背景技术
现有的液晶模组大都通过前框与胶框装配达到固定液晶显示面板的目的。如图1所示,图1为现有的液晶模组的结构分解示意图。目前,液晶模组1的前框4通常为金属钢材冲压成型的框架结构,并通过螺丝与前框4上的螺孔5的配合将前框4固定锁附于胶框2上,进而将液晶显示面板3固定。常见的前框4有铁框等。
但是,现有的铁制等金属前框存在以下缺陷:
1、制作前框的工艺均会用到大量的钢材,从而造成成本增加;
2、每台液晶模组开发时,均需要单独设计前框及开发模具,由此增加了液晶模组的开发周期,且模具成本高昂;
3、采用金属钢材冲压成型得到的前框体积较大,重量较重,不利于液晶模组的轻薄化设计。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种液晶模组及液晶显示器,旨在简化前框结构设计,节省制作成本。

本发明提出的一种液晶模组及液晶显示器,通过片材吸塑成型前框,同时在前框上设置与胶框上对应位置的卡扣过盈配合的弹性扣合部,或者在前框上设置与胶框上对应位置的扣合部过盈配合的卡扣,将位于前框与胶框之间的液晶显示面板固定。本发明简化了前框设计,缩短了开发周期,从而降低了液晶模组的开模成本,进一步降低液晶显示器的制造成本。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及实施例,对实现发明目的的技术方案作详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的主要构思是:通过片材吸塑成型前框,同时在前框上设置与液晶模组的胶框上对应位置的卡扣过盈配合的弹性扣合部,或者在前框上设置与液晶模组的胶框上对应位置的扣合部过盈配合的卡扣,将位于前框与胶框之间的液晶显示面板固定,以降低液晶模组的开模成本,进一步降低液晶显示器的制造成本。
请参照图2,图2是本发明液晶模组第一实施例的结构分解示意图。本发明第一实施例提出的液晶模组,包括框形的胶框21、前框41以及位于胶框21与前框41之间的液晶显示面板(图中未示出),前框41为片材吸塑成型形成的方框,该前框41与胶框21卡扣连接固定液晶显示面板。
具体地,本实施例将前框41设计为具有导电功能的片材吸塑成型。其中,吸塑成型,又叫真空成型,是一种热塑性塑料热成型方法,其是指将片状或板状材料夹紧在真空成型机的框架上,加热软化后,通过模边的空气通道,采用真空将其吸附于模具表面上,经过短时间的冷却后,得到成型的制品,比如形成凹凸形状的塑料制品等。该种吸塑成型方法所用的设备比较简单,模具不需承受压力,可采用金属、木材或石膏制成,具有成型速度快,操作容易等优点。
本实施例中,前框41包括四条侧边框,具体包括相对的两个侧框部413及相对连接于上述两个侧框部413的一顶框部411与一底框部414,侧框部413、顶框部411与底框部414分别由一体成型的条状支杆构成。侧框部413、顶框部411与底框部414上分别设有吸塑成型的弹性扣合部412;胶框21上对应上述弹性扣合部412的位置设有卡扣211,其中,卡扣211为中空凸起,弹性扣合部412为与该中空凸起相配合的凹陷。利用弹性扣合部412具有的弹性形变将卡扣211与弹性扣合部412过盈配合,进而将前框41固定于胶框21上,同时将液晶显示面板固定于前框41与胶框21之间。
更进一步地,卡扣211与弹性扣合部412的形状可以为圆形、方形或带有圆角的矩形或者其他类似的形状等。本实施例中设置在胶框21侧边框上的卡扣211为矩形中空凸起,设置在前框41的侧框411上的扣合部412为带有圆角的矩形。
更进一步地,弹性扣合部412在侧框部413、顶框部411及底框部414上的分布密度可以根据侧框部413、顶框部411及底框部414的宽度及所需的紧固程度来具体设定。在其他实施例中,根据所需的紧固程度或其他实际情况,还可仅在前框41的部分侧边框上设置弹性扣合部412,比如仅在前框41相对的两侧框部413设置弹性扣合部412。
上述结构不仅使得前框41与胶框21可以紧密配合,而且,前框41采用吸塑成型,减少了前框41模具开发成本,同时避免了传统采用金属钢材冲压成型得到的前框体积较大、重量较重、不利于液晶模组的轻薄化设计的缺陷。
请参照图3,图3是本发明液晶模组第二实施例的结构分解示意图。本发明第二实施例提出的一种液晶模组前框结构,与上述第一实施例相似,其不同之处在于,本实施例中,前框42的侧框部423、顶框部421与底框部424分别由若干段分段的条状支杆构成。如图3所示,本实施例中条状支杆设于前框42的折角处。
此外,本实施例中设置在胶框22上的卡扣221为圆柱形,相应的,设置在前框42上的弹性扣合部422为与胶框22上卡扣221过盈配合的圆形孔。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,构成前框42的侧框部423、顶框部421与底框部424的若干段分段的条状支杆还可彼此等间距分布。
在其他实施例中,还可在前框41、42的侧框部413、423、顶框部411、421与底框部414、424上设置弹性卡扣,在胶框21、22对应弹性卡扣的位置设置扣合部,通过弹性卡扣与扣合部过盈配合,将前框41、42固定于胶框21、22上。或者,在前框41、42的侧框部413、423、顶框部411、421与底框部414、424上部分位置设置弹性卡扣,部分位置设置弹性扣合部,而在胶框21、22对应位置设有与前框41、42上卡扣过盈配合的扣合部,或与前框41、42上扣合部过盈配合的卡扣,通过相应的卡扣与扣合部过盈配合,将前框41、42固定于胶框21、22上,进而将液晶显示面板固定于前框41、42与胶框21、22之间。
此外,在其他实施例中,前框41、42的四条侧边框中,也可以是相对的两侧框部413、423为一体成型的条状支杆构成,顶框部411、421与底框部414、424由若干段分段的条状支杆构成。或者,作为另一种实施方式,也可以是相邻的两条侧边框分别为一体成型的条状支杆构成,另外相邻的两条侧边框分别为若干段分段的条状支杆构成,比如:前框41、42的一侧框部413、423与顶框部411、421分别为一体成型的条状支杆构成,前框41、42的另一侧框部413、423与底框部414、424分别为若干段分段的条状支杆构成。
进一步的,本发明还提出一种液晶显示器,该液晶显示器包括背光模组和上述液晶模组。在此不作详述。
本发明提出的一种液晶模组及液晶显示器,通过采用具有导电功能的片材吸塑成型前框,同时在前框上设置与胶框上对应位置的卡扣过盈配合的弹性扣合部,或者在前框上设置与胶框上对应位置的扣合部过盈配合的卡扣,将位于前框与胶框之间的液晶显示面板固定。其中,在吸塑成型时,可以设置前框的侧边框为单边整条结构,也可设置前框的侧边框为分段式结构,简化了前框设计,缩短了开发周期,从而降低了液晶模组的开模成本,进一步降低产品的成本;并可达到液晶模组的轻薄化设计的目的。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种液晶模组,包括胶框和前框,以及位于所述胶框与所述前框之间的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述前框为片材吸塑成型的方框,所述前框与所述胶框卡扣连接固定所述液晶显示面板;所述前框包括相对的两个侧框部及相对连接于所述两个侧框部的一顶框部与一底框部,所述侧框部、所述顶框部与所述底框部分别由若干段分段的条状支杆构成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框设有弹性扣合部;所述胶框对应所述弹性扣合部的位置设有卡扣,所述卡扣与所述弹性扣合部过盈配合;或者所述前框设有弹性卡扣;所述胶框对应所述弹性卡扣的位置设有扣合部,所述弹性卡扣与所述扣合部过盈配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框的侧框部、顶框部与底框部上均设置有弹性卡扣,所述胶框对应所述弹性卡扣的位置设置扣合部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框的侧框部、顶框部与底框部上的部分位置设置弹性卡扣,部分位置设置弹性扣合部,所述胶框对应位置设有与所述前框上的卡扣过盈配合的扣合部,或与前框上的扣合部过盈配合的卡扣,通过相应的卡扣与扣合部过盈配合将所述前框固定于胶框上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述条状支杆设于所述前框折角处。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,构成所述侧框部、所述顶框部与所述底框部的若干段分段的条状支杆彼此等间距分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣为中空凸起,所述扣合部为与该中空凸起相配合的凹陷部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣的横截面为圆形、方形或带有圆角的矩形。
  9. 一种液晶模组,包括胶框和前框,以及位于所述胶框与所述前框之间的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述前框为片材吸塑成型的方框,所述前框与所述胶框卡扣连接固定所述液晶显示面板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框设有弹性扣合部;所述胶框对应所述弹性扣合部的位置设有卡扣,所述卡扣与所述弹性扣合部过盈配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框设有弹性卡扣;所述胶框对应所述弹性卡扣的位置设有扣合部,所述弹性卡扣与所述扣合部过盈配合。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框包括相对的两个侧框部及相对连接于所述两个侧框部的一顶框部与一底框部,所述侧框部、所述顶框部与所述底框部分别由一体成型的条状支杆构成。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框的侧框部、顶框部与底框部上均设置有弹性卡扣,所述胶框对应所述弹性卡扣的位置设置扣合部。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述前框的侧框部、顶框部与底框部上的部分位置设置弹性卡扣,部分位置设置弹性扣合部,所述胶框对应位置设有与所述前框上的卡扣过盈配合的扣合部,或与前框上的扣合部过盈配合的卡扣,通过相应的卡扣与扣合部过盈配合将所述前框固定于胶框上。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣为中空凸起,所述扣合部为与该中空凸起相配合的凹陷部。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣的横截面为圆形、方形或带有圆角的矩形。
  17. 一种液晶显示器,包括背光模组和液晶模组,其特征在于,所述液晶模组包括胶框和前框,以及位于所述胶框与所述前框之间的液晶显示面板,所述前框为片材吸塑成型的方框,所述前框与所述胶框卡扣连接固定所述液晶显示面板。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述前框设有弹性扣合部;所述胶框对应所述弹性扣合部的位置设有卡扣,所述卡扣与所述弹性扣合部过盈配合;或者,所述前框设有弹性卡扣;所述胶框对应所述弹性卡扣的位置设有扣合部,所述弹性卡扣与所述扣合部过盈配合。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述前框包括相对的两个侧框部及相对连接于所述两个侧框部的一顶框部与一底框部,所述侧框部、所述顶框部与所述底框部分别由一体成型的条状支杆构成。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述前框包括相对的两个侧框部及相对连接于所述两个侧框部的一顶框部与一底框部,所述侧框部、所述顶框部与所述底框部分别由若干段分段的条状支杆构成。
