前記パルス信号出力部は、前記正極接続線に対する正極パルス信号と、前記負極接続線に対する負極パルス信号とを交互に出力し、
前記絶縁診断部は、
前記正極パルス信号の立ち下がり開始点および前記負極パルス信号の立ち上がり開始点に対応する第1基準時点における前記正極モニタ波形の電圧Vmp1および前記負極モニタ波形の電圧Vmn1と、前記正極パルス信号の立ち上がり開始点および前記負極パルス信号の立ち下がり開始点に対応する第2基準時点における前記正極モニタ波形の電圧Vmp2および前記負極モニタ波形の電圧Vmn2と、前記正極応答波形の極大値と前記負極応答波形の極大値との差分V1と、前記正極応答波形の極小値と前記負極応答波形の極小値との差分V2とを基に、下記の式により、第1モニタ比率Am1、第2モニタ比率Am2およびモニタ差分比率Adを算出し、
Am1=2(Vmp1-Vmn1)/(V1+V2)
Am2=2(Vmp2-Vmn2)/(V1+V2)
Ad=2(Vmp2-Vmn1)/(V1+V2)
算出した前記第1モニタ比率Am1、前記第2モニタ比率Am2および前記モニタ差分比率Adに基づいて、前記絶縁回路の状態を診断するリーク検出装置。 - 請求項13に記載のリーク検出装置において、
前記絶縁診断部は、
前記第2モニタ比率Am2が所定の閾値以上であり、かつ前記モニタ差分比率Adが所定の閾値以上となったときに、前記正極接続線と前記パルス信号出力部との間にある前記絶縁回路が短絡していると判断し、
前記第1モニタ比率Am1が所定の閾値以上であり、かつ前記モニタ差分比率Adが所定の閾値以上となったときに、前記負極接続線と前記パルス信号出力部との間にある前記絶縁回路が短絡していると判断するリーク検出装置。 - 請求項12に記載のリーク検出装置において、
前記絶縁回路の出力側に接続された分圧回路をさらに備え、
前記モニタ波形検出部は、前記分圧回路を介して前記正極モニタ波形および前記負極モニタ波形を検出するリーク検出装置。
