传统的输水管连接结构通常只能对应一种口径的输水管,对于不同口径的输水管需要更换不同口径的连接结构,比较不方便,且传统的连接结构只具有一层密封结构,长时间使用后容易发生磨损漏水,降低输水管的输水效率。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种节水灌溉的输水管道连接机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

在图2和图3中:定位环10与输水通孔9外周的子接头1和母接头2一侧固定连接,第一限位环11与定位环10外周的子接头1和母接头2一侧固定连接,第二限位环12与第一限位环11外周的子接头1和母接头2一侧固定连接,定位环10可以对子接头1和母接头2的对接部位进行限位,提高对接部位的精准性,第一限位环11与第二限位环12与可以对第一密封胶圈15和第二密封胶圈17的安装进行限位,提高安装的便利性。
在图2和图3中:定位环10与第一限位环11之间开设有第一密封腔14,第一密封腔14内部卡接有第一密封胶圈15,第一密封腔14方便第一密封胶圈15的安装,第一密封胶圈15可以对输水通孔9外周进行第一层密封,防止子接头1和母接头2的对接部位发生漏水,降低输水效率;第一限位环11与第二限位环12之间开设有第二密封腔16,第二密封腔16内部卡接有第二密封胶圈17,第二密封腔16方便第二密封胶圈17的安装,第二密封胶圈17可以对输水通孔9外周进行第二层密封,防止子接头1和母接头2的对接部位发生漏水,增加连接处的密封机构。
在图2和图3中:子接头1和母接头2一侧外周的顶部与底部皆固定连接有卡接件18,卡接件18两侧的子接头1和母接头2外周设置有卡接端19,子接头1和母接头2相邻的卡接件18与卡接端19之间开设有卡接口20,卡接件18可以分别对子接头1和母接头2的卡接端19进行卡接,方便子接头1和母接头2进行拆卸安装,提高工作效率,卡接口20方便卡接件18插入,然后旋转使卡接件18与卡接端19进行卡接。
本发明的工作原理是:工作时,首先将水管6的连接处套接于可调节套箍7内部,然后将水管6的连接处分别与子接头1和母接头2的第二安装端4进行套接,通过调节拧手8,使可调节套箍7在固定槽13顶部不断收紧,直至水管6与第二安装端4的连接处连接牢固,将第一密封胶圈15和第二密封胶圈17分别安装于第一密封腔14和第二密封腔16内部,并对子接头1和母接头2进行对接,对接的过程中,将子接头1和母接头2的卡接件18分别对应卡入母接头2和子接头1的卡接口20内部,然后分别转动子接头1和母接头2,使子接头1和母接头2的卡接件18分别对应与母接头2和子接头1的卡接端19进行卡接,此时完成安装,定位环10可以对子接头1和母接头2的对接部位进行限位,提高对接部位的精准性,第一限位环11与第二限位环12与可以对第一密封胶圈15和第二密封胶圈17的安装进行限位,提高安装的便利性。

- 一种节水灌溉的输水管道连接机构,包括子接头(1),其特征在于,所述子接头(1)一端固定连接有母接头(2),所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)另一端皆设置有第一安装端(3)、第二安装端(4)和第三安装端(5),所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)的所述第二安装端(4)外周皆固定连接有水管(6),所述水管(6)一端外周套接有可调节套箍(7),所述可调节套箍(7)顶部一侧设置有拧手(8),所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)一侧的中心端皆开设有输水通孔(9),所述输水通孔(9)外周依次设置有定位环(10)、第一限位环(11)和第二限位环(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种节水灌溉的输水管道连接机构,其特征在于,所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)的所述第一安装端(3)、所述第二安装端(4)和所述第三安装端(5)外周皆开设有固定槽(13),所述可调节套箍(7)与所述水管(6)外周的所述固定槽(13)顶部套接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种节水灌溉的输水管道连接机构,其特征在于,所述定位环(10)与所述输水通孔(9)外周的所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)一侧固定连接,所述第一限位环(11)与所述定位环(10)外周的所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)一侧固定连接,所述第二限位环(12)与所述第一限位环(11)外周的所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)一侧固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种节水灌溉的输水管道连接机构,其特征在于,所述定位环(10)与所述第一限位环(11)之间开设有第一密封腔(14),所述第一密封腔(14)内部卡接有第一密封胶圈(15)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种节水灌溉的输水管道连接机构,其特征在于,所述第一限位环(11)与所述第二限位环(12)之间开设有第二密封腔(16),所述第二密封腔(16)内部卡接有第二密封胶圈(17)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种节水灌溉的输水管道连接机构,其特征在于,所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)一侧外周的顶部与底部皆固定连接有卡接件(18),所述卡接件(18)两侧的所述子接头(1)和所述母接头(2)外周设置有卡接端(19),所述子接 头(1)和所述母接头(2)相邻的所述卡接件(18)与所述卡接端(19)之间开设有卡接口(20)。
