本发明公开了一种可用于制造军队轮式战车、 飞机特种安全轮胎 橡胶的专用材料。 背景技术
轮式战车、 飞机在现代战争中的重要性毋庸多言, 灵活、 高效的 战车与飞机同时也极易受到由于地形、 危险源等元素的影响致使行动 受阻而使作业难以完成, 甚至危及人员生命安全。
本专用材料其性能有別于时下的一些安全轮胎——有充入防漏液 的安全轮胎, 其缺点: 易腐蚀轮辋、 行驶不舒适性、 动平衡性能差, 容易损坏母胎; 有骨架式缺气保用轮胎, 售价昂贵, 缺气时靠内置骨 架支撑进行行驶, 且安全性能一旦体现, 该产品即已作废。

经长期的研制及反复实验, 发明一种新材料, 制造该材料使用的 原料的成分及质量比例为:
聚异戊二烯 28 40份, 硅橡胶 1 9 30份, 热塑性弹性体 1 5 2 5份, 瓷微粉 1 0-1 8 , 石蜡油 1 0 1 5份, 增韧剂 0. 8-2份, 硅油 5- 1 0份, 抗氧剂 0, 5 2份。
本专用材料犹于普通橡胶, 高于阻燃橡胶, 可以用作制造子午胎、 斜交胎、 实心胎, 可直接入模硫化, 与轮胎为一整体。 常温下具备普 通轮胎橡胶的特性, 兼具耐高温, 耐燃烧, 隔火性强, 耐老化等特点。 可以耐长时间高温, 长时间火烧。 本材料也不会变形, 损毁。 物理性 能和常温基本无异。 本发明的材料在酷热环境可以经受 800 1 200 °C的 高温。 在高温烧蚀下, 胎体表层会形成致密的壳体, 火焰及助燃空气 侵牲不进, 并且外界高温持续越久, 形成的防火层越致密。 本发明可 用于地形恶劣、 尖锐异物较多、 高温明火等不利环境下行军作业的特 种安全轮胎胎体材料, 较为彻底的解决了这些恍虑, 同时可使战车、 飞机轮胎具有防弹、 耐扎、 防暴的特性, 扎的透而扎不漏, 能承受轻 量爆炸物的弹片袭击, 有效的减少緩沖了外击能量所带来的危害。 用 该材料制造的轮式战车、飞机特种安全轮胎填补国内同类产品的空白。 本专用材料所制备的轮胎如充入氮气, 可形成三保险

本发明是一种用于制造军队轮式战车、 飞机特种安全轮胎橡胶的 专用材料, 该专用材料由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
聚异戊二烯 28- 40份 硅橡胶 2 G 30份
热塑性弹性体 15-25份 瓷微粉 1 G 18份
石蜡油 10 15份 增韧剂 0, 8-2份
硅油 5 10份 抗氧剂 0, 5 2份
所述的聚异戊二烯选自聚异戊二烯橡胶 IR565、 IR LHIR70、 IR560、 IR2200中的一种;
所述的硅橡胶选自硅橡胶中的 GM300、 GM500 , 110 2、 TSE270-7U, 3150中的一种;
所述的热塑性弹性体选自丁苯橡胶 1778、SBR1500、SBS 792、SBS796 中的一种;

本发明还提出一种用于制造军队轮式战车、 飞机特种安全轮胎橡 胶的专用材料的制作方法, 包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述重量份数的聚异戊二烯, 硅橡胶, 热塑性弹性体, 瓷微 粉, 石蜡油, 增韧剂, 硅油, 抗氧剂放入搅拌机中预拌 30-45分钟。
( 2 )再将所得预拌物加入密炼机中加以充分混合密炼, 加热温度为 150一 180 '€ , 混合时间 120- 200分钟。 混合充分后由出料口所得材料 即为本专用材料。 为取得较佳效果, 加热温度为 1 551, 混合时间 200 分钟。
