Description
本発明は、樹脂製移送板に関する。
従来、工場内において荷物(例えば、工場内のライン等で製造した製品を収納した通い箱)を出荷場まで搬送する手段として、例えば、ローラコンベア等が既に知られている。このようにローラコンベアを使用すると、工場内の目的場所まで簡便に製品を搬送できる。
なお、この出願の発明に関連する先行技術文献情報としては、例えば、特開平11-236117号公報が知られている。
しかしながら、上述した従来技術では、ローラコンベアの設置に高い費用が発生するため(高コストになるため)、搬送費用の低減が求められていた。
本発明は、このような課題を解決しようとするもので、その目的は、簡便に且つ低コストで荷物の搬送を行うことができる手段を提供することである。

まず、図5に示すように、作業者Mは、工場内のラインの終点Aから出荷場Bまで、樹脂製移送板10を複数敷き詰める作業を行う。このとき、上述した連結部材を介して樹脂製移送板10を連結させることができるため、複数敷き詰めた樹脂製移送板10にズレ等が生じることを防止できる。

このように形成された樹脂製移送板210を複数連結させる場合、図14~15に示すように、樹脂製移送板210の接合片212を別の樹脂製移送板210の凹部214(図14~15において、図示しない)に嵌め込み、さらに、樹脂製移送板210の接合片212の突起212aを別の樹脂製移送板210の凹部214の接合孔214aに嵌め込めばよい。
本発明の実施例3に係る樹脂製移送板210は、上述したように構成されている。この構成によれば、実施例2の樹脂製移送板110と同様の作用効果を得ることができる。また、この構成によれば、樹脂製移送板210を複数連接させる場合、樹脂製移送板210の接合片212を別の樹脂製移送板210の凹部214に嵌め込み、さらに、樹脂製移送板210の接合片212の突起212aを別の樹脂製移送板210の凹部214の接合孔214aに嵌め込むため、連接の強度を高めることができる。
上述した内容は、あくまでも本発明の一実施の形態に関するものであって、本発明が上記内容に限定されることを意味するものではない。各実施例で記載されている樹脂製移送板10の数値(サイズ)は、これに限られるものでなく、搬送する製品の重量やサイズ等によって決められる設計的な事項である。また、他にも樹脂移送板10を、例えば、高摺動樹脂材料POMにブレンドしてから一体的に成形しても構わない。
Claims (5)
- 載せた荷物を搬送する樹脂製移送板であって、
荷物を載せる側の表面には、一方向に適宜の等間隔で複数のリブが一方向に交差する方向に沿って形成されており、
これらリブの間には、リブの形成方向に沿って適宜の等間隔で複数の孔が形成されている樹脂製移送板。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂製移送板であって、
複数の孔は、二次元的な配置となるように形成されている樹脂製移送板。 - 請求項1~2のいずれかに記載の樹脂製移送板であって、
リブの形成方向における隣り合う孔の間には、リブの盛り上がり方向と同方向に向けて盛り上がり状の肉部が形成されている樹脂製移送板。 - 請求項3に記載の樹脂製移送板であって、
平面視において、孔と肉部は、角丸正方形状に形成されている樹脂製移送板。 - 請求項1~4に記載の樹脂製移送板であって、
リブの頂部には、リブの形成方向に沿って溝が形成されており、
溝には、摺動剤が貯留されている樹脂製移送板。
