Abstract
Description
<実施例1>
上記実施形態の製造方法と同一の方法によりVリブドベルトを作製し、それを実施例1とした。具体的には、背面ゴム層、接着ゴム層、及び圧縮ゴム層のいずれを形成するゴム組成物も、ゴム成分にはEPDM及び架橋剤には硫黄を用いた。また、圧縮ゴム層を形成するゴム組成物にはナイロン短繊維を含有させた。心線には、RFL水溶液及びゴム糊による接着処理を施したPET繊維製の撚り糸を用いた。マークプリントシートには、シンジオタクチックの1,2-ポリブタジエンゴムの厚さ50μmのシート材(JIS K7361-1に基づいて測定される全光線透過率:82%)に、顔料を添加したCSMによりマークを反転してプリントしたものを用いた。作製したVリブドベルトは、ベルト長さが1200mm及びベルト厚さが4.3mmであり、リブ数が3個のベルト幅が10.68mmのものである。
マークプリントシートの代わりに、厚さ50μmのアセテート樹脂フィルムにマークを反転してプリントしたマーク転写シートを用いたことを除いて実施例1と同一の方法によりVリブドベルトを作製し、それを比較例1とした。
マークプリントシートの代わりに、ゴム糊を含浸させた綿の不織布シートの表側になる面にマークを反転させずにプリントしたものを用いたことを除いて実施例1と同一の方法によりVリブドベルトを作製し、それを比較例2とした。
マークプリントシートの代わりに、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体の熱可塑性樹脂フィルムにマークを反転してプリントしたものを用いたことを除いて実施例1と同一の方法によりVリブドベルトを作製し、それを比較例3とした。

- ベルト本体と、
前記ベルト本体の表面に設けられたマークと、
前記ベルト本体の表面における前記マークを含む部分を被覆するように設けられた透明乃至半透明のシート材と、
を備え、
前記ベルト本体は、少なくとも前記シート材で被覆された部分が硫黄により加硫されたゴム組成物で形成されており、
前記シート材は、ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム材料で形成され且つ前記ベルト本体の前記シート材で被覆された部分を形成するゴム組成物と共に硫黄により加硫されて前記ベルト本体と一体化している伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1に記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記シート材を形成するジエン系ゴムがシンジオタクチックの1,2-ポリブタジエンゴムである伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1又は2に記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記シート材のJIS K7361-1に基づいて測定される全光線透過率が40%以上である伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記シート材の厚さが20~80μmである伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記ベルト本体と前記シート材との境界に段差が形成されていない伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記ベルト本体と前記シート材との境界の高低差が15μm以下である伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記ベルト本体における少なくとも前記シート材で被覆された部分を形成するゴム組成物のゴム成分がエチレン-α-オレフィンエラストマーである伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記マークが顔料を添加したクロロスルホン化ポリエチレンゴムで形成されている伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記ベルト本体がVリブドベルト本体である伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記ベルト本体における前記マークが設けられた表面がベルト背面である伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載された伝動ベルトが複数のプーリに巻き掛けられたベルト伝動装置であって、
前記複数のプーリは、前記伝動ベルトの前記ベルト本体における前記マークが設けられた表面が接触する平プーリを含むベルト伝動装置。 - ベルト本体の少なくとも一部分を形成するための架橋剤として硫黄が配合された未加硫ゴム組成物の表面に、ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム材料で形成された透明乃至半透明のシート材の表面にマークがプリントされたマークプリントシートを、前記マークのプリントされた側が前記未加硫ゴム組成物に接触するように配置してベルト形成用成形体を成形するベルト形成用成形体成形工程と、
前記ベルト形成用成形体成形工程で成形したベルト形成用成形体を加熱及び加圧することにより、前記未加硫ゴム組成物を硫黄により加硫させてベルト本体を形成し、また、それと共に前記マークプリントシートの前記シート材をも硫黄により加硫させて前記ベルト本体と一体化させる加硫工程と、
を備えた伝動ベルトの製造方法。 - 請求項12に記載された伝動ベルトの製造方法において、
前記マークプリントシートの前記シート材が硫黄を含まない伝動ベルトの製造方法。 - 請求項12又は13に記載された伝動ベルトの製造方法において、
前記ベルト形成用成形体成形工程では、前記ベルト形成用成形体を成形するための成形型に前記未加硫ゴム組成物を設ける前に、前記未加硫ゴム組成物に前記マークプリントシートを貼設する伝動ベルトの製造方法。 - 請求項12又は13に記載された伝動ベルトの製造方法において、
前記ベルト形成用成形体成形工程では、前記ベルト形成用成形体を成形するための成形型の表面に、前記マークプリントシートを、前記マークのプリントされていない側が前記成形型に接触するように配置して貼設し、その上に前記未加硫ゴム組成物を設ける伝動ベルトの製造方法。
