本发明涉及机械设备电气、 船舶电气、 防蚀设备的电线电缆的固定和保护, 具体涉及一种 BSP ( British Standard Pipe英国标准管螺紋) 防水电缆接头。
背景技术
电缆接头广泛应用于机械设备电气、 船舶电气、 防蚀设备的电线电缆的固定和保护。 主要作用 是使线路通畅, 使电缆保持密封, 并保证电缆接头处的绝缘等级, 使其安全可靠地运行。 防止危险 气体进入仪表或是接线箱, 从而避免爆炸, 而且潮气也会侵入电缆内部, 使纸绝缘性能下降。
目前市场上的有许多起紧固连接作用的紧固连接件, 这种紧固连接件多采用简单的螺紋固定方 式, 如专利文献 CN 201934483U公开了一种紧固连接件, 该紧固连接件的结构包括塑料接头体和塑 料接头紧固件; 所述接头体的基本形状为管状, 包括设有外螺紋的连接区和设有多个密封齿的密封 区, 所述密封齿排列呈环状; 所述接头紧固件的基本形状为管状, 包括设有内螺紋的紧固区和内设 压接面的压接区, 所述接头紧固件 2的压接面上设有数个凸起的防滑齿, 所述防滑齿抵在所述接头 体的密封区上。 上述紧固连接件结构简单, 操作方便, 但是其在使用过程中还是存在如下问题: 该 紧固连接件长期使用或者在高频振动的环境下使用时, 主要靠定头实现对电缆的紧固作用, 密封齿 内壁光滑, 对电缆的夹紧力不足, 一旦定头在高频振动的环境下脱落, 会导致电缆沿轴向滑动, 进 而影响紧固连接件的防水密封效果和绝缘效果。 发明内容
本发明要解决的是现有技术中的电缆接头对电缆的紧固程度不高, 容易出现松动, 不能达到 良好的防水密封效果的技术问题, 进而提供一种具有良好的紧固电缆能力并且具有良好防水密封 效果的 BSP防水电缆接头。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种 BSP防水电缆接头, 包括:
定头, 设有内螺紋;
紧固件, 设有内螺紋;
塑料主体, 包括连接区和设有密封齿的密封区;
所述密封区设置有与所述定头内螺紋配合的外螺紋;
所述连接区设置有与所述紧固件内螺紋配合的外螺紋;
密封圈, 径向适于装入所述塑料主体内部并与所述密封区内壁贴合;
所述密封齿内壁向中心轴线方向成型有至少一个倒钩;
所述密封圈外壁与所述倒钩贴合的位置成型有与所述倒钩配合的环形台阶。
所述倒钩成型于所述密封齿的顶端。
所述密封圈内壁设置有至少一个防滑筋。
还包括垫圈, 所述垫圈套设于所述连接区外侧。
所述垫圈与所述塑料主体接触的表面周向设置至少一圈密封筋。
所述垫圈内壁设置有与所述塑料主体外螺紋深度适配的支撑部。 所述定头内壁设置有至少一个防退齿, 所述防退齿在紧固时与相邻所述密封齿之间的空隙配 合。
所述防退齿纵向截面的形状为梯形或半圆形或三角形。
本发明的上述技术方案具有如下优点:
( 1 )本发明提供的 BSP防水电缆接头, 通过设置在密封齿上内壁的倒钩与设置在密封圈外壁的 环形台阶相配合, 当 BSP防水电缆接头紧固时, 密封齿受到来自定头的压力向中心轴线靠拢, 倒钩 恰好压在密封圈外壁的环形台阶上, 因此增大了密封齿与密封圈之间的作用力, 具有更好的紧固效 果和防松动效果, 并且正由于这一设计, 即使定头在高频振动的作用下松脱, 倒钩和密封圈之间的 作用力也使得电缆不容易松动脱落, 同时也具有更好的密封性。
( 2 )本发明提供的 BSP防水电缆接头, 在密封圈内壁设置至少一个防滑筋, 电缆从密封圈内穿 过时, 由于有防滑筋的存在, 加强了密封圈对电缆的紧固程度, 可有效防止电缆的滑动脱落。
( 3 )本发明提供的 BSP防水电缆接头, 还包括垫圈, 垫圈套设于塑料主体连接区的外侧, 紧固 过程中由紧固件压紧, 本发明中的垫圈与塑料主体接触的表面轴向设置至少一圈密封筋, 通过塑料 主体与紧固件的紧固作用, 使得垫圈上的密封筋被压缩, 相当于增加了几道门栏, 防水性能大大提
( 4 )本发明提供的 BSP防水电缆接头,在垫圈内壁设置有与塑料主体外螺紋深度适配的支撑部, 由此垫片可套接在塑料主体外部不脱落, 方便安装。
( 5 )本发明中的定头内壁设置有至少一个防退齿, 防退齿在紧固时与相邻密封齿之间的空隙配 合, 能够在紧固过程中很好的将密封齿之间的缺口锁住, 不让其轻易倒退, 起到长久紧固电缆的作 用。 附图说明

本实施例公开一种 BSP防水电缆接头, 如图 1所示, 包括: 定头 1, 设有内螺紋; 紧固件 5, 设 有内螺紋; 塑料主体 3, 包括连接区和设有密封齿 30的密封区; 所述密封区设置有与所述定头 1内 螺紋配合的外螺紋; 所述连接区设置有与所述紧固件 5 内螺紋配合的外螺紋; 密封圈 2, 径向适于 装入所述塑料主体 3内部并与所述密封区内壁贴合;
在本实施例中, 在所述密封齿 30的顶端成型有一个倒钩 31, 所述密封圈 2外壁与所述倒钩 31 贴合的位置成型有与所述倒钩 31配合的一个环形台阶 20;
当本实施例中 BSP防水电缆接头紧固时,所述密封齿 30受到来自所述定头 1的压力向中心轴线 靠拢, 所述倒钩 31恰好压在所述密封圈 2外壁的所述环形台阶 20上, 如图 2中所示那样, 因此增 大了所述密封齿 30与所述密封圈 2之间的作用力, 具有更好的紧固效果和防松动效果。 根据所述倒钩 31与所述环形台阶 20的配合,本实施例还可以变形为在所述密封齿 30内壁向中 心轴线方向成型有一个以上的倒钩 31 ; 相应的在所述密封圈 2的外壁与所述倒钩 31贴合的位置成 型有与所述倒钩 31配合的多个环形台阶 20; 由多个所述倒钩 31与多个所述环形台阶 20配合, 更 进一步的加强了对电缆的固定作用和密封作用。
由于采用了所述倒钩 31和所述环形台阶 20的配合, 即使所述定头 1松动脱落, 所述密封圈 2 也不会沿轴向滑动, 依然可以使得电缆固定。 实施例 2

优选地, 所述防退齿 10纵向截面的形状为梯形或半圆形或三角形。
所述防退齿 10在紧固时与相邻所述密封齿 30之间的空隙配合, 能够在紧固过程中很好的将所 述密封齿 30之间的缺口锁住, 不让其轻易倒退, 起到长久紧固电缆的作用。
