由于具有柔软弹性, 插入时挤压发生弹性变形而可以通过 PCB30固定孔以及背 板 20的安装孔, 当固定件深入超过背板 20的安装孔的厚度时, 第一绝缘挡片 321以及第二绝缘挡片 322恢复原来形状, 此时直径大于 PCB30的固定孔及背 板 20的安装孔的直径,此时 PCB30及背板 20位于固定件两端的绝缘挡片之间, 即固定件 32穿过所述 PCB30以及背板 20并通过所述两端的绝缘挡片 (第一绝 缘挡片 321以及第二绝缘挡片 322 )分别从两端将所述背板 20以及 PCB30锁附 在一起。 这样固定件 32可以直接人工组装即可, 不需要额外的工具。
在满足安装 PCB30的情况下,固定件 32可以只在一端设置柔软弹性的绝缘 挡片, 而另一端可以不是柔软弹性的, 因为在安装时只需要插入固定件的一端, 而另一端不会受到挤压变形。 但在本实施例中, 固定件 32两端的绝缘挡片均是 具有柔软弹性的, 这样, 如图 3所示, 使得固定后的 PCB30及背板 20具有一定 的緩沖, 不会完全锁死。 当然, 对于主干 320来说最好也具有一定弹性, 当液 晶显示装置发生振动时, 比如振动试验, 振动过程中, 当 COF34受液晶面板 10 的拉力时, COF34的反作用力也会对 PCB30有横向拉力, 由于固定件 32具有 柔软弹性, 可以弹性变形, 因此可以吸收部份 COF34的拉力, 从而 COF不会处 于紧绷状态,可以减少 COF的摩擦,避免 COF被异物摩擦刮伤造成电路失效引 起亮线等画面不良现象, 通过弹性的固定件 32可以使得 COF在受外力而产生 横向拉扯时不会损坏, 也不需要加长 COF的长度, 节约了生产成本。
本实施例的固定件采用橡胶材料一体成形制作, 橡胶具有良好的弹性及柔 韧性, 当然固定件 32的主干 320与绝缘挡片也可以分开制作再固定到一起, 但 固定件一体制作可以减少制作工艺, 另外, 橡胶材料制作的固定件要比金属材 料制作的螺釘要便宜很多, 可节约液晶显示装置的生产成本。
在满足锁附 PCB30的情况下,如图 7所示, 固定件 32可以只设置第一绝缘 挡片 321 , 而可以取消第二绝缘挡片, 但是, 设置第二绝缘挡片可以在第一绝缘 挡片 321损坏失效的情况下使得固定件 32依然可以具有锁附的作用。
如图 5所示, 固定件的插入端设置有一凸起 323 , 所述凸起 323为所述固定
件 32的主干 320凸出于所述第一绝缘挡片 321以及第二绝缘挡片 322的部分, 并且,该凸起 323上还设置有倒角,一方便固定件 32更容易插入 PCB以及背板 的孔内。
如图 3所示, 在本实施例中, 液晶显示装置的背板 20上还设置有用于遮盖 PCB30的盖板(图中未示出)。 如图 6所示, 作为本实施例的一种改进, 在固定 件 32的非插入端也设置有凸起 324。 利用凸起 324形成一个限位结构, 阻挡盖 板因变形而抵压到 PCB30上的元器件, 保护 PCB30的安全, 同时, 凸起 324可 以方便对固定件 32的取出和安装。 凸起 324的顶端还设置有一直径大于所述凸 起 324的环形凸沿 325 , 利用环形凸沿 325可以更方便取出固定件 32。
当然,对于本发明来说, 固定件不仅可以对设置在背板上的 PCB进行锁附, 对于设置在液晶显示装置上其它位置的 PCB也可以,如若 PCB设置在液晶显示 装置的后盖上, 也可以使用本发明所述的固定件。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替 换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 背板、 固定在背板上的 PCB、 用于固定 PCB 的固定件以及用于遮盖所述 PCB的盖板; 所述固定件包括: 一主干、 分别设置 在主干两端的两层绝缘挡片, 所述主干上两端的绝缘挡片为具有柔软弹性的绝 缘挡片, 所述固定件穿过所述 PCB以及背板并通过所述两端的绝缘挡片分别从 两端将所述背板以及 PCB锁附在一起; 所述固定件相对于所述盖板的一端设置 有凸起, 所述凸起的顶端设置有一直径大于所述凸起的环形凸沿; 所述固定件 的另一端也设置有凸起, 所述凸起为所述主干凸出于所述绝缘挡片的部分。
2、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 背板、 固定在背板上的 PCB 以及用于固定 PCB 的固定件; 其中, 所述固定件包括: 一主干、 设置在主干两端的限位部, 所述限位部为绝缘材料制作而成。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述限位部为分别设置 在所述主干两端的绝缘挡片, 所述主干上至少一端的绝缘挡片为具有柔软弹性 的绝缘挡片, 所述固定件穿过所述 PCB以及背板并通过所述两端的绝缘挡片分 别从两端将所述背板以及 PCB锁附在一起。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件主干的两端 的绝缘挡片均为具有柔软弹性的绝缘挡片。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件的两端各设 置有两层柔性绝缘挡片。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板上还设置有用 于遮盖所述 PCB的盖板, 所述固定件相对于所述盖板的一端设置有凸起。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述凸起的顶端设置有 一直径大于所述凸起的环形凸沿。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件的另一端也 设置有凸起, 所述凸起为所述主干凸出于所述绝缘挡片的部分。
9、 如权利要求 3所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件为橡胶材料 一体制作而成。
10、 一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 所述固定件包括: 一主干、 设置在主干 两端的限位部, 所述限位部为绝缘材料制作而成。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 其中, 所述限位部 为分别设置在所述主干两端的绝缘挡片, 所述主干上至少一端的绝缘挡片为具 有柔软弹性的绝缘挡片, 所述固定件穿过液晶显示装置的 PCB以及背板并通过 所述两端的绝缘挡片分别从两端将所述背板以及 PCB锁附在一起。
12、如权利要求 11所述的一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 其中, 所述固定件 主干的两端的绝缘挡片均为具有柔软弹性的绝缘挡片。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 其中, 所述固定件 的两端各设置有两层柔性绝缘挡片。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 其中, 液晶显示装 置的背板上还设置有用于遮盖所述 PCB的盖板, 所述固定件相对于所述盖板的 一端设置有凸起。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 其中, 所述凸起的 顶端设置有一直径大于所述凸起的环形凸沿。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 其中, 所述固定件 的另一端也设置有凸起, 所述凸起为所述主干凸出于所述绝缘挡片的部分。
17、 如权利要求 11所述的一种用于锁附 PCB的固定件, 其中, 所述固定件 为橡胶材料一体制作而成。
