本实施例中,所述上緩沖件 2上的连接部包括插槽 21和插块 22,所述下緩 沖件上的连接部同样包括插槽和插块, 插块插入插槽后就把两个部件连接起来。
作为本发明所述液晶显示模组的包装装置的实施例二, 为本发明的最佳实 施例, 如图 3至图 7所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于所述上緩沖件 2的固定腔 23为开放式结构, 与相邻的上緩沖件 2组成一个完整的固定腔 23 , 所述下緩沖 件的固定腔同样为开放式结构, 与相邻的下緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔。
由于所述固定腔为了容置液晶显示模组, 所以一般会有一个或二个面为开 放状态, 本发明所述上緩沖件和下緩沖件的固定腔为开放式结构是指在原来有 一个或二个面呈开放状态的基础上, 还有一个面或二个面也呈开放状态。 本实 施例是有二个呈开放状态的面用于容置液晶显示模组, 还有一个面呈开放状态。
本实施例除了能获得实施例一中的有益效果外, 由于内部緩沖件形状筒单, 更方便制造, 平板式结构更不易损坏, 同时在保证原有緩沖效果的前提下可以 节省材料, 从而控制成本。 而且即使液晶显示模组的大小尺寸不同, 但只要液 晶显示模组厚度接近, 就可以采用同一套包装装置, 即同一套包装装置可用于 多款液晶显示模组, 从而提高包装物料的通用性, 降低存储成本和物料的管理 成本。
本实施例中, 所述每组内部緩沖件包括两个上緩沖件 2和两个下緩沖件 3 , 分布于液晶显示模组 1 的四个角, 由于内部緩沖件为分体式结构, 仅仅固定液 晶显示模组的四个角, 所以内部緩沖件使用的材料更少, 进一步控制成本。 本 实施例中, 上緩沖件与对角的下緩沖件形状一致, 可共用, 所以只需要开发两 套模具即可实现。 进一步的, 还可以把四个緩沖件都做成同一种形状, 只需要 开发一套模具, 使用单一物料就可以完成包装, 从而最大限度地降低制造成本。
本实施例中,所述上緩沖件上 2的连接部包括插槽 21和插块 22,所述插槽 21和插块 22分别设置于上緩沖件 2的两个侧面上,所述插槽 21和插块 22分别 用于连接与该上緩沖件 2相邻的两个上緩沖件, 组装起来方便快速。
本实施例中, 所述下緩沖件上的连接部同样包括插槽和插块, 所述插槽和 插块分别设置于下緩沖件的两个侧面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用于连接与该下 緩沖件相邻的两个下緩沖件, 组装起来方便快速。
本实施例中, 所述插槽和插块数量均为三个, 且呈三角形分布, 连接更稳 定, 牢靠不易脱落, 所述插槽和插块的横截面形状优选为圓形或矩形, 所述插 槽或插块上设有方便插块插入插槽的倒角。
本发明内部緩沖件可以采用发泡类材料制作, 比如 EPP、 EPE或 EPS等, 也可以采用 PP、 HDPE、 ABS等材料通过注塑或吹塑方式制作, 还可以采用木 材和纸制品。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替 换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种液晶显示模组的包装装置, 包括: 外箱和内部緩沖件, 所述内部緩 沖件至少包括一对相对应设置的上緩沖件和下緩沖件, 上緩沖件和下緩沖件上 均设有用于固定液晶显示模组的固定腔, 所述上緩沖件上设有与其相邻的上緩 沖件相连接的连接部, 所述下緩沖件上设有与其相邻的下緩沖件相连接的连接 部, 所述上緩沖件和下緩沖件上只设有一个固定腔, 所述上緩沖件的固定腔为 开放式结构, 与相邻的上緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔, 所述下緩沖件的固定 腔为开放式结构, 与相邻的下緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔, 所述上緩沖件上 的连接部包括插槽和插块, 所述插槽和插块分别设置于上緩沖件的两个侧面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用于连接与该上緩沖件相邻的两个上緩沖件, 所述下緩沖 件上的连接部包括插槽和插块, 所述插槽和插块分别设置于下緩沖件的两个侧 面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用于连接与该下緩沖件相邻的两个下緩沖件, 所述 插槽和插块数量均为三个, 且呈三角形分布, 所述插槽和插块的横截面形状为 矩形, 所述插槽或插块上设有方便插块插入插槽的倒角。
2、 一种液晶显示模组的包装装置, 包括: 外箱和内部緩沖件, 所述内部緩 沖件至少包括一对相对应设置的上緩沖件和下緩沖件, 上緩沖件和下緩沖件上 均设有用于固定液晶显示模组的固定腔, 所述上緩沖件上设有与其相邻的上緩 沖件相连接的连接部, 所述下緩沖件上设有与其相邻的下緩沖件相连接的连接 部。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述上緩沖件和 下緩沖件上只设有一个固定腔。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述上緩沖件的 固定腔为开放式结构, 与相邻的上緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述上緩沖件的 固定腔为开放式结构, 与相邻的上緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件的 固定腔为开放式结构, 与相邻的下緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件的 固定腔为开放式结构, 与相邻的下緩沖件组成一个完整的固定腔。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述上緩沖件上 的连接部包括插槽和插块, 所述插槽和插块分别设置于上緩沖件的两个侧面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用于连接与该上緩沖件相邻的两个上緩沖件。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述下緩沖件上 的连接部包括插槽和插块, 所述插槽和插块分别设置于下緩沖件的两个侧面上, 所述插槽和插块分别用于连接与该下緩沖件相邻的两个下緩沖件。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述插槽和插 块数量均为三个, 且呈三角形分布。
11、 如权利要求 9 所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述插槽和插 块数量均为三个, 且呈三角形分布。
12、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述插槽和插 块的横截面形状为圓形或矩形。
13、 如权利要求 9所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述插槽和插 块的横截面形状为圓形或矩形。
14、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述插槽或插 块上设有方便插块插入插槽的倒角。
15、 如权利要求 9所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述插槽或插 块上设有方便插块插入插槽的倒角。
16、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述每组内部 緩沖件包括两个上緩沖件和两个下緩沖件, 分布于液晶显示模组的四个角。
17、 如权利要求 3 所述的液晶显示模组的包装装置, 其中, 所述每组内部 緩沖件包括两个上緩沖件和两个下緩沖件, 分布于液晶显示模组的四个角。
