Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童汽车座。
背景技术
儿童汽车座通常包括座位、下部与座位后部相能够拆卸地连接的靠背以及头托，靠背包括靠背本体、位于所述的靠背本体左右两侧的靠背护翼，头托包括头托架、固定设置于头托架上的头托本体、位于头托本体左右两侧的头托护翼。头托架与靠背本体能够拆卸地连接，并且头托架能够相对于靠背本体上作升降移动，头托架相对于靠背本体的位置通过一位置调节机构来控制。将汽车座拆卸以打包时，座位、靠背与头托叠加在一起，并且头托架与头托本体所占的空间较大，使得产品的包装体积较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的一个技术问题是提供一种儿童汽车座。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种儿童汽车座，包括座位、下部与所述的座位的后部能够拆卸连接的靠背、与靠背的上部能够拆卸连接的头托。靠背包括靠背本体、自靠背本体的左右两端朝前延伸形成的的一对靠背护翼。头托包括头托本体、自头托本体的左右两侧朝前延伸形成的一对头托护翼。靠背本体的左右两侧部分别开设有一收容孔，两个收容孔的形状及彼此之间的距离与两个头托护翼相匹配。当头托收容于一对靠背护翼之间时，两个收容孔分别供对应的头托护翼插入。此处及本文其它各处所提及的左右均按照一般消费者的习惯来定义，当消费者面对着汽车座的正面时，左手侧即为“右”，右手侧即为“左”。
在某些实施例中，靠背护翼与靠背本体一体成型为一整体式结构。
在某些实施例中，头托护翼与头托本体一体成型为一整体式结构。
在一优选实施例中，头托还包括头托架，头托本体能够沿头托的纵向滑动地设置于头托架上，头托通过头托架的下部连接于靠背本体，头托架与头托本体之间设置有用于控制头托本体相对头托架的位置的位置调节机构。
在一更优选的实施例中，位置调节机构包括在头托架的一侧面上凹陷形成多个锁槽、开设在头托本体上的限位槽、可沿限位槽滑动地设置于限位槽中的锁定销、可沿头托的纵向滑动地设置在头托本体上的操作把。多个锁槽沿头托的纵向排列。限位槽的纵截面的中心线与锁槽的纵截面的中心线基本相平行。操作把上开设有相对头托的纵向倾斜且相对限位槽的纵截面的中心线倾斜的导向斜槽，锁定销还插入该导向斜槽内。在操作把相对头托本体滑动的过程中，锁定销在导向斜槽的导向下沿限位槽滑动，而使位置调节机构具有锁定位置与解锁位置，在锁定位置下，一个锁槽对着限位槽，锁定销插入该锁槽内，在解锁位置下，锁定销脱离锁槽，使得头托本体被相对头托架释放。此处及本文其它地方所提及的纵向，实际上是根据一般消费者的习惯定义的，所谓的“纵向”即为头托的上下延伸方向，并不一定与竖直方向一致。
在一特定实施例中，位置调节机构还包括给锁定销施加作用力使得锁定销稳定地插在锁槽内的弹性件，更进一步地，弹性件设置于操作把与头托本体之间。
在一更优选的实施例中，锁槽的纵截面的中心线与限位槽的纵截面的中心线分别垂直于头托的纵向。
在一更优选的实施例中，锁槽的纵截面呈U形，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，限位槽与锁槽共同构成一个闭合的槽。
更优选地，导向斜槽的上侧部在纵向上基本与锁槽对应，导向斜槽的下侧部在纵向上基本与锁槽的槽口外侧对应，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，锁定销在导向斜槽中的位置位于导向斜槽的上侧部，当位置调节机构处于解锁位置下，锁定销在导向斜槽中的位置位于导向斜槽的后侧部。
在一更具体的实施例中，头托本体包括前盖板、与前盖板相固定连接的后盖板，前盖板与后盖板之间形成开口向下的收容空间，头托架与述的操作把位于收容空间内，操作把位于头托架与所述的后盖板之间，后盖板上开设有便于操作操作把的窗口。
本发明的范围，并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案，同时也应涵盖由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本申请中公开的（但不限于）具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案等。
由于上述技术方案运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：靠背本体上开有两个孔，在需要打包运输时，头托位于两靠背护翼、以及靠背本体之间，两头托护翼刚好插入靠背本体上的两个收容孔内，并与座位叠加，降低高度尺寸以减小装箱体积，增加装箱数。

具体实施方式
如附图1-附图3所示，一种儿童汽车座，包括座位1、下部与座位1的后部能够拆卸连接的靠背2、与靠背2的上部能够拆卸连接的头托3，靠背2包括靠背本体15、位于靠背本体15左右两侧的靠背护翼16，头托3包括头托本体4、位于头托本体4左右两侧的头托护翼14，靠背本体15的左右两侧部分别开设有当头托3收容于靠背护翼16之间时供头托护翼14插入的收容孔17。
靠背本体15的下部与座位1的后部相能够拆卸地连接。靠背本体15的上部与下述提到的头托架5的下部相能够拆卸地连接。具体的拆卸结构不是本发明的发明要点，在此不再赘述。只要能够将两个部件之间实现拆卸连接的结构都能在此使用。
靠背护翼16与靠背本体15相固定连接形成一个整体。也可以是靠背护翼16与靠背本体15之间能够左右滑动地连接的，在靠背护翼16与靠背本体15之间设置有宽度调节机构，当打包时，可以将两靠背护翼16调节到最宽的位置，便于头托护翼14能够插入收容孔17内。头托护翼14与头托本体相固定连接形成一个整体。
如附图1、附图4-附图6所示，头托3还包括头托架5，头托本体4能够沿着上下方向滑动地设置于头托架5上，头托架5的下部与靠背本体15的上部相能够拆卸地连接，头托架5与头托本体4之间设置有位置调节机构。当需要将儿童汽车座打包运输时，将头托架5与靠背本体15相拆分离，通过调节位置调节机构将头托架5与头托本体4之间的高度尺寸调节至最小，减小打包后的体积。
位置调节机构包括在头托架5的一侧面上凹陷形成的多个呈U形的锁槽9、开设在头托本体4上的限位槽10、沿着上下方向滑动地设置在头托本体4上的操作把6、锁定销13，操作把6上开设有上下倾斜的用于驱动锁定销13移动的导向斜槽11，锁定销13始终插在导向斜槽11内，锁槽9的中心线与限位槽10的中心线分别沿着垂直于头托架5与头托本体4之间的滑动方向延伸，多个锁槽9沿着上下方向分布在头托架5上，限位槽10也呈U型。
位置调节机构具有锁定位置与解锁位置，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，锁定销13插在一个锁槽9内，并且该锁槽9对着限位槽10，锁定销13位于导向斜槽11的一侧部，当位置调节机构处于解锁位置下，锁定销13与所有的锁槽9都相脱离，锁定销13插在限位槽10内，锁定销13位于导向斜槽11的另一侧部，位置调节机构还包括使得锁定销13稳定地插在锁槽9内的弹性件12。
无图示，限位槽10也可以是闭合的长槽，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，锁定销13同时插在一个锁槽9与限位槽10内。
在图4-5所示的实施例中，锁槽9的中心线与限位槽10的中心线分别沿着前后方向延伸。此处及本文其它各处提及的“前”和“后”是根据一般消费者的习惯定义的，“前”指的是汽车座的提供座位的一侧，“后”指的则是汽车座的背面，而前后方向则指的是自前至后或自后之前贯穿汽车座一条线的延伸方向，其并不一定与水平面平行。
导向斜槽11的上侧部位于前，导向斜槽11的下侧部位于后，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，锁定销13位于导向斜槽11的上侧部，当位置调节机构处于解锁位置下，锁定销13位于导向斜槽11的后侧部。
弹性件12设置于操作把6与头托本体4之间。具体的，弹性件12设置于操作把6与下述提到的后盖板8之间。弹性件12也可以直接设置于锁定销13与头托本体4之间。
限位槽10也呈U型，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，限位槽10与锁槽9构成一个环形槽。头托本体4包括前盖板7、与前盖板7相固定连接的后盖板8，前盖板7与后盖板8之间形成开口向下的收容空间，头托架5与述的操作把6位于收容空间内，操作把6位于头托架5与后盖板8之间，后盖板8上开设有用于控制操作把6的窗口。
操作过程，位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，克服弹性件12的弹性力向上拉动操作把6，在限位槽10与导向斜槽11的配合作用下，使得锁定销13脱离锁槽9，可以向上或向下移动头托本体4，当移至合适的位置下，释放操作把6，在弹性件12的弹性力作用下，使得操作把6复位，从而使得锁定销13插入相应的锁槽9中。如果是导向斜槽11的上侧部位于后，导向斜槽11的下侧部位于前，当要将位置调节机构由锁定位置转换至解锁位置时，就需要向下按动操作把6。从而使得头托本体4能够在高位与低位之间转换，即能够调节头托本体4的高低位置。并且本发明打包时体积较小。

1. 一种儿童汽车座，包括
座位（1）；
下部与所述的座位（1）的后部能够拆卸地连接的靠背（2），所述的靠背（2）包括靠背本体（15）、自靠背本体（15）的左右两端朝前延伸形成的一对靠背护翼（16）；
与所述的靠背（2）的上部能够拆卸地连接的头托（3），所述的头托（3）包括头托本体（4）、自头托本体（4）的左右两侧朝前延伸形成的一对头托护翼（14）；
其特征在于：所述的靠背本体（15）的左右两侧部分别开设有一收容孔（17），两个收容孔（17）的形状及彼此之间的距离与两个头托护翼（14）相匹配，当所述的头托（3）收容于两个靠背护翼（16）之间时，两个收容孔（17）分别供对应的头托护翼（14）插入。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：靠背护翼（16）与靠背本体（15）一体成型为一整体式结构。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：头托护翼（14）与头托本体（4）一体成型为一整体式结构。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：头托（3）还包括头托架（5），头托本体（4）能够沿头托（3）的纵向滑动地设置于所述的头托架（5）上，头托（3）通过头托架（5）的下部连接于靠背本体（15），头托架（5）与头托本体（4）之间设置有用于控制头托本体（4）相对头托架（5）的位置的位置调节机构。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：位置调节机构包括
在头托架（5）的一侧面上凹陷形成的多个锁槽（9），多个锁槽（9）沿头托（3）的纵向排列；
开设在头托本体（4）上的限位槽（10），所述限位槽（10）的纵截面的中心线与锁槽（9）的纵截面的中心线基本相平行；
锁定销（13），所述的锁定销（13）可沿限位槽（10）滑动地设置于（10）限位槽中；
可沿头托（3）的纵向滑动地设置在头托本体（4）上的操作把（6），所述的操作把（6）上开设有相对头托（3）的纵向倾斜且相对限位槽（10）的纵截面的中心线倾斜的导向斜槽（11），锁定销（13）还插入导向斜槽（11）内，在操作把（6）相对头托本体（4）滑动的过程中，锁定销（13）在导向斜槽（11）的导向下沿限位槽（10）滑动，而使所述的位置调节机构具有锁定位置与解锁位置，在锁定位置下，一个锁槽（9）对着所述的限位槽（10），锁定销（13）插入该锁槽（9）内，在解锁位置下，锁定销（13）脱离锁槽（9）。

7. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：锁槽（9）的纵截面的中心线与限位槽（10）的纵截面的中心线分别垂直于头托（3）的纵向。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：弹性件（12）设置于操作把（6）与头托本体（4）之间。
9. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：锁槽（9）的纵截面呈U形，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，限位槽（10）与锁槽（9）共同构成一个闭合的槽。
10. 根据权利要求5或9所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：导向斜槽（11）的上侧部在纵向上基本与锁槽（9）对应，导向斜槽（11）的下侧部在纵向上基本与锁槽（9）的槽口外侧对应，当位置调节机构处于锁定位置下，锁定销（13）在导向斜槽（11）中的位置位于导向斜槽（11）的上侧部，当位置调节机构处于解锁位置下，锁定销（13）在导向斜槽（11）中的位置位于导向斜槽（11）的后侧部。
11. 根据权利要求5-9中任一项所述的儿童汽车座，其特征在于：头托本体（4）包括前盖板（7）、与前盖板（7）相固定连接的后盖板（8），前盖板（7）与后盖板（8）之间形成下部开口的收容空间，头托架（5）与操作把（6）位于该收容空间内，操作把（6）位于头托架（5）与后盖板（8）之间，后盖板（8）上开设有允许人手伸入收容空间以移动操作把（6）的窗口。
