Description

滑道式锁紧管件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道连接件,特别是一种滑道式锁紧管件,主要用于低压即Φ 50mm 以下小管径管道的快捷连接。
背景技术
目前用于低压的小管径管子主要是焊接钢管、塑料管等,小管径的焊接管连接方法目前都是采用丝扣连接、焊接,少数也有用法兰连接的,这几种连接方法施工安装时需要用铰丝机、电焊机等设备,需要有专业技术工人操作安装,施工安装费时费劲又费电,而且泄漏率可达 3% ~ 5% ;小管径的塑料管连接方法目前都是采用热熔法,施工安装时要用电热加温器,耗电量较大,冬季低温环境中用热熔法很难保证管道的连接质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、安装时无需相关设备、不用电源、操作方便、省时省力的滑道式锁紧管件,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的滑道式锁紧管件,包括套装在两根管子连接处外侧的连接体,在每根管子上均套装有与连接体相配的锁紧帽,在锁紧帽内侧有锥形锁紧孔,在连接体的两端内侧有与锥形锁紧孔相对的锥形密封止口,所述的锥形锁紧孔和锥形密封止口与管子外侧所形成的环形空间内设有双锥形密封环,所述的双锥形密封环的两端有锥面并与所述的锥形锁紧孔和锥形密封止口相配合;在连接体的端口外边沿设有圆柱滑体,在锁紧帽的内侧设有与所述圆柱滑体相配的斜滑道槽,在斜滑道槽的内端有与锁紧帽的轴线方向垂直的与圆柱滑体相配的锁紧定位槽。
所述的锁紧帽内侧的斜滑道槽和连接体端口外边沿上的圆柱滑体均为 2 ~ 4 个且在圆周上均匀分布;所述的斜滑道槽与锁紧帽的端口平面之间所成的螺旋升角 A 为 10 °~ 25 °。
所述的锁紧帽的前端圆柱段外表面加工有防滑直条细齿;在连接体的外侧分布有加强筋。
本发明的滑道式锁紧管件,安装时可将锁紧帽和连接体相对旋紧并使圆柱滑体进入锁紧定位槽内,双锥形密封环在中间被夹紧并达到两根管子连接密封的目的。本连接管件整体结构简单,安装方便,省时省力,现场施工无需辅助设备和电源,连接密封效果好,提高了工作效率,可多次拆装,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图 1 所示: 1 为两根相连接的管子,在管子 1 的连接处外侧套装有连接体 2 。
如图 1 、 2 、 3 所示:连接体 2 的两端内侧加工有锥形密封止口 2.1 ,在连接体 2 的两端外侧有向外侧凸起的圆柱滑体 2.2 ,每端的圆柱滑体 2.2 均为三个,且在圆周上均匀分布。在连接体 2 的外侧纵向设有加强筋 2.3 ,加强筋2.3 共有六个且在圆周上均匀分布。
如图 1 、 4 、 5 所示: 3 为与连接体 2 相配的锁紧帽,锁紧帽 3 的内侧周边加工有三个在圆周上均匀分布的斜滑道槽 3.1 ,每个斜滑道槽 3.1 的尽端都连接一个水平锁紧定位槽 3.2 ,锁紧定位槽 3.2 与锁紧帽 3 的轴线方向垂直,斜滑道槽 3.1 和锁紧定位槽 3.2 与圆柱滑体 2.2 相组配,即圆柱滑体 2.2 是在斜滑道槽 3.1 内滑动并要进入锁紧定位槽 3.2 内实现锁紧定位。斜滑道槽 3.1 与锁紧帽 3 端口平面之间所成的螺旋升角 A 为 10 °~ 25 °。在锁紧帽 3 的尾部内侧加工有锥形锁紧孔 3.3 。在锁紧帽 3 的前端圆柱段外表面加工有防滑直条细齿 3.5 ,防止手扭时滑动。
如图 1 、 6 、 7 所示: 4 为柔性材料制作的双锥形密封环 4 ,在双锥形密封环 4 的中间是圆柱体,一端设有密封锥体 4.1 ,密封锥体 4.1 与连接体 2 的锥形密封止口 2.1 相吻合;在双锥形密封环 4 的另一端设有锁紧锥体 4.2 ,锁紧锥体 4.2 与锁紧帽 3 尾部的锥形锁紧孔 3.3 相吻合。
安装时将连接体 2 套装在两根管子 1 相连接处的外侧,每根管子 1 上套装有双锥形密封环 4 和锁紧帽 3 ,利用锁紧帽 3 内的斜滑道槽 3.1 和连接体 2 上的圆柱滑体 2.2 配合将锁紧帽 3 和连接体 2 相对旋紧并使圆柱滑体 2.2 进入锁紧定位槽 3.2 内,双锥形密封环 4 在中间被夹紧并达到两根管子连接密封的目的。
具体安装方法如下:首先将锁紧帽 3 与双锥形密封环 4 依序分别套装在要被连接的二根管子 1 的端头,再将二根管子 1 端头从左右两侧分别插入连接体 2 的空腔内,使双锥形密封环 4 前端的密封锥体 4.1 正好塞装在连接体 2 端部内侧密封止口 2.1 中,将锁紧帽 3 内侧均布的斜滑道槽 3.1 口对准连接体 2 端口外边沿上与其相对应的突出的圆柱滑体 2.2 ,用两手分别握住两个锁紧帽 3 向内用力旋拧,使圆柱滑体 2.2 滑入到锁紧帽 3 的滑道槽 3.1 尽头的水平锁紧定位槽 3.2 处定位,此时锁紧帽 3 尾部的锥形锁紧孔 3.3 也正好施力套压在双锥形密封环 4 后部的锁紧锥体 4.2 上,使锁紧锥体 4.2 的锥形面上产生二个分力:一个水平推力一个径向推力,水平推力使双锥形密封环( 4 )前端的密封锥体 4.1 被挤压在连接体 2 的密封止口 2.1 与管子 1 之间达到了密封作用,径向推力使锁紧锥体 4.2 对管子 1 形成一个握裹力箍抱住管子 1 实现了锁紧连接。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种 滑道式锁紧管件,其特征在于:包括套装在两根管子( 1 )连接处外侧的连接体( 2 ),在每根管子( 1 )上均套装有与连接体( 2 )相配的锁紧帽( 3 ),在锁紧帽( 3 )内侧有锥形锁紧孔( 3.3 ),在连接体( 2 )的两端内侧有与锥形锁紧孔( 3.3 )相对的锥形密封止口( 2.1 ),所述的锥形锁紧孔( 3.3 )和锥形密封止口( 2.1 )与管子( 1 )外侧所形成的环形空间内设有双锥形密封环( 4 ),所述的双锥形密封环( 4 )的两端有锥面并与所述的锥形锁紧孔( 3.3 )和锥形密封止口( 2.1 )相配合;在连接体( 2 )的端口外边沿设有圆柱滑体( 2.2 ),在锁紧帽( 3 )的内侧设有与所述圆柱滑体( 2.2 )相配的斜滑道槽( 3.1 ),在斜滑道槽( 3.1 )的内端有与锁紧帽( 3 )的轴线方向垂直的与圆柱滑体( 2.2 )相配的锁紧定位槽( 3.2 )。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的 滑道式锁紧管件,其特征在于:所述的锁紧帽( 3 )内侧的斜滑道槽( 3.1 )和连接体( 2 )端口外边沿上的圆柱滑体( 2.2 )均为 2 ~ 4 个且在圆周上均匀分布;所述的斜滑道槽( 3.1 )与锁紧帽( 3 )的端口平面之间所成的螺旋升角 A 为 10 °~ 25 °。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滑道式锁紧管件,其特征在于:所述的锁紧帽(3)的前端圆柱段外表面加工有防滑直条细齿(3.5);在连接体(2)的外侧分布有加强筋(2.3)。
