本发明涉及一种纺织枳 4成设备, 特别是涉及一种用于制造经纬纱叠合非 织造复合布的成型机。
背景技术
现有的经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机, 如中国发明专利申请, 申请号 为 201010148904.0, 名称为经纬交叠无织造复合材料的加工设备所公开的一 种结构, 该设备包括依次连接的纱架、 牵引怖丝装置、 张力调节装置、 送线 装置、 喷胶装置、 浸渍装置、 烘干装置、 消静电装置以及收卷装置, 所述的 纱架分为经纱架和纬纱架, 经纱架上的经纱、 纬纱架上的纬纱分别通过牵引 怖丝装置和张力调节装置后交叠形成薄片状^ 薄片状«才通过送线装置 i^喷胶装置进行喷胶并制成基材片, 然后进入浸渍装置, 浸渍后的基材进 入烘干装置干燥, 然后消除静电进入收卷装置收卷为成品; 所述的送线装置 包括经紗送线台和纬纱送线台, 所述的喷 置上设置有积狨手、 喷粉加热 机、 压平和切断装置。
这种结构的加工设备存在以下几个方面的缺陷, 即一方面, 该设备的铺 纬速度较低, 不能适合高速编织, 生产效率较低, 另一方面, 该设备的结构 复杂, 制造成本高, 而且安装蜂纱筒的纬纱架的占地面积和占用空间较大, 导致整机占地面积和占用空间大, 再一方面, 该设备制造出的复合布仅由一 层经纱和一层纬纱交叠而成, 强度较低, 适用领域较窄, 另夕卜, 该设备的纱 线利用率也较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问«_提供一种不仅铺纬 it ^高, 从而能适用于高 速编织, 而且结构简单、 占地面积和占用空间较小、 纱线利用率高, 并且能 制备出高强度、 适用领域更为广泛的复合布的经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型 机。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用这样一种经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成 型机, 包括: 机架, 经纱架, 在该经纱架上安装有若干个盘绕着经纱的经纱 筒, 送经装置, 具有至少一 >转动地安装在所述机架上的经纱罗拉辊, 所述 经纱罗拉辊转动时将所述经纱筒上的经纱牵出, 并形成由相互平行的经纱排 列而成的经纱层, 上胶装置, 具有盛载胶水的胶水槽和转动地安装在所述机 架上的若干个上胶辊, 烘干装置, 具有至少一才 令动地安装在所述机架上的 加热辊, 》| 装置,通过该 装置将复合布卷绕成布卷,该成型 to包括: 旋转式铺纬装置, 该铺纬装置包括转动地安装在所述机架上的旋转轴, 相互 间隔一定距离固定安装在所述旋转轴上的纬纱筒安装盘和穿纱管安装盘, 以 及分别设置在所述旋转轴轴向两侧的 艮纬纱边纱; 所述纬纱筒安装盘上安 装有若干个盘绕着纬纱的纬纱筒, 所述穿纱管安装盘上安装有若干个供所述 纬纱筒上退绕的玮纱穿入的穿纱管, 所述 纱边纱位于所述穿纱管的出纱端 内侧; 所述旋转轴由驱动机构驱动转动, 所述纬纱边纱沿所述机架的横向运 动; 所述旋转轴转动时将所述玮纱筒上的纬纱牵出, 并将纬纱铺设在所述二 根纬纱边纱之间形成纬紗层, 所述经纱层与所述纬紗层以叠置的方式依次经 所述上胶装置上月交和烘干装置烘干后, 由所述收卷装置卷绕成布卷。
作为本发明的一种改进, 该成型机还包括一个设置在所述上胶装置下方 的送布装置, 该送布装置由送布小车和由无纺布或机织布或经编织物卷绕成 的布卷构成, 所述送布小车主要由底板、 固定安装在所述底板两侧的二个侧 板以及转动地安装在所述二个側板之间的转轴构成, 所述布卷套装在所述转 轴上; 所述上錄置中的上胶贿 艮, 该 艮上胶辊以上下对置的方式转 动地安装在所述机架上且下方的一 ^由电才;1 区动转动; 所述经纱层、 铺设在 经编织物以叠置的方式从所述二 4艮上胶棍的中间穿过, 并在! ^ 胶辊的 ^ 擦传动下沿所述机架的横向向前运动。
作为本发明的另一种改进, 所述的送经装置有二个且沿所述机架的竖直 方向间隔一定距离设置, 由所述二个送经装置牵出的二个经纱层经安装在所 述机架顶部、底部和中部的导纱辊引导后,分别置于所述纬纱层的上下两侧。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式, 所述纬纱筒安装盘和穿纱管安装盘为 圆盘状的板状构件, 所述若干个纬纱筒沿所述纬纱筒安装盘的周向均布, 所 述穿纱管为 L形的中空管, 该穿纱管的数量与纬纱筒的数量相同且呈放射状 均布在所述穿纱管安装盘上, 所述驱动机构由电机和链条、 链轮传动机构构 成, 所述旋转轴由电机通过链条、 链轮传动机构驱动转动。
采用这样的结构后, 本发明在铺締时, 纬纱分别从安装在纬纱筒安装盘 上的玮纱筒上退绕, 穿过安装在穿纱管安装盘上的穿纱管, 与此同时, 旋转 轴由驱动机构驱动转动 , 带动固定安装在其上的纬纱筒安装盘和穿纱管安装 盘一同旋转,这样每根絆纱分别绕在穿纱管的出纱端内侧的^ ■纬纱边纱上, 并随着纬纱边纱沿机架的横向运动形成一个独立的纬纱层而完成铺纬。
因此, 本发明中的旋转式铺纬结构与现有技术的平铺式铺纬结构相比, 具有铺纬速度高, 能适用于高速编织, 纱线利用率高的优点, 而且, 由于本 发明没有采用占地面积和占用空间大的纬纱架, 而是采用将玮纱筒安 ^^旋 转轴上的纬纱筒安装盘上,本发明的纬纱筒安装盘优选为圆盘状的板状构件, 因此, 大大节省了整机的占地面积和占用空间。
而且, 由于本发明的旋转式铺纬装置形成一个铺设在_ ^艮纬纱边纱之间 的独立的纬纱层, 因此, 一方面, 当本发明在上胶装置的下方设置一个送布 装置, 该送布装置由送布小车和由无纺布或机织布或经编织物卷绕成的布卷 构成时, 则可制造出由一层经纱层、 一层纬纱层和一层无纺布或机织布或经 编织物三层叠合在一起的复合布。 另一方面, 当本发明设置二个送经装置, 且由该二个送经装置牵出的二个经紗层分别置于纬纱层的上下两侧时, 则可 制造出由上至下依次叠合在一^的一层经纱层、 一层纬纱层、 一层经纱层和 一层无纺布或机织布或经编织物四层结构的复合布。 由此可见, 本发明能制 备出高强度、 能作为风电设备、 船舶等增强材料以及墙体等保温材料的复合 布, 而现有技术中的成型机仅能制备出由一层经纱层和一层纬纱层交叠而成 的复合布, 因此, 本发明的复合布强度更高, 应用领域更为广泛。
另外, 由于本发明的结构较为简单, 因此, 制造成本也 4支低。
作为本发明的另一种优选实施方式, 在所述经纱架与送经装置之间还设 有穿纱板, 该穿纱板上密布有供所述经纱筒上退绕的经纱穿入的穿纱孔; 所 述送经装置中的经纱罗 4立辎有 艮, 该^^经纱罗拉辊平行设置且其中一根 由电枳 区动转动。 采用这样的结构后, 一方面, 经纱罗^ 由电枳 4区动转动 时构成积极式送经, 从而使送经更可靠, 另一方面, 当经纱罗拉辊转动时, 经纱筒上的经纱经过穿纱板后牵出, 这样更能保证经纱层中的经纱能相互平 行地排列。

在本发明中, 所述水平支承架是一长方形板状构件; 所述弹簧、 弹簧支 承轴、 支承轴安装座和驱动所述弹簧支承轴转动的驱动机构分别有二个, 且 沿所述旋转轴的轴向, 对称地设置在水平支承架的两侧。 采用这样的结构后, 本发明在铺纬时, 纬纱分别从安装在纬纱筒安装盘 上的纬纱筒上退绕, 穿过安装在穿纱管安装盘上的穿纱管, 与此同时, 旋转 轴由驱动机构驱动转动, 带动固定安装在其上的纬紗筒安装盘和穿纱管安装 盘一同旋转, 这 ^根纬纱分别绕在水平支承架的弹簧上, 绕在弹簧上的纬 纱随着弹簧支承轴及弹簧的旋转快速送出弹簧后, 绕在纬纱边纱上, 并随着 纬纱边纱沿机架的横向运动从而完成铺纬,因此,本发明采用这样的结构后, 能将穿纱管的出纱端处的纬纱快速输送至所述纬纱边纱进行铺纬, 使铺纬速 度更快, 生产效率更高。
在本发明中, 所述固定轴是一根具有内孔的中空轴, 在该固定轴与所述 水平支承架固定连接的一端的轴身上开设有一个贯穿的径向通孔; 在所述机 架上设有二个纬纱边纱筒,所述 艮纬纱边纱分别从所述纬纱边纱筒上退绕, 并依次穿过所述固定轴的内孔、 径向通孔、 弹簧支承轴的内孔以及弹簧内孔 后相互平行、 对称地设置在所述旋转轴的轴向两侧。 这种纬纱边纱的布线结 构更合理, 操作筒便, 更方便纬纱边纱筒的安装和更换。
在本发明中, 在所述旋转轴上的纬纱筒安装盘与穿纱管安装盘之间还固 定安装有一个圆盘状的穿纱盘, 在该穿纱盘上开设有若干个供所述纬纱筒上 退绕的纬纱穿入的通孔。 采用这样的结构, 能使从纬纱筒上退绕的纬纱更稳 定、 可靠地穿入穿纱管, 从而使铺纬工作更可靠。
作为本发明的又一种改进, 所述 装置包括 辊和支承架, 所述支 承架具有一个水平设置的底板和二个竖直设置的侧板, 该卷取装置还包括一 个用于驱动所述卷布辊转动的驱动机构、 一个转动地安装在所述二个侧板之 间的转轴、 二个分别固定安装在所述转轴两端部的支承板以及用于驱动所述 转轴转动的驱动机构; 所述卷布辊有二个, 该二个卷布^ ^目互平行地分布在 所述转轴的轴向两侧且分别转动地安笨在所述二个支承板之间。 釆用这样的 结构后, 由于卷布辊由驱动机构直接驱动转动, 因而工作时卷布辊的收卷速 度高, 提高了生产效率, 又由于卷布辊有二个, 在工作时对复合布进行交替 收卷, 因此使收卷的布量提高了一倍。

在本发明中, 如图 1、 16、 17、 18所示, 所述的送经装置 3优选有二个 且沿所述机架 1的竖直方向间隔一定距离设置, 由所述二个送经装置 3牵出 的二个经纱层 2-2经安装在所述机架 1顶部、 底部和中部的导纱辊 18引导 后,分别置于所述纬纱层 9- 2的上下两側。本发明采用这样的结构后,则可 制造出由上至下依次叠合在"^的一层经纱层 2-2、一层纬纱层 9 - 2、一层 经纱层 2- 2和一层无纺布或机织布或经编织物 13 - 1构成的四层结构复合 布。

作为本发明的另一种优选实施方式,如图 6所示,所述固定轴 23是一根 实心轴, 在所述水平支承架 22上设有二个纬纱边纱筒 29, 所述^ ^纬纱边 纱 11分别从所述纬纱边纱筒 29上退绕,并依次穿过所述弹簧支承轴 25的内 孔 25 - 1以及弹簧 24内孔后相互平行、对称地设置在所述旋转轴 8的轴向两 侧。
为使从纬纱筒 9 - 1上退绕的纬纱 9 - 1 - 1更稳定、 可靠地穿入穿纱管 10 - 1 , 本发明在所述旋转轴 8上的纬纱筒安装盘 9与穿纱管安装盘 10之间 还固定安装有一个圆盘状的穿纱盘 30, 在该穿纱盘 30上开设有若干个供所 述纬纱筒 9 - 1上退绕的纬纱穿入的通孔 30 - 1 , 如图 1、 2、 3、 8、 9、 16所 示。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式, 如图 1、 14、 16所示, 所述收卷装置 7包括卷布辊 31和支承架, 所述支承架具有一个水平设置的底板 32和二个 竖直设置的侧板 33, 该卷取装置还包括一个用于驱动所述卷布辊 31转动的 驱动才 、 一个转动地安^^所述二个侧板 33之间的转轴 34、 二个分别固 才构; 所述卷布辊 31有 个, 该二个卷布辊 31相互平行地分布在所述转 轴 34的轴向两侧且分别转动地安^^所述二个支 反 35之间。在本发明中, 所述转轴 34通过分别安装在其两端部的二个带座轴承 41, 从而转动地安装 在所述二个侧板 33之间。
如图 14所示, 所述的驱动卷布辊 31转动的驱动机构包括电机 42、 由所 述电机 42驱动转动的主动链轮 43、转动地安装在所述转轴 34轴端上的三排 链轮 44、由所 i ^棑链轮 44带动的双排链轮 45、由所述双排链轮 45通过离 轮 48, 所述被动齿轮 48安装在所述卷布辊 31的轴端上。 在本发明中, 所述 主动链轮 43安装在电机 42前端的减速箱输出轴 42 - 1上; 所述二个卷布辊 31相互平行、对称地分布在所述转轴 34的轴向两侧, 所述离合器 46优选为 磁粉离合器, 该离合器在接通电源时处于连接状态, 从而能传递扭矩, 这样 双排链轮 45能通过该离合器 46带动主动齿轮 47旋转; 当断开电源时,磁粉 离合器处于自由状态, 不能传递扭矩, 这样双排链轮 45通过该离合器 46断 开与主动齿轮 47的连接,另夕卜, 离合器 46通过支承座 49固定安装在所述支 35上。
所述的驱动转轴 34转动的驱动机构包括电机 50、由所述电机 50驱动转 动的主动齿轮 51以及与所述主动齿轮 51啮合的被动齿轮 52,所述被动齿轮 52安装在所述转轴 34的轴端上。 在本发明中, 如图 14所示, 所述主动齿轮 51安^^电机 50下方的减速箱输出轴 50 - 1上。
如图 1、 14、 16所示, 在所述底板 32的底部还设有若干个滚轮 53, 本 发明优选在底板 32底部的四个角部各设置一个滚轮 53,在每个滚轮 53的下 方设置使该滚轮 53沿机架 1的纵向滚动的导 54,所述导轨段 54与地面 固定连接。
本发明》1 装置 7的工作过程如下: 参见图 14, 由电机 42驱动主动链 轮 43转动, 主动链轮 43通过链条 55带动三排链轮 44转动, 三排链轮 44 转动时通过链条 55带动双排链轮 45转动, 当^ Ji]转轴 34上方的 辊 31 收卷复合布时, 则将转轴 34上方的磁粉离合器 46通电, 下方的磁粉离合器 46断电, 这样双排链轮 45通 itJ方的磁粉离合器 46带动主动齿轮 47同步 转动,主动齿轮 47转动时带动被动齿轮 48转动,继而带动卷布辊 31转动收 卷复合布, 此时, 由于转轴 34下方的磁粉离合器 46断电, 不能传递扭矩, 因而转轴 34下方的 辊 31不会旋转。 当转轴 34上方的卷布辊 31 完 成后, 将上方的 f兹粉离合器 46断电, 下方的磁粉离合器 46通电, 并启动电 机 50, 通过主动齿轮 51和被动齿轮 52的啮合传动带动转轴 34旋转, 转轴 34旋转时, 带动支承板 35和二个卷布辊 31—起旋转, 从而使上、 下方的卷 布辊 31位置互换, 这样下方的卷布辊 31可替换上方的卷布辊 31继续卷布。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,如图 17、 18所示,本发明制造出的复 合布优选由上至下依次叠合在一起的一层经纱层 2 - 2、一层纬纱层 9 - 2、一 层经纱层 2 - 2和一层无纺布或机织布或经编织物 13 - 1构成的四层结构复合 布。
本发明经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机的一种优选工作过程如下: 参见 图 1至图 18, 旋转轴 8由电机 21通过链条、链轮传动机构 21 - 1驱动转动, 对称地设置在水平支承架 22前后两側的弹簧 24由电机 27 - 1通过同步轮、 同步带传动机构 27-2及弹簧支承轴 25驱动转动, 艮玮纱边纱 11分别从 纬纱边纱筒 29上退绕,并依次穿过固定轴 23的内孔 23 - 1、径向通孔 23 - 2、 弹簧支承轴 25的内孔 25 - 1以及弹簧 24内孔后相互平行、 对称地设置在旋 转轴 8的轴向两侧, 纬纱 9 - 1 - 1分别从安装在纬纱筒安装盘 9上的纬纱筒 9-1上退绕, 经过穿纱盘 30上的通孔 30-1, 穿过安装在穿纱管安装盘 10 上的穿纱管 10-1, 与此同时, 纬纱筒安装盘 9、 穿纱盘 30和穿纱管安装盘 10在旋转轴 8的带动下一起旋转,这样每根纬纱 9-1-1分别绕在水平支承 架 22前后两侧的弹簧 24上, 绕在弹簧 24上的玮纱 9-1-1随着弹簧 24的 旋转送出弹簧 24后,绕在纬纱边纱 11上,并随着纬纱边纱 11在上下设置的 艮上胶辊 5 - 2的摩擦牵拉下沿机架 1的横向向前运动完成铺纬并形成纬纱 层 9 - 2, 与此同时, 由二个送经装置 3通过经纱罗拉昆 3 _ 1牵出的二个经 纱层 2- 2经安装在机架 1顶部、 底部和中部的导纱辊 18引导后, 分别置于 纬纱层 9-2的上下两側, 无纺布或机织布或经编织物 13 - 1从送布装置 12 的布卷 13上退绕出来, 这样由上至下依次叠合在一起的一层经纱层 2-2、 一层玮纱层 9-2、一层经纱层 2-2和一层无纺布或机织布或经编织物 13 - 1 一起从 艮上胶辊 5- 2的中间穿过, 涂布胶水后一起进入烘干装置 6, 并经 加热辊 6- 1烘干后, 由 装置 7中的卷布辊 31卷绕成布卷。
经过试用, 本发明经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机不仅铺纬速度高, 能 很好 ^ i用于高速编织, 而且能制备出由一层经纱层、 一层纬纱层和一层无 纺布或机织布或经编织物三层叠合在一起的复合布, 以及由上至下依次叠合 在一起的一层经纱层、 一层纬纱层、 一层经纱层和一层无纺布或机织布或经 编织物四层结构的复合布, 这些复合布强度高, 能作为风电设备、 船舶等的 增强材料以及墙体等的保温材料, 另外, 本发明结构简单, 占地面积和占用 空间小, 工作可靠, 纱线利用率高, 取得了良好的效果。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机, 包括: 机架(1),
经紗架( 2 ),在该经纱架( 2 )上安装有若干个盘绕着经纱的经纱筒( 2 - 1 ), 送经装置 (3), 具有至少一才艮转动地安装在所述机架( 1 )上的经纱罗拉辊 (3-1),所述经纱罗拉辊 (3-1)转动时将所述经纱筒( 2 - 1 )上的经纱牵出, 并形成由相互平行的经纱排列而成的经纱层( 2 - 2 ),
上胶装置 ( 5 ), 具有盛栽胶水的胶水槽 (5-1)和转动地安装在所述机架 ( 1 )上的若干个上胶辊 (5-2),
烘干装置 (6), 具有至少一才 命动地安装在所述机架(1)上的加热辊(6 -1),
装置 ( 7 ), 通过该收卷装置 ( 7 )将复合布卷绕成布卷,

旋转式铺纬装置( 4 ), 该铺纬装置包括转动地安装在所述机架( 1 )上的旋 转轴 ( 8 ),相互间隔一定距离固定安装在所述旋转轴 ( 8 )上的纬纱筒安装盘 ( 9 ) 和穿纱管安装盘 (10), 以及分别设置在所述旋转轴 (8)轴向两侧的 · ^艮纬纱 边纱(11); 所述纬纱筒安装盘(9)上安装有若干个盘绕着纬纱的纬纱筒(9 - 1 ), 所述穿紗管安装盘 ( 10 )上安装有若干个供所述纬纱筒( 9 - 1 )上退绕 的纬纱穿入的穿纱管( 10 - 1 ), 所述締纱边纱( 11 )位于所述穿纱管( 10 - 1 ) 的出纱端( 10- 1 - 1 )内侧; 所述旋转轴(8)由驱动机构驱动转动, 所述纬纱 边纱(11)沿所述机架 (1)的横向运动; 所述旋转轴 (8)转动时将所述絆纱 筒(9- 1 )上的纬纱牵出, 并将纬纱铺设在所述 纬纱边纱( 11 )之间形成 纬纱层(9-2),
所述经纱层(2-2)与所述纬纱层(9-2) 以叠置的方式依次经所述上胶 装置(5)上胶和烘干装置 (6)烘干后, 由所述收卷装置 (7)卷绕成布卷。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机, 其特 于: 该成型机还包括一个设置在所述上胶装置(5)下方的送布装置 (12), 该送布 装置( 12 )由送布小车和由无纺布或机织布或经编织物( 13 - 1 )卷绕成的布卷
( 13 )构成, 所述送布小车主要由底板 ( 14 )、 固定安装在所述底板 ( 14 )两側 的二个侧板( 15 )以及转动地安装在所述二个侧板( 15 )之间的转轴( 16)构 成, 所述布卷( 13 )套装在所述转轴( 16 )上; 所述上胶装置( 5 )中的上胶辊
(5-2)有^^, 该^ ^艮上胶辊 (5-2) 以上下对置的方式转动地安装在所述 机架(1)上且下方的一根由电机(17)驱动转动; 所述经纱层(2-2)、 铺设 在所述 艮纬纱边纱( 11 )之间的纬纱层 (9-2) 以及从所述布卷( 13 )上退 绕的无纺布或机织布或经编织物( 13 - 1 )以叠置的方式从所述 艮上胶辊 (5 - 2 )的中间穿过, 并在^ ϋ胶辊 (5-2)的摩擦传动下沿所述机架( 1 )的 横向向前运动。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机,其特征在 于: 所述的送经装置(3)有二个且沿所述机架(1)的竖直方向间隔一定距离 设置, 由所迷二个送经装置(3)牵出的二个经纱层(2-2)经安装在所述机架
(1)顶部、 底部和中部的导纱辊(18) 引导后, 分别置于所述纬纱层 (9-2) 的上下两侧。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机,其特征在 于:在所述经纱架( 2 )与送经装置 ( 3 )之间还设有穿纱板 ( 19 ),该穿纱板 ( 19 ) 上密布有供所述经纱筒(2 - 1 )上退绕的经紗穿入的穿纱孔( 19 - 1 ); 所述送 经装置( 3 )中的经纱罗拉辊 (3-1)有> ^艮, 该^ f艮经纱罗拉辊( 3 - 1 )平行 设置且其中一根由电机(20)驱动转动。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的经纬纱叠合非织造复合布成型机, 其特征在于: 所述纬纱筒安装盘(9)和穿纱管安装盘 ( 10)为圆盘状的板状构件, 所述若干 个纬纱筒(9- 1 )沿所述締纱筒安装盘 (9)的周向均布, 所述穿纱管( 10- 1 ) 为 L形的中空管, 该穿纱管(10-1)的数量与纬纱筒(9-1)的数量相同且 呈放射状均布在所述穿纱管安装盘( 10)上, 所述驱动机构由电机(21 )和链 条、 链轮传动才 (21-1)构成, 所述旋转轴(8) 由电机(21 )通过链条、 链轮传动机构 (21-1)驱动转动。
