【背景技术】
现有技术液晶显示器的生产过程基本包括:
前段的Array制程:整块阵列基板的制作以及彩色滤光片基板的制作;
中段的Cell制程:将整块阵列基板和彩色滤光片基板结合并在两片基板间滴上液晶后贴合、将滴上液晶后贴合的整块面板切割成多个液晶显示面板的制作;
后段的Module制程:将切割后得到的液晶显示面板与其他组件如背光板、电路、外框等多种零组件组装的制作。
其中,将滴上液晶后贴合的整块面板切割成多个液晶显示面板并进行检查之后,需要用包装构件将液晶显示面板包装起来运送到专门负责Module制程的模组厂完成Module制程。
现有技术的一种包装箱,如图1所示,在包装箱10内依次叠放缓冲材11和液晶玻璃12。为了避免包装箱10在运输途中,因碰撞而掉粉屑,影响无尘室的环境,包装箱的材料一般采用具有一定硬度又能起缓冲作用的发泡PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)塑料材质。但PP塑料的价格非常昂贵,不利于降低产品的成本。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种包装箱及其制作方法,能够有效地降低包装箱的材料成本,从而降低产品成本。

其中,第三凹陷、第四凹陷、第三凸缘和第四凸缘的数量均至少为一个。
其中,第二构件、第一凹槽、第四构件和第二凹槽的数量均至少为一个。
其中,第一构件和第三构件的材料均为聚丙烯塑料发泡材料。
其中,第三构件和第四构件的材料均为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物或者聚乙烯。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种包装箱的制作方法,包括:在模具内分别放置包装箱的顶盖制备材料和底盖制备材料,顶盖制备材料包括第一构件制备材料和第二构件制备材料,底盖制备材料包括第三构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料,其中第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料用于直接支撑承载物;第一构件制备材料对应远离承载物的一表面设置有第一凹槽,第二构件制备材料的形状与第一凹槽相匹配,且置于第一凹槽内;第三构件制备材料对应远离承载物的一表面设置有第二凹槽,第四构件制备材料的形状与第二凹槽相匹配,且置于第二凹槽内;第一构件制备材料和第二构件制备材料分别具有第一缓冲性能和第二缓冲性能,且第一缓冲性能优于第二缓冲性能;第三构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料分别具有第三缓冲性能和第四缓冲性能,且第三缓冲性能优于第四缓冲性能;使第一构件制备材料、第二构件制备材料、第三构件制备材料以及第四构件制备材料进行热压,使得第二构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料分别固定于第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料内。
其中,第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料为聚丙烯塑料发泡材料。
其中,第二构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物或者聚乙烯。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明将现有技术中整体式的包装箱的顶盖设计成组合形式的第一构件和第二构件,缓冲性能较优的第一构件直接支撑于承载物,缓冲性能一般的第二构件嵌接于第二构件的第一凹槽内,间接支撑承载物;整体式的包装箱的顶盖设计成组合形式的第三构件和第四构件,缓冲性能较优的第三构件直接支撑于承载物,缓冲性能一般的第四构件嵌接于第三构件的第二凹槽内,间接支撑承载物。通过上述方式,第三构件和第四构件的材料可选用较为便宜的材料,降低包装箱的材料成本,从而降低产品的成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,图2是是本发明包装箱一实施方式的截面示意图,图3是图2所示包装箱的分解示意图,图4是本发明包装箱一实施方式中底盖的立体分解示意图。如图所示,所述包装箱20包括顶盖21和底盖22。顶盖21包括第一构件211和第二构件212。底盖22包括第三构件221和第四构件222。
第一构件211直接支撑承载物23。第一构件211具有第一缓冲性能。其中,第一构件211可选为缓冲性能较好的材料,例如:EPP (Expanded polypropylene,聚丙烯塑料发泡材料)等。第一构件211远离承载物23的一表面设置有第一凹槽2111。第一凹槽2111的侧边端部设置有第一凸缘21111。第一凹槽2111的底边设置有第三凹陷21112。第二构件212的形状与第一凹槽2111相匹配,以使得第二构件212可以嵌入第一凹槽2111内。第二构件212的侧边端部设置有第一凹陷2121。第一凹陷2121和第一凸缘21111卡扣配合,使得包装箱20平放时,第二构件212固定于第一凹槽2111内。其中,第一凸缘21111的数量可选为两个,分别位于第一凹槽2111的侧边端部;第一凹陷2121的数量也可选为两个,分别位于第二构件212侧边端部与第一凸缘21111相对应的位置上。第二构件212与第三凹陷21112相对应的位置上设置有第三凸缘2122。第三凸缘2122与第三凹陷21112卡扣配合,使得包装箱20侧放时,第二构件212固定于第一凹槽2111内。其中,第三凸缘2122与第三凹陷21112一一对应,且第三凸缘2122和第三凹陷21112的数量至少为一个。在本发明实施方式中,第二构件212远离承载物23,间接支撑承载物23,因此,第二构件212的材料可选为缓冲性一般的且较为便宜的普通工程塑料,例如:ABS(丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物)、PE(聚乙烯)等。
包装箱20的底盖22的第三构件221直接支撑承载物23。第三构件221具有第三缓冲性能。其中,第三构件221的材料可选为缓冲性能较好的材料,例如:EPP等。第三构件221远离承载物23的一表面设置有第二凹槽2211。第二凹槽2211的侧边端部设置有第二凸缘22111。第二凹槽2211的底边设置有第四凹陷22112。包装箱20的底盖22的第四构件222的形状与第二凹槽2211相匹配,使得第四构件222可嵌入第二凹槽2211内。第四构件222的侧边端部设置有第二凹陷2221,第二凹陷2221与第二凸缘22111卡扣配合,使得包装箱20平放时,第四构件222固定于第二凹槽2211内。第四构件222的底边与第四凹陷22112相对应的位置设置有第四凸缘2222。第四凹陷22112与第四凸缘2222卡扣配合,使得包装箱20侧放时,第四构件222固定于第二凹槽2211内。其中,第四凹陷22112与第四凸缘2222一一对应,且第四凹陷22112与第四凸缘2222的数量至少为一个。在本发明实施方式中,第四构件222具有第四缓冲性能,间接支撑承载物23,因此,第四构件222的材料可选为缓冲性一般的且较为便宜的普通工程塑料,例如:ABS、PE等。
需要特别说明的是:缓冲性能好的材料的价格较缓冲性一般的材料的价格昂贵。本发明实施方式中,直接支撑承载物23的第一构件211的第一缓冲性能优于第二构件212的第二缓性能,第二构件212的材料较第一构件211的材料便宜;直接支撑承载物23的第三构件221的第三缓冲性能优于第四构件222的第四缓性能,第四构件222的材料较第三构件221的材料便宜。
请参阅图5和图6,图5是本发明包装箱另一实施方式的截面示意图,图6是图5所示包装箱的分解示意图。本发明实施方式的包装箱30包括顶盖31和底盖32。顶盖31包括第一构件311和第二构件312。第一构件311设置有第一凹槽3111。第二构件312固定于第一凹槽3111内。在本发明实施方式中,第一凹槽3111和第二构件312的数量为两个,当然,第一凹槽3111和第二构件312的数量不限于两个,可以为多个。底盖32包括第三构件321和第四构件322。第三构件321设置有第二凹槽3211。第四构件322固定于第二凹槽3211内。在本发明实施方式中,第四构件322和第二凹槽3211的数量为两个,当然,第二凹槽3211和第四构件322的数量不限于两个,可以为多个。其中,包装箱20可用于收容液晶显示面板,当然,也不仅限于收容液晶显示面板。
在本发明实施方式中,整体式的包装箱的顶盖设计成组合形式的第一构件和第二构件,底盖设计成组合形式的第三构件和第四构件,且第二构件嵌接于第一构件的第一凹槽内,第四构件嵌接于第三构件的第二凹槽内;直接支撑承载物的第一构件和第三构件的材料均可选用缓冲性能较好的材料,不直接接触承载物的第二构件和第四构件的材料均可选用缓冲性能一般的材料。通过上述方式,第三构件和第四构件的材料均可选用价格较为便宜的材料,降低包装箱的材料成本,从而降低产品成本。
本发明还提供了包装箱的制作方法实施方式。请参阅图7,图7是本发明一种包装箱的制作方法实施方式的流程图。如图所示,所述方法包括:
步骤S401: 在模具内分别放置包装箱的顶盖制备材料和底盖制备材料;
顶盖制备材料包括第一构件制备材料和第二构件制备材料,底盖制备材料包括第三构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料,其中第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料用于直接支撑承载物;第一构件制备材料对应远离承载物的一表面设置有第一凹槽,第二构件制备材料的形状与第一凹槽相匹配,且置于第一凹槽内;第三构件制备材料对应远离承载物的一表面设置有第二凹槽,第四构件制备材料的形状与第二凹槽相匹配,且置于第二凹槽内;第一构件制备材料和第二构件制备材料分别具有第一缓冲性能和第二缓冲性能,且第一缓冲性能优于第二缓冲性能;第三构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料分别具有第三缓冲性能和第四缓冲性能,且第三缓冲性能优于第四缓冲性能。
模具是用来成型产品的工具,它是产品的原始模型。材料的缓冲性能越好,价格就越昂贵。本发明实施方式中,第二构件的材料和第四构件的材料较第一构件的材料和第三构件的材料便宜。第一构件和第三构件的材料均可选为EPP,第二构件和第四构件的材料均可选为ABS或PE。
步骤S402:使第一构件制备材料、第二构件制备材料、第三构件制备材料以及第四构件制备材料进行热压,使得第二构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料分别固定于第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料内。
热压成型主要利用压力将原材料固定于加热后的模具,控制原材料的熔融温度及时间,以达融化后硬化、冷却,再取出模具即可成形产品。
在本发明实施方式中,将模具中加入第一构件制备材料、第二构件制备材料、第三构件制备材料、第四构件制备材料;再对上述制备材料进行热压,使得第二构件的制备材料固定于第一构件的制备材料的第一凹槽内,第四构件的制备材料固定于第三构件的制备材料的第二凹槽内。而第二构件和第四构件的制备材料均不直接接触承载物,因此,第二构件和第四构件的制备材料均可选较为便宜的材料,降低包装箱的材料成本,进而降低产品成本。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种包装箱,其中,所述包装箱包括底盖和顶盖;
    所述顶盖包括:
    第一构件,所述第一构件直接支撑承载物,且所述第一构件远离承载物的一表面设置有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽的侧边端部和底边分别设置有第一凸缘和第三凹陷;
    第二构件,所述第二构件的形状与第一凹槽相匹配,且所述第二构件的侧边端部和底边分别设置有第一凹陷和第三凸缘,所述第一凹陷与第一凸缘卡扣配合,所述第三凸缘与第三凹陷卡扣配合,从而使得第二构件固定于第一凹槽内;
    所述第一构件和第二构件分别具有第一缓冲性能和第二缓冲性能,且所述第一缓冲性能优于第二缓冲性能;
    所述底盖包括:
    第三构件,所述第三构件直接支撑承载物,且所述第三构件远离承载物的一表面设置有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽的侧边端部和底边分别设置有第二凸缘和第四凹陷;
    第四构件,所述第四构件的形状与第二凹槽相匹配,且所述第四构件的侧边端部和底边分别设置有第二凹陷和第四凸缘,所述第二凸缘与第二凹陷卡扣配合,所述第四凸缘与第四凹陷卡扣配合,从而使得第四构件固定于第二凹槽内;
    所述第三构件和第四构件分别具有第三缓冲性能和第四缓冲性能,且所述第三缓冲性能优于第四缓冲性能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一凸缘的数量均为两个,分别位于第一凹槽的两侧边;
    所述第一凹陷的数量均为两个,分别位于第二构件的两侧边与第一凸缘相对应位置;
    所述第二凸缘的数量均为两个,分别位于第二凹槽的两侧边;
    所述第二凹陷的数量均为两个,分别位于第四构件的两侧边与第二凸缘相对应的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述第三凹陷、第四凹陷、第三凸缘和第四凸缘的数量均至少为一个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二构件、第一凹槽、第四构件和第二凹槽的数量均至少为一个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一构件和第三构件的材料均为聚丙烯塑料发泡材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述第三构件和第四构件的材料均为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物或者聚乙烯。
  7. 一种包装箱,其中,所述包装箱包括底盖和顶盖;
    所述顶盖包括:
    第一构件,所述第一构件直接支撑承载物,且所述第一构件远离承载物的一表面设置有第一凹槽;
    第二构件,所述第二构件的形状与第一凹槽相匹配,且固定于所述第一凹槽内;
    所述第一构件和第二构件分别具有第一缓冲性能和第二缓冲性能,且所述第一缓冲性能优于第二缓冲性能;
    所述底盖包括:
    第三构件,所述第三构件直接支撑承载物,且所述第三构件远离承载物的一表面设置有第二凹槽;
    第四构件,所述第四构件的形状与第二凹槽相匹配,且固定于所述第二凹槽内;
    所述第三构件和第四构件分别具有第三缓冲性能和第四缓冲性能,且所述第三缓冲性能优于第四缓冲性能。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中:
    所述第一凹槽的侧边端部设置有第一凸缘,所述第二构件的侧边端部设置有第一凹陷,所述第一凸缘与第一凹陷卡扣配合,使得包装箱平放时,第二构件固定于第一凹槽内;
    所述第二凹槽的侧边端部设置有第二凸缘,所述第四构件的侧边端部设置有第二凹陷,所述第二凸缘与第二凹陷卡扣配合,使得包装箱平放时,第四构件固定于第二凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其中:
    所述第一凸缘的数量均为两个,分别位于第一凹槽的两侧边;
    所述第一凹陷的数量均为两个,分别位于第二构件的两侧边与第一凸缘相对应位置;
    所述第二凸缘的数量均为两个,分别位于第二凹槽的两侧边;
    所述第二凹陷的数量均为两个,分别位于第四构件的两侧边与第二凸缘相对应的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中, 所述第一凹槽的底边设置第三凹陷,第二构件的底边相应的位置设置有第三凸缘,所述第三凸缘与第三凹陷卡扣配合,使得包装箱侧放时,第二构件固定于第一凹槽内;
    所述第二凹槽的底边设置第四凹陷,第二构件的底边相应的位置设置有第四凸缘,所述第四凸缘与第四凹陷卡扣配合,使得包装箱侧放时,第四构件固定于第二凹槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述第三凹陷、第四凹陷、第三凸缘和第四凸缘的数量均至少为一个。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二构件、第一凹槽、第四构件和第二凹槽的数量均至少为一个。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一构件和第三构件的材料均为聚丙烯塑料发泡材料。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中,所述第三构件和第四构件的材料均为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物或者聚乙烯。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中,所述包装箱用于收容液晶显示面板。
  16. 一种包装箱的制作方法,其中,包括:
    在模具内分别放置包装箱的顶盖制备材料和底盖制备材料,所述顶盖制备材料包括第一构件制备材料和第二构件制备材料,所述底盖制备材料包括第三构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料,其中第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料用于直接支撑承载物;所述第一构件制备材料对应远离承载物的一表面设置有第一凹槽,所述第二构件制备材料的形状与第一凹槽相匹配,且置于第一凹槽内;所述第三构件制备材料对应远离承载物的一表面设置有第二凹槽,所述第四构件制备材料的形状与第二凹槽相匹配,且置于第二凹槽内;所述第一构件制备材料和第二构件制备材料分别具有第一缓冲性能和第二缓冲性能,且所述第一缓冲性能优于第二缓冲性能;所述第三构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料分别具有第三缓冲性能和第四缓冲性能,且所述第三缓冲性能优于第四缓冲性能;
    对所述第一构件制备材料、第二构件制备材料、第三构件制备材料以及第四构件制备材料进行热压,使得所述第二构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料分别固定于第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述第一构件制备材料和第三构件制备材料为聚丙烯塑料发泡材料。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述第二构件制备材料和第四构件制备材料为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物或者聚乙烯。
