Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hose connector, a mop suction tool, a vacuum cleaner, and a ball valve that can remove dust and the like attached to a mop for cleaning by the negative pressure of the vacuum cleaner.
- Patent Document 1 a hose coupler having a switching structure capable of switching a main suction path of a vacuum cleaner to a sub suction path by connecting to a hose or pipe of a vacuum cleaner.
- the suction tool for sucking dust adhering to the mop is connected to the hose of the vacuum cleaner like the above-described hose connection tool, and the main suction path of the vacuum cleaner is switched to the sub suction path.
- a mop suction tool that sucks dust, dust, foreign matter, and the like adhering to the mop through a suction path of a sub-vacuum (see Patent Document 2).
- This mop suction tool has a cleaning part in which both ends are opened and formed into a cylindrical shape into which a mop can be inserted and a cut is provided on the side surface.
- the floor cleaning of the vacuum cleaner is performed in order to maintain a strong negative pressure in the hose or pipe to which the cleaning unit for sucking dust is attached. It was necessary to always ground the part. In order to obtain a stronger suction force, it is necessary to close the suction path of the floor cleaning suction tool and secure a suction path dedicated to the mop suction tool.
- the technology disclosed in the present specification has been created in view of the above-described problems, and dramatically improves the convenience of sucking work such as dust attached to a mop using the negative pressure of a vacuum cleaner. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hose connector, a mop suction device, a vacuum cleaner, and a ball valve.
- the technology disclosed in the present specification has been created in view of the above-described problems, and dramatically improves the convenience of sucking work such as dust attached to a mop using the negative pressure of a vacuum cleaner.
- the mop suction tool and the mop suction tool can be connected to the connection part of the hose between the suction tool for cleaning the floor of the vacuum cleaner and the dust collecting case in the main body of the vacuum cleaner. It is an object to provide a hose coupling, a vacuum cleaner and a ball valve that make possible.

- a ball valve having a third side wall facing the branch pipe side, a through hole, and a communication groove communicating from the third side wall to the second side wall, wherein the ball valve is arranged around the axis of the rotation shaft.
- the first inlet and the outlet communicate with each other through the through hole.
- the second inflow port and the outflow port communicate with each other by the communication groove.
- the present invention relates to a hose connector that can be switched to a second communication state.
- the first communication passage that communicates the first inlet and the outlet, and the second communication passage that communicates the second inlet and the outlet are the balls. They may be independent from each other by being separated by the inner wall of the valve.
- the amount of flow from the first inlet to the outlet in the first communication state and the second inlet in the second communication state according to the rotation angle of the ball valve may be adjustable.
- the state can be gradually changed between the first communication state and the second communication state. Fine adjustment can be performed on the suction force in the communication state. For this reason, compared with the case where it is set as the structure which can be switched immediately between a 1st continuous state and a 2nd communication state, the convenience of the attraction
- the branch pipe is a first branch pipe, and includes a second branch pipe having a third inflow opening formed on a side surface of the connection pipe.
- a fourth side wall is provided opposite to the third side wall across the through hole and facing the second branch pipe, and the communication groove includes the third side wall and the fourth side wall.

- the second inflow port and the outflow port may be communicated with each other by any one of the second communication groove and the second communication groove.
- the second communication state in which the second inlet and the outlet communicate with each other by the second communication groove Therefore, if a connector for sucking dust attached to the mop is connected to each of the first branch pipe side and the second branch pipe side, the ball valve is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise around the pipe axis of the branch pipe. Even in the case of rotating in any direction around, it is possible to immediately switch from the first continuous state to the second communication state. For this reason, the convenience of a hose coupling tool can be improved further.
- the ball valve has a ball valve side rib extending along a tube axis direction of the branch pipe at a part of a portion facing the branch pipe side, and an end portion of the ball valve side rib May be rotated about the tube axis of the branch pipe as a rotation axis by being pushed in the direction around the tube axis of the branch pipe.
