる。
本発明はまた、上記含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーを含有するワニスに関する。
前記ワニスの形態において使用する溶媒としては、含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーを溶解するものであればよく、例えば、トルエン等の芳香族炭化水素類;酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、酢酸イソブチル、乳酸エチル、γ-ブチロラクトン、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート(PGMEA)等のエステル類又はエステルエーテル類;テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、ブチルセロソルブ、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(PGME)、プロピレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、ヘキサフルオロプロピル=ヘキサフルオロ-2-ペンチル=エーテル等のエーテル類;アセトン、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)、メチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)、シクロヘキサノン等のケトン類;メタノール、エタノール等のアルコール類;N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)等のアミド類などが挙げられる。これら溶媒は単独で使用してもよく、2種類以上の溶媒を混合してもよい。
また前記溶媒に含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーを溶解又は分散させる濃度は任意であるが、含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーと溶媒の総質量(合計質量)に対して、含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーの濃度は0.001~90質量%であり、好ましくは0.002~80質量%であり、より好ましくは0.005~70質量%である。
これらの塗布方法の中でもスピンコート法が好ましい。スピンコート法を用いる場合には、単時間で塗布することができるために、揮発性の高い溶液であっても利用でき、また、均一性の高い塗布を行うことができるという利点がある。
また前記基材としては、例えば、プラスチック(ポリカーボネート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリスチレン、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)などのポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、エポキシ、メラミン、トリアセチルセルロース、ABS(アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合物)、AS(アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合物)、ノルボルネン系樹脂等)、金属、木材、紙、ガラス、スレート等を挙げることができる。これら基材の形状は板状、フィルム状又は3次元成形体でもよい。
本発明はまた、(a)上記含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー、(b)活性エネルギー線硬化性多官能モノマー及び(c)活性エネルギー線によりラジカルを発生する重合開始剤を含む硬化性組成物に関する。
前記(b)活性エネルギー線硬化性多官能モノマーとしては、ウレタンアクリル系、エポキシアクリル系、各種(メタ)アクリレート系等の(メタ)アクリロイル基を2個以上含有する多官能モノマー等が挙げられる。
好ましくは、多官能(メタ)アクリレート化合物及び多官能ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つのモノマーである。

前記(c)活性エネルギー線によりラジカルを発生する重合開始剤としては、例えば、アルキルフェノン類、ベンゾフェノン類、ケタール類、アントラキノン類、チオキサントン類、アゾ化合物、過酸化物、2,3-ジアルキルジオン化合物類、ジスルフィド化合物類、チウラム化合物類、フルオロアミン化合物等が用いられる。中でもアルキルフェノン類、特にα-ヒドロキシアルキルフェノン類を使用することが好ましい。より具体的には、1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシル=フェニル=ケトン、2-ヒドロキシ-1-{4-[4-(2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチルプロピオニル)ベンジル]フェニル}-2-メチルプロパン-1-オン、2-メチル-1-[4-(メチルチオ)フェニル]-2-モルホリノプロパン-1-オン、ベンジルジメチルケトン、1-(4-ドデシルフェニル)-2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチルプロパン-1-オン、2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-フェニルプロパン-1-オン、1-(4-イソプロピルフェニル)-2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチルプロパン-1-オン、2,2-ジメトキシ-1,2-ジフェニルエタン-1-オン、1-[4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]-2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-プロパン-1-オン、2-ベンジル-2-ジメチルアミノ-1-(4-モルホリノフェニル)-1-ブタノン、2-ジメチルアミノ-2-[(4-メチルフェニル)メチル]-1-[4-(4-モルホリニル)フェニル]-1-ブタノン、2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイルジフェニルホスフィンオキシド、ビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)フェニルホスフィンオキシド、2-ベンゾイルオキシイミノ-1-[4-(フェニルチオ)フェニル]オクタン-1-オン、1-{1-[9-エチル-6-(2-メチルベンゾイル)-9H-カルバゾール-3-イル]エチリデンアミノオキシ}エタノン、ベンゾフェノン等を例示できる。これらのうちでも、1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシル=フェニル=ケトン、2-ヒドロキシ-1-{4-[4-(2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチルプロピオニル)ベンジル]フェニル}-2-メチルプロパン-1-オン及び2-メチル-1[4-(メチルチオ)フェニル]-2-モルホリノプロパン-1-オンは、少量でも電離放射線の照射による重合反応を開始し促進するため好ましい。これらは、いずれか一方を単独で、又は両方を組み合わせて用いることができる。これらは市販品として入手可能である。
本発明の硬化性組成物は、さらに成分(d)としてパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物及びシリコーン化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの表面改質剤を含む。
前記(d)パーフルオロポリエーテル化合物及びシリコーン化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの表面改質剤としては、前記(b)活性エネルギー線硬化性多官能モノマーへの分散性の観点から、片末端又は両末端が有機基で変性されているパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物又はシリコーン化合物が好ましく、より好ましくは(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物又はシリコーン化合物であることが好ましい。特に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物が好ましい。

本発明の硬化性組成物は、さらに成分(e)として溶媒を含ませてワニスの形態としていてもよい。
このとき用いられる溶媒としては、前記成分(a)~成分(d)を溶解するものであればよく、例えば、トルエン、キシレン等の芳香族炭化水素類;酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、酢酸イソブチル、γ-ブチロラクトン、ピルビン酸メチル、ピルビン酸エチル、ヒドロキシ酢酸エチル、乳酸エチル、乳酸ブチル、2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチルプロピオン酸エチル、2-ヒドロキシ-3-メチルブタン酸メチル、エトキシ酢酸エチル、3-メトキシプロピオン酸メチル、3-メトキシプロピオン酸エチル、3-エトキシプロピオン酸メチル、3-エトキシプロピオン酸エチル、メチルセロソルブアセテート、エチルセロソルブアセテート、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート(PGMEA)、プロピレングリコールモノプロピルエーテルアセテート等のエステル類又はエステルエーテル類;エチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、エチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(PGME)等のエーテル類;メチルエチルケトン(MEK)、メチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)、シクロペンタノン、シクロヘキサノン等のケトン類;プロピレングリコール等のアルコール類;N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、N-メチル-2-ピロリドン(NMP)等のアミド類などを用いることができる。これらの溶媒は単独又は2種以上の組合せで使用することができる。
また、その使用場面により、溶媒を含まない硬化性組成物が望まれる場合には、前記(b)多官能モノマーとは異なる活性エネルギー線硬化性モノマーを希釈剤として添加してもよい。このような希釈モノマーとしては、前記成分(a)~成分(d)と相溶するモノマーであれば特に制限はなく、例えば、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、テトラヒドロフルフリル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシルオキシメチル(メタ)アクリレート、トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカニル(メタ)アクリレート(ジシクロペンタニル(メタ)アクリレートともいう)、トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカ-3-エニル(メタ)アクリレート(ジシクロペンテニル(メタ)アクリレートともいう)、2-(トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカ-3-エニルオキシ)エチル(メタ)アクリレート(ジシクロペンテニルオキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートともいう)、(2-エチル-2-メチル-1,3-ジオキソラン-4-イル)メチル(メタ)アクリレート、(2-イソブチル-2-メチル-1,3-ジオキソラン-4-イル)メチル(メタ)アクリレート、1,4-ジオキサスピロ[4.5]デカン-2-イルメチル(メタ)アクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート等の(メタ)アクリレート類などを使用することができる。
さらに、本発明の硬化性組成物には、本発明の効果を損なわない限り、必要に応じて一般的に添加される添加剤、例えば、光増感剤、重合禁止剤、重合開始剤、レベリング剤、界面活性剤、密着性付与剤、可塑剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、貯蔵安定剤、帯電防止剤、無機充填剤、顔料、染料等を適宜配合してよい。
本発明の硬化性組成物は、基材上にコーティングして光重合(硬化)させることにより、硬化膜や積層体などの成形品を成すことができる。
前記基材としては、例えば、プラスチック(ポリカーボネート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリスチレン、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)などのポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、エポキシ、メラミン、トリアセチルセルロース、ABS(アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合物)、AS(アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合物)、ノルボルネン系樹脂等)、金属、木材、紙、ガラス、スレート等を挙げることができる。これら基材の形状は板状、フィルム状又は3次元成形体でもよい。
本発明の硬化性組成物のコーティング方法は、キャストコート法、スピンコート法、ブレードコート法、ディップコート法、ロールコート法、バーコート法、ダイコート法、スプレーコート法、インクジェット法、印刷法(凸版、凹版、平版、スクリーン印刷等)等を適宜選択し得、中でも短時間で塗布できることから揮発性の高い溶液であっても利用でき、また、容易に均一な塗布を行うことができるという利点より、バーコート法を用いることが望ましい。ここで用いる硬化性組成物は、前述のワニスの形態にあるものを好適に使用できる。なお事前に孔径が0.2μm程度のフィルタなどを用いて硬化性組成物を濾過した後、コーティングに供することが好ましい。
コーティング後、好ましくは続いてホットプレート又はオーブン等で予備乾燥した後、紫外線等の活性光線を照射して光硬化させる。活性光線としては、紫外線、電子線、X線等が挙げられる。紫外線照射に用いる光源としては、太陽光線、ケミカルランプ、低圧水銀灯、高圧水銀灯、メタルハライドランプ、キセノンランプ等が使用できる。
その後、ポストベークを行うことにより、具体的にはホットプレート、オーブンなどを用いて加熱することにより重合を完結させることができる。
なお、コーティングによる膜の厚さは、乾燥、硬化後において、通常0.01~50μm、好ましくは0.05~30μm、特に好ましくは0.1~30μmである。
本発明はまた、上記硬化性組成物をフィルム基材上に塗布し塗膜を形成する工程、塗膜を乾燥し溶媒を除去する工程、塗膜に紫外線を照射し硬化する工程により形成されている、フィルム基材の少なくとも一方の面にハードコート層を備えるハードコートフィルムに関する。
ここで使用する基材や塗膜方法、紫外線照射については、前述の<硬化膜>における基材、コーティング方法、紫外線照射の通りである。
なお、前記ハードコートフィルムにおいて、ハードコート層の膜厚が0.1~30μmであることが好ましい。
このため、本発明のハードコートフィルムは、LCD、PDP、タッチパネルなどの各種ディスプレイの表面のハードコート層材料として有用である。
なお、本発明において、耐指紋性とは、指紋付着後に指紋が目立ちにくく、また付着した場合の指紋の拭き取り除去が容易であることに加え、そもそも指紋が付着しにくい性質であることも包含する性能である。
また汚れ拭き取り性とは、例えば、マジックインキで表面を汚した場合に、拭き取り除去が容易であることを意味するものである。

100mLの反応フラスコに、MIBK34gを仕込み、撹拌しながら5分間窒素を流し込み、内液が還流するまで(およそ116℃)加熱した。
別の50mLの反応フラスコに、モノマーAとしてPGHM2.3g(10mmol)、モノマーBとしてPSPA0.3g(0.05mmol)、重合開始剤DとしてMAIB1.4g(6mmol)及びMIBK34gを仕込み、撹拌しながら5分間窒素を流し込み窒素置換を行なった。
前述の100mLの反応フラスコ中の還流してあるMIBK中に、PGHM、PSPA、MAIBが仕込まれた前記50mLの反応フラスコから、滴下ポンプを用いて、内容物を30分間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後、さらに1時間撹拌した。
次に、この反応液からロータリーエバポレーターを用いてMIBK59gを留去後、ヘキサン150gに添加してポリマーをスラリー状態で沈殿させた。このスラリーを減圧濾過し、真空乾燥して、白色粉末の目的物(HBP1)2.1gを得た。
得られた目的物の13C NMRスペクトルを図1に示す。13C NMRスペクトルから算出した下記構造式に示すHBP1の単位構造組成(モル比)は、PGHMユニット[A-1]:PSPAユニット[B]:MAIBユニット[D-1]=50:1:49であった。また、目的物のGPCによるポリスチレン換算で測定される重量平均分子量Mwは2,100、分散度:Mw(重量平均分子量)/Mn(数平均分子量)は1.7、ガラス転移温度Tgは42.1℃、5%重量減少温度Td5%は251.5℃であった。
300mLの反応フラスコに、MIBK100gを仕込み、撹拌しながら5分間窒素を流し込み、内液が還流するまで(およそ116℃)加熱した。
別の200mLの反応フラスコに、モノマーAとしてDCP6.7g(20mmol)、モノマーBとしてPSPA1.0g(0.2mmol)、モノマーCとしてSTA3.2g(10mmol)、重合開始剤DとしてADVN1.4g(6mmol)及びMIBK100gを仕込み、撹拌しながら5分間窒素を流し込み窒素置換を行なった。
前述の300mLの反応フラスコ中の還流してあるMIBK中に、DCP、PSPA、STA、ADVNが仕込まれた前記200mLの反応フラスコから、滴下ポンプを用いて、内容物を30分間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後、さらに1時間撹拌した。
次に、この反応液からロータリーエバポレーターを用いてMIBK186gを留去後、メタノール332gに添加してポリマーをスラリー状態で沈殿させた。このスラリーを減圧濾過し、真空乾燥して、白色粉末の目的物(HBP2)4.1gを得た。
得られた目的物の13C NMRスペクトルを図2に示す。13C NMRスペクトルから算出した下記構造式に示すHBP2の単位構造組成(モル比)は、DCPユニット[A-2]:PSPAユニット[B]:STAユニット[C]:ADVNユニット[D-2]=69:1:21:9であった。また、目的物のGPCによるポリスチレン換算で測定される重量平均分子量Mwは8,300、分散度:Mw/Mnは2.4、ガラス転移温度Tgは70.7℃、5%重量減少温度Td5%は292.5℃であった。
200mLの反応フラスコに、トルエン53gを仕込み、撹拌しながら5分間窒素を流し込み、内液が還流するまで(およそ110℃)加熱した。
別の100mLの反応フラスコに、モノマーAとしてDCP6.7g(20mmol)、モノマーCとしてSTA3.2g(10mmol)、重合開始剤DとしてADVN3.0g(12mmol)及びトルエン53gを仕込み、撹拌しながら5分間窒素を流し込み窒素置換を行い、氷浴にて0℃まで冷却を行った。
前述の200mL反応フラスコ中の還流してあるトルエン中に、DCP、STA、ADVNが仕込まれた前記100mLの反応フラスコから、滴下ポンプを用いて、内容物を30分間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後、さらに1時間撹拌した。
次に、この反応液からロータリーエバポレーターを用いてトルエン80gを留去後、ヘキサン/エタノール混合液(質量比1:2)330gに添加してポリマーをスラリー状態で沈殿させた。このスラリーを減圧濾過し、真空乾燥して、白色粉末の目的物(HBP3)5.3gを得た。
得られた目的物の13C NMRスペクトルを図3に示す。13C NMRスペクトルから算出した下記構造式に示すHBP3の単位構造組成(モル比)は、DCPユニット[A-2]:STAユニット[C]:ADVNユニット[D-2]=58:24:18であった。また、目的物のGPCによるポリスチレン換算で測定される重量平均分子量Mwは10,000、分散度:Mw/Mnは2.1、ガラス転移温度Tgは67.2℃、5%重量減少温度Td5%は296.1℃であった。
多官能モノマーとしてM403 1.0g及びEB5129 0.7g、含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーとして実施例1で製造したHBP1 0.007g(多官能モノマー100質量部に対し0.4質量部)、重合開始剤としてIrg184 0.1g(同6質量部)、並びにMIBK2.7gを混合し、撹拌して溶解させ、均一な硬化性組成物を調製した。
この硬化性組成物を、A4サイズのPETフィルム[東洋紡績(株)製 コスモシャイン(登録商標)A4100]上に、ワイヤーバー(溝厚20μm)を用いてバーコート塗布(塗布スピード4m/分)し塗膜を得た。得られた塗膜を100℃のオーブンで3分間乾燥させ溶媒を除去した後、窒素雰囲気下、露光量300mJ/cm2のUV光を照射し露光することで、およそ4~6μmの膜厚を有するハードコートフィルムを作製した。
得られたハードコートフィルム表面の、水及びオレイン酸の接触角、耐マジック性、動摩擦係数並びに滑り性を評価した。なお、耐マジック性については、ハードコートフィルム表面に油性マジック[寺西化学工業(株)製 マジックインキ(登録商標)NO.700ゴクホソ(黒)]で線を描き、描いた線を目視で確認し以下の基準に従い評価した。また、滑り性については、ハードコートフィルム表面を不織布ワイパー[旭化成せんい(株)製 BEMCOT(登録商標)M-1]でさすり、その際の感触を以下の基準に従い評価した。結果を表1に示す。
[耐マジック性評価基準]
A:マジックが点状に弾きほとんど描けない
B:ところどころかすれてきれいに描けない
C:線が描ける
[滑り性評価基準]
A:ひっかかりをほとんど感じない
B:少しのひっかかりは感じるがスムーズに表面をさすることができる
C:ひっかかりを感じスムーズに表面をさすることができない
含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー及び表面改質剤を表1に記載の種類及び添加量に変更した以外は実施例3と同様に操作し、評価した。結果を表1に併せて示す。
含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーを添加せず、表面改質剤を表1に記載の種類及び添加量に変更した以外は実施例3と同様に操作し、評価した。結果を表1に併せて示す。
含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーHBP1を汎用滑り性向上添加剤EB350に、表面改質剤を表1に記載の種類及び添加量にそれぞれ変更した以外は実施例3と同様に操作し、評価した。結果を表1に併せて示す。
含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーHBP1を合成例1で製造したHBP3に変更し、表面改質剤を添加しなかった以外は実施例3と同様に操作し、評価した。結果を表1に併せて示す。
Claims (22)
- 分子内に2個以上のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーAと、分子内にポリシロキサン鎖及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーBとを、該モノマーAのモル数に対して5~200モル%量の重合開始剤Dの存在下で重合させることにより得られる、含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 分子内に2個以上のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーAと、分子内にポリシロキサン鎖及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーBと、分子内に炭素原子数6~30のアルキル基若しくは炭素原子数3~30の脂環基及び少なくとも1個のラジカル重合性二重結合を有するモノマーCとを、該モノマーAのモル数に対して5~200モル%量の重合開始剤Dの存在下で重合させることにより得られる、含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 前記モノマーBが、ビニル基又は(メタ)アクリル基の何れか一方を少なくとも1つ有する化合物である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 前記モノマーAが、ビニル基又は(メタ)アクリル基の何れか一方又は双方を有する化合物である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 前記モノマーAが、ジビニル化合物又はジ(メタ)アクリレート化合物である、請求項6に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 前記モノマーCが、ビニル基又は(メタ)アクリル基の何れか一方を少なくとも1つ有する化合物である、請求項2に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 前記重合開始剤Dが、アゾ系重合開始剤である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 前記モノマーAのモル数に対して0.01~10モル%量の前記モノマーBを用いて得られる、請求項1~請求項10のうち何れか一項に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 前記モノマーAのモル数に対して0.01~10モル%量の前記モノマーB及び10~300モル%量の前記モノマーCを用いて得られる、請求項2~請求項10のうち何れか一項に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー。
- 請求項1~請求項12のうち何れか一項に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマーを含有するワニス。
- (a)請求項1~請求項12のうち何れか一項に記載の含ケイ素高分岐ポリマー0.01~10質量部、
(b)活性エネルギー線硬化性多官能モノマー100質量部、及び
(c)活性エネルギー線によりラジカルを発生する重合開始剤0.1~25質量部
を含む硬化性組成物。 - 前記(b)多官能モノマーが、多官能(メタ)アクリレート化合物及び多官能ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つである、請求項14に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(c)重合開始剤がアルキルフェノン化合物である、請求項14又は請求項15に記載の硬化性組成物。
- さらに(d)パーフルオロポリエーテル化合物及びシリコーン化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの表面改質剤0.01~10質量部を含む、請求項14~請求項16のうち何れか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(d)表面改質剤が(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物である、請求項17に記載の硬化性組成物。
- さらに(e)溶媒を含む、請求項14~請求項18のうち何れか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 請求項14~請求項19のうち何れか一項に記載の硬化性組成物より得られる硬化膜。
- フィルム基材の少なくとも一方の面にハードコート層を備えるハードコートフィルムであって、該ハードコート層が、請求項19に記載の硬化性組成物をフィルム基材上に塗布し塗膜を形成する工程、塗膜を乾燥し溶媒を除去する工程、塗膜に紫外線を照射し硬化する工程により形成されている、ハードコートフィルム。
- 前記ハードコート層が0.1~30μmの膜厚を有する、請求項21に記載のハードコートフィルム。
