Description
ポリイソプレン28〜40重量部、
シリコンゴム20〜30重量部、
熱可塑性エラストマー15〜25重量部、
セラミック微粉末10〜18重量部、
パラフィンオイル10〜15重量部、
強靭化剤0.8〜2重量部、
シリコーンオイル5〜10重量部、
酸化防止剤0.5〜2重量部
という重量部を有する原料からなる軍隊用の車輪型戦車、飛行機の特種で安全なタイヤゴムを製造することに用いられる専用材料。
(1)上記質量比率を有するポリイソプレン、シリコンゴム、熱可塑性エラストマー、セラミック微粉末、パラフィンオイル、強靭化剤、シリコーンオイル、酸化防止剤を撹拌機に入れ、30〜45分間を予備撹拌する工程と、
(2)さらに得られた予備撹拌したものをインターナルミキサーに入れ、温度150〜180℃、混合時間120〜200分間で充分に混合、混練させ、充分に混合された後に取り出し口からこの専用材料が得られる工程と、
を含む。
なお、より好適な効果を取得するため、加熱温度を155℃とし、混合時間を200分間とする。
Claims (3)
- ポリイソプレン28〜40重量部と、
シリコンゴム20〜30重量部と、
熱可塑性エラストマー15〜25重量部と、
セラミック微粉末10〜18重量部と、
パラフィンオイル10〜15重量部と、
非極性高分子と、不飽和酸または酸無水物とのグラフト物である強靭化剤0.8〜2重量部と、
シリコーンオイル5〜10重量部と、
酸化防止剤0.5〜2重量部と、
の前記原料からなる軍隊用の車輪型戦車、飛行機の特種で安全なタイヤゴムを製造することに用いられる専用材料。 - 前記酸化防止剤はジフェニルアミン、p-フェニレンジアミンとジヒドロキノリン等の化合物及びその誘導体またはポリマーのいずれか一つである請求項1に記載の専用材料。
- (1)ポリイソプレン、シリコンゴム、熱可塑性エラストマー、セラミック微粉末、パラフィンオイル、非極性高分子と、不飽和酸または酸無水物とのグラフト物である強靭化剤、シリコーンオイル、酸化防止剤を撹拌機に入れ、30〜45分間を予備撹拌すること工程と、
(2)さらに、前記予備撹拌により得られたものをインターナルミキサーに入れ、温度150〜180℃、混合時間120〜200分間で充分に混合、混練させ、充分に混合された後に取り出し口から得られる材料が所定専用材料とする工程と、
を含む軍隊用の車輪型戦車、飛行機の特種で安全なタイヤゴムを製造することに用いられる専用材料の製造方法。
