　消費者が、動物用排泄物処理シートの香りに起因する製品イメージを製品の外観から想起しやすいものとし、よって、香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シートの製品イメージを向上させること。　液透過性の表面シート２０と、液不透過性の裏面シート３０と、表面シート２０と、裏面シート３０との間に配置されている吸収体４０と、を備える動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、表面シート２０又は吸収体４０には香料成分が付着しており、表面シート２０又は吸収体４０には、香料成分の香りを想起可能な色、図形、文字のうちの１以上からなる想起情報５０が表示されており、想起情報５０が、裏面シート３０側から視認可能である動物用排泄物処理シート１０とする。

Description

動物用排泄物処理シート
　本発明は、犬や猫等のペットの糞尿を処理するための動物用排泄物処理シートに関する。より詳しくは、液透過性の表面シートと、液不透過性の裏面シートと、両シートの間に配置される吸収体と、を備え、香料成分が付与された香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シートに関する。
　犬や猫等のペットの糞尿を処理するための動物用排泄物処理シートは、液透過性の表面シートと、液不透過性の裏面シートと、両シートの間に配置される吸収体とを基本構成としている。ペットを主に室内で飼育する場合には、このような動物用排泄物処理シートを備えるペット用トイレで排泄を行わせるようにペットに躾を行う必要がある。
　ところで、犬や猫等のペットは、臭いのある場所で排泄を行うという習性がある。このような習性を排泄時の躾に利用する動物用排泄物処理シートとして、特許文献１には、表面シート全体にムラなく香料成分が付与されている香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シート（特許文献１参照）が提案されている。
　又、近年は、特に室内でペットを飼育することが多いため、室内で使用するこれらの動物用排泄物処理シートには、使用者にとって好ましい芳香性を有するものであることも、求められている。

　従来の香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シートにおいては、実際に付与されている香りを、消費者が、製品の外観から想起できるようにすることについては、特段の配慮はされていなかった。このため、製品の外観から実際の香りが正しく想起されず、そのことが、香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シートのイメージの向上を阻害する要因となっていた。
　従って、本発明は、消費者が、動物用排泄物処理シートの香りに起因する製品イメージを製品の外観から想起しやすいものとし、よって、香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シートの製品イメージを向上させることを目的とする。
　本発明は、液透過性の表面シートと、液不透過性の裏面シートと、前記表面シートと前記裏面シートとの間に配置されている吸収体と、を備える動物用排泄物処理シートであって、前記表面シート又は前記吸収体には香料成分が付着しており、前記表面シート又は前記吸収体には、前記香料成分の香りを想起可能な色、図形、文字のうちの１以上からなる想起情報が表示されており、前記想起情報が、前記裏面シート側から視認可能である動物用排泄物処理シートに関する。
　又、前記想起情報は、前記表面シート側からも視認可能であることが好ましい。
　又、前記想起情報は、前記香料成分の香りを想起可能な想起色であることが好ましい。
　又、前記香料成分の香りと、前記想起色との組合せが以下の（ａ）～（ｆ）のいずれかの組合せであることが好ましい。
　　（ａ）　香料成分の香りがソープ系であり、想起色が白色系又は青色系である組合せ。
　　（ｂ）　香料成分の香りがグリーンティー系であり、想起色が緑色系である組合せ。
　　（ｃ）　香料成分の香りがフローラル系であり、想起色がピンク系又は黄色系である組合せ。
　　（ｄ）　香料成分の香りが柑橘系であり、想起色が黄色系又は緑色系である組合せ。
　　（ｅ）　香料成分の香りが果実系であり、想起色がピンク系黄色系である組合せ。
　　（ｆ）　香料成分の香りがマリン系であり、想起色が青色系である組合せ。
　又、前記吸収体は、吸収性コアと、該吸収性コアにおける前記表面シート側に配置される表面側コアラップシートと、を備え、前記想起情報は、前記表面側コアラップシートに表示されることが好ましい。
　又、前記表面シートの坪量は、２３ｇ／ｍ２以上であり、且つ、前記表面シートの坪量と前記吸収体の坪量との和は、５９ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが好ましい。
　又、前記吸収体の坪量が、３６ｇ／ｍ２～２０２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが好ましい。
　又、前記裏面シートの全光線透過率が２０％～９０％の範囲であることが好ましい。
　又、前記全光線透過率が４０％～７０％の範囲であることが好ましい。
　又、本発明は、上記いずれかに記載の本発明の動物用排泄物処理シートと、該動物用排泄物処理シートを収容する袋体と、を備える動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体であって、前記動物用排泄物処理シートは、前記裏面シートが外面を形成するように折り畳まれて前記袋体に収容される動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体に関する。
　又、前記動物用排泄物処理シートは、前記表面シート同士が対面する領域及び前記表面シートと前記裏面シートとが対面する領域を有するように折り畳まれ、前記香料は、前記表面シートにおける該表面シート同士が対面する領域に付着されることが好ましい。
　又、前記想起情報が、前記袋体の表面にも表示されていることが好ましい。
　本発明の動物用排泄物処理シートによれば、動物用排泄物処理シートに付着している香料成分の香りを想起可能な想起情報が、裏面シート側から視認可能であるため、香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シートの製品イメージを向上させることができる。

　以下、動物用排泄物処理シートの好ましい一実施形態につき図１～図６を随時参照しながら説明する。
　図１は、一実施形態に係る動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、使用時にペット等が糞尿を排泄する面となる表面シート２０の側から見た場合における斜視図である。図２は、動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、裏面シート３０の側から見た場合における斜視図である。又、図３は図１ＡのＸ－Ｘ線における断面図である。
　本実施形態の動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、全体として平面状に形成される。図１～図３に示す通り、動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、液透過性の表面シート２０と、液不透過性の裏面シート３０と、表面シート２０と裏面シート３０との間に配置され、排泄物等の液体を吸収して保持する吸収体４０と、を備える。そして、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の外周縁では、表面シート２０と裏面シート３０とがホットメルト接着剤により接合されている。
　又、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の表面シート２０又は吸収体４０の少なくとも一部領域には、香料成分が付着されている。
　動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、香料成分の香りを想起可能な想起情報５０を、表面シート２０又は吸収体４０に表示するように構成されている。想起情報５０の表示位置については、図３に示す通り、吸収体４０において表面シート２０の側に配置される表面側コアラップシート４２１上に表示されている態様を好ましい一例として挙げることができる。ここで、想起情報とは、色、図形、文字のうちの１以上からなる視覚情報であり、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の消費者等が、その情報を視認することによって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の外観イメージから、その動物用排泄物処理シート１０の香りに起因するイメージを想起することができる視覚情報のことを言う。
　図２に示す通り、想起情報５０（５０ｂ）は、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の裏面シート３０の側から視認可能に表示される。又、想起情報５０（５０ａ）は、表面シート２０の側からも視認可能に表示されることが好ましい。裏面シート３０側から想起情報５０ｂを視認できるため、使用開始前等、裏面シート３０を外面側として折り畳まれている状態においても、消費者等に、動物用排泄物処理シート１０に表示されている想起情報５０を視認させることができる。このため、付着されている香料成分の香りに起因する製品イメージを想起させることができる。
　動物用排泄物処理シート１０の大きさは、対象動物や収容するケージの大きさによって適宜選択可能であり、特に限定されない。しかし、長手方向（ＬＤ）が３０ｃｍ以上１２０ｃｍ以下、幅方向（ＷＤ）が２０ｃｍ以上から１００ｃｍ以下であることが好ましい。平面視における面積としては、６００ｃｍ２以上１２０００ｃｍ２以下であることが好ましい。
　表面シート２０は、吸収体４０を覆うように配置され、排泄物等の液体を吸収体４０側に透過させる。表面シート２０の材料としては、液透過性の不織布等、各種の液透過性のシート材料が用いられる。具体的には、親水ポリプロピレン繊維によるサーマルボンド不織布を用いることができる他、ポイントボンド不織布、スルーエア不織布、スパンレース不織布、スパンボンド不織布等を用いることができる。表面シート２０としてこれらの材料を用いることにより、排泄物等を速やかに吸収体４０へと透過させることができる。
　表面シート２０の厚さは、０．１ｍｍ以上２．４ｍｍ以下であることが好ましい。表面シート２０の厚さが０．１ｍｍ未満であると、吸収体４０に吸収された尿等の隠蔽性が損なわれて使用時における美観に劣る点で好ましくない。表面シート２０の厚さが２．４ｍｍを超えると、想起色５０ａの視認性が不十分となり、又、液透過性が低下するため好ましくない。
　表面シート２０の坪量（目付け量）は、８ｇ／ｍ２以上であり、且つ、表面シート２０の坪量と吸収体４０の坪量との和が、４４ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが好ましく、５９ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが更に好ましい。又、表面シート２０の坪量は、２３ｇ／ｍ２以上であることがより好ましい。表面シート２０の坪量が、８ｇ／ｍ２以上であることによって、下記の所定範囲内に吸収体４０の坪量を限定したとしても、動物用排泄物処理シート１０に十分な吸水性能を備えるものとすることができる。又、２３ｇ／ｍ２以上であれば、より好ましい吸水性能を発揮しつつ、更に、吸収体４０内に吸収された排泄物の隠蔽性においても好ましいものとすることができる。又、表面シート２０の坪量と、吸収体４０の坪量との和を４４ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２、さらに好ましくは、５９ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲とすることで、動物用排泄物処理シート１０に十分な吸水性を備えさせ、且つ、想起情報５０ｂを、裏面シート３０の側から視認することができるようにすることができる。尚、表面シート２０の坪量と吸収体４０の坪量との和とは、表面シート２０の坪量と吸収体４０を構成する、不織布やティッシュ及び吸収体等各材料部材のそれぞれの坪量を個別に測定した値を合計した値のことを言う。
　表面シート２０の色は、想起情報５０として想起色が表面シート２０に表示される場合には、当該想起色である。又、想起情報５０が吸収体４０に表示される場合には、表面シート２０の色は白色であることが好ましい。又、白色度は４８％以上であることが好ましい。想起情報が吸収体４０に表示されている場合であっても、表面シート２０を上記範囲の白色度の白色とすることで、吸収体４０に吸収された尿等の隠蔽性を保持しつつ、想起情報５０を十分に視認できるようにすることができる。尚、本明細書において、白色度とは、拡散照明方式によるΙＳＯ白色度（ＪＩＳ　Ｐ　８１４８）のことを言う。
　裏面シート３０は、吸収体４０に対して表面シート２０の反対側に配置され、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の防漏層を構成する。裏面シート３０の材料には、実質的に液不透過性である各種フィルム材料が用いられる。具体的には、裏面シートとしてポリエチレン非通気フィルムを用いることができる他、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等の従来公知の樹脂フィルムを用いることができる。
　裏面シート３０に用いる上記の樹脂フィルムは、光透過性を有する樹脂フィルムであることが好ましい。本明細書において、「光透過性を有する」とは、その樹脂フィルム等を、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の裏面シート３０として用いた場合に、通常の室内生活環境に準じた明るさ（１０００ルクス程度）の下で、目視によって、裏面シート３０の側から、想起色５０ｂが視認可能な程度の光線透過性を樹脂フィルム等が有していることを言う。具体的には、透明、半透明、白色の樹脂フィルム等を「光透過性を有する」樹脂フィルムの例として挙げることができる。意匠性、排泄物の隠蔽性の観点から、樹脂フィルムは白色であることが好ましい。
　樹脂フィルムが白色である場合、上記の意匠性、排泄物の隠蔽性、想起色５０ｂの視認性のバランスを最適化する観点から、白色度は６０％以上であることが好ましい。このような白色の樹脂フィルムとしては、例えば、酸化チタンを４％～６％含有するポリエチレン非通気フィルムを特に好ましく用いることができる。
　裏面シート３０に用いる上記の樹脂フィルムの光透過性について、更に具体的には、樹脂フィルムの全光線透過率（ＪＩＳ　Ｋ７１０５　測定法Ａによる）が２０％～９０％の範囲であればよく、又、全光線透過率が、４０％～７０％の範囲であることが好ましい。全光線透過率が２０％以上であれば、目視によって、裏面シート３０の側から、想起色５０ｂが視認可能であり、又、４０％以上であれば、更に鮮明に視認できる。一方、全光線透過率が９０％を超えると、ペットシートの廃棄時における吸収体４０内の排泄物の隠蔽性がほぼ失われてしまい、消費者に不快感を与えてしまう恐れがあるため、好ましくない。
　吸収体４０は、吸収性コア４１と、吸収性コア４１の全体を被包するコアラップシート４２とにより構成されている。吸収体４０の厚さは、０．４ｍｍ以上２．４ｍｍ以下であることが好ましい。吸収体４０の厚さが、０．４ｍｍ未満であると、吸収性が不十分となる。又、吸収体４０の厚さが、２．４ｍｍを超えると、想起色５０ｂの裏面シート３０側からの視認性が不十分となる場合があり、又、嵩張るために保管時に場所をとってしまうため好ましくない。吸収体４０の坪量は、必要な吸水性能を保持した上で、想起色５０ｂを裏面シート３０の側から視認可能とするために、３６ｇ／ｍ２～２０２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが好ましく、８６ｇ／ｍ２～１５７ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが更に好ましい。又、吸収性コア４１のみの坪量は、５９ｇ／ｍ２～１２８ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが更に好ましい。尚、上述した通り、表面シート２０の坪量と吸収体４０の坪量との和は、４４ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲、さらに好ましくは５９ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲であることが好ましい。
　吸収性コア４１は、親水性繊維４１１及び／又は吸水性樹脂４１２を含んで構成されている。吸水性樹脂４１２の大部分は、親水性繊維４１１によって形成される層内に略均一に分散するように散布されていることが好ましい。更に、吸水性樹脂４１２の他の一部は、親水性繊維４１１によって形成される層と表面側コアラップシート４２１との界面に略均一に散布されていることがより好ましい。吸水性樹脂４１２の一部を上記界面に配置することにより、排泄された尿の表面シート２０上での拡散を適度に抑制して、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の繰り返し使用回数を増やすことができる。
　親水性繊維４１１としては、従来公知の親水性材料が用いられる。具体的には、フラッフパルプその他のパルプ、再生パルプ、木粉等のセルロース系繊維、等を用いることができる。これらの親水性材料は、保水量が自重の４倍以下であることが好ましい。ここで、「保水量」とは親水性繊維４１１として用いる材料５ｇを水に１０分間漬け込み、１５０Ｇで９０秒間の遠心／脱水させたときの残吸水量を言い、当該残吸水量と当該材料の自重との比で評価する。親水性繊維４１１の保水量を上記範囲とすることにより、吸収体４０に好ましい吸収性能を備えさせることができる。
　吸水性樹脂４１２としては、高分子吸収体が用いられる。具体的には、ポリアクリル酸系ポリマー、デンプン－アクリル酸系ポリマー等の一般的に吸収性の高い樹脂を用いることができる。ここで、吸水性樹脂４１２の吸収速度は高いほうが好ましく、具体的にはボルテックス法において２０秒以下であることが好ましい。吸水性樹脂４１２の吸収速度を上記範囲とすることにより、吸収体４０に好ましい吸収性能を備えさせることができる。尚、ボルテックス法の数値は以下の手順で測定して得られたものである。
　（１）　０．９％塩化ナトリウム水溶液（試薬１級）を２５℃±１℃に設定し、
　（２）　１００ｍｌビーカーに回転子を入れて１）の水溶液５０ｇを加えて６００ｒｐｍで攪拌させ、
　（３）　ここに試験をする吸水性樹脂の２ｇを投入してから、吸水膨潤によって液表面の動きがなくなるまでの時間をボルテックス（Ｖｏｒｔｅｘ）秒として測定する。
　コアラップシート４２は、表面側コアラップシート４２１と裏面側コアラップシート４２２とにより構成されている。そして、裏面側コアラップシート４２２は、吸収体４０の全体を包み込むようにして側辺が起立している。更に吸収体４０の先端部は、表面側コアラップシート４２１の端部と重なるように配置されている。
　尚、コアラップシート４２は、吸収性コア４１の全体を被包できる構成であれば上記の構成に限定されるものではない。例えば、コアラップシートは、単一の給水紙によって構成されているものであってもよい。但し、本明細書においては、独立した構成部材として分離して認識できない場合であっても、コアラップシートの一部であって表面シート２０側に配置されている部分のことを表面側コアラップシートと言うものとする。
　コアラップシート４２としては、親水性の紙、又は繊維からなるシート材が用いられる。具体的には、針葉樹晒クラフトパルプを原料とするティッシュを用いることができる。
　図２に示す通り、動物用排泄物処理シート１０には、想起情報５０ｂが、裏面シート３０側から視認可能に表示されている。又、図１に示す通り、想起情報５０ａは、表面シート２０側からも視認可能に表示されていることが好ましい。図１における表面シート２０上の斜線部分（想起情報５０ａ）、図２における裏面シート３０上の斜線部分（想起情報５０ｂ）は、それぞれの斜線部分において、香料成分の香りを想起可能な色である想起情報５０が、それぞれの面の側から視認可能であることを模式的に示すものである。尚、本明細書においては、想起情報５０が、香料成分の香りを想起可能な特定の色であるとき、当該特定の色のことを想起色とも言うものとする。尚、想起情報が図形であるときは、当該情報を想起図形とも言い、想起情報が文字であるときは、当該文字を想起文字とも言う。想起情報は、上記の想起色、想起図形、想起文字のいずれが１つであってもよく、又、それらのうちの２以上の組合せであってもよい。以下、想起情報５０が想起色である場合について説明する。
　想起色５０は、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の表面シート２０側及び裏面シート３０側のいずれの側からも視認可能である限り、表面シート２０又は吸収体４０における、着色方法や着色範囲は特に限定されない。但し、製品イメージの向上効果をより高いものとするために、想起色は表面シート２０又は表面側コアラップシート４２１の表面側の全面に着色されていることが好ましい。
　想起色は、予め想起色に着色済みの材料を表面シート２０又は吸収体４０を構成する材料として用いることによっても、視認可能に表示することができる。例えば、予め想起色に着色されているカラーティッシュを表面側コアラップシート４２１の材料として用いることによって、製造工程における特段の追加工程を経ずに、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の想起色を視認可能に表示することができる。
　動物用排泄物処理シート１０における表面シート２０又は吸収体４０の少なくとも一部領域には、適量の香料成分が付着されている。香料成分の付着範囲は、上記領域のいずれでもよい。表面シート２０の一部領域に香料成分を付着させる場合には、比較的、簡易な工程によって香料を付着させることができる点で好ましい。又、吸収体４０の一部領域に香料成分を付着させることで、消費者にも香りが十分に認識できて、且つ、香料成分を表面シート２０に付着する場合よりも、使用前の香り成分の散逸を少なくすることができる点において好ましい。
　香料成分の種類は特に限定されない。動物用排泄物処理シート１０においては、香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シートにおいて用いられている公知の香料成分を含む香料を用いることができる。尚、動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、室内での使用が一般的であるため、香料成分は、その香りの種類、強さが、室内の使用者にとっても心地好いものであることが求められる。
　ここで、動物用排泄物処理シートに好ましく用いることのできる香料と、当該香料の香りを想起可能な想起色との組合せについて、代表的な具体例を下記表１に例示する。香料と想起色の組合せは、消費者等が、当該想起色を視認することによって、当該香料成分の香りを想起可能な組合せであればよい。その組合せは表１に示す組合せに限定されない。しかし、動物用排泄物処理シート用の香料として使用実績の蓄積されたものである表１に記載の香料を含む組合せを採用することによって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、消費者等がその外観から香りに起因する製品イメージを、確実に想起しやすい動物用排泄物処理シートとすることができる。

　以上説明した動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、一般的には、折り畳まれて袋体等に梱包された包装体の状態で流通する。動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、包装体に梱包された状態においては、表面シート２０同士が対面する領域及び表面シート２０と裏面シート３０とが対面する領域を有するように、例えば三つ折りに折り畳まれることが好ましい。図４は、裏面シート３０が外面となるように三つ折りに折り畳まれている状態の動物用排泄物処理シート１０の平面図である。上記の態様で折り畳まれている動物用排泄物処理シート１０においても、想起情報５０（５０ｂ）は、裏面シート３０の側から視認可能であるため、消費者等に香りに起因するイメージを容易に想起させることができる。
　以上、動物用排泄物処理シート１０について想起情報５０が想起色である場合について説明したが、動物用排泄物処理シートにおける想起情報５０は、図形又は文字であってもよい。
　図５、図６に示す動物用排泄物処理シート１１は、動物用排泄物処理シート１０と基本構成を同じくするものであり、香料成分として、イチゴの香りの香料成分が付着された動物用排泄物処理シートである。動物用排泄物処理シート１１の表面シート２０にはイチゴの実と花の想起図形が、想起情報５１（５１ａ、５１ｂ）として表示されている。この想起情報５１は、図６に示す通り、想起情報５１ｂとして、裏面シート３０側から視認可能である。動物用排泄物処理シート１１は、想起情報が想起色である動物用排泄物処理シート１０と同様に、裏面シート３０側から想起図形５１ｂを視認した消費者等に、この想起図形５１ｂの外観イメージ（イチゴの図形）から、香りに起因するイメージ（イチゴの香り）を容易に想起させることができる。
　次に、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の製造方法の一例について説明する。動物用排泄物処理シート１０の製造においては、まず、裏面シート３０となる連続する帯状の裏面シート材料の上に吸収体４０を配置する。配置の際には、まず、裏面シート材料の上に、ホットメルト接着剤を塗布する。ホットメルト接着材の塗布方法としては、ビート塗工等の非接触の塗工方法で、製造ラインでの流れ方向に沿って、線状に塗布する方法を好ましく用いることができる。その後速やかに、裏面シート材料上に、所定の間隔を置いて吸収体４０を定置し、裏面シート材料と吸収体４０とを接着して固定する。尚、吸収体の表面側コアラップシート４２１の材料としては、下記の香料の香りを想起可能な色に着色されているカラーティッシュを用いる。そして、表面シート２０となる連続する帯状の表面シート材料を、吸収体４０の上を覆うように配置し、上記の裏面シート材料上の吸収体４０が存在しない部分において、裏面シート材料と表面シート材料とをホットメルト接着剤によって直接接着して、動物用排泄物処理シート積層体材料とする。
　次に、上記工程を経て形成された動物用排泄物処理シート積層体材料の表面シート材料の表面に香料を塗布する。香料の塗布は公知のコーター等によることができる。塗布領域は特に限定されないが、後の工程において折り返される際に、表面シート２０同士が重なる領域にのみ、香料を塗布することが好ましい。これによって、少量の香料で十分な香りを付与することができる。又、香料成分が他の部分に付着してしまうことによる弊害を回避することもできる。
　香料の塗布後に、動物用排泄物処理シート積層体材料を、所望の折り畳み態様となるように折り返す。例えば、図４に示す通り、裏面シート３０が外面となるように三つ折りとすることが好ましい。この場合には、吸収体４０、裏面シート３０の厚みや坪量等を上記において説明した範囲としておくことにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０が折り畳まれた状態においても想起情報５０ｂを視認可能なものとすることができる。
　折り返し後に、動物用排泄物処理シート積層体材料を、所定のサイズ毎にカッター等で切断する。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０を製造することができる。
　以上の動物用排泄物処理シート１０によれば、以下のような効果を奏する。
　（１）　動物用排泄物処理シートは、流通の過程、及び消費者による購入から実際の使用開始までの間、常に、裏面シートを外面とした態様で折り畳まれた状態にあることが一般的である。よって、消費者は、上記いずれかの段階で、まずは裏面シート側の視覚イメージを、製品イメージの第一印象として感知することになる。
　そこで、動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、液透過性の表面シート２０と、液不透過性の裏面シート３０と、表面シート２０と裏面シート３０との間に配置されている吸収体４０と、を備える動物用排泄物処理シート１０であって、表面シート２０又は吸収体４０には香料成分が付着しており、表面シート２０又は吸収体４０には、香料成分の香りを想起可能な色、図形、文字のうちの１以上からなる想起情報５０が表示されており、想起情報５０が、裏面シート３０側から視認可能である構成とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の消費者等に、その使用前に想起情報５０を視認させることによって、外観イメージから、香りに起因するイメージを想起させることができる。よって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の製品イメージの向上を図ることができる。
　（２）　想起情報５０が、表面シート２０側からも視認可能である構成とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の消費者等が、いずれの面からも想起情報５０を視認できる。よって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の製品イメージの向上効果を更に強化することができる。
　（３）　想起情報５０が、香料成分の香りを想起可能な想起色５０である構成とした。これにより、簡易な構成によって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の香りに起因する製品イメージを直感的に想起させることができる。よって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の製品イメージの向上効果を更に強化することができる。
　（４）　香料成分の香りと、想起色５０との組合せを、以下の（ａ）～（ｄ）のいずれかの組合せである構成とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の外観イメージから香りに起因する製品イメージを、より確実に且つ正確に想起させることができる。又、これらの香りは、室内での使用に際し使用者にとっても確実に心地よい香りとして作用する。よって、香り付きの動物用排泄物処理シート１０の製品イメージの向上効果を更に確実なものとすることができる。
　　（ａ）　香料成分の香りがソープ系であり、想起色が白色系又は青色系である組合せ。
　　（ｂ）　香料成分の香りがグリーンティー系であり、想起色が緑色系である組合せ。
　　（ｃ）　香料成分の香りがフローラル系であり、想起色がピンク系又は黄色系である組合せ。
　　（ｄ）　香料成分の香りが柑橘系であり、想起色が黄色系又は緑色系である組合せ。
　　（ｅ）　香料成分の香りが果実系であり、想起色がピンク系黄色系である組合せ。
　　（ｆ）　香料成分の香りがマリン系であり、想起色が青色系である組合せ。
　（５）　吸収体４０を、吸収性コア４１と、吸収性コア４１における表面シート２０側に配置される表面側コアラップシート４２１と、を備え、想起情報５０は、表面側コアラップシート４２１に表示される構成とした。これにより、想起情報５０を表面シート２０側及び裏面シート３０側のいずれの側からも視認可能なものとすることが容易となる。又、表面側コアラップシート４２１を想起色に着色されたものとすることにより、最小限の追加コストで動物用排泄物処理シート１０を製造することができる。
　（６）　表面シート２０の坪量を、２３ｇ／ｍ２以上とし、且つ、表面シート２０の坪量と吸収体４０の坪量との和を、５９ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の好ましい吸水性能を保持した上で、動物用排泄物処理シート１０において、想起情報５０ａを、表面シート２０側及び裏面シート３０側から容易に視認可能なものとすることができる。
　（７）　又、前記吸収体の坪量を、３６ｇ／ｍ２～２０２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の好ましい吸水性能を保持した上で、動物用排泄物処理シート１０において、想起情報５０ａを、特に裏面シート３０側から容易に視認可能なものとすることができる。
　（８）　又、裏面シート３０の全光線透過率を２０％～９０％の範囲とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、特に裏面シート３０の側から想起情報５０ｂを十分に視認可能なものにすることができる。
　（９）　又、前記全光線透過率を４０％～７０％の範囲とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、特に裏面シート３０の側から想起情報５０ｂを更に鮮明に視認可能なものにすることができる。
　次に、動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体について説明する。動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体７０は、上記の通り、裏面シート３０を外面側として折り畳まれた動物用排泄物処理シート１０が、樹脂フィルム性の袋体６０内に梱包されたものである。
　動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体７０において、動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、図７に示す通り、所望の態様に折り畳まれた状態で袋体６０内に配置される。動物用排泄物処理シート１０の折り畳み方は、動物用排泄物処理シート１０のサイズと、袋体６０のサイズによって適宜調整することができる。一例として、一般的な４４０ｍｍ×３３０ｍｍのサイズのシートの場合には、上記において説明した通り裏面シート３０が外面を形成するように三つ折りにした状態から、更に１／２乃至１／４のサイズとなるように、更にもう一度三つ折りにした状態で梱包することが好ましい。そして、そのように折り畳んだ動物用排泄物処理シート１０を、例えば図５に示すような配置で、隙間なく密着させて袋体６０内に梱包することが好ましい。
　袋体６０としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等の樹脂フィルムを袋状に加工したものを用いることができる。袋体６０には、図６に示す通り、想起情報５２が表記されていることが好ましい。そして、想起情報５２は、文字からなる想起文字５２であることがより好ましい。袋体６０に想起文字５２が明確に表示されていることにより、消費者は、まず想起文字５２によって、香りの種類を正確に認知し、その後で、袋体６０の開封時に、香料の香りとともに想起色５０ｂを視認することとなる。
　以上の動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体７０によれば、以下のような効果を奏する。
　（１０）　動物用排泄物処理シート１０と、動物用排泄物処理シート１０を収容する袋体６０と、を備える動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体７０であって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、裏面シート３０が外面を形成するように折り畳まれて袋体６０に収容される構成とした。これにより、消費者は遅くとも開封と同時に想起色が認識可能となる。
　（１１）　動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、表面シート２０同士が対面する領域及び表面シート２０と裏面シート３０とが対面する領域を有するように折り畳まれ、香料は、表面シート２０における表面シート２０同士が対面する領域に付着される構成とした。これにより、より少ない香料の塗布量で十分な香りを発する動物用排泄物処理シート１０とすることができ、又、開封前の香料成分の散逸も少なくすることができる。
　（１２）　想起情報５２が、袋体６０の表面にも表示されている構成とした。これにより、動物用排泄物処理シート１０の消費者は、まず想起情報５２によって、香りの種類を袋体６０の開封前に認知する。その後で、消費者は、袋体６０の開封時に、更に香料の香りを感応的に認知しつつ、同時に想起色５０ｂを視認する。このようなプロセスを経ることによって、動物用排泄物処理シート１０における製品イメージの向上効果は更に強化される。
　以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に限るものではない。又、本発明の実施形態に記載された効果は、本発明から生じる最も好適な効果を列挙したに過ぎず、本発明による効果は、本発明の実施例に記載されたものに限定されるものではない。
　本発明の動物用排泄物処理シート１０は、犬、猫、兎等のペットとして飼育される動物用のトイレとして使用でき、特に室内で飼育される犬用のトイレとして好適に使用できる。

Claims (12)

  1. 　液透過性の表面シートと、液不透過性の裏面シートと、前記液透過性の表面シートと前記液不透過性の裏面シートとの間に配置されている吸収体と、を備える動物用排泄物処理シートであって、
    　前記表面シート又は前記吸収体には香料成分が付着しており、
    　前記表面シート又は前記吸収体には、前記香料成分の香りを想起可能な色、図形、文字のうちの１以上からなる想起情報が表示されており、
    　前記想起情報が、前記裏面シート側から視認可能である動物用排泄物処理シート。
  2. 　前記想起情報は、前記表面シート側からも視認可能である請求項１に記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
  3. 　前記想起情報は、前記香料成分の香りを想起可能な想起色である請求項１又は２に記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
  4. 　前記香料成分の香りと、前記想起色との組合せが以下の（ａ）～（ｆ）のいずれかの組合せである請求項３に記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
    　　（ａ）　香料成分の香りがソープ系であり、想起色が白色系又は青色系である組合せ
    　　（ｂ）　香料成分の香りがグリーンティー系であり、想起色が緑色系である組合せ
    　　（ｃ）　香料成分の香りがフローラル系であり、想起色がピンク系又は黄色系である組合せ
    　　（ｄ）　香料成分の香りが柑橘系であり、想起色が黄色系又は緑色系である組合せ
    　　（ｅ）　香料成分の香りが果実系であり、想起色がピンク系黄色系である組合せ
    　　（ｆ）　香料成分の香りがマリン系であり、想起色が青色系である組合せ
  5. 　前記吸収体は、吸収性コアと、該吸収性コアにおける前記表面シート側に配置される表面側コアラップシートと、を備え、
    　前記想起情報は、前記表面側コアラップシートに表示される請求項１から４のいずれかに記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
  6. 　前記表面シートの坪量は、２３ｇ／ｍ２以上であり、且つ、前記表面シートの坪量と前記吸収体の坪量との和は、５９ｇ／ｍ２～２３２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲である請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
  7. 　前記吸収体の坪量が、３６ｇ／ｍ２～２０２ｇ／ｍ２の範囲である請求項６に記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
  8. 　前記裏面シートの全光線透過率が２０％～９０％の範囲である請求項１から７のいずれかに記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
  9. 　前記全光線透過率が４０％～７０％の範囲である請求項８に記載の動物用排泄物処理シート。
  10. 　請求項１から９のいずれかに記載の動物用排泄物処理シートと、該動物用排泄物処理シートを収容する袋体と、を備える動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体であって、
    　前記動物用排泄物処理シートは、前記裏面シートが外面を形成するように折り畳まれて前記袋体に収容される動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体。
  11. 　前記動物用排泄物処理シートは、前記表面シート同士が対面する領域及び前記表面シートと前記裏面シートとが対面する領域を有するように折り畳まれ、
    　前記香料は、前記表面シートにおける該表面シート同士が対面する領域に付着される請求項８に記載の動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体。
  12. 　前記想起情報が、前記袋体の表面にも表示されている請求項８又は９に記載の動物用排泄物処理シートの包装体。
