- 사용자 단말 장치에 있어서,폰 북 정보가 저장된 저장부;사용자 단말 장치의 위치를 검출하기 위한 위치 검출부;위치 기반 추천 메뉴가 포함된 화면을 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부;상기 위치 기반 추천 메뉴가 선택되면, 서버 장치에 등록된 사업자 정보 중에서 상기 위치를 기준으로 기 설정된 영역 내에 위치하는 사업자 정보를 서버 장치로부터 수신하는 통신부;상기 수신된 사업자 정보를 상기 폰 북 정보에 추가하는 제어부;를 포함하는 사용자 단말 장치.
- 제35항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,폰 북 프로그램이 실행되면 상기 폰 북 정보를 이용하여 폰 북 화면을 디스플레이하며,상기 폰 북 화면 내의 그룹 메뉴에 상기 수신된 사업자 정보를 그룹핑한 신규 그룹을 추가 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말 장치.
- 사용자 단말 장치에 있어서,디스플레이부;전화 통화를 위한 콜 처리부;전화 발신이 이루어지면, 발신 정보를 서버 장치로 전송하고, 전화 상대방이 발행한 정보를 상기 서버 장치로부터 수신하는 통신부;상기 전화 발신 후 연결이 이루어질 때까지 상기 정보를 포함하는 통화 대기 화면을 구성하여 상기 디스플레이부에 디스플레이하는 제어부;를 포함하는 사용자 단말 장치.
- 제37항에 있어서,상기 정보는,광고 문구, 이미지, 쿠폰, 이벤트 안내 카드, 최신 쿠폰 발행 사실을 알리기 위한 메시지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말 장치.
- 사용자 단말 장치에 있어서,디스플레이부;폰 북 정보가 저장된 저장부;상기 사용자 단말 장치의 위치를 검출하기 위한 위치 검출부;상기 사용자 단말 장치의 위치를 서버 장치로 전송하는 통신부;상기 폰 북 정보에 등록된 사업자 중에서 상기 위치에 대응되는 사업자가 발행한 광고 정보가 상기 서버 장치로부터 수신되면, 상기 수신된 광고 정보를 상기 디스플레이부에 디스플레이하는 제어부;를 포함하는 사용자 단말 장치.
- 서버 장치에 있어서,기 등록된 사업자가 발행한 정보가 저장되는 데이터베이스부;사용자 단말 장치로부터 위치 정보를 수신하는 통신부;상기 데이터베이스부에 저장된 정보 중에서, 상기 사용자 단말 장치의 폰북 프로그램에 등록된 사업자가 발행한 정보를 검출하고, 검출된 정보를 상기 사용자 단말 장치로 전송하는 제어부;를 포함하는 서버 장치.
- 사용자 단말 장치에서 전화 발신이 이루어지면, 그 발신 정보를 획득하는 통신부;기 등록된 사업자가 발행한 정보가 저장된 데이터베이스부;상기 데이터베이스부에 저장된 정보 중에서, 상기 사용자 단말 장치의 발신 정보에 대응되는 사업자가 발행한 정보를 검출하여 상기 사용자 단말 장치로 전송하는 제어부;를 포함하는 서버 장치.
- 제41항에 있어서,상기 정보는,광고 문구, 이미지, 쿠폰, 이벤트 안내 카드, 최신 쿠폰 발행 사실을 알리기 위한 메시지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버 장치.
- 제41항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 발신 정보를 전송한 상기 사용자 단말 장치에 대한 정보가 미 저장된 상태이면, 상기 사용자 단말 장치의 사용자를 신규 고객으로 상기 데이터베이스부에 등록하고,상기 발신 정보를 가진 사업자로부터 신규 고객 확인 명령이 입력되면, 상기 등록된 신규 고객에 대한 정보를 상기 사업자에게 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버 장치.
- 서버 장치의 서비스 제공 방법에 있어서,등록된 사업자로부터 유효 정보 생성 요청이 입력되면, 상기 사업자에 대한 유효 정보를 생성하는 단계;상기 유효 정보를 저장하는 단계;기 설정된 조건이 충족되면, 사용자에 대해 상기 유효 정보를 전송하는 단계;상기 유효 정보와 관련된 이력 정보를 저장하는 단계; 및상기 사업자로부터 상기 이력 정보에 대한 요청이 입력되면, 상기 이력 정보를 상기 사업자에게 제공하는 단계;를 포함하는 서비스 제공 방법.
