本发明涉及一种管道连接件,特别是一种 用于软管连接的 滑道式锁紧管件,主要用于低压Φ 50mm 以下小管径软管道的快捷连接。
背景技术
目前,小管径的软管分为橡胶软管、塑料软管、布管几种,因为管质软所以连接时首先要将二根相连接的软管都插在一根较硬的短管上,然后再用两个帶锁紧螺丝的锁管箍将两根软管分别锁捆牢在较硬的短管上,这种连接方式费时费力,在使用过程中容易泄露。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、连接方便、省时省力、连接牢固且不易泄露的 用于软管连接的 滑道式锁紧管件,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的 用于软管连接的 滑道式锁紧管件,包括插入两根相互连接的软管连接端内侧的连接体,连接体是中间为圆柱体两端为锥形体的空腔圆管,在连接体的两端和软管端头外侧套装有与连接体配合的锁紧帽,锁紧帽是由前半段为圆柱体后半段为锥形体组成的空腔圆管,在锁紧帽尾部内侧设有内锥面,在连接体端头外侧有外锥面,所述的软管的端部刚好被夹持在所述的锁紧帽的内锥面和连接体的外锥面之间;在连接体外侧设有凸起的圆柱滑体,在锁紧帽内侧周边加工有斜滑道槽,斜滑道槽的尽端设有水平锁紧定位槽,所述的圆柱滑体与所述的斜滑道槽和水平锁紧定位槽相配;所述的水平锁紧定位槽与锁紧帽的端口平面相平行。
所述的每个锁紧帽上的斜滑道槽和连接体上的圆柱滑体均设有 2 ~ 4 个且在圆周上均匀分布;所述的斜滑道槽的螺旋升角 A 为 10 °~ 25 °。
所述的锁紧帽前半部圆柱体的外侧表面设有纵向的防滑细齿棱;所述的连接体两端的外锥面上设有圆周方向的倒刺棱。
本发明的 用于软管连接的滑道式锁紧管件,安装时将相互连接的软管端头插在连接体两端外锥面的外侧,利用锁紧帽与连接体的配合将软管夹持在内锥面和外锥面之间,达到软管连接密封的目的。整体结构简单、省时省力,操作方便,密封性强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:1为两根相互连接的软管,2为连接体,连接体2两端 插入软管 1 端头内侧。
如图 2 、 3 所示:连接体 2 的中间是圆柱体左右两部分为对称的锥形体管形结构。在连接体 2 左右端头外锥面上加工有圆周方向的多个倒刺棱 2.2 。在连接体 2 中间圆柱体段两端外侧分别设有凸起的圆柱滑体 2.1 ,圆柱滑体 2.1 在圆周上均匀分布三个。
如图 4 、 5 所示:锁紧帽 3 的后半段内侧加工有锥形锁紧孔 3.3 。在锁紧帽 3 的前半段内侧周边加工有斜滑道槽 3.1 ,斜滑道槽 3.1 的尽头接有水平锁紧定位槽 3.2 ,水平锁紧定位槽 3.2 与锁紧帽 3 的端口平面平行。斜滑道槽 3.1 共有三个且在圆周上均匀分布。斜滑道槽 3.1 的螺旋升角 A 为 10 °~ 25 °。
上述的连接体 2 的圆柱滑体 2.1 与锁紧帽 3 的斜滑道槽 3.1 和水平锁紧定位槽 3.2 相配,即圆柱滑体 2.1 可在斜滑道槽 3.1 和水平锁紧定位槽 3.2 内滑动。
装配时,两根相连接的软管 1 端头插在连接体 2 的两端外侧,锁紧帽 3 套装在软管 1 上并通过连接体 2 上的圆柱滑体 2.1 和锁紧帽 3 上的斜滑道槽 3.1 相配合旋紧,使圆柱滑体 2.1 进入到水平锁紧定位槽 3.2 内,达到锁紧定位的目的。此时,软管 1 的端头部分刚好夹持在锁紧帽 3 的锥形锁紧孔 3.3 和连接体 2 两端的外锥面 2.2 之间。最终达到了两根软管 1 的连接和密封的目的。
锁紧帽3的前半段圆柱体外表面设有纵向的防滑细齿棱3.4,以方便用手扭动,不致打滑。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种用于软管连接的滑道式锁紧管件,其特征在于:包括插入两根相互连接的软管(1)连接端内侧的连接体(2),连接体(2)是中间为圆柱体两端为锥形体的空腔圆管,在连接体(2)的两端和软管(1)端头外侧套装有与连接体(2)配合的锁紧帽(3),锁紧帽(3)是由前半段为圆柱体后半段为锥形体组成的空腔圆管,在锁紧帽(3)尾部内侧设有内锥面(3.3),在连接体(2)端头外侧有外锥面,所述的软管(1)的端部刚好被夹持在所述的锁紧帽(3)的内锥面(3.3)和连接体(2)的外锥面(2.2)之间;在连接体(2)外侧设有凸起的圆柱滑体(2.1),在锁紧帽(3)内侧周边加工有斜滑道槽(3.1),斜滑道槽(3.1)的尽端设有水平锁紧定位槽(3.2),所述的圆柱滑体(2.1)与所述的斜滑道槽(3.1)和水平锁紧定位槽(3.2)相配;所述的水平锁紧定位槽(3.2)与锁紧帽(3)的端口平面相平行。
  2. 根据权利要求1 所述的用于软管连接的滑道式锁紧管件,其中所述的每个锁紧帽(3)上的斜滑道槽(3.1)和连接体(2)上的圆柱滑体(2.1)均设有2~4
    个且在圆周上均匀分布;所述的斜滑道槽(3.1)的螺旋升角A为10°~25°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于软管连接的滑道式锁紧管件,其中所述的锁紧帽(3)前半部圆柱体的外侧表面设有纵向的防滑细齿棱(3.4);所述的连接体(2)两端的外锥面上设有圆周方向的倒刺棱(2.2)。
