Abstract

本发明公开了一种超薄显示模组结构,包括有可拆装的外框,所述外框的环形内壁上自下而上依次设有底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔;所述底槽腔中卡装有依次叠装为一体的背板、反光板和超薄导光板,中槽腔中卡装有膜片组,顶槽腔中卡装有液晶面板;所述底槽腔中位于超薄导光板的内侧部位设有反射灯罩,反射灯罩内设有常规灯珠,超薄导光板的端部伸入反射灯罩内与常规灯珠相对。

一种易装配的显示模组结构
技术领域:
本发明涉及液晶显示器或液晶电视机显示模组的技术领域,尤其涉及一种易装配的显示模组结构。
背景技术:
随着显示技术的不断发展,现有显示产品越来越追求薄型化和超薄型化,且超薄型化竞争已愈演愈烈,不论是手机、平板电脑、显示器,还是电视机,乃至科教产品也都在追求薄型化和超薄型化。
目前,这些电子产品的显示模组的中框采用的是常规的塑胶中框或铝挤中框,并以此类塑胶中框或铝挤中框作为液晶面板的支承结构。中框装配好后,再依次定位装配前框、面框等。定位繁琐,装配速度慢。
此外,超薄导光板需配合使用对应的超薄灯珠,而超薄灯珠的结构及流明均受限制。比如:与厚度为1.5T/1.0T/0.8T/0.6T(T代表mm,毫米)的超薄导光板对应使用的灯珠需要为超薄灯珠,这里所指的超薄灯珠,其宽度通常为1.0mm/0.8mm/0.6mm/0.4mm,由此可见,超薄灯珠的宽度需要远小于超薄导光板的厚度,这样,超薄灯珠产出及灯珠流明数均较低,进而无法直接很好的应用,而需通过增加膜片,甚至是增加3M的DBEF(反射偏光片)配合使用以提高整体亮度,如此,使得整个模组成本大幅增加。
发明内容:
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种超薄显示模组结构,它具有结构设计合理,超薄的同时保证了灯珠流明数。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:包括有可拆装的外框,所述外框的环形内壁上自下而上依次设有底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔;所述底槽腔中卡装有依次叠装为一体的背板、反光板和超薄导光板,中槽腔中卡装有膜片组,顶槽腔中卡装有液晶面板;所述底槽腔中位于超薄导光板的内侧部位设有反射灯罩,反射灯罩内设有常规灯珠,超薄导光板的端部伸入反射灯罩内与常规灯珠相对。
所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述外框包括有相互叠合的底框、中间框一、中间框二和顶框,底框上口部、顶框的下口部、中间框一的上口部和下口部以及中间框二的上口部和下口部均设有尺寸两两对应的敞口槽,底框、中间框一、中间框二和顶框依次叠合后,在相应的敞口槽部位分别形成底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔。
所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述外框上分布有若干锥形螺纹孔,所述锥形螺纹孔中位于相应的接合的部位分别设有尺寸对应的锥形螺柱。
所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述底槽腔中对应反射灯罩的部位向外侧延展形成凹陷腔。
所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:反射灯罩一侧具有开口,所述超薄导光板的所述端部穿过所述开口并伸入所述反射灯罩内。
所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述常规灯珠为4014灯珠或7020灯珠。
所述的超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于,所述超薄导光板的厚度包括0.6mm、0.8mm、1.0mm以及1.5mm。
操作时,先将底框、中间框一、中间框二和顶框拆分开来。装配时,先将底框位置摆好,将常规灯珠和反射灯罩装配好后放入到底槽腔内侧的凹陷腔中,接着将背板、反光片和超薄导光板依次叠放到底框的敞口槽上并且使得超薄导光板插图到反射灯罩的开口中,然后将中间框一盖在底框上,此时,背板、反光片和导光板正好容纳在底框与中间框一形成的底槽腔中,反射灯罩和常规灯珠容纳在底槽腔中。中间框一和底框对合后形成的锥形孔中均旋装上相应尺寸的螺纹柱,使得螺纹柱恰好旋紧在中间框一和底框的接合部位。按照同样的方法通过依次叠装中间框二和顶框来实现对膜片组和液晶显示屏的定位安装。
本发明在底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔的侧壁上均设有弹性凸起,使得在安装显示模组的各部件时,对各部件有一定的缓冲作用,防止显示屏破碎等状况的发生。
本发明的优点:
本发明通过将外框分成几个相互叠装的底框、中间框一、中间框二和顶框,拆装方便,定位精准,并且在安装过程中可以有效防止显示屏破碎;此外,将常规灯珠灵活使用,在保证灯珠流明数的同时也不会影响超薄的结构。

一种超薄显示模组结构,包括有可拆装的外框,所述外框的环形内壁上自下而上依次设有底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔;所述底槽腔中卡装有依次叠装为一体的背板1、反光板2和超薄导光板3,中槽腔中卡装有膜片组4,顶槽腔中卡装有液晶面板5;所述底槽腔中位于超薄导光板的内侧部位设有反射灯罩6,反射灯罩内设有常规灯珠7,超薄导光板3的端部伸入反射灯罩6内与常规灯珠7相对。
外框包括有相互叠合的底框8、中间框一9、中间框二10和顶框11,底框上口部、顶框的下口部、中间框一的上口部和下口部以及中间框二的上口部和下口部均设有尺寸两两对应的敞口槽,底框8、中间框一9、中间框二10和顶框11依次叠合后,在相应的敞口槽部位分别形成底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔。
外框上分布有若干锥形螺纹孔12,所述锥形螺纹孔中位于相应的接合的部位分别设有尺寸对应的锥形螺柱13。
底槽腔中对应反射灯罩的部位向外侧延展形成凹陷腔14。
反射灯罩一侧具有开口,所述超薄导光板的所述端部穿过所述开口并伸入所述反射灯罩内。
常规灯珠为4014灯珠或7020灯珠。
所述超薄导光板的厚度包括0.6mm、0.8mm、1.0mm以及1.5mm。

1.一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:包括有可拆装的外框,所述外框的环形内壁上自下而上依次设有底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔;所述底槽腔中卡装有依次叠装为一体的背板、反光板和超薄导光板,中槽腔中卡装有膜片组,顶槽腔中卡装有液晶面板;所述底槽腔中位于超薄导光板的内侧部位设有反射灯罩,反射灯罩内设有常规灯珠,超薄导光板的端部伸入反射灯罩内与常规灯珠相对。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述外框包括有相互叠合的底框、中间框一、中间框二和顶框,底框上口部、顶框的下口部、中间框一的上口部和下口部以及中间框二的上口部和下口部均设有尺寸两两对应的敞口槽,底框、中间框一、中间框二和顶框依次叠合后,在相应的敞口槽部位分别形成底槽腔、中槽腔和顶槽腔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述外框上分布有若干锥形螺纹孔,所述锥形螺纹孔中位于相应的接合的部位分别设有尺寸对应的锥形螺柱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述底槽腔中对应反射灯罩的部位向外侧延展形成凹陷腔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:反射灯罩一侧具有开口,所述超薄导光板的所述端部穿过所述开口并伸入所述反射灯罩内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述常规灯珠为4014灯珠或7020灯珠。
7.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超薄显示模组结构,其特征在于,所述超薄导光板的厚度包括0.6mm、0.8mm、1.0mm以及1.5mm。
