本发明的散货集装箱当需要将如图 1和图 2中所示的顶盖 2打开时: 首先, 将所述钩 体 72从所述扣体 71上旋转松开;然后,转动所述手柄 6 (该手柄 6的转动角度可达到 180 度) 带动所述连杆 4绕所述滚轮 5的中轴线旋转, 从而带动与连杆 4相连的锁头 81与所 述锁座 82的解除啮合, 同时带动所述顶盖 2从所述顶孔 11上抬升后松开, 此时顶盖 2的 状态如图 5和图 6中所示; 接着, 水平推动所述顶盖 2, 随着滚轮 5沿着沿导轨 3移动, 该连杆 4带动顶盖 2水平平移至完全离开所述顶孔 11的上方; 再接着, 当连杆 4移动至 限位机构 9的位置时, 将挡块 92远离所述顶孔 11的一端压下使得连杆 4从挡块 92的上 方向远离顶孔 11的方向平移; 最后, 等连杆 4完全过了所述挡块 92的上方的位置后, 放 松所述挡块 92,所述挡块 92远离所述顶孔 11的一端上抬后挡止在所述连杆 4朝向所述顶 孔 11的一侧, 即可避免所述顶盖 2滑向顶孔 11, 此时顶盖 2的状态如图 8中所示。
本发明的散货集装箱当需要将如图 8中所示所述顶盖 2关闭时: 首先, 略微向远离顶 孔 11的方向推动所述顶盖 2使得连杆 4脱离所述挡块 92的挡止; 然后, 将挡块 92远离 所述顶孔 11的一端压下,使得连杆 4从挡块 92的上方通过同时带动顶盖 2向靠近顶孔 11 的方向平移; 接着, 当顶盖 2平移至如图 5和图 6中所示的对准所述顶孔 11的状态时, 反向转动所述手柄 6带动所述连杆 4绕所述滚轮 5的中轴线反向旋转, 从而带动与连杆 4 相连的锁头 81与所述锁座 82的逐渐啮合,并且同时带动所述顶盖 2逐渐下降压紧所述顶 孔 11的外边沿; 最后, 当顶盖 2压紧后, 将所述钩体 72钩扣在所述扣体 71上, 顶盖 2 即压紧固定完毕, 此时顶盖 2的状态如图 1和图 2中所示。
本发明的散货集装箱的顶盖通过连杆的偏心旋转自动抬升, 不需要人力抬升, 且顶盖 为滑移打开, 因此降低了操作时的劳动强度; 又由于顶盖打开时占用较小的高度空间, 避 免顶盖因未锁紧引起顶盖翻转打开后容易碰到高压电线或其他障碍物, 安全可靠; 且由于 滑动时顶盖底部的胶条处于松脱状态, 避免了胶条的磨损, 降低了修箱成本; 进一步地, 通过设置限位机构, 还可以防止顶盖打开时滑向顶孔。
然而, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例, 并非限制本发明的保护范围, 故凡运 用本发明说明书及附图内容所作出的等效结构变化, 均包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种散货集装箱,包括顶部开放的箱体、设置在所述箱体顶部开放处且开设有顶孔 的顶板以及可盖住所述顶孔的顶盖, 其特征在于, 还包括至少一连杆、两导轨以及至少一 对滚轮,所述两导轨平行设置且分别位于所述顶孔的相对两侧,所述连杆垂直设置在所述 两导轨之间且可转动地与所述顶盖相连,所述一对滚轮中的两滚轮分别连接在所述连杆的 两端且所述滚轮与所述连杆的中轴线互相平行但不重合,以在所述连杆绕所述滚轮的中轴 线旋转时带动所述顶盖抬升松开或下降压紧,所述两滚轮可沿导轨移动地分别嵌设在所述 两导轨中, 以带动所述顶盖平移离开或回到所述顶孔的上方。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述连杆连接在所述顶盖的上方 或侧边。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述散货集装箱还包括至少一手 柄, 所述至少一手柄与所述连杆相连以旋转带动所述连杆绕所述滚轮的所述中轴线旋转。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述散货集装箱还包括至少一在 所述顶盖压紧时连接在所述手柄与所述顶板之间的搭扣机构。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述搭扣机构包括一扣体以及一 钩体, 所述扣体固定连接在所述顶板上, 所述钩体铰接在所述顶板上, 所述手柄在顶盖压 紧时与所述扣体相对应的位置设置有一穿孔,所述顶盖压紧后旋转所述钩体,直至钩扣在 穿出所述穿孔的所述扣体上。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述散货集装箱还包括至少一在 所述顶盖压紧时连接在所述连杆与所述顶板之间的锁紧机构。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括一锁头以及一 锁座, 所述锁座连接在所述顶板上, 所述锁头连接在所述连杆上, 所述顶盖压紧时所述锁 头与所述锁座啮合锁紧。
8.根据权利要求 6所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述连杆上靠近两端的位置分别 连接有一个所述锁紧机构。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的散货集装箱,其特征在于,所述散货集装箱还包括至少一在 所述顶盖平移至完全离开所述顶孔的上方后挡止住所述连杆的限位机构。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的散货集装箱, 其特征在于, 所述限位机构包括一限位座以 及铰接在所述限位座上的一挡块,所述挡块与所述限位座相铰接的位置位于所述挡块的中 心与所述挡块远离所述顶孔的一端之间;在所述挡块处于自由状态时,所述挡块远离所述 顶孔的一端的高度高于所述连杆的高度;在所述挡块旋转至水平状态时,所述限位机构顶 端最高处的高度低于所述顶盖抬升松开后的所述连杆底部最低处的高度。
