Definitions

  • This invention relates to the field of liquid pumps, and more particularly to a push-type liquid pump. Background technique
  • the push-type liquid pump is typically mounted at the opening of the container for pumping the liquid product within the container out of the container for use by a user's manual pressing operation.
  • the liquid pump usually has an elastic return device for returning the pressure head to its original position after the user removes the downward pressure on the pump head, and simultaneously sucks the liquid product in the container during the head reset process.
  • the liquid pump is stored in the reservoir for the next pumping.
  • the elastic return device In conventional push-type liquid pumps, the elastic return device is typically preloaded between the active unit of the pump (usually including the indenter and piston rod) and the stationary unit (usually including the cylinder) to ensure adequate spring force.
  • the active unit is returned to its original position relative to the fixed unit after the user removes the downward pressing force.
  • the long-term loading of the elastic return device causes the creep and fatigue failure of the elastic device, and eventually the rebound force is insufficient to return the movable unit to the position, which affects the liquid discharge amount of the liquid pump.
  • the conventional push type liquid pump mostly uses a metal spring as an elastic returning device, as shown in Fig. 49.
  • the metal spring 1010 used in such a liquid pump is susceptible to rust due to moisture or contact with liquid, and the rusted spring affects the quality of the product (including the quality of the spring and the quality of the liquid product in the container).
  • the cost of the metal spring is relatively high, and when the liquid pump is recycled, the metal spring and other plastic components need to be disassembled for separate recovery, which greatly increases the recovery cost.
  • Another push type liquid pump is a bellows type plastic spring pump, as shown in Fig. 50, which utilizes the elastic force generated by the deformation of the bellows 1110 to provide the power of the push type liquid pump to reset.
  • a bellows type plastic spring inherently has a problem of insufficient elastic force. In the case where the liquid product is relatively viscous or the amount of pumping liquid required is large, it is inevitable that rebounding is difficult or even impossible to rebound. The problem affects the use of consumers.
  • the bellows In addition, in order for the liquid pump to rebound in place during use, the bellows must be preloaded so that it undergoes a certain preload deformation before use, but with prolonged placement or changes in ambient temperature The bellows spring is prone to creep, which causes the original reserved elastic deformation to disappear, resulting in a decrease in resilience.
  • a push type liquid pump which is a neck sleeve type plastic spring pump, as shown in Fig. 51.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a full plastic push type liquid pump, which can solve the problems that the metal spring is not easy to be disassembled, difficult to recover, high in cost, and easy to pollute the environment, and can solve the problem of the existing plastic spring liquid pump pressing. Feeling heavy and lack of resilience.
