本実施形態の出退勤管理システム1は、ユーザが利用する携帯端末10と、店舗5に設けられた中継装置80と、携帯端末10および中継装置80とネットワーク3を介して通信可能なサーバ装置60と、サーバ装置60に接続されるデータベース50(図中、「DB」と示す)と、を備える。

本実施形態のサーバ装置60は、データベース50(図1)に接続されるサーバコンピュータやパーソナルコンピュータ、またはそれらに相当する装置により実現することができる。また、サーバ装置60は、仮想サーバなどにより構成されてもよい。

特徴点データは、たとえば、撮影画像から認識されたユーザの顔画像データから、少なくともユーザを識別するのに必要な情報量を有する、複数の特徴点を抽出し、顔画像領域内の特徴点の相対位置と各特徴点の特徴量を関連付けたデータ(ベクトル量でもよい)とすることができる。すなわち、特徴点データは、顔画像データより情報量(容量)の小さいデータである。
抽出された特徴点データは、中継装置80を介してサーバ装置60に送信され、本人認証処理に使用されることとなる。特徴点データをサーバ装置60に送信する構成とした場合、通信容量を小さくすることができるので、ネットワークの負荷を抑えることができる。さらに、特徴点データのみを送信する構成は、顔写真等の個人を特定できる個人情報を取り扱わないので、セキュリティを担保することができる。
本実施形態では、出退勤情報記憶部112は、サーバ装置60のデータベース50に、たとえば、図16に示すようなユーザマスタ900を保持する。ユーザマスタ900は、たとえば、ユーザID毎に、ユーザ名、パスワード、ユーザの顔画像の特徴点データ、ユーザが勤務する店舗の店舗ID、その店舗に勤務する予定の出退勤日時と、実際の出退勤日時の記録とを格納する。本実施形態では、一店舗につき、一日に複数回、たとえば、2回出勤することを想定し、2回分の情報を格納できる構成としている。

出退勤管理システム1の画面構成としては、ログイン画面820と、メイン画面830と、初期設定画面840と、顔認証画面860と、を含む。
携帯端末10で本実施形態の出退勤管理システム1のアプリケーションがアプリケーション実行部122により起動されると、図10のフローが開始する。

なお、顔認証画面860を抜けるときは、DRAM130に一時的に記憶されていた顔画像データは消去される。
この例では、図7で示した処理手順のステップS101~ステップS109を携帯端末10で行い、ステップS111をサーバ装置60で行う構成となっている。すなわち、本実施形態の出退勤管理装置100では、携帯端末10が顔画像の特徴点データの抽出までの処理を行い、サーバ装置60に特徴点データを送信し、サーバ装置60が本人認証後に打刻情報を記録する。
そして、携帯端末10が中継装置80からの応答を受信することで(ステップS101のY)、制御部102がアプリケーション実行部122にアプリケーションを起動させる(ステップS103)。

たとえば、他の実施形態において、出退勤管理装置は、出退勤情報記憶部112または出退勤情報記憶部202を参照し、ユーザの出退勤情報に基づいて、ユーザが出退勤する場所に居るべき時間内に、任意のタイミングで在席確認用の打刻操作を促す通知を中継装置80を介して携帯端末10に送信する在席確認部(不図示)をさらに備えることができる。
この構成によれば、出勤時間内に、ユーザが勤務先に居るかどうかを抜き打ちテストすること等ができる。
なお、本発明において利用者(ユーザ)に関する情報を取得、利用する場合は、これを適法に行うものとする。
1. 出退勤管理装置が、
撮像機能を有するユーザ携帯端末が、ユーザが出退勤する場所に備えつけられた中継装置と無線通信することにより、前記撮像機能を利用したアプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動し、
起動された前記アプリケーションにより前記撮像機能を利用してユーザの顔を撮像し、
撮像画像から認識された前記ユーザの顔画像データを取得し、
前記ユーザの前記顔画像データから特徴点データを抽出し、
現在時刻とともに、前記特徴点データに基づく前記ユーザの打刻情報を出退勤情報として出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
2. 1.に記載の出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法において、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤管理装置が、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記ユーザに打刻操作を催促する時刻になったか否かを監視し、
前記時刻になったとき、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に打刻操作を促す通知を行う出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
3. 1.または2.に記載の出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法において、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤管理装置が、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記ユーザの退勤時刻を所定時間経過後、当該ユーザの退勤時の打刻情報が前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録されたかを監視し、
前記ユーザの前記退勤時の打刻情報が前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録されなかった場合、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置に前記ユーザ携帯端末の存在確認をさせ、
前記存在確認の結果、前記ユーザ携帯端末が存在しないことを確認したとき、前記ユーザ携帯端末の退勤時の打刻情報として現在時刻を前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
4. 3.に記載の出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法において、
前記出退勤管理装置が、
前記ユーザ携帯端末が存在していることが確認された場合、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に打刻操作を促す通知を行う出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
5. 1.乃至4.いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法において、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤管理装置が、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記出退勤予定時刻より所定の時間前に、前記ユーザに出勤を促すアラーム通知を、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に送信する出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
6. 1.乃至5.いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法において、
前記出退勤管理装置が、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤情報に基づいて、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所に居るべき時間内に、任意のタイミングで在席確認用の打刻操作を促す通知を前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に送信する出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
7. 1.乃至6.いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法において、
前記出退勤管理装置が、
前記中継装置の無線通信エリア内に存在する前記ユーザ携帯端末が、前記中継装置と無線通信したとき、前記アプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動し、
前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報と、前記中継装置の識別情報とを取得し、互いに関連付けて前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
8. 1.乃至7.いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法において、
前記出退勤管理装置は、ユーザ携帯端末、または、ユーザ携帯端末と通信可能なサーバ装置である出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。
撮像機能を有するユーザ携帯端末が、ユーザが出退勤する場所に備えつけられた中継装置と無線通信することにより、前記撮像機能を利用したアプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動する手順、
起動された前記アプリケーションにより前記撮像機能を利用してユーザの顔を撮像する手順、
撮像画像から認識された前記ユーザの顔画像データを取得する手順、
前記ユーザの前記顔画像データから特徴点データを抽出する手順、
前記ユーザの打刻操作を受け付けたとき、現在時刻とともに、前記特徴点データに基づく前記ユーザの打刻情報を出退勤情報として出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する手順を実行させるためのプログラム。
10. 9.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記ユーザに打刻操作を催促する時刻になったか否かを監視する手順、
前記時刻になったとき、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に打刻操作を促す通知を行う手順をさらにコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
11. 9.または10.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記ユーザの退勤時刻を所定時間経過後、当該ユーザの退勤時の打刻情報が前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録されたかを監視する手順、
前記ユーザの前記退勤時の打刻情報が前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録されなかった場合、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置に前記ユーザ携帯端末の存在確認をさせる手順、
前記存在確認の結果、前記ユーザ携帯端末が存在しないことを確認したとき、前記ユーザ携帯端末の退勤時の打刻情報として現在時刻を前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する手順をさらにコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
12. 11.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記ユーザ携帯端末が存在していることが確認された場合、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に打刻操作を促す通知を行う手順をさらにコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
13. 9.乃至12.いずれかに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記出退勤予定時刻より所定の時間前に、前記ユーザに出勤を促すアラーム通知を、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に送信する手順をさらにコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
14. 9.乃至13.いずれかに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤情報に基づいて、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所に居るべき時間内に、任意のタイミングで在席確認用の打刻操作を促す通知を前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に送信する手順をさらにコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
15. 9.乃至14.いずれかに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記中継装置の無線通信エリア内に存在する前記ユーザ携帯端末が、前記中継装置と無線通信したとき、前記アプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動する手順、
前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報と、前記中継装置の識別情報とを取得し、互いに関連付けて前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する手順をさらにコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
16. 9.乃至15.いずれかに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記出退勤管理装置は、ユーザ携帯端末、または、ユーザ携帯端末と通信可能なサーバ装置であるプログラム。
Claims (10)
- 撮像機能を有するユーザ携帯端末が、ユーザが出退勤する場所に備えつけられた中継装置と無線通信することにより、前記撮像機能を利用したアプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動する制御手段と、
前記制御手段により起動された前記アプリケーションにより前記撮像機能を利用してユーザの顔を撮像する撮像手段と、
撮像画像から認識された前記ユーザの顔画像データを取得し、前記ユーザの前記顔画像データから特徴点データを抽出する抽出手段と、
現在時刻とともに、前記特徴点データに基づく前記ユーザの打刻情報を出退勤情報として出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する記録手段と、
を備える出退勤管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の出退勤管理装置において、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記ユーザに打刻操作を催促する時刻になったか否かを監視する監視手段と、
前記時刻になったとき、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に打刻操作を促す通知を行う打刻通知手段と、をさらに備える出退勤管理装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の出退勤管理装置において、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記ユーザの退勤時刻を所定時間経過後、当該ユーザの退勤時の打刻情報が前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録されたかを監視する退勤監視手段と、
前記ユーザの前記退勤時の打刻情報が前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録されなかった場合、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置に前記ユーザ携帯端末の存在確認をさせる確認手段と、をさらに備え、
前記記録手段は、前記存在確認の結果、前記ユーザ携帯端末が存在しないことを確認したとき、前記ユーザ携帯端末の退勤時の打刻情報として現在時刻を前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する出退勤管理装置。 - 請求項3に記載の出退勤管理装置において、
前記確認手段により前記ユーザ携帯端末が存在していることが確認された場合、前記打刻通知手段が、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に打刻操作を促す通知を行う出退勤管理装置。 - 請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置において、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置は、前記ユーザの出退勤予定時刻と前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置の識別情報を、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報に関連付けて記憶し、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤予定時刻に基づいて、前記出退勤予定時刻より所定の時間前に、前記ユーザに出勤を促すアラーム通知を、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所の前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に送信する報知手段をさらに備える出退勤管理装置。 - 請求項1乃至5いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置において、
前記出退勤情報記憶装置を参照し、前記ユーザの前記出退勤情報に基づいて、前記ユーザが出退勤する場所に居るべき時間内に、任意のタイミングで在席確認用の打刻操作を促す通知を前記中継装置を介して前記ユーザ携帯端末に送信する在席確認手段をさらに備える出退勤管理装置。 - 請求項1乃至6いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置において、
前記中継装置の無線通信エリア内に存在する前記ユーザ携帯端末が、前記中継装置と無線通信したとき、前記制御手段が前記アプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動し、
前記記録手段が、前記ユーザ携帯端末の識別情報と、前記中継装置の識別情報とを取得し、互いに関連付けて前記出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する出退勤管理装置。 - 請求項1乃至7いずれかに記載の出退勤管理装置において、
前記出退勤管理装置は、ユーザ携帯端末、または、ユーザ携帯端末と通信可能なサーバ装置である出退勤管理装置。 - 出退勤管理装置が、
撮像機能を有するユーザ携帯端末が、ユーザが出退勤する場所に備えつけられた中継装置と無線通信することにより、前記撮像機能を利用したアプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動し、
起動された前記アプリケーションにより前記撮像機能を利用してユーザの顔を撮像し、
撮像画像から認識された前記ユーザの顔画像データを取得し、
前記ユーザの前記顔画像データから特徴点データを抽出し、
現在時刻とともに、前記特徴点データに基づく前記ユーザの打刻情報を出退勤情報として出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する出退勤管理装置のデータ処理方法。 - 出退勤管理装置を実現するコンピュータに、
撮像機能を有するユーザ携帯端末が、ユーザが出退勤する場所に備えつけられた中継装置と無線通信することにより、前記撮像機能を利用したアプリケーションを前記ユーザ携帯端末上で起動する手順、
起動された前記アプリケーションにより前記撮像機能を利用してユーザの顔を撮像する手順、
撮像画像から認識された前記ユーザの顔画像データを取得する手順、
前記ユーザの前記顔画像データから特徴点データを抽出する手順、
前記ユーザの打刻操作を受け付けたとき、現在時刻とともに、前記特徴点データに基づく前記ユーザの打刻情報を出退勤情報として出退勤情報記憶装置に記録する手順を実行させるためのプログラム。
