Claims (10)
- 시료 공급을 위한 삽입형 용액 카트리지, 및 상기 삽입형 용액 카트리지를 수용할 수 있는 반응 카트리지를 포함하는 생화학 분석 카트리지에 있어서,상기 삽입형 용액 카트리지로는액상의 생체시료를 채취하고 저장하며, 저장되어 있는 생체시료를 반응 카트리지로 공급할 수 있는 시료 주입구가 구비된 모세관 형태의 시료 저장부;액상의 생체시료와 반응할 수 있는 반응액을 저장하는 반응액 저장부;반응액 저장부로부터 반응액의 누수를 방지하기 위해 부착되는 반응액 보호 필름; 및상기 반응액 보호 필름의 일단부에 부착되되, 삽입형 용액 카트리지를 반응 카트리지로 삽입함에 따라 상기 반응액 보호 필름을 향하여 이동함으로써 보호 필름을 제거하는 보호 필름 탈착 유도부;가 구비되고,상기 반응 카트리지로는상기 삽입형 용액 카트리지가 삽입되어 수용되는 수용부;상기 수용부에 삽입형 용액 카트리지가 반응 카트리지에 삽입됨에 따라 보호 필름 탈착 유도부와 접촉하여 보호 필름 탈착 유도부를 보호 필름을 향하여 이동시키고, 이에 따라 상기 보호 필름 탈착 유도부에 의해 보호 필름이 제거되도록 유도하는 걸림쇠;상기 보호 필름이 제거됨에 따라 유출된 반응액을 수용하면서, 상기 반응액이 삽입형 용액 카트리지의 시료 주입구에 접촉함으로써 유출되는 생체시료와 혼합되어 혼합액이 형성되는 혼합부;상기 혼합부의 혼합액과 반응을 유도할 수 있는 시료가 고정된 시료 고정부;상기 반응의 결과를 광학적으로 측정하는 측정부;상기 혼합부, 시료 고정부 및 측정부를 연결시키는 미세유로;가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽입형 용액 카트리지가 반응카트리지로 삽입됨과 동시에 반응액이 혼합부로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입형 용액 카트리지가 반응 카트리지로 삽입됨에 따라, 상기 시료 저장부는 상기 혼합부에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응카트리지는 복수개의 시료 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생체시료 및 화학시료의 혼합액은 생화학 분석 카트리지 전체의 회전으로 야기되는 중력 및 원심력에 의해 유로를 따라 측정구역 또는 시료 고정부로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생화학 분석 카트리지의 반응 카트리지는 측정 후 생체시료, 반응액 및 화학시료의 혼합액을 처리하기 위한 폐액 처리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 생화학 분석 카트리지의 반응 카트리지는 폐액의 원활한 이동 및 수거를 위한 공기배출구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생화학 분석 카트리지는 혈액분석용 생화학 분석 카트리지인 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생화학 분석 카트리지는 당화혈색소 정량분석용 생화학 분석 카트리지인 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 분석 카트리지.
