调整单元, 配置为向用户呈现提示设置公共账户优先级的菜单, 并根 据用户操作对本终端的公共账户优先级进行调整, 其中, 所在第一移动终 端与至少一个第二移动终端共同使用所述公共账户;
处理单元, 配置为接收到所述公共账户下的通信业务, 且确定所述公 共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优先级条件时, 对接收到的所述通 信业务进行处理。
优选地, 所述调整单元, 配置为根据用户的查询指示, 获取用以设置 公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并将所述操作界面向用户呈现; 或者检测到 本地指定范围内存在设置有近场通信 NFC芯片的使用所述公共账户的至少 一个第二移动终端时, 激活用以设置所述公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并 将所述操作界面向用户呈现。
优选地, 所述处理单元, 配置为在接收到所述公共账户下的通信业务 后, 在确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优 先级条件之前, 确定接收到的所述公共账户下的通信业务的处理需要依据 本终端设置的公共账户优先级的判断结果。
优选地, 所述处理单元, 配置为确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先 级在使用所述公共账户的各移动终端中最高时, 对接收到的所述通信业务 进行处理; 或者确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用所述公共账 户的各移动终端中非最高且非最低时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理; 或者确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用所述公共账户的各移动 终端中最低时 , 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理。
优选地, 所述处理单元, 配置为在确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优 先级符合处理所述通信业务的优先级条件后, 向用户呈现确认处理提示界 面, 并在用户进行确认操作后, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理。
本发明实施例中, 提出了一种处理公共账户下通信业务的方法, 具体 为: 第一移动终端向用户呈现提示设置公共账户优先级的菜单, 并根据用 户操作对本终端的公共账户优先级进行调整, 其中, 第一移动终端与至少 一个第二移动终端共同使用公共账户; 第一移动终端接收到公共账户下的 通信业务, 且确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合处理通信业务的 优先级条件时, 对接收到的通信业务进行处理, 从而实现了当多个移动终 端登录公共账户时, 所有登录该公共账户的移动终端都会收到发送给该账 户的通信业务, 若用户欲通过其中的一个或几个移动终端对收到的通信业 务处理时, 只需要对各个移动终端的账户优先级进行设置即可, 不需要对 使用该公共账户的不处理通信业务的其他移动终端对接收到的通信业务进 行"拒绝"操作, 降低了处理公共账户下的通信业务过程的复杂度,提高了效 率。 附图说明

在目前的移动通信中, 消费者正寻找更容易的方式与直接环境进行交 互并使能在他们的电子设备之间进行通信, NFC( Near Field Communication, 近场通信)在这样的通信世界中起到至关重要的作用。
通过得到方便的无线连接的 NFC是一种基于手机等移动终端实现近距 离无线通信的技术, 主要基于 13.56MHz频率运行的射频技术, 用于近距离 范围在 20 厘米内, 数据传输速度可以选择 106Kbit/s、 212Kbit/s 或者 424Kbit/s, 其传输范围比非接触式射频识别小, 但具有距离近、 带宽高、 能耗低等优点, 为所有消费性电子产品提供了一个极为便利的通讯方式。
目前, NFC技术主要用于门禁系统, 标签跟踪、 票务、 公共交通、 电 子支付等等。 当前常用的 NFC芯片都具有一特殊的信号, 为了保证这个芯 片在移动终端关机时依然工作, 常常在设计时将这一信号默认拉高, 因此, 具有 NFC功能的手机, 在关机状态下, 其 NFC功能依然保持着工作状态。
为了降低用户通过登陆公共账户的一个或几个移动终端处理接收到的 通信业务的复杂度, 本发明实施例中, 对使用公共账户的移动终端的公共 账户优先级进行了设置, 当移动终端接收到公共账户下的通信业务, 且确 定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合处理通信业务的优先级条件时, 才对接收到的通信业务进行处理。 从而实现当多个移动终端登录公共账户, 用户欲通过其中的一个或几个移动终端对收到的通信业务处理时, 不需要 对使用该公共账户的其他移动终端对接收到的通信业务进行"拒绝"操作,降 低处理公共账户下的通信业务过程的复杂度, 提高效率。
下面结合附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明。
参阅图 1所示, 本发明实施例中, 第一移动终端包括: 调整单元 10、 处理单元 11 ; 其中,
调整单元 10, 配置为向用户呈现提示设置公共账户优先级的菜单, 并 根据用户操作对所在移动终端的公共账户优先级进行调整, 其中, 所在移 动终端为第一移动终端, 所述第一移动终端与至少一个第二移动终端共同 使用公共账户;
处理单元 11 , 配置为接收到公共账户下的通信业务, 且确定对应本终 端设置的公共账户优先级, 符合处理通信业务的优先级条件时, 对接收到 的通信业务进行处理。
基于上述技术方案, 参阅图 2所示, 本发明实施例中, 登陆公共账户 的移动终端处理公共账户下通信业务的详细流程如下:
步驟 200: 第一移动终端向用户提示设置公共账户优先级的菜单, 并根 据用户操作对公共账户优先级进行调整, 其中, 所述第一移动终端与至少 一个第二移动终端共同使用公共账户。
本发明实施例中, 所述第一移动终端向用户提示设置公共账户优先级 的菜单至少包括两种方式: 第一移动终端根据用户的查询指示, 获取用以 设置公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并将该操作界面向用户呈现; 或者, 第 一移动终端检测到本地指定范围内, 存在设置有 NFC芯片的使用公共账户 的至少一个第二移动终端时, 激活用以设置公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并将该操作界面向用户呈现。 其中, 所述指定范围为: NFC 芯片的通信范 围内。
例如: 第一移动终端 A的"公共账户优先级"菜单为 "个性化设置 "菜单 的子菜单, 其中"个性化设置"菜单为 "设置 "菜单的子菜单, 则第一移动终端 A根据用户的查询指示, 获取用以设置公共账户优先级的操作界面时的具 体操作为: 第一移动终端 A根据用户的点击, 先获取"设置"菜单的界面, 其中, "设置,,菜单的界面为各级子菜单的应用图标: "个性化设置"菜单、 "无 线和网络"菜单、 "显示"菜单、 "声音"菜单、 "应用程序"菜单, 具体如图 3A 所示; 接下来, 第一移动终端 A根据用户的点击, 获取"设置"菜单的子菜 单"个性化设置,,的界面, 其中, "个性化设置,,菜单的界面为各级子菜单的应 用图标: "场景"菜单、 "锁屏壁纸"菜单、 "公共账户优先级"菜单、 "默认铃 声"菜单, 具体如图 3B所示; 然后, 第一移动终端 A根据用户的点击, 获 取用以设置公共账户优先级的操作界面,即"公共账户优先级"菜单的操作界 面, 并将该操作界面向用户呈现, 具体如图 3C所示。
又例如: 第一移动终端 A、 第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C均登录 了公共账户 S, 并且, 第一移动终端 A、 第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C 均设置了 NFC芯片, 当第一移动终端 A检测到本移动终端的周边范围内存 在第二移动终端 B时, 激活用以设置公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并将该 操作界面向用户呈现, 同理, 第一移动终端 A也可以通过第三移动终端 C 激活本地用以设置公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并将该操作界面向用户呈 现。
步驟 210: 所述第一移动终端接收到公共账户下的通信业务, 且确定所 述公共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优先级条件时, 对接收到的所 述通信业务进行处理。
本发明实施例中, 第一移动终端确定所述公共账户优先级符合处理所 述通信业务的优先级条件时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理, 包括: 第一移动终端确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用公共账户的各 移动终端中最高时, 对接收到的通信业务进行处理;
或者, 第一移动终端确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用公 共账户的各移动终端中非最高且非最低时, 对接收到的通信业务进行处理; 或者, 第一移动终端确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用公 共账户的各移动终端中最低时, 对接收到的通信业务进行处理。 其中, 所述通信业务可以为通讯信息。
以下将移动终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用公共账户的各移动终端 中非最高且非最低时, 对接收到的通信业务进行处理为例进行说明。
第一移动终端 A、 第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C均登录了公共账 户 1 , 其中, 第一移动终端 A的公共账户优先级为高, 第二移动终端 B的 公共账户优先级为中, 第三移动终端 C的公共账户优先级为低;
在某一时刻, 第一移动终端 A、 第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C均 收到公共账户 1的视频聊天; 第一移动终端 A、 第二移动终端 B和第三移 动终端 C分别根据各自接收到的公共账户 1对应的优先级信息判断自身的 优先级是否为非最高且非最低。 由于只有第二移动终端 B的优先级为中, 因此, 只有第二移动终端 B将接收到的、 发送给公共账户 1的视频聊天根 据用户操作进行处理, 第一移动终端 A由于自身的优先级为最高优先级, 第三移动终端 C由于自身的优先级为最低优先级, 所以第一移动终端 A和 第三移动终端 C虽然收到了公共账户 1的通信业务一视频聊天, 但会自动 关闭对视频聊天的处理, 而不会等待用户对通信业务一视频聊天的处理。
本发明实施例中, 优先级信息可以用终端的标识位来表示, 例如, 优 先级高的标识位为" 2",优先级非最高且非最低的标识位为 "1",优先级低的 标识位为" 0", 当然并不仅限于此种表示方式, 在此不再——枚举。
本发明实施例中, 第一移动终端接收到公共账户下的通信业务, 且在 确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合处理通信业务的优先级条件的 情况下, 才会对接收到的通信业务进行处理。 例如: 第一移动终端 A、 第 二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C均登录了公共账户 1 , 在某一时刻, 第一 移动终端 A、 第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C均收到公共账户 1的可视 通话, 第一移动终端 A、 第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C分别根据各自 设置的公共账户 1 对应的优先级信息判断自身是否符合处理上述可视通话 的优先级条件。 在公共账户 1 对应的优先级最高时对信息进行处理的情况 下, 假如只有第一移动终端 A为最高优先级, 那么只有第一移动终端 A根 据用户操作对可视通话进行处理, 第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C因为 自身的优先级不是最高优先级, 所以第二移动终端 B和第三移动终端 C在 接收到 VOIP可视电话时会自动关闭可视通话, 因此, 用户欲通过第一移动 终端 A对收到的通信业务处理时, 不需要对使用该公共账户的第二移动终 端 B和第三移动终端 C对接收到的通信业务进行"拒绝"操作, 降低了处理 公共账户下的通信业务过程的复杂度, 提高了效率。
所述第一移动终端依据本终端设置的公共账户优先级, 判断是否处理 接收到的所述公共账户下的通信业务。 比如: 3个终端都收到了发送给公共 账户 1 的消息, 第一移动终端 A会判断自己的优先级是不是最高的, 终端 A发现自己的优先级是 2, 那么第一移动终端 A就显示该消息; 第二移动 终端 B会判断自己的优先级是不是最高的, 第二移动终端 B发现自己的优 先级是 1 , 不是最高的优先级, 那么第二移动终端 B就会自动屏蔽该消息 显示; 第三移动终端 C同样会判断自己的优先级是不是最高的, 第三移动 终端 C发现自己的优先级是 0, 不是最高的优先级, 那么第三移动终端 C 就会自动屏蔽该消息显示; 每个终端的优先级都是保存在各自终端中, 有 消息来时才会做判断。
需要说明的是, 最高优先级的移动终端并非只能有一个, 根据需要可 以设置多个最高优先级的移动终端。
本发明实施例中, 用户可以设置移动终端对接收到已登录账户的所有 的通信业务都判断自身的公共账户优先级, 也可以设置移动终端只有在接 收到已登录账户的某一些通信业务后才判断移动终端自身的公共账户优先 级。 因此, 进一步地, 第一移动终端接收到公共账户下的通信业务后, 在 确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合处理通信业务的优先级条件之 前, 还包括: 移动终端确定接收到的通信业务是需要检测该移动终端的公 共账户优先级的通信业务。
本发明实施例中, 为了避免由于误操作而对第一移动终端的通信业务 进行处理, 较佳的, 第一移动终端检测到用户处理通信业务时, 会以操作 界面的形式提示用户是否确定处理通信业务,其中,操作界面的选项为"是" 与"否"。在用户进一步点击"是"的情况下, 第一移动终端将用户处理的通信 业务进行启动; 在用户进一步点击"否,,的情况下, 不作任何处理。
例如, 第一移动终端 A接收到公共账户 1下的通信业务视频通话, 且 确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合处理通信业务的优先级条件的 情况下, 当第一移动终端 A检测到用户点击接通视频通话的按钮时, 第一 移动终端 A以操作界面的形式提示用户是否确定对通信业(即视频通话) 的处理, 若用户进一步点击"是"选项, 则将启动视频通话; 若用户进一步点 击"否"选项, 则不作任何处理。
综上所述, 本发明实施例中, 提出了一种处理公共账户下通信业务的 方法, 具体为: 第一移动终端向用户提示设置公共账户优先级的菜单, 并 根据用户操作对公共账户优先级进行调整, 其中, 所述第一移动终端与至 少一个第二移动终端共同使用公共账户; 所述第一移动终端接收到公共账 户下的通信业务, 且确定所述公共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优 先级条件时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理。 从而实现了当多个移动 终端登录公共账户, 若用户欲通过其中的一个或几个移动终端对收到的通 信业务处理时, 只需要对各个移动终端的账户优先级进行设置即可, 不需 要令使用该公共账户的其他移动终端对接收到的通信业务进行"拒绝"操作, 降低了处理公共账户下的通信业务过程的复杂度, 提高了效率。

这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备 上, 使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步驟以产生计算机 实现的处理, 从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的 功能的步驟。

权利要求书
1、 一种处理公共账户下通信业务的方法, 所述方法包括:
第一移动终端向用户提示设置公共账户优先级的菜单, 并根据用户操 作对公共账户优先级进行调整, 其中, 所述第一移动终端与至少一个第二 移动终端共同使用公共账户;
所述第一移动终端接收到公共账户下的通信业务, 且确定所述公共账 户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优先级条件时, 对接收到的所述通信业 务进行处理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一移动终端向用户提示设 置公共账户优先级的菜单, 包括:
所述第一移动终端根据用户的查询指示, 获取用以设置公共账户优先 级的操作界面, 并将所述操作界面向用户呈现; 或者,
所述第一移动终端检测到本地指定范围内, 存在设置有近场通信 NFC 芯片的使用所述公共账户的至少一个第二移动终端时, 激活用以设置所述 公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并将所述操作界面向用户呈现。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一移动终端接收到所述公 共账户下的通信业务后, 确定所述公共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务 的优先级条件之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述第一移动终端依据本终端设置的公共账户优先级, 判断是否处理 接收到的所述公共账户下的通信业务。
4 、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一移动终端确定 所述公共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优先级条件时, 对接收到的 所述通信业务进行处理, 包括: 移动终端中最高时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理; 或者, 移动终端中非最高且非最低时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理; 或者, 移动终端中最低时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述对接收到的所述通信业务进 行处理, 包括:
向用户呈现确认处理提示界面, 并在用户进行确认操作后, 对接收到 的所述通信业务进行处理。
6、 一种处理公共账户下通信业务的装置, 所述装置包括:
调整单元, 配置为向用户呈现提示设置公共账户优先级的菜单, 并根 据用户操作对本终端的公共账户优先级进行调整, 其中, 所在第一移动终 端与至少一个第二移动终端共同使用所述公共账户;
处理单元, 配置为接收到所述公共账户下的通信业务, 且确定所述公 共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优先级条件时, 对接收到的所述通 信业务进行处理。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中,
所述调整单元, 配置为根据用户的查询指示, 获取用以设置公共账户 优先级的操作界面, 并将所述操作界面向用户呈现; 或者检测到本地指定 范围内存在设置有近场通信 NFC芯片的使用所述公共账户的至少一个第二 移动终端时, 激活用以设置所述公共账户优先级的操作界面, 并将所述操 作界面向用户呈现。

所述处理单元, 配置为在接收到所述公共账户下的通信业务后, 在确 定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合处理所述通信业务的优先级条件 之前, 依据设置的公共账户优先级, 判断是否处理接收到的所述公共账户 下的通信业务。

所述处理单元, 配置为确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用 所述公共账户的各移动终端中最高时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理; 或者确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用所述公共账户的各移动 终端中非最高且非最低时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理; 或者确定 对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级在使用所述公共账户的各移动终端中最 低时, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理。

所述处理单元, 配置为在确定对应本终端设置的公共账户优先级符合 处理所述通信业务的优先级条件后, 向用户呈现确认处理提示界面, 并在 用户进行确认操作后, 对接收到的所述通信业务进行处理。
