Abstract

Le présent procédé de fabrication de feuille optique est un procédé de fabrication de feuille optique destiné à fabriquer une feuille optique (107) produite à partir de résine thermoplastique et comportant une surface d'extrémité à incidence de lumière (107a) dans laquelle se trouvent des parties renfoncées et saillantes, le procédé comprenant : une étape de préparation destinée à préparer un moule de transfert (124) ayant une surface de transfert (125a) pour transmettre les parties renfoncées et saillantes à la surface d'extrémité à incidence de lumière (107a) de la feuille optique (107) ; et une étape de traitement destinée à former les parties renfoncées et saillantes sur la surface d'extrémité à incidence de lumière (107a) par le pressage de la surface de transfert (125a) et de la surface d'extrémité à incidence de lumière (107a) l'une contre l'autre tout en chauffant le moule de transfert (124). Selon la présente invention, les puces ne peuvent pas se mélanger à la feuille optique ni y adhérer, ce qui permet de stabiliser la qualité de la feuille optique et d'améliorer la limite élastique.
