Claims (7)
- 台タイヤの外周面上に、加硫済みのゴムからなる環状のトレッドリングを装着するための装置であって、
前記台タイヤを保持し、第1位置と第2位置との間を前記台タイヤの軸心方向に移動可能な台タイヤ保持部と、
前記台タイヤ保持部の前記第2位置側に配され、かつ、前記台タイヤの外周面上に前記トレッドリングを装着するトレッドリング装着部とを含み、
前記トレッドリング装着部は、前記トレッドリングの内周面を保持するトレッド保持具と、
前記トレッド保持具に保持されている前記トレッドリングを、前記軸心方向に押し出すトレッド押出具とを含み、
前記トレッドリング装着部は、前記第2位置において、前記台タイヤ保持部の前記台タイヤの外周面に、前記トレッドリングを位置させた後、前記トレッド押出具により、前記トレッド保持具から前記トレッドリングを前記第1位置に向かって押し出すととともに、
前記台タイヤ保持部は、前記押し出されたトレッドリングと同じ速度で、前記第1位置に向かって移動することにより、前記台タイヤの外周面上に前記トレッドリングが装着されることを特徴とする台タイヤにトレッドリングを装着するための装置。 - 前記トレッド保持具は、前記台タイヤと同心な円周線上に配置され、かつ、前記トレッドリングの内周面を保持する保持面を有した複数のパドル板を含む請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記トレッド保持具は、前記各パドル板を半径方向内外に移動させて前記保持面を拡縮径させる拡縮径手段を含む請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記拡縮径手段は、モータと、前記モータにより駆動されかつ前記台タイヤと同心に保持される中央の第1の歯車と、前記第1の歯車の周りに配置されかつ前記第1の歯車に噛合する複数の第2の歯車と、前記第2の歯車に連結器を介して連結された半径方向にのびるボールネジ軸と、前記ボールネジ軸に螺合するネジ孔を有しかつボールネジ軸の回転によって半径方向内外に移動しうる半径方向移動台とを含み、
各前記半径方向移動台に、前記パドル板が取り付けられている請求項3記載の装置。 - 前記トレッド押出具は、前記各パドル板の外面上を前記軸心方向に移動でき、かつ、前記トレッドリングの前記第2位置側の側面と当接しうる当接面を有する押出し板と、
前記各押出し板を、前記第1位置に向かって押し出す押出体移動手段とを含む請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記トレッド押出具は、前記各パドル板の外面上を前記軸心方向に移動でき、かつ、前記トレッドリングの前記第2位置側の側面と当接しうる当接面を有する押出し板と、
前記各押出し板を、前記第1位置に向かって押し出す押出体移動手段とを含み、
前記押出体移動手段は、前記半径方向移動台に枢支されかつ軸心方向にのびるとともにモータ駆動されるボールネジ軸と、前記押出し板に形成されかつ前記ボールネジ軸に螺合するネジ孔とを具え、
前記ボールネジ軸の回転によって前記押出し板を軸心方向に移動させる請求項4記載の装置。 - 請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、前記台タイヤの外周面上に、加硫済みのゴムからなる環状のトレッドリングを装着する装着工程を含むことを特徴とする更生タイヤの製造方法。
